They have so many hidden things and unusual charges, which leads to extra burden for me.
I want to explain from begining. Incident happened on 04/04/18 when a person name rahul chaurasiya came at my room asking help for getting loan. I refused this person so many times. But this time he says, his sister is ill, and his father who works in sbi, not getting salary due to some case. For same reason i agreed to help him out. Anytime i was in the need of personal loan.
I did what he told like i told, i am not doing practice, he told just tell mayo hospital, where he has some link, as he stated. He has given me hope that after 2 month you can cancell the loan, and get everything back, you just need to do documentation. He told, i will sanction 5 lakh.
When i got loan it showed 532690 rupees, i asked why given extra. No answer.
Then i ask, i got message to pay some money and looked the statistics to pay in return.
I found out, i got cheated, he did not told me about the extra charges, i have to pay amount till this date. So my humble request to you, look in this matter and do the needful.

    Two days before i have purchased godrej refrigerator from manaparai kumaran stores through bajaj finserv emi card. With out my knowledge they added add on card for my wife and cpp asset insurance policy no. W78bewez866669 for rs.1254. I don't want add on card and cpp asset care policy. So kindly cancel my add on card and cpp asset care policy and refund my amount as soon as possible.

    After 6 days i received a message from CPP asset care team. They informed me to contact cpp customer care regarding my complaint. I contacted the customer care and explained them to cancel my policy.
    But simply they said that "we didn't activate policy membership id so kindly contact Bajaj Finserv "
    When will Bajaj Finserv cancel my above mentioned Policy . I here by attached the message send by CPP team

      My problem is that after purchasing a mobile opted without my knowledge and consent.. Bajaj finserv added a cpp tele bending loan service to my above said order number.. C19ctbey964629. So i would like t o cancel the same.. My new mobile is samsung galaxy a50.. But i have not given consent to additional emi of insurance... So plz cancel the loan policy no c19ctbey964629..

          Hi,

          Today, i have noticed that rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my citibank saving account.

          I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

          Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

          I have nothing pending with bajaj finserv. I don't have any loans with you.

          I expect the amount to be credited to my citibank account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

          The transaction was recorded as

          Can you please refund it back immediately?

            I keep on receiving regular calls from your representatives even though i never requested for any loan.

            Request to stop calling to my mobile number.

            I keep on receiving calls from Bajaj Finance representatives stating to request for personal loan, but i strictly mentioned not required. Immediately i received a message stating based on your interest you are eligible for loan and processing.

            Again after 2 days some one keep on calling and informing the same. Lets Ban the whole company betterment of India, they are worst then ever.

                Personal loan tiruvannamalai tamilnadu branch head persons are very arrogant and this dint know the human value the office set up is total like private money lender 1st time is missed my emi. The branch manager tiruvanamalai yesterday 21.8.19 call me and using un necessary words mentally iam very stressed but i paid my amount yesterday but the shame will not deleted in my mind very bad experience please take the action.

                  Hi all, please be aware and just cut the line if the call is from bajaj finserv sales person. Bajaj finserve is the number 1 fraudulent company and you should never associate with them for anything. I am not sure why rbi is not taking any action against such a pathetic financial institution.

                  History of this case:
                  Uday - sales person from bajaj approached me for bt and top up loan.

                  1) commitment was given for 36l, but i got only 32l. I never got a call from your credit manager as to what the final amount that was about to be disbursed.
                  When i received an email from bajaj stating 32l, i called up mr. Uday where he confirmed that the remaining 4 lakhs will be arranged shortly. (False commitment and cheating)
                  The loan could have been easily cancelled if i had a call from your credit manager that this is the final amount or if mr. Uday had not deposited the bt cheque in sbi home loan account without my knowledge and without my consent. So, i was forcefully made a bajaj finseve customer. (Be aware, those sales persons will deposit the cheque in your existing housing loan number to forecfully make you a bajaj finserve customer)
                  2) roi for bt and top-up loan were committed at 8.60%, however 8.75% for bt and 9.30% for top-up was the final roi approved by bajaj finserve.
                  3) processing fees will be at 0.3% was the commitment, however it was processed at 0.5%.
                  4) rate guarantee was assured with this loan.
                  5) max tenure was committed for 25 years,
                  6) i was given a commitment that my flexi loan will be closed with out any pre-penalty charges.
                  7) without my consent and knowledge, sales team had included a couple of bajaj products (Iho and elite) for 12500/-, and this amount was deducted from the top-up loan directly.
                  8) biggest mistake that you guys did was depositing the cheque in my sbi account with my approval and knowledge, and forcefully made me as your customer.

                  After writing to bajaj customer service head, wecare team and grievance cell, mr. Samuel, who is the branch manager placed at tambaram, and ganesh the team lead for uday came down to my home to apologize and to convince me.

                  Then mr. Samuel confirmed the following:
                  1. Laon will be only for 32l (I was cheated here)
                  2. Roi for bt cannot be changed and top up loan will be changed to 8.95% from 9.30% (I have no reason to change from sbi as i was paying the same roi; commitment was given on 23rd oct 2018 and it is yet to be changed - cheated here)
                  3. Processing fees adjustment is yet to be made (Commitment was given on 23rd oct 2018) - done during feb 2019
                  4. Rate guarantee can be given only if processing fees is above 0.5% (I was cheated here) -
                  5. Max tenure can be given only up to 20 years due to age limitation (I was cheated here)
                  6. Flexi loan cannot be closed and pre-payment penalty charges cannot be waived off (I was cheated here)
                  7. I will get the iho and elite card amount reversed and the same will be adjusted in my top up loan principal. (Nothing has happened so far) - as of today it got reversed.
                  I had to compromise as i had no other option because bt cheque was deposited in sbi home loan account, and the first release of top up loan was
                  Credited in my standard chartered salary account with out my approval, consent and without my knowledge.

                  As of today, still the roi is not changed to 8.75% for bt and 8.95% for my top up loan. I got a confirmation from the head office (Suvarna is the person) that post 1st emi these interest rates will reflect automatically, still now nothing has happened even writing and calling bajafinserv customer care. Still they have not credited the modt charges that they have deducted from my top up loan, hence the modt is not yet done with bajaj.

                  So, any fellow members, please at any cost, avoid bajaj finserve or else you will end up with mental agony, dejection, false promises, fake promises, and your energy will be drained and you will get a feeling that why i did a blunder by changing from the old bank.. Also, mr. Samuel confirmed that the next day they had fired mr. Uday for all the false commitment given to the customer. But, they were not ready to fulfil the commitment provided by the bajafinserve sales executive.

                  Dont ever try to change your loans to bajaj at any cost. Or else, you will be the sufferer. If some one can help me to take up this case to rbi or banking ombudsman so that this fraudulent institution is stripped of its financial public dealings.

                  I have been trying to request for the activation of my EMI card. If it's not possible to activate the old card, kindly issue me a new card.
                  I had some financial issues and delayed the payment for some time but I paid the amount with fines. And I have cleared many loans from BFL. Please do it.

                    I took television in emi in 2017
                    I gave bajaj my account for ecs of andhra bank instead of detecting it from my andhra bank account they started detecting it from my other account
                    I got bounced and i tried contact bajaj finserv and got no response
                    After a year i got a call from someone claming to be from legal department
                    And started harrasing me
                    After end number of calls
                    They asked to settle the ammount and asked me to pay 20000/-
                    I said the product was not that much costly
                    After negotiation they asked me to pay 70000/- and i paid at once from paytm to the loan no
                    And the guy who was calling me said you will get. The noc on the mail
                    Tried calling him after 7 days couldnt connect its been a year i have not recived an noc from bajaj
                    And after a year iam again getting harrasment calls claiming to be from a legal department and asking money

                          Emi from my bank is not debited since october 2018
                          I had submitted 3 time nach form to restart thet autodebit but even after confirmation from bajajfin on mail they deny to debit at the emi date
                          I am doing manually payment on emi date and share the recepit of same on mail id of them but afterdoing all that i am receiving harrassement call from them

                              I bought a product of 12500/- and EMI was 1260 PM. They started deducting EMI's from my OLD account which was closed 2-3 years back. I gave them information of my new account and there executive lost my documents. Since then, I was being called every month to the cash amount. I paid for first 3-4 months but then I stopped as I wanted to fix this issue due to my CIBIL being hit. I requested many times and then things heated up. There representatives, Managers and recovery agents were so damn rude however I stood still. I then started getting calls from police department and lawyers. I made it very clear that only 2 EMI's are left, first you remove the bounce back charges and then i will make the payment. No solution to that.

                              Imp note - I got a call some days ago, to pay 3000/- to wrap this one set for all whereas my actual amount due was 2520/-. I paid 3000/- as full time settlement to get the NOC but no NOC yet and company is denying that we made this kind of promise. Now they are asking me to 9825/- as the interest and bounce charges.

                              Please help as they are harassing and threatening by calling after every 1-2 days

                                  On 19 july 2019 i have lodged a complain against emi credit card to bajaj finserv. But till date it is not solved. On the otherhand thay said that i have used emi credit card on april 2014. From bajaj finance. But the fact is that i have purchased a split ac from gread eastern appl. Pvt ltd. And paid rs.31, 080/-by instalments and that was not by emi credit card. So, please refund my inactive emi credit card charges immediately otherwise i will complain it to consumer forum. Please be noted that i am a retired bank emplyee and you have no right to debit my account without my permission. It is punishable offence. Regards

                                    There is one mail i have got on 8th of august that loan of rs 6400 is being approved for purchase of apparels at bangalore.

                                    I was having the consumer durable card long 5 year back and it got expired and i have never requested it again.

                                    Nor my kyc updated from last 5 years on my customer profiles. Older number and address being there.

                                    Now i have some serious concerns how bajaj issues a emi retail card without i request for it. After that i don’t have that card or any details but someone uses it at merchant site and get the otp verified on old number.

                                    This serious fraud you can use as many as many cards to existing customers and use them send loan details and ask them to pay.
                                    I have raised many request and grievance no one is ready get this resolved.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      This is in reference to my Loan Account No. 405DFS89560194, wherein you act as a loan facilitator towards an insurance policy amounting to Rupees 5, 399/-(Five Thousand three Hundred Ninety Nine only). The Loan facility that your good office provided, its repayment schedule fixed for 10 months, wherein my monthly Emi tune to Rupees 540/- (Five Hundred and Forty only) monthly and start from[protected].

                                      Your good office provide me facility of an auto debit, in which your good office directly deduct my emi monthly till[protected],

                                      My Grievance

                                      As your good office provide me auto facility for last nine emi, I expected the same auto deduction facility for my last emi too and further I like to inform your good office that my account was sufficiently funded for auto deduction of my emi on[protected]For ready reference I am attaching my statement hereinbelow for your ready reference as 1) despite of that your good office failed to provide me service for the same.Your good office failed to auto debit my last emi from my bank account.

                                      Your good office provide an additional service, that is to provide intimation message to inform your consumer that they failed to provide emi and you provide extension for repayment of default emi. I loved to inform you that many of your consumers benefited from the same except me. I received an email on[protected] at 18:33 pm which states that due to non receipt of EMI my card no. 3856 was suspended. I was surprised and shocked and I reply to the same mail but no response received till yet.

                                      I had word with your concern member they inform me to wait and I am waiting till date. Further the site which you referred in your app is not reachable to your consumer. After all veins efforts i am writing you to redress my issue or come to conclusion.

                                      I therefore request your good office to unblock my card at the earliest and provide me compensation for making me run from pillar to post and harassment.

                                      I hope you redress my complaint at the earliest.
