I had got approval for my loan 4560cd37309997, form bajan finserv lending on 22 th feb all documnatetion everything was done online i am calling them and mailing them further formaltiy of disbursment but i havent got reply for anything more than 100 call and 20 mail i have done
No consumer resposibilty they show i am in mental stress coz of this my name is saurabh singh

Please see the attachment call so many time your executive without listening any query disconnect the call or given useless query one person said your loan rejected and others are saying that they don't understand you that's why he given you wrong query and rest will say you loan approved non process will be taken by you please tell me exact thing I really need that after that fake service I totally irritated.

sorry to say but when i call to customer care all executive say that your loan will be approved you get that amount shortly if not then visit to your nearest branch today morning(9 march 2019) i get a call from ([protected])Bajaj and she said my loan was rejected after that i call ([protected]) again customer care they say your loan will be approved what a crap services you providing to customer lots of problem.

    This is in regard to the flexi Loan account no: 6067214 in June 2016

    I told in beginning that I will be requiring Flexi loan(over draft facility) of around 2 lakhs and was informed that as per my eligibility loan amount will be sanctioned and I need to pay interest and processing fee for the amount with utilized. As a confirmation for LOAN Disbursal I had written categorically that I do not want any General and Life Insurance coverage.

    For loan amount of Rs 9, 15, 000/- which got sanctioned for me, I had received an amount of Rs. 8, 79, 792/- in my account and there was surprise call from your call center asking me to pay Rs. 35, 208 as first month interest and processing fee which is already deducted from my sanctioned amount.

    Immediately when I received the information the deduction and interest part I had written to Bajaj Finance to cancel this loan amount and to inform the process to close this Loan.

    I regret to inform that inspite of sending reminders to [protected]@bajabfinserv.in;

    [protected]@bajajfinserv.in literally there was no response.

    Finally I had escalated to

    [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but still there was no response.

    After trying to contact Mr. Amir who was employee of Bajaj Finserv for nearly one Month, he finally responded by reducing the interest amount from amount from Rs 4159 to 447 per month.

    Since Aug 2016, Iam paying Interest of Rs 447/- per Month and till Feb 2019 I had paid total Rs.

    17, 131/-

    I hereby submit that the insurance was given to me with out my consent, processing fee was charged for

    the loan disbursed and not on the loan utilized amount as committed to me and even after repeated followups and escalation to close my loan account there was no guidance from Bajaj Fin serv and not even a single email or call.

    I Request Bajaj Fianance to to refund the wrong fully collected amount of Rs 17, 131/-(upto Feb 2019) and close my Flexi Loan with immediate effect.

      I had purchased 2 refregirator in the month of november 2018 from great eastern through bajaj finserv where executive (Deep) told us you will get refund of 1 month emi + rs. 1000 after the deduction of 3 emis.
      Since last 1 month i was talking to, zubair, rachit and mr. Kunal but did not get any proper reply from any of them, some of them are not answering my calls nor providing any proper solution. Below find loan account details

          With reference to my bajaj finance limited loan a/c. No. 4040cd73619952, please note that i had purchased a tv and had taken emi facility on bajaj finance card for amount of rs. 39, 000.00

          The monthly installment was of rs. 2, 167. I am paying every month as per schedule but this time they deducted 395 extra for bounce charge. And i am maintaining balance as per schedule. And even i have proof of my bank statement that i have sufficient balance on the due day, but don't know why these people deducted the amount from my account. I request you to please look into the matter and advise solution and request you to kindly refund the deducted amount.

            One of the executive from bajanfinserv called me and pitch the od limit and i denied to accept but they force me to keep it as we need not to pay a single penny unless until we use its amount.
            They send me an email with the details that for the amount charge. I completely denied for the charge then their executive asked me that they will charge 4999 after two year and there is no charge apart from this but when got the disbursal amount they deducted more that 13 thousand from the amount in advance and they disburse the amount on 5th of march and they have mentioned the date for 28 feb. They are clearly cheating with me and when i contact them to close that amount same day of disbursal they denied and they asked me to pay 4% of the amount disbursed.
            They are cheating with people who believe on their words.
            Please help me to get this resolved. I will not pay a single penny to close this account.

              Dear sir, i have used bajaj finserv, the loan was upto 24 months with emi 2730/- per month. I closed the account by paying the balance amount that was 46375.53/- on[protected]. I got an noc from bajaj as well regarding the foreclosure of the account. But they have deducted this month of emi even after they gave noc to me and closed the account, and they don't have a customer number where i can call, there is an email id that is [protected]@bajajfinserv.in i have emailed them but no-reply at all. I need you help to look into this issue as this is sheer fraud. Thanks. I am attaching few screenshots of my account details and amount deducted from my bank account.                 This is chandramohan. Since 2014, i am using bajaj finserv card. From the beginning i got some good experience from bajaj. But recent days, you guys act like something.. I made advance payment through online on 24th feb 2019. On 25th feb 2019 i got a message from bajaj finserv said that you have made successful payment. Then after three days i received message like please pay your due on before 2nd march. On that day i tried to reach bajaj customer care, but bajaj ivr system did some irritated things, like i entered my customer id 26554246# then it repeats 2224555, then i tried multiple times with customer id and bajaj emi card number, what kind of ivr system you guys are using just throw it away.. Worst customer care service i ever felt.. How can we trust you..

                Today i received message like please made payment to avoid penalties.. I don't know why i need to pay penalty i have made payment on 24 the feb over advance payment in online. It's just before deadline (25th)..

                  Hi i received one welcome letter loan email from bajaj finserve yesterday 04/03/20190 that my loan of inr 49, 996 is done. Loan account number 402sfpeb295208.

                  Its saying amount disbursed on 28/2- i have not received any amount? Whats the hell is going on? This is total fraud

                  Its also reflecting in my portfolio.

                  I have not applied for any loan - what is this then? Who has applied?

                  Ensure it is removed from my name.

I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details bajaj finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i am not interested to take this insurance.

                      I had bought a led sony tv from wheels & wares, shillong through bajaj finserv on 23.12.2017. The last emi has been paid fully. Now there is no outstanding to be paid. Recently, an amt. Of rs.117/-only has been debited from my bank a/c as annual inactive card fees. I could not understand, what is the inactive emi card fees? I could not remember, whether i had received the said card or not. If so, please deactivate the same because i never use the said card. But it is surprised to me, that without my permission, how the said fee has been debited from bank a/c. Please refund my money.

And i have insurace of my mobile with bajaj finserv... I visited to your executive.. He told me to call on your call center and and file a complaint. I called your call center and telecaller asked me to enter my imei no... But as i enter my imei no she say wrong imei no... I have checked the imei no many times its corrert but you telecaller is saying it wrong. I also requested a call back but bajaj finserv is not responding to my request... I dont understand why bajaj finserv is not replying me... Its only been 5months i have purchased the mobile and took the insurance from bajaj finserv at the time of purchase.. But now when company should pay for my phone damge its not replyong me.. I request ones again to bajaj finserv to process my request

                            Here is my experience with bajaj finserv. Back in 2013, i had opted for an emi to buy a smart tv. As per their requirement, i had to provide my bank / debit card details to allow them to auto debit my account for 12 months. The advance / lease was fully repaid in 2014. But on 21-feb-2019, i saw a debit entry in my account with a narration bajaj card fee-bf[protected]. I had never asked for an emi card at any time nor i had approved a debit to my account. Bajaj finserv had no business to hold my bank details in their customer database once the lease is closed. This is clearly a violation of the supreme court order on data privacy. This means that anyone who gets into an emi scheme with bajaj finserv will be at their mercy as they can give a debit instruction to your bank with no safe guards whatsoever. They can continue to hold you at ransom for the rest of your life or till you close the bank account which you had provided to bajaj when you signed up for the scheme. Bajaj finserv is committing a fraud on its old customers. I can't imagine a company of bajaj's reputation can stoop down to this level

                                Hi I am Maheswaran G. I was given E.M.I card while purchasing t.v which I did not ask for. Card no is.xxxxxx 7817. Rs. 117 have been debited from my Ac without my consent. This is bad practice and I strongly object. Ok. Pl. Refund immediately and deactivate my e.m.i card. Otherwise I will file a case in consumer Court. And will let every one know about your attitude.

                                  This is in reference to sanction of my loan (Home loan) from bajaj housing finance limited ('bhel').

                                  Facility promised:

                                  1. Emi holiday
                                  2. Rate guaranty
                                  3. Pmay
                                  4.8.90% roi

                                  By looking into this offers, i was very much convinced and decided to proceeded with bajaj. We have signed only the required pages (Home loan page and rate guarantee page) in the loan agreement (We have not signed top up loan pages, flexi loan pages etc, since we are not going for it, which was also available on the same loan agreement kit). Upon receiving a call from mr. Hari vignesh (Regional manager) for verification of the personal details provided by us on[protected], loan was approved for 37 lakhs and cheque was disbursed to owner for the amount of 36, 71, 996.

                                  We have not received sanction letter and copy of all other documents during this time frame even after continuous request to mr. Anand, mr. Ramesh and mr. Hari vignesh.

                                  Next we received the welcome mail with login credentials where we were shocked with roi of 8.95% which was promised earlier as 8.90%. When we gave a call to customer care for knowing about our complete loan details, we came to know that we have not provided with rate guarantee and emi holiday also.

                                  Then we decided to connect with [protected]@bajaj. Upon receiving the documents we could identify clearly that both (Applicant and co-applicant) signature were forged in many pages (Top up loan pages, sanction letter etc), which was totally a big shock in my life. Emi holiday option was also been manipulated without our concern and with forged signature.

                                  When we called mr. Hari vignesh and informed about the forgery in loan document and sanction letter, he acted very irresponsibly and tried to convince by sending mails of rate grantee (But customer care people confirmed that rate guarantee is not updated in back end) instead of acting against the forgery made.

                                  Based on fake signature in top up loan section, new loan has been activated with loan # 403tsheb186226 and amount of rs. 28004. Emi

                                  We are very disappointed with this and hence approached the grievance cell to resolve our issues. But even after 14 days there was not even a single email from them regarding it.

                                  So we decided to take it next level of escalation.

                                  Mr. Anand, mr. Ramesh and mr. Hari vignesh mentioned above have also created same forgery with my neighbors also. Please find the similar example with the loan # 403hsl96991755.

                                  To summarize, below are the action items requested from our end towards the resolution:

                                  1. Rate guarantee should be reflected in our loan account so that we are rest assured about it throughout the loan tenure. We should get a revised sanction letter also with this facility enabled.
                                  2. Our initial roi should be reversed to 8.90%.
                                  3. Emi holiday facility which is promised should be compensated with the reduction in interest rate.
                                  3. Strict action to be taken against people responsible for forged signature in documents.

                                    Dear sir/madam, we have not received any satisfactory revert from bajaj team till now. We have not interested any elite card and we have not approved nor discussed any bajaj customer care executive regarding this... Why card approved by bajaj team without any approval/ discussion by me... You requested to coordinate issue with higher team for reversal my money (4999) within 48 hours in my account. We do not accept bajaj emi elite card at any cost.

                                      I have purchased a samsung fridge from khosla in emi. The person there who made the papers from bajaj finserv didnot mention even once that there is some inactive fees charging yearly. We came to know that in feb 19 when rs 117 was autodebited from my bank account. This is horrible that even after telling them to refund and block this card they are not doing it. This is almost cheating.
                                      I want to black this card immediately and strictly want to get the refund.
