I have sent severals emails to Bajaj Finance to resolve the below issues and there was ZERO resolution from your end. I am so fed up following up with you guys for past 4 months continuously.
1. Kindly waive bounce charges, over due charges for 403TOLET802983 and 403HSOEE400799.
2. Kindly refund 700 x 3 = 2100 Ecs taken + H403DHT0068527 + H403DHT0068518 + H403DVR0068535.
3.Kindly give interest refund for the LAN numbers as the start dates where wrong and few have been paid in parts, but still full EMI was taken. I have attached a Excel sheet and my bank statement for proof.

4.Kindly change the EMI for
H403DHB0068513 - Paying 68325 instead of 68257 every month.
H403DVR0068535 - paying 8037 Instead of 8026 every month.
5.Refund received for H403DHB0068513 - Rs 5114. Kindly explain how did you calculate that amount.
6. There has been cancellation and rebooking done for 3 loans. Kindly explain the interest and prinicple and AMC waivers.

7. Last month ECS has been passed for a closed loan and after complaining to we care the amount was refunded. Make sure that doesn’t happen again this month.

8.I am still seeing bounce charges for the below LANS in the https://www.bajajfinservmarkets.in portal. I have been informed all the bounce charges, over due, penalty have been already waived off.

9.Unblock all Bajaj EMI card in my name and number - [protected]
10.Stop the ECS for the amount 3145 and 3000 for the LAN numbers as the bounce and other charges should be waived off.

11.Few loans have been disbursed in parts but still EMI has been collected in full. Need to refund that too. H403DVR0068535 (H403DVR[protected] Loan Amount – 6, 22, 892 - EMI 8037
Received so far – 29, 483 on 02/04/19
Received so far 2, 81, 044 on 30/05/19
Received so far 3, 10, 528 on 11/06/19
12. 403HSWEE405049 - Disbursed only 16, 89, 434 Instead of 1691000 . There was a difference of 1566 . But still full EMI was collected.
Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by tharunT There was no response from Bajaj Finance till now ? what's the use of forwarding the same complaint to wecare or customer support? when the complaint is mainly about them????
