I have sent severals emails to Bajaj Finance to resolve the below issues and there was ZERO resolution from your end. I am so fed up following up with you guys for past 4 months continuously.

1. Kindly waive bounce charges, over due charges for 403TOLET802983 and 403HSOEE400799.

2. Kindly refund 700 x 3 = 2100 Ecs taken + H403DHT0068527 + H403DHT0068518 + H403DVR0068535.

3.Kindly give interest refund for the LAN numbers as the start dates where wrong and few have been paid in parts, but still full EMI was taken. I have attached a Excel sheet and my bank statement for proof.

4.Kindly change the EMI for

H403DHB0068513 - Paying 68325 instead of 68257 every month.

5.Refund received for H403DHB0068513 - Rs 5114. Kindly explain how did you calculate that amount.

6. There has been cancellation and rebooking done for 3 loans. Kindly explain the interest and prinicple and AMC waivers.

7. Last month ECS has been passed for a closed loan and after complaining to we care the amount was refunded. Make sure that doesn’t happen again this month.

8.I am still seeing bounce charges for the below LANS in the https://www.bajajfinservmarkets.in portal. I have been informed all the bounce charges, over due, penalty have been already waived off.

9.Unblock all Bajaj EMI card in my name and number - [protected]

10.Stop the ECS for the amount 3145 and 3000 for the LAN numbers as the bounce and other charges should be waived off.

12. 403HSWEE405049 - Disbursed only 16, 89, 434 Instead of 1691000 . There was a difference of 1566 . But still full EMI was collected.

There was no response from Bajaj Finance till now ? what's the use of forwarding the same complaint to wecare or customer support? when the complaint is mainly about them????
Bajaj flipkart—bajaj EMI card transaction declined by the bank from Flipkart. When i tried purchasing mobile. I used bajaj Emi card on store and paid instalment successfully through same branch. Still i can't use it online.. Please revert back with solution.

    An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of axis bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card ([protected]) that was send to my address was never applied nor requested by me still it landed up at my place. I totally don't understand after 3+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

    Kindly refund my amount of rs. 117 at the earliest.

      I had approached bajaj finserv for a credit line, and i was briefed regarding the process of loan sanction and related processing fee while being briefed. I agreed and started providing all required documents.
      However after loan sanction and disbursement, from the many emails received from bajaj yesterday i found surprisingly that there is a credit vidya report fee of 4999 that has been deducted from my loan account and the deducted remaining loan has been credited to my salary account. It says clearly that customer consent is required for this product. Also it is clear that this product is not mandatory to get a flexi loan from bajaj.
      According to the rbi rules, a service/product cannot be "pushed" alongside another consented financial product, without proper knowledge of the product being transferred to the client before obtaining client consent. I strictly condemn the way this credit vidya has been pushed to me silently along with my loan application.

      I was never been briefed about this product/service. This is a third party partnered service that has been forced upon me silently.

      Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest and refund my 4999 that you have deducted in lieu of this unwanted service/product. The entire process of loan application and disbursement was very pleasant but the force pushing of this credit vidya has made the experience a bitter one.

        I have an existing home loan with bajaj finserv. Account number 404dhl35018323. Bajaj finserv did not reduce the interest rates depite rbi repo rates coming down. I informed then the wish to reduce the interest rates, for which they asked me to give them rs.15, 000/- to make the change. When i told them i'd rather go to some other bank & and them for the list of documents, then are not sharing the same. It's been over 4 months of me persuading them to shae me the lod. They are not. What do i do?

Instead of otp getting fresh nachupdate required to registered mobile no.             Dear Team,

            Well replied, but these all are blur explaination !!

            I have simply asked you, last month I have utilised 100% of my Limit.

            Suppose my dropline limit is Rs 480590.00

            Please share detail calculation where you have adjusted my last payment of 14063.00

            I am very clear about EMI, it is a combination of Capital + Interest (as explained by you, where capital was 8k approximately). So where it has adjusted.??

            As very normal case Capital part suppose to be adjusted against Rs.480590.00 and this amount will be reduced significantly.

            I feel there will be very conspiracy theory you're applying.

            At very initial stage also you made wrong commitments, you have promised only PROCESSING fee will be charged but after signing all documents with trust to the brand - we realised later you have charged some additional fees like credit Vidya, wallet protection, etc - which I have never wanted neither your executives explained with 100% clarity.

            However, If you're repeatedly fooling customers in same way - will have to ask help of CONSUMER supports, for clearing both of our understanding. It's a matter of transparency issues between customers and Bajaj.

              I am a new customer of bajaj rbl super card i am using this card since 2 month they have recovery department my payment for a credit card recently i have an incident my bill generated on 14th july in a day and after that they start calling from 20th july and they said this is reminder call and they are talking like recovery call and in a day they call me more than 20 to 25 times with different numbers and they said this i said my due date is 3 rd but after that they continue trying to call and every time say that disturbing and enjoying it so plz no one plz don't take this trouble card

                I had purchased OPP F11 PRO mobile phone on 13 Jun 2019 through Bajaj finance from MAMOOTH CELL POINT-Padi chennai. Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe 403DVSES222852 is tagged to my loan account. Without my permission without my knowledge how and why this loan is activated. This is totally unwanted product for me beside this i am astonished for such action of this reputed company.

                Now, i request to you please raise the complain to this company and resolve the matter so that i don't lose any money. I shall remain thankful to you. And till now how much amount is deducted from my account in the name of digital fone safe must be refunded to me. This is complete fraud process without taking any prior confirmation from customer these mobile fone safe insurance schemes are activated.

                  I got a call for Spl Flxi loan. They have done lot of promises regarding reduction of charges on OD activation as well as processing charges. Simple they have raised the loan value. Now I didn't want flexi loan. I wanted to contact them but nobody is responding. Without my confirmation they are sending all loan details and insurance details. My customer ID[protected].                     I am getting several calls every day for taking loan. I don't need any loan and i have told them so at least 20 times. Still different representatives keep calling. Now i am tired of these useless calls coming from different numbers.
                    Moreover i am on dnd. And if i ever need a loan, i will get in touch with you. But please stop these useless irritating calls.

                        I do not hold any active loan account in bajaj finance as on date. All the previous loan amounts are paid and there are no dues from my end.

                        On 21st july 2019, there was a deduction of rs. 295 from my savings account stating "failed ecs mandate charges" in sbi bank.

                        Bank says, its presented by bajaj, and your executive over telephone says they haven't presented the ecs.

                        Why there is an unnecessary charges put on me? Please rectify the issue asap

                              I had taken three consumer loans for two mobile phones and a tv. My loan id no. Being - 405cddeu797113 and 405cddeu801890 for two mobile phones and 4050cdeu802216 for a tv. The bajaj xperia portal and as per the conversation with the executive at croma on the day i took the loan i was told that the loan emi amount for 405cddeu797113 and 405cddeu801890 would be rs. 3999 each and for 4050cdeu802216 would be rs. 4555. However today to my shock and dismay i have been told that my emi for 405cddeu797113 and 405cddeu801890 is rs. 4033 each and for 4050cdeu802216 is rs. 5072.

                              This increase has not been conveyed to me by any bajaj finserv executive as well. By law this is illegal and the decision of the bank is arbitrary.

                              I am not able to get in touch with any executive either. I would request for clarification of this data at the earliest.

                                I want to register a complaint to bajaj finserv emi card related issue.

                                I have purchased 4 items/products from amazon using bajaj finserve emi card, after successful transaction has been done, and my emi generated on the whole amount it 4, 441 rs.

                                I have received all products and returned 1 product to amazon and received the refund successfully.

                                But, the bajaj team didn't updated the emi again as they need to deduct the price 897 of the product that i have returned again to amazon. And showing and receiving the message to pay the emi 4, 441.

                                It should be updated again after deducting the 897 from the original amount.

                                Please resolve this issue asap.

                                  Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 26th july from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_june19. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

                                      I am also a customer of bajaj finserv so how to check fraud name behavior of bajaj finserv.

                                      So i requested to bajaj finserv to take my money... Another then i take legal action behalf of bajaj finserv...

                                      Because now current time i mentley disturb after fraud name with bajaj finserv

                                        Hi bajaj team,

                                        I want escalate the conflict between me and bajaj finserv

                                        I have closed my home loan account 404shl37115991 — kollu sreenivasa babu
                                        I went to the branch to collect the documents on 17th july 2019 but they did not provide original documents as per list of documents.

                                        They have missed the original approved construction plan document
                                        This is mandatory document which is being asked by my current bank

                                        Not sure why you guys are not maintaining the customer's original documents in a safe manner.

                                        This is not fair to baja finserv.

                                        If you are not able to maintain original documents safely, you would have not taken that during the home loan.

                                        This is your responsibility to give all the mandatory original documents to the customer after the home loan closed.

                                        As i have mentioned earlier, the original approved construction plan document is missed.

                                        Make sure i should get this document.
