This is in reference to sanction of my loan (Home loan) from bajaj housing finance limited ('bhel').
Facility promised:
1. Emi holiday
2. Rate guaranty
3. Pmay
4.8.90% roi
By looking into this offers, i was very much convinced and decided to proceeded with bajaj. We have signed only the required pages (Home loan page and rate guarantee page) in the loan agreement (We have not signed top up loan pages, flexi loan pages etc, since we are not going for it, which was also available on the same loan agreement kit). Upon receiving a call from mr. Hari vignesh (Regional manager) for verification of the personal details provided by us on[protected], loan was approved for 37 lakhs and cheque was disbursed to owner for the amount of 36, 71, 996.
We have not received sanction letter and copy of all other documents during this time frame even after continuous request to mr. Anand, mr. Ramesh and mr. Hari vignesh.
Next we received the welcome mail with login credentials where we were shocked with roi of 8.95% which was promised earlier as 8.90%. When we gave a call to customer care for knowing about our complete loan details, we came to know that we have not provided with rate guarantee and emi holiday also.
Then we decided to connect with [protected]@bajaj. Upon receiving the documents we could identify clearly that both (Applicant and co-applicant) signature were forged in many pages (Top up loan pages, sanction letter etc), which was totally a big shock in my life. Emi holiday option was also been manipulated without our concern and with forged signature.
When we called mr. Hari vignesh and informed about the forgery in loan document and sanction letter, he acted very irresponsibly and tried to convince by sending mails of rate grantee (But customer care people confirmed that rate guarantee is not updated in back end) instead of acting against the forgery made.
Based on fake signature in top up loan section, new loan has been activated with loan # 403tsheb186226 and amount of rs. 28004. Emi
We are very disappointed with this and hence approached the grievance cell to resolve our issues. But even after 14 days there was not even a single email from them regarding it.
So we decided to take it next level of escalation.
Mr. Anand, mr. Ramesh and mr. Hari vignesh mentioned above have also created same forgery with my neighbors also. Please find the similar example with the loan # 403hsl96991755.
To summarize, below are the action items requested from our end towards the resolution:
1. Rate guarantee should be reflected in our loan account so that we are rest assured about it throughout the loan tenure. We should get a revised sanction letter also with this facility enabled.
2. Our initial roi should be reversed to 8.90%.
3. Emi holiday facility which is promised should be compensated with the reduction in interest rate.
3. Strict action to be taken against people responsible for forged signature in documents.
Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
