I got a call from your company i was offered 121000rs of pre approved loan. On completion of the application my loan was rejected.
Reason for rejection was as they said my father already has a loan with bajaj. So my loan cannot be approved.

My question
1. If you already knew my father has a loan with your company they why did you give me a pre approved offer.
2. Why dose my fathers loan effect me?
As far as i know he pays all emi on time and we both have an excellent credit history.
3. Who should i held accountable for the cbil core that will be affected of mine due to a hard inquiry of loan.

My assumption.
I was lied to when you called me and said i had a pre approved offer and you did this to make me apply for the loan. This is wrong on soo many levels. You call me to give me a loan and then you reject it after all documents are submitted.

I request my loan be approved given my track record is clean i have never in my life missed an emi.

    This is regarding my loan account (Loan account no[protected] which was settled and closed on 20.08.2010. Now when i was trying to apply a loan i came to know that this account is still not closed. I visited bajaj finserve office @ residency road bangalore branch yesterday and the representative asked me to send an email in this id to get the closure letter.


    Attached settlement letter for your reference. Request you to send me an acknowledgement for loan closure and update cibel at the earliest.

    Also few questions from my side on behalf of all your customers.

    When we close and account and when you issue a letter saying there is no outstanding, why do customer need to apply for a closure letter again. I don’t think most of them are aware of this process.
    Please make the process simple so that people like me who are from non-banking side is also aware of the process.
    I don’t think i was ever communicated on this, may be my address and mobile number got changed.


    Anyways request you to close this at the earliest

          Without my knowledge, a policy named "life insurance phone binding" has been activated. Name - deepak jain.. Registered mob no. [protected].. Email id - [protected]@hotmail.com
          I want no deduction of any amount from my account for this policy. I want to cancel it.
          I got a message quoting that an amount of about 787 rs on every month.
          How can the company activate any such things without informing customers!

            I've missed my bajaj payment and the collection executive is calling me continuously and using abusive language. I would like to bring this to your notice as he is using var bad language. This is the number from which he is calling me[protected]. His name i shyam. Till he apologies to me i will not pay the amount i would like to file a police complaint against him. I cannot take this as he is very rude and using very abusive language.

              Bajaj will offer you on spot loan without any documentation. Beware & understand what you are signing up for. They will offer you loan and also subscribe you services like card protection plan & finance fitness report and charge around rs 6000. Please ask them hidden charges & fees involved. The customer support team are very cleaver in telling you the loan amount and terms & conditions very fast so you don't catch their supplementary & optional products. Thanks, such blood sucking company should be thrown out of the market.

                In this month of august 2019 bajaj finanace debited 295 rupees two time its shocking. With out my permission every time in my account debited 295 rupees for the investiment remidi.
                So, please refund my money.
                As soon as solve my problem my acount in state bank of india

                Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unnecessarily the amount is debited which we don't know.

                  Please find the attachment and you can understand that i have received a message from "bajaj finserv" team issued for super card however every month of the 1st week i was received a call from end (Pune) but last three day i have facing lots of issue, there are every day 4 to 5times i was receive a call from your end (Vaishnavi-[protected], ajay - [protected]) already thousand times told your executive that "no need to require any credit card" but why i don't know i'm harassing repeatedly???

                  Now coming to emi card. I'm a loyal and genuine customer in bajaj finserv. I have been using their emi card for over 7–8 years now. Their online portal is always up to date with the payments made and the outstanding loan amount which helps you keep a track of your loans. It also has options to make an online payment (Part payment or full).

                  The only thing that irritates me is their aggressive sales calls - i receive a minimum 2 calls daily for the flexi loan from different numbers. Despite politely declining the offer, they keep calling me. I have now started to block their number.

                  I am going through a horrible experience as well. Such a pathetic situation.

                  I have not received any notice or something else i have mentally disturbed as well plz take action regarding this issued another will i will complain about social network

                  Now coming to processing fees and insurance charges - irrespective of which bank or financial institution you approach, these charges are levied on all type of loans. Only certain times, like the closing of financial year processing charges, are some times waived off as a promotional gimmick. Otherwise, it normally ranges between 1% to 4% of your entire loan amount.

                  Furthermore, to ensure you are not cheated by salespeople (They do this to meet their targets), you should ask the following questions before you submit any documentation for loan processing:

                  What is the processing fee (Not only % but also the actual amount)?
                  Is the processing fee paid separately or part of the entire loan amount?
                  What are the insurance charges for the loan?
                  What is the mode of repayment, clauses, and charges for a foreclosure?
                  How much will the entire loan amount come to (Loan amount you need + processing charges + insurance + taxes)?
                  Is there any minimum wait period before you foreclose the loan (Some banks would require you to wait at least for 1 year before you foreclose)?
                  Lastly, get all the communication in writing from their official email id.
                  Recently bajaj finance emi is available on online markets such as amazon and flipkart.

                  A lot of times people are cheated because of lack of awareness from their side and salespeople take advantage of this. Once a loan is sanctioned and disbursed, there is a little that can be done to reverse the damage.

                    Dear team,

                    I do not hold any active loan account in bajaj finance as on date. All the previous loan amounts are paid and there are no dues from my end.

                    On 21st july 2019, there was a deduction of rs. 295 x 31 times has been deducted on savings account stating "failed ecs mandate charges" in sbi bank.

                    Bank says, its presented by bajaj, and your executive over telephone says they haven't presented the ecs.

                    Why there is an unnecessary charges put on me? Please rectify the issue asap

                        Pls refer to my home loan number, h403dhb0043492 since the last two months, from my account 700/-rs in the month of june and 500/-rs in the month of july has been deducted for no reason. When approached their 'wecare, customer care head through email they made a false claim stating insufficient fund in the account but in reality, enough fund was there in the account. I sent them the relevant bank statements with dates of emi which clearly clarifies that at no point in time my account ran without sufficient funds / nor got bounced. Despite sending umpteen number of emails, they have not rectified the issue neither the customer care bothered to call and speak.
                        It's atrocious and unacceptable from bajaj.

                          I went to the branch to collect the documents on 17th july 2019 but they did not provide original documents as per list of documents.

                          They have missed the original approved construction plan document
                          This is mandatory document which is being asked by my current bank

                          Not sure why you guys are not maintaining the customer's original documents in a safe manner.

                          This is not fair to baja finserv.

                          If you are not able to maintain original documents safely, you would have not taken that during the home loan.

                          This is your responsibility to give all the mandatory original documents to the customer after the home loan closed.

                          As i have mentioned earlier, the original approved construction plan document is missed.

                          Make sure i should get this document.

When i complained in bajaj office they said that the amount is deducted by bank. And when asked from bank. They said the charges are levied by bajaj. Please resolve this issue.                                 I have purchased refrigerator from flipkart on 2 april 2019 through bajaj finserv at that time my emi was 2415/- but after one month emi amount deducted from my account was 2815/- with no consent no msg from bajaj finserv on enquiry i got to know that 400/- is deducted towards ecom cpp binding after that bajaj finserv have deducted 2 installments from my account towards loan account no - 545etbei629888, even i have a word with customer support of bajaj finserv and i got to know from there that i have purchased extended warranty from flipkart after that i have called flipkart for the details and they told me that no extended warranty was purchased then again i called customer support of bajaj finserv they assured me to resolve the issue with in 7 days but it is almost 2 months and they are continuously deducting rs 400/- without my consent i have not buy anything from ecom cpp telebinding kindly resolve my issue i want my 800/- back i am mentally harassed by all this, if have purchased anything from ecom then kindly show proof of it, i have written mail, order summary from flipkart as proof that i have only purchased refrigrator amounting rs 14490/-.

                                I raised my complaint on 2 of august but i did not get any answer from your side it have been more than 10-12 days . This month i again paid 2815 rs installment instead of 2415/- ... please resolve the complaint on priority basis ... coz of after that i have only one option of consumer court.. i will apply in consumer court.. kindly make the complaint resolve.

                                  Please de - activate my emi card which i have never ever received from bajaj finserv so that in future i will not penalised for service which i have not used at all and kindly refund my amount.

Since then i have nothing to do with bajaj finserv. Now since last year they have started deducting rs. 117/- as inactive card charges. I would like inform bajaj finserv that no card was issued to me and on what basis they are deducting inactive charges.

                                      bajaj emi card active - not able to transaction

                                      I have bajaj card and paid also for same when i received this card but it very hard to do transaction anywhere.

                                      I made the transaction on makemytrip and my transaction canceled even my card is active, also have fund in my card.

                                      I sent the mail regarding this to wecare bajaj, and received the reply, due to policy line you can't make any transaction we let you know by sms.

                                      One of the bajaj finserv agent in mysore - deepak raju came to my parent's place, in my absence at home, demanding for emi amount that i have already paid in cash along with the late payment fees; he tortured/insulted & threatened my parents who are unaware of the cash transaction that is already done. Also, deepak raju scolding my parents that he would bring police to our house, threatening them so much. I request you kindly to take some action against this deepak raju at the earliest.
