Hello Sir/Madam,

Bajaj finance taken OD 1year back and repaid all amount without using anything.And gave closure request also .Siddharth sahu and dhanshekar were handling the OD, they confirmed OD will be closed in 7 days.

butr still last from 10 month they are deducting emi 138 rupee and now they I should pay 12k to close.Please help me to close this OD.

    On 19th of sept 19 an amount of rs. 4999/- has been deducted by bajaj frim my savinga account pnb 768*3444 which was done without my consent and permission hence it is an act o[censored]nauthorized deduction done by your reputed company.
    Whatever may b the reasons, i want my money be refunded in my account at earliest.

      I m sujeet jaiswar, i'm purchase refrigerator on the date of april 2019 from jyoti electronics through bajaj finserv, my total loan amount is 20500 and i m paying 4 advance emi at the time of purchasing refrigerator, my first emi scheduled on the date of 02/06/2019 my first 3 emi going proper time to time but my 4 emi not deducted from my bank account. When i m check the loan details on bajaj finserv appliction there is showing your loan application is closed. Then i m going jyoti electroics for enquiry regarding this issue that time your executive told me sir you select the reduce emi option thats why your emi not dedctued from your side. But sir i m not select any option regarding reduced my emi. I m totally disturb, plese see this issue. As soon possible.

        Unauthorized amount deducted from my account through ecs. I contacted them on mail 8 times and they are simply replying that amount is not deducted by us and you may contact bank people. I contacted bank people and done investigation and bank people informed me that it is requested by bajaj finserv and they have only deducted amount from my bank account. Please help.

        An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of Maharashtra bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction.

          I have taken the loan from bajaj finserv. But from 2 months my account is blocked. I have been repeatedly contacting them through mail, but 1st they told it will get automatically unblocked by 48 hours which got extended for 15 days. They everytime they told me to follow new procedure which is not working, then they asked me to pay the principal amount offline but in the bajaj finserv office they are not excepting because it's online loan and from 2 weeks they have stopped replying to my email also. I had started to pay the principal of my loan so on purpose they are not unblocking my account. My loan is registered to my mobile number [protected]. I am attaching the screenshot of the service request numbers of which they have stopped replying also.

          It's 2 days since I complained and nobody from Bajaj finserv team has contacted me. I had told previously also they are not responding because they want to stop me from clearing the loan.

          I have attached the screenshot of the email sent by Bajaj finserv team. They have asked me follow the steps as mentioned to unblock my account. There are totally 7 steps. I have tried that, but after the 4 th step, I am getting my account ID and password ( old) sent to my registered mobile number and email. So I am not able to change the password and UNBLOCK my account. I have sent them 4 emails telling about this problem, but again and again they send back the same email. This shows that they are not even reading my email COMPLETELY. They are running a big SCAM to cheat the customers. First they told it will get automatically unblocked after 48 hours and now they tell me to follow some procedures which is not working. Neither they are allowing me clear the loan offline telling that the loan is online. This shows that they are just stopping me from clearing the loan because they want me to keep paying the interest.

            Bajaj finserv has deducted 118 rs from my account on 18th september 2019 as (Bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs) without stating any proper reason. I called the customer care they are not picking up calls. When i contacted with bank they told me that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. Please provide a solution to this issue. I want a refund. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

              It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me for loan requirement..

              Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers.

                But mostly i am surprised at how sneakily they took the amount from my account.

                  An amount of rs. 117 has been deducted through ecs from my account of hdfc bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company from long time and i don't want to keep this card with me. I don't need this card. I totally don't understand why they have applied these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

                    I purchased a product using bajajfinserv and the emi tenure was 5/6 months.
                    Not a single penny from my bank account was reduced and this was totally their fault. I did try to reach them via email and telephonic conversation
                    They always said me to pay my debts and when ever i asked them what about my credit score the were totally shut.
                    Now why do i suffer from this? Without any reason my credit score is hampered from 850 today it has strikes to 579.
                    Why??
                    Am i responsible???
                    Please help me i want my credit score to update.

                        Hi, i am jayamani, i have taken a loan in bajaj. Every month i have a regular payment amount of rs. 8, 686/-. This month i paid lately with the bounce charge added rs. 600 + 8, 686 = 9, 286 respectively. Paid to the bajaj in charge person who came directly on (14 sep 2019). I have given him the amount in hand and received an email and message of receipt to my inbox.

                        And after a couple of days later bajaj again debited rs. 8, 686/- from my bank account on (16 sep 2019). So i made a payment twice. Now i need that refund amount of rs. 8, 686/- taken from my bank account, which i kept for my personal use. Please do the needful to refund that amount back.

                          Ajaj finserv debited 118rs on[protected] from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_aug19. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

                            I had renewed my two wheeler insurance on 9 sep 2019. Till date policy certificate has not come. I have mailed to all customer care email id's including customer service head but result is zero. Bajaj finserve website is having payment gateway redirected to team razorpay. As per my experience please be aware with this bajaj site it may be fraud site. While after seeing all complaints it seems to me bajaj finserve is adda of frauds only. Hope this company should shut down asap so consumer should be protected. I am amazed that how come mr. Rahul bajaj doesn't know that how his company working???

                                My name is s. S, being a customer of bajaj finserv for so many years had financed and paid the emi properly, i would like to request you, please resolve the problem i had faced because of your recovery executive mr. So and so nagpur maharashtra mob no - — .

                                As a screenshot attached i did the payment on 16 sept 2019 online of 1000 inr for emi is 867. There is no sense here to visit my home on 17 sept 2019 because of already the payment that has been made 1 day earlier.

                                My old parents with my pregnant sister lived to my address and i shifted to a new address six months before. Its a harassment to my old parents and my pregnant sister.

                                I don't take it easy and cozy the act of executive, he should be aware of the payment that has been made by the customer online. Make some sense here to recruit some illiterate kind of executive making only noise not to understand the situation of the customer at home, keep asking only for payment that has been made already, he should get an update from the concerned office. Or do not offer the customer to pay online the bounced emi or advanced emi on your website if payment made by the customer than the executive should be aware of the payment whether it is bounced emi or advanced.

                                My question is here is that why he visited my address if i already did payment online 1 day before?
                                Why he is not aware of the status of payment being made 1 day before?

                                I accept the payment been delayed and bounced from my side but i did payment online too.

                                All my past relationship with your company is attached (Screenshot) here is this mail.
                                Attached the statement of payment dated 16 sept 2019.

                                I need the resolution on this situation, need action on that executive asap.
                                And need answers for my questions.

                                I hope you will resolve my query and your action against the situation i mentioned here will satisfy me being a customer i expect that to be done asap.
                                Also, i want to get an update on my account with my new address to in future it won't happen again because of any executive.

                                I will pay for my outstanding on time.

                                  Team, i am dialy receiving multiple calls from different numbers and its multiple time of the day.
                                  Request you to stop this, if i need any loan i will contact you till then please put my no into dnc.
                                  Eight eight zero six six six eight nine eight six is my no.
                                  Hope it will be done and i will be spared of this daily harassment.
                                  The daily calls are very irritating, its for offering loans, balance transfer with reference to inquiry which i did 3 years ago. Just ridiculous.
                                  Kindly resolve the issue on priority.

                                    I am purnima ghosh my digital emi card no is [protected]. My a/c is debited by rs.118 on 16th sept 19 is the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_jan19. Please inform details. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint.

                                      Rediculous service by BAJAJ FINSERVE. I was trying to purchase a product online and for which i have used my Bajaj Finserve card. Due to some techincal error payment was not successful and the product got cancelled. However Bajaj Finserve charged my arounf 61000/- of loan against the same. I have called up several time and written a mail with cancellation copy of order even. But no one is trying to resolve my issue and saying "YOU CALL UP TOMORROW". My due date is nearer but none of the Bajaj Finserve authorities cares about the same. I suggest never go for any bajaj finserve service else you will be in soup. I have lodged the complaint against SR 20247706, case closed but loan amount is not removed. Worst service from Bajaj Finserve.
