In this month of august 2019 bajaj finanace debited 295 rupees two time its shocking. With out my permission every time in my account debited 295 rupees for the investiment remidi.
So, please refund my money.
As soon as solve my problem my acount in state bank of india
Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi
Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unnecessarily the amount is debited which we don't know.

    Dear team,

    Please find the attachment and you can understand that i have received a message from "bajaj finserv" team issued for super card however every month of the 1st week i was received a call from end (Pune) but last three day i have facing lots of issue, there are every day 4 to 5times i was receive a call from your end (Vaishnavi-[protected], ajay - [protected]) already thousand times told your executive that "no need to require any credit card" but why i don't know i'm harassing repeatedly???

    Now coming to emi card. I'm a loyal and genuine customer in bajaj finserv. I have been using their emi card for over 7–8 years now. Their online portal is always up to date with the payments made and the outstanding loan amount which helps you keep a track of your loans. It also has options to make an online payment (Part payment or full).

    The only thing that irritates me is their aggressive sales calls - i receive a minimum 2 calls daily for the flexi loan from different numbers. Despite politely declining the offer, they keep calling me. I have now started to block their number.

    I am going through a horrible experience as well. Such a pathetic situation.

    I have not received any notice or something else i have mentally disturbed as well plz take action regarding this issued another will i will complain about social network

    Now coming to processing fees and insurance charges - irrespective of which bank or financial institution you approach, these charges are levied on all type of loans. Only certain times, like the closing of financial year processing charges, are some times waived off as a promotional gimmick. Otherwise, it normally ranges between 1% to 4% of your entire loan amount.

    Furthermore, to ensure you are not cheated by salespeople (They do this to meet their targets), you should ask the following questions before you submit any documentation for loan processing:

    What is the processing fee (Not only % but also the actual amount)?
    Is the processing fee paid separately or part of the entire loan amount?
    What are the insurance charges for the loan?
    What is the mode of repayment, clauses, and charges for a foreclosure?
    How much will the entire loan amount come to (Loan amount you need + processing charges + insurance + taxes)?
    Is there any minimum wait period before you foreclose the loan (Some banks would require you to wait at least for 1 year before you foreclose)?
    Lastly, get all the communication in writing from their official email id.
    Recently bajaj finance emi is available on online markets such as amazon and flipkart.

    A lot of times people are cheated because of lack of awareness from their side and salespeople take advantage of this. Once a loan is sanctioned and disbursed, there is a little that can be done to reverse the damage.

      Dear team,

      I do not hold any active loan account in bajaj finance as on date. All the previous loan amounts are paid and there are no dues from my end.

      On 21st july 2019, there was a deduction of rs. 295 x 31 times has been deducted on savings account stating "failed ecs mandate charges" in sbi bank.

      Bank says, its presented by bajaj, and your executive over telephone says they haven't presented the ecs.

      Why there is an unnecessary charges put on me? Please rectify the issue asap

        Bajaj investment intermedi deduct amount of rs 450/- from my sbi account without my permission. Can you tell me 'when i applied for it?'. Even i dont hav complete information about it. I m not interested in this type of investment, so please refund my total amount nd disconnect all this unwanted investment schemes from my account. I will complaint against your company if your company not refund my total amount.

          Hi,
          Pls refer to my home loan number, h403dhb0043492 since the last two months, from my account 700/-rs in the month of june and 500/-rs in the month of july has been deducted for no reason. When approached their 'wecare, customer care head through email they made a false claim stating insufficient fund in the account but in reality, enough fund was there in the account. I sent them the relevant bank statements with dates of emi which clearly clarifies that at no point in time my account ran without sufficient funds / nor got bounced. Despite sending umpteen number of emails, they have not rectified the issue neither the customer care bothered to call and speak.
          It's atrocious and unacceptable from bajaj.

            I have closed my home loan account 404shl37115991 — kollu sreenivasa babu
            I went to the branch to collect the documents on 17th july 2019 but they did not provide original documents as per list of documents.

            They have missed the original approved construction plan document
            This is mandatory document which is being asked by my current bank

            Not sure why you guys are not maintaining the customer's original documents in a safe manner.

            This is not fair to baja finserv.

            If you are not able to maintain original documents safely, you would have not taken that during the home loan.

            This is your responsibility to give all the mandatory original documents to the customer after the home loan closed.

            As i have mentioned earlier, the original approved construction plan document is missed.

            Make sure i should get this document.

When i complained in bajaj office they said that the amount is deducted by bank. And when asked from bank. They said the charges are levied by bajaj. Please resolve this issue.                   I have purchased refrigerator from flipkart on 2 april 2019 through bajaj finserv at that time my emi was 2415/- but after one month emi amount deducted from my account was 2815/- with no consent no msg from bajaj finserv on enquiry i got to know that 400/- is deducted towards ecom cpp binding after that bajaj finserv have deducted 2 installments from my account towards loan account no - 545etbei629888, even i have a word with customer support of bajaj finserv and i got to know from there that i have purchased extended warranty from flipkart after that i have called flipkart for the details and they told me that no extended warranty was purchased then again i called customer support of bajaj finserv they assured me to resolve the issue with in 7 days but it is almost 2 months and they are continuously deducting rs 400/- without my consent i have not buy anything from ecom cpp telebinding kindly resolve my issue i want my 800/- back i am mentally harassed by all this, if have purchased anything from ecom then kindly show proof of it, i have written mail, order summary from flipkart as proof that i have only purchased refrigrator amounting rs 14490/-.

This month i again paid 2815 rs installment instead of 2415/- ... please resolve the complaint on priority basis ... coz of after that i have only one option of consumer court.. i will apply in consumer court.. kindly make the complaint resolve.

                      I do not have any bajaj finserv card with me physically and i last interacted with bajaj finserv about 5 years back. Since then i have nothing to do with bajaj finserv. Now since last year they have started deducting rs. 117/- as inactive card charges.                         bajaj emi card active - not able to transaction

                        I made the transaction on makemytrip and my transaction canceled even my card is active, also have fund in my card.

                        One of the bajaj finserv agent in mysore - deepak raju came to my parent's place, in my absence at home, demanding for emi amount that i have already paid in cash along with the late payment fees; he tortured/insulted & threatened my parents who are unaware of the cash transaction that is already done. Also, deepak raju scolding my parents that he would bring police to our house, threatening them so much. I request you kindly to take some action against this deepak raju at the earliest.

                          I have sent severals emails to Bajaj Finance to resolve the below issues and there was ZERO resolution from your end. I am so fed up following up with you guys for past 4 months continuously.

                          1. Kindly waive bounce charges, over due charges for 403TOLET802983 and 403HSOEE400799.

                          2. Kindly refund 700 x 3 = 2100 Ecs taken + H403DHT0068527 + H403DHT0068518 + H403DVR0068535.

                          3.Kindly give interest refund for the LAN numbers as the start dates where wrong and few have been paid in parts, but still full EMI was taken. I have attached a Excel sheet and my bank statement for proof.

                          There was no response from Bajaj Finance till now ? what's the use of forwarding the same complaint to wecare or customer support? when the complaint is mainly about them????
                          Bajaj flipkart—bajaj EMI card transaction declined by the bank from Flipkart. When i tried purchasing mobile. I used bajaj Emi card on store and paid instalment successfully through same branch. Still i can't use it online.. Please revert back with solution.

                            An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of axis bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card ([protected]) that was send to my address was never applied nor requested by me still it landed up at my place. I totally don't understand after 3+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

                            Kindly refund my amount of rs. 117 at the earliest.

                              I had approached bajaj finserv for a credit line, and i was briefed regarding the process of loan sanction and related processing fee while being briefed. I agreed and started providing all required documents.
                              However after loan sanction and disbursement, from the many emails received from bajaj yesterday i found surprisingly that there is a credit vidya report fee of 4999 that has been deducted from my loan account and the deducted remaining loan has been credited to my salary account. It says clearly that customer consent is required for this product. Also it is clear that this product is not mandatory to get a flexi loan from bajaj.
                              According to the rbi rules, a service/product cannot be "pushed" alongside another consented financial product, without proper knowledge of the product being transferred to the client before obtaining client consent. I strictly condemn the way this credit vidya has been pushed to me silently along with my loan application.

                              I was never been briefed about this product/service. This is a third party partnered service that has been forced upon me silently.

                              Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest and refund my 4999 that you have deducted in lieu of this unwanted service/product. The entire process of loan application and disbursement was very pleasant but the force pushing of this credit vidya has made the experience a bitter one.

                                I have an existing home loan with bajaj finserv. Account number 404dhl35018323. Bajaj finserv did not reduce the interest rates depite rbi repo rates coming down. I informed then the wish to reduce the interest rates, for which they asked me to give them rs.15, 000/- to make the change. When i told them i'd rather go to some other bank & and them for the list of documents, then are not sharing the same. It's been over 4 months of me persuading them to shae me the lod. They are not. What do i do?

                                    Well replied, but these all are blur explaination !!

                                    I have simply asked you, last month I have utilised 100% of my Limit.

                                    Suppose my dropline limit is Rs 480590.00

                                    Please share detail calculation where you have adjusted my last payment of 14063.00

                                    I am very clear about EMI, it is a combination of Capital + Interest (as explained by you, where capital was 8k approximately). So where it has adjusted.??

                                    As very normal case Capital part suppose to be adjusted against Rs.480590.00 and this amount will be reduced significantly.

                                    I feel there will be very conspiracy theory you're applying.

                                    At very initial stage also you made wrong commitments, you have promised only PROCESSING fee will be charged but after signing all documents with trust to the brand - we realised later you have charged some additional fees like credit Vidya, wallet protection, etc - which I have never wanted neither your executives explained with 100% clarity.

                                    However, If you're repeatedly fooling customers in same way - will have to ask help of CONSUMER supports, for clearing both of our understanding. It's a matter of transparency issues between customers and Bajaj.

                                      I am a new customer of bajaj rbl super card i am using this card since 2 month they have recovery department my payment for a credit card recently i have an incident my bill generated on 14th july in a day and after that they start calling from 20th july and they said this is reminder call and they are talking like recovery call and in a day they call me more than 20 to 25 times with different numbers and they said this i said my due date is 3 rd but after that they continue trying to call and every time say that disturbing and enjoying it so plz no one plz don't take this trouble card
