I have been charged rs. 295 thrice. I have an upcoming emi of rs. 2100 (1st installment) for which I have enough balance around rs. 9000 & previous emis of rs. 1700 are paid fully in February month. Please tell me for what I have been charged. Please try to refund because this amount has been unnecessarily charged to me. I have trusted bajaj finserv for so long but I think now it has started looting it's loyal customers....

When customer care person talked to me he said that I received 3 lacs limit on my card and 30000 rs shopping vouchers on my email id but after 25 days I still receive anything. Hello Bajaj finserv,

It is ridiculous that daily getting 5-6 calls from your staff or recorded ones, I am receiving this calls in odd hours and even in sundays from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan or card. I am not interested to take any loan / card and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me.

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced...

My new new bike having problem and their is no one to take ownership, parts are not available in service center,

1.my bike is not getting start and creating noise while i am pushing self start when i visited to service center then got to know some part have to replace which is not available this is the critical issue i am facing from last 4-5 days.

I have taken the salaried flexi loan of Rs 6 lacs from Bajaj Finserv for which i am paying all the EMI on time at 2nd of every month.

The EMI amount for this month is very high of Rs 5, 452.
Out of Rs 6 lacs I have utilized the amount of Rs 5, 84, 621.

Today i received a message from bank for deduction of rs.295 for "bajaj finserv — for charge for failed mandate txn bajaj finance" but when i checked my account there is two deductions of rs. 295×2=590. What amount is pending from me against to you that you want from me. Who is responsible for my loss. I want my money back as soon as possible. Do some needful....

Ref to 10215169, Bajaj Finserv have deducted rs. 117/- from my bank account without permission letter addressed to my residential place. This is unfair practice.

They simple did not notification, just debited my 295 * 7 times today, why i don't know, actually i cleared all my emis in 2 years before. Am jus not using the bajaj finserv. I don't know why they loot my money from my account with out informing and with no reason even i think i closed my account also even though there are accessing my account without informing.
