I donot have an loan no or any statement data in my id for an ongoing loan. An this month emi has got skipped and i have been trying to pay the emi online with no effect. No customer contact no are reachable toll free not reachable.
Im just sitting not knowing how to pay the emi as i dont have the loan no too.in my id theres no such loan pending where as its only two months since the loan is being paid.
Kindly help as i dont want any issues on a later stage.
Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have paid my EMI OF RS 4167 through Paynimo on 6th March.But it has not cleared by Bajaj Finserv yet.What should I do?

    My samsung j7 prime mob has been damage by internal fault and my mob was insurance with u r finance. I submitted my mob last jan. All documents, mob and all accessories were submitted. But it's over one year no insurance claim, no any msg. I would contact insurance company many times he can't detailed tell me what happened and not received me as proper.         Dear sir/madam,
        I was bought a new pulsar 220 bike in pattukkotai arasu bajaj showroom for my brother with ready cash (Rs 110000). My brother name is mohan. I can't go register my bike during rigistration time for my bike accident. So i was paid ready cash for that demaged parts change into new parts. Total amount was around rs:31000. Showroom manager says wait 4 months for bike registration because of refund my registration process. I was very dippressed for that issue. Please register my bike and return my old parts to me immediately. So please take immediately action for that issue. I will eagerly waiting for your wonderful response.

        I was not get any response from Bajaj until today.so please take action immediately.i was complainted so many times to Bajaj but no response from them.complaint no is 500375, 500346, 497846.customer officer rithiya was spoke with me for these 3 complaints, but she was not answer properly like she cut the call while speaking.she was not have knowledge to understand my language tamil.so take action on that officer rithiya and then solve my problem immediately.

          I'm arvind kumar. I have been recently charges for rs 7614/- against an unknown transaction for "life insurance phonebinding" which i never purchased.

          Transaction details:
          05/03/2019 ecs debit paid paid to bajaj c4010cd0036:1000009:tech process refno:4010cd0036 - keb hana bank rs: 7, 614.00/-

          Loan account no: 401lip[protected]
          Total loan amount rs.7, 614/-

          The amount has been debited from my savings account & surprisingly bajaj used 6 years back ecs to deduct the same.

          Also i have been trying to reach their consumer care since morning but ivr system doesn't have any option to reach to customer service executive.

          Please help resolve this issue.

            I have been wrongly charged for 7614/- without my knowledge against the head "life insurance phone binding".

            The amount has been debited from my savings account & surprisingly bajaj used 6 years back ecs to deduct the same. I have not purchased any life insurance moreever they don't have any details of mine, how come they have open a life insurance without enough details about a person.

            There consumer care number is not reachable. They seem to be fishing customers account for money.

              I bought a phone (Samsung a7) from bajaj finserv on 24 feb 2019. And the sell me a mobile insurance without informing me whose value is rupees 2574 and the name of insurance company is digital fonesafe policy. They ask me if not applied then sms (Dfs n) to [protected]. And i have done this message but yet insurance is not canceled. I request you to to please resolve my problem as sson as possible.

                I am using bajaj emi card from 10 months and my credit limit used to be 1.15 lakh but recently they reduced the limit to 35000 without informing. They did not mention the reason but they should atleast inform about the reduction. At first they blocled the card without informing and now this reduction. If you can't inform anything what is the use of providing our contact details.

                    I was unable to pay my 3 installment to bajaj finserv because of my serious issue and i clear all the amount with due and after 3 rd installment bounced and after that i was ready to pay all dues (Money) to them and i called them up and they created a full and final letter which they just reduced cheque bounce charges and told me to pay that amount and i paid all the f&f amount in the favor of bajaj finserv ltd.) what to do next?? Any solution?

                      The issues i'm facing is ton 3rd march 2019, there is a debit of 2 emi from my account. With the amount of rs 4574 & rs 1417.

                      But my emi every month is rs 1417 (For the above mentioned loan number)

                      Got to know that someone has took emi loan with loan # 404remdz597098 from dealer "future lifestyle fashionsbangalore in" on 10/02/2019 for which the emi is deducting from account. Amount deducted is 4, 574 rupees..

                      Why is this happened, why should i pay for someone, please resolve this. I sent many mail to wecare but no proper response, not able to connect to customer care also. Tired of worst service from bajaj.

                      At least provide me the details of location of loan taken i will enquiry it.

I ordered a product from bajaj finserv website on 2nd of march, it's been almost a week the seller still hasn't confirmed my order yet and i cannot cancel the product in the website. I mailed them but they still haven't reverted back yet. Can anyone provide me the solution? Reason for such delay, whom should i contact? The seller (Khosla electronics) or bajaj finserv?

                              I had got approval for my loan 4560cd37309997, form bajan finserv lending on 22 th feb all documnatetion everything was done online i am calling them and mailing them further formaltiy of disbursment but i havent got reply for anything more than 100 call and 20 mail i have done

                              Please see the attachment call so many time your executive without listening any query disconnect the call or given useless query one person said your loan rejected and others are saying that they don't understand you that's why he given you wrong query and rest will say you loan approved non process will be taken by you please tell me exact thing I really need that after that fake service I totally irritated.

                              sorry to say but when i call to customer care all executive say that your loan will be approved you get that amount shortly if not then visit to your nearest branch today morning(9 march 2019) i get a call from ([protected])Bajaj and she said my loan was rejected after that i call ([protected]) again customer care they say your loan will be approved what a crap services you providing to customer lots of problem.

                                This is in regard to the flexi Loan account no: 6067214 in June 2016

                                I told in beginning that I will be requiring Flexi loan(over draft facility) of around 2 lakhs and was informed that as per my eligibility loan amount will be sanctioned and I need to pay interest and processing fee for the amount with utilized. As a confirmation for LOAN Disbursal I had written categorically that I do not want any General and Life Insurance coverage.

                                For loan amount of Rs 9, 15, 000/- which got sanctioned for me, I had received an amount of Rs. 8, 79, 792/- in my account and there was surprise call from your call center asking me to pay Rs. 35, 208 as first month interest and processing fee which is already deducted from my sanctioned amount.

                                Immediately when I received the information the deduction and interest part I had written to Bajaj Finance to cancel this loan amount and to inform the process to close this Loan.

                                I regret to inform that inspite of sending reminders to [protected]@bajabfinserv.in;

                                [protected]@bajajfinserv.in literally there was no response.

                                Finally I had escalated to

                                [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but still there was no response.

                                After trying to contact Mr. Amir who was employee of Bajaj Finserv for nearly one Month, he finally responded by reducing the interest amount from amount from Rs 4159 to 447 per month.

                                Since Aug 2016, Iam paying Interest of Rs 447/- per Month and till Feb 2019 I had paid total Rs.

                                17, 131/-

                                I hereby submit that the insurance was given to me with out my consent, processing fee was charged for

                                the loan disbursed and not on the loan utilized amount as committed to me and even after repeated followups and escalation to close my loan account there was no guidance from Bajaj Fin serv and not even a single email or call.

                                I Request Bajaj Fianance to to refund the wrong fully collected amount of Rs 17, 131/-(upto Feb 2019) and close my Flexi Loan with immediate effect.

                                  I had purchased 2 refregirator in the month of november 2018 from great eastern through bajaj finserv where executive (Deep) told us you will get refund of 1 month emi + rs. 1000 after the deduction of 3 emis.

                                      With reference to my bajaj finance limited loan a/c. No. 4040cd73619952, please note that i had purchased a tv and had taken emi facility on bajaj finance card for amount of rs. 39, 000.00

                                      The monthly installment was of rs. 2, 167. I am paying every month as per schedule but this time they deducted 395 extra for bounce charge. And i am maintaining balance as per schedule. And even i have proof of my bank statement that i have sufficient balance on the due day, but don't know why these people deducted the amount from my account. I request you to please look into the matter and advise solution and request you to kindly refund the deducted amount.

                                        One of the executive from bajanfinserv called me and pitch the od limit and i denied to accept but they force me to keep it as we need not to pay a single penny unless until we use its amount.
                                        They send me an email with the details that for the amount charge. I completely denied for the charge then their executive asked me that they will charge 4999 after two year and there is no charge apart from this but when got the disbursal amount they deducted more that 13 thousand from the amount in advance and they disburse the amount on 5th of march and they have mentioned the date for 28 feb. They are clearly cheating with me and when i contact them to close that amount same day of disbursal they denied and they asked me to pay 4% of the amount disbursed.
                                        They are cheating with people who believe on their words.
                                        Please help me to get this resolved. I will not pay a single penny to close this account.
