As a screenshot attached i did the payment on 16 sept 2019 online of 1000 inr for emi is 867. There is no sense here to visit my home on 17 sept 2019 because of already the payment that has been made 1 day earlier.
My old parents with my pregnant sister lived to my address and i shifted to a new address six months before. Its a harassment to my old parents and my pregnant sister.
I don't take it easy and cozy the act of executive, he should be aware of the payment that has been made by the customer online. Make some sense here to recruit some illiterate kind of executive making only noise not to understand the situation of the customer at home, keep asking only for payment that has been made already, he should get an update from the concerned office. Or do not offer the customer to pay online the bounced emi or advanced emi on your website if payment made by the customer than the executive should be aware of the payment whether it is bounced emi or advanced.
My question is here is that why he visited my address if i already did payment online 1 day before?
Why he is not aware of the status of payment being made 1 day before?
I accept the payment been delayed and bounced from my side but i did payment online too.

And need answers for my questions.
