My name is ranjit singh, having emi card number 4579. I purchased an item from flipkart. After purchasing from online my ecs account mapped wrong by system automatically and no emi deducted our bounced in my account. When i find it i foreclosed the loan account immediately. But my emi card blocked by bajaj finserv without any notice. It has been taken 1 year long period but still emi card is not blocked.

When i sent email to wecare customer care they said your cibil score is low. I have cleared the disputes with cibil and sent updated report again to bajaj finserv then again they said "sir your dob is not correct in cibil report" when it corrected by cibil we will unblock your card.

Now emi card is blocked from past 12 months, cibil score is more than 750+, dob has been corrected, no loan is pending even there is no loan account is active in my name but still bajaj is unblocking my emi card.

I have sent many repeated emails and 100 times visited bajaj finserv local office, they are also know the story. But there is no solution have been provided by bajaj finver.

This is so disappointing and poor customer service.

My bajaj Loan account 405SCE85346681, Last EMI pending was 5715/-, they have charged a penalty of 400 rs for cheque bounce.however i have checked with my bank they havent submitted any cheque or ECS request, the agent are repetedly calling me to pay the due which i am unwilling to pay as the penalty charges is a false claim
Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end [protected] comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan

      Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 13th Feb 2019 from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_jan19. When contacted the bank I was told that it was deducted by BAJAJ but it is not reflecting in my bajaj account statement. no response from Bajaj.

        My name is b harikrishna, i taken bajaj finserv personal loan, my loan are closed on 2017 without cheque bounces. But bajaj finserv taking charges without information from my sbi account. I am fully irritating from bajaj finserv so please immediately refund my amount. I. E 21/12/2018 rs. 295/-, 22/02/2019 rs 412/- & 23/02/2019 295/- this amount are debited. My bajaj customer id 30506149.

        His shouted and misbehaving out side of our gate and not grant some time of EMI.
        I have been abused your executive and I have a call record also, she told me to deposit my bouncing charges and I told her that I will deposit that by 05/03/2019
        But she did not agreed and threatened me to block my Bajaj EMI card and my personal PAN Card.
        She also abused me and I have a call record of that.
        Please I forgot my password of Bajaj finserv I have an app I type my id but I forgot my password so please help me out with this

On 04 february 2019 i've purchase a flight ticket from yatra (Order id is order #[protected] and used bajaj emi credit card ffor the duration of 3 months. But due to some problem i have cancelled the order from yatra and they even cancelled the order and refund the amount but bajaj generate the loan emi start date 02/03/2019 for 3 months. (Loan account no is - 410ecf[protected]. Please cancel this loan amount. Helpful 3 documents file are attached it.

              Why you guys still didn't cancel the loan and still refuse to take action against it. It's been already 19days now and still the problem wasn't resolve. And you guys still deducted the loan amount without hesitation. Are you guys are playing a mind games with your customers? See the attached.

              Why are you unnecessarily charging for a service that i do not want to use, the EMI Card. I wish to discontinue my EMI Card. Kindly guide how I can discontinue.

                Hi i opted finserv flexi loan and they never mentioned about the credit vidya fee. Just they told processing fee will be around 10k. But when loan disbursed i saw credit vidya rs.4, 999 was cut. Even trans cibil wont take much. I dont need that please return the amount.

                I called and tried many ways to reach customer care no one pick up the call. When some one asks for loan details with their agents they will be behind us calling so many times to get a loan. But when we take loan and need clarification no accept. I dont know whether they have ethics.

                I didn't purchase Any insurance policies od hdfc but it is attached with my personal loan
                Hence it has to be cancelled immediately with my humble request .
                Also i have one emi network card with limit of 125000 . Also not used single time.
                But again during the process of personal loan 1 emi network card worth limit 29000 attached without my acknowledgement
                It must be cancelled on immediate basis.

                All the process done via call may be its miatake and i have all call record .


                All the charges taken by bajaj should be revert as i am not acknowledge of that
                Its my humble request plz revert it ..

                Hdfc insurance fee 2500
                Emi network card fee 449
                And unnecessary others.

                  My EMI date is 05th of every month. I have sufficient balance in my account. How is it possible that the emi got dishonnored and i have to pay the bounce charges. This is the 05th or 06th time i have purchased item in bajaj. 1st time like this it is happening which is annoying.

                  Loan numbers: 404CDD[protected] and 4040VS[protected]

                  Same day they have deducted bajaj loan amount which i am paying 40th emi. Why should we pay dishonor amount. When i have sufficient balance in my account and bajaj executives harassing like any thing and i am getting plenty of msgs that the emi not cleared pay dishonor amount. The executives treating like i am culprit and i have to pay the penalty which i am not responsible.

                        Bajaj finance is doing fraud with his customer by without informing his customer give more than 1.50 lakh insurance policy and forcefully give us bajaj elite card and do fake commitment about rate of interest actual rate of interest is different.... Their representative is not available in office and mgr give excuses so request all beware from such fake companies like bajaj finance i have very bad experience

                        Dear sir
                        For my home loan balance transfer Bajaj executive Mr Vishal ghodke committed interest rate of 8.45% reducing but in actual it is 8.90%,
                        And I had not signed sanction letter of 8.70% .

                        There are other following fake promises also given by your executive..
                        1) Gift vouchers Rs 17000 from Amezon. ..not received
                        2) forcefully insurance policy given without signing documents..and top-up loan made for that ...
                        3) forcefully Bajaj elite card Rs 5000 given.

                        And all above not informed by us and I had not received any documents from Bajaj also, .
                        After checking online we came to know about this... fraud..

                        We already 7-8 people suffered from this issue

                        Making fake sign on loan and insurance documents is fraud
                        ( Punishment for Forgery – Section 465) leagal action will be taken trough consumer court with support of media..by all o[censored]s..

                        Regarding this we made two meetings with Mr Arvind Srivastava and Umesh Bagade from Bajaj but nothing worked...

                        -Requesting you kindly revise interest rate from 8.90 % to 8.45 % as commited.
                        - immediately issue Amezon gift vouchers Rs 17000.
                        - Cancel Insurance and settle full top made for insurance.
                        - Cancel elite EMI card and refund Rs 5000.

                        Please resolve above issue asap and update..

Kya karu mai.. Mushkil ek ek paisa kama raha hu wo bhi bank wale kha rahe hai... Bank wale jina haram kar diya hai mere..

                            Good evening,
                            I had previously applied for the “bajaj finserv elite card membership” via the bajaj finserv app.
                            I got a call from one of the bajaj finserv executives explaining me the facilities of the elite card membership, and had asked me to pay a one time subscription fee of inr 4, 999, which i was aware of when i had selected the same via the app. He also assured me i would be assigned a whole new separate credit limit which would be independent from my existing bajaj finserv emi network card.
                            The executive sent me an email with a link for the payment of the onetime subscription fee and had told me that i’ll be getting a conformation call & a verification call for the same. However it’s been over 4 working days and i’ve neither received a acknowledgment of the payment made / a callback / or a verification call from your company which makes me question this scheme.
                            The call centre numbers do not work and the emails at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in are going unanswered.

                                    I'm been showed some vas services in my bajaj account for which i never requested or asked for. The vas services amount now shows 5345 however the loan amount shows 2024. I have never taken a loan of 2000 from bajaj finser v i am not able to understand as to why they are charging me for the same as this account is on my dad name we are getting threatening calls that there is a case registered on ur name and u will be produced in court by police. My dad age is 54 years and now he has taken tension regarding this. I'm not able to get any clarity on this 2000 loan.

                                      I bought a sony led tv from wheels & wares, dhankheti, shilong through bajaj finserv. Last emi has been debited from my bank a/c on 02.10.2018. Hence, there is no outstanding payable to bajaj.
                                      On 22.02.2019, an amt of rs.117/- only has been debited from my bank a/c as bajaj finserv emi card inactive fees. It is not understood, what is inactive fees?
                                      Neither i received card nor i used their card.
                                      Hence, i would like to request you to refund my money which has been debited from my bank a/c on 22.02.19

                                        Review: useless at first the cust. Rep called me n said u have a preapproved loan for 3.29 lakhs, so just submit your pan and address proof, loan amount will be credited to your account within 48 hrs. After submitting the documents along with payslips n all, they say the loan is not approved as my cibil is 724. Without checking my cibil how can you provide a preapproval for loan? Later a rep called me and said 3.29 is not psbl and we can provide upto 1.5lakh only. After accepting dat, now dey say even dat is rejected. Also they checked my cibil twice, just to reject. Is this marketing strategy to fulfil your month end targets? Is this the way you cheat your customers?

                                        Review: Useless At first the cust.rep called me n said u have a preapproved loan for 3.29 lakhs, so just submit your pan and address proof, loan amount will be credited to your account within 48 hrs. After submitting the documents along with payslips n all, they say the loan is not approved as my cibil is 724. Without checking my cibil how can you provide a preapproval for loan?
