Dear team,
We have bought refrigerator through bajaj finserve in mangalore they have informed me that my emi amount will be 2500 but they are deducting 2661 from my account i informed bajaj people they said that they have added extra warranty without my knowledge now i want to cancel my warranty and please refund my amount.

I lost my phone number which is registered in bajaj fiserv.

We have visited your branch and they told to put mail from registered mail id but while taking a loan they did not asked my mail id and now they are not ready to cancel the extra warranty

    Bajaj finserv debited rs.118 on 14th march from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_mar 19. I already paid my emi with in due date i am not understanding why this amount deducted from my bank account. I am asking bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.       I'm a customer of bajaj finserv with loan a/c: 577dpf96998287
      On 02 mar 2019, i have sufficient balance in my saving account but bajaj finserv ecs loan has not automatically cut from my saving account and they charge 450/- extra charges. I have ready to pay ecs loan amount but before that i require solution because the above bounce charges effected on my cibil score. Request you to resolve problm at earlist.
      Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Request you to pls de-activate my card that was given to me as free & now you have are demanding Rs. 117/.This is unfair practice and gives a very bad taste.
      Pls de-activate asap. I will write to MCA to take suitable action against you for adopting unfair trade practices.

        Hi,

        I received calls from bajaj finserv about getting an overdraft account and documents were collected for same.

        After a few days i got the information that a loan account is getting opened for me and apart from processing fee, huge flexi fee and insurance were added. I don't want to get the account opened because of processing fee. On 15th march 2019, i contacted the sales team and tried to reach the customer care for not opening the account.

        Still on 17 march 2019, i am receiving mails from bajaj finserv about loan amount getting dispersed the next day.

        Bajaj finserv is always communicating the wrong information to me and is trying to charge me for account that i don't want.

        In recent communication, i received a loan account number: 404safec463425

        Please get this resolved as i don't want this account to be opened.

          I purchased a hp laptop worth of rs. 35000 through bajaj finance from vnet computers in sector 9, chandigarh. Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe" [ you have purchased insurance with loan application number b3112760 ] is tagged to my loan account no. 424dpfec284911, without my permission, without my knowledge how & why this loan is activated. This is totally an unwanted product for me beside, i'm astonished for such cheap action of this reputed company.
          Now, i request you to please raise the complain to this company & resolve the matter so that i don't loose any money. I shall remain in thankful to you. And "if till now" any amount is deducted from my account in the name of this "dfs" must be refunded to me. This is complete fraud process without taking any prior confirmation or my consent this "digital fone safe" insurance schemes are activated.

Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe" [ you have purchased insurance with loan application number B5173066 ] is tagged to my loan account no. 438DFSEE674877 without my permission, without my knowledge how & why this loan is activated. This is totally an unwanted product for me beside, i'm astonished for such cheap action of this reputed company.

            Sir
            Myself applied for a personal loan already have pre-approved personal loan as informed by (Ex. From nilambur branch). As per the information i submit and completed all the documentation process on[protected]. He was said that by[protected] the amount will be credited to my account. But unfortunately no action was took place not even a verification call. So when i went to the office he was not there and others in the branch doesn`t had any information about that. When i called him he doesn’t given any kind of information. Again i went on[protected] that time also he didn’t give any kind of right information and ask me to come on next day. Again i did the same that time only he started his work on my application and assured me about the verification call on next day[protected]. He call me on that day and ask me to came to the office. When i went there he again made excuse and didn’t give any kind of proper answer to my questions about the status of my application. Yesterday[protected] also i went to the branch because of the lack of processing from the branch, before that i made a call and that time he try to insult and miss treat me.
            . We the customers of bajajfinserv are expecting the minimum quality from the executives and credibility from the company. Sir i am asking that if there are any obstrucles to approve the loan, as per above mention quality the executive should give the right information to the customer. As a customer we can understand but here instead of that he is trying to make me fool. And i wish to say that no one will treat like this further.

            Sir i am requesting you to give a kind approval for the loan process as soon as possible as per the company norms. Or
            I am requesting you to give me the explanation about such a rude behave and wastage of valuable time by the company.

              On 18th January, 2019, I received a call from a Bajaj Finserv executive named Adarsh (Contact Number: [protected]) who shared details with me about the Flexi Loan (Overdraft facility) that Bajaj Finserv is providing and stated that it is a PRE APPROVED Loan and I am eligible for the same.

              I inquired about the same and furnished my details to the concerned person. Along with the documents which he asked for. I told him clearly that I don't want my loan request to be rejected and be shown in my CIBIL report.

              He assured that he'll ask his superiors and will let me know and after a day when I reconnected he told me that the organisation I was working in was blacklisted and hence the approval came 'Not Ok'. I said ok and thought that was the end of that. He offered me loan from other banks but I rejected the same. He called me again in February and said that other banks will give me a PL but I rejected again.

              In the first week of February, Ms. Sameera (Email: [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and whatsapp number she shared [protected]) called me and explained the same plan again, I told him about my interaction with Mr. Adarsh and that my approval came not ok. She said ok and hung up.

              On 21st February, Ms. Sameera called me again and started pitching details about the flexi loan, I reminded her that we've talked before. She asked me to share the documents with her again and to share my official email id (Same Organisation) with her and reply with 'OK' to the mail she'll sent me, which I did. Then I got no revert from her till 27th.

              On 28th February, I got another call from Ms. Sameera and she said that my loan has been approved and that she has talked with her seniors and they have said that the approval has come as 'OK' and the loan will be processed as my salary is in excess of Rs. 65k per month irrespective of the fact that I'm working in an educational institute. I confirmed with her twice (Have Call Recording) and she said, "Sir aapka approval ok aaya hai tabhi toh maine aapko call kiya hai (Sir, I've called you because your profile has been approved and the loan will be processed)'.

              I told her that I don't want this enquiry to go in my cibil report if there is even 1 % chance that the request will be rejected. She assured me that it has come as ok. I shared my bank statement, my aadhaar card, pan card, salary slips and all other documents that she and one Ms. Alnoor asked for. I shared my documents again with both of them. They asked me whether they should proceed, I stated only if the there has been acceptance from your end with respect to my profile and the organization.

              Then I got a call from Mr.Vinayak, from Bajaj Finserv (Contact Number: [protected]) who asked me about more details and I shared those details with him.

              Later on, I called Mr. Vinayak back and enquired that why haven't I received any call from them as before they were calling me every half an hour. He stated that your request has been REJECTED as we don't give loan to an organization such as yours.

              I explained to him in full detail, what had happened and he assured that he'll talk with Sameera and let me know. I told him to connect with me to a superior of his to which he said he would on 2nd March and I am still waiting for a response from him. I made a simple request to him, as I was deceived into this, kindly remove this loan enquiry from my cibil report or to connect me with a person who has such authority to do so.

              15 contacts were CCd in the mail wherein I mentioned the details about my organization and in the mail where they said loan approved. No one objected then.

              The brand Bajaj is known to be customer centric and is highly trusted. But after such a shameless and dubious act of deceit and cheating, I am forced to take a strong legal action against the concerned person (all marked in mail) and Bajaj Finserv.

              I gave everyone a fair opportunity to reply, I also got 2 calls last week on my number pitching me with this Flexi Loan and stating exact same thing that I am eligible for a pre approved loan. I told them about the problem and asked them to reconnect with me once they find solution but they never called back. I know you'll not be surprised but while I'm writing this I have received another call from Ms. Vinaya[protected] saying that I am eligible for Flexi Loan from Bajaj Finserv.

              This act comes under the ambit of CHEATING under section 415 of the Indian Penal Code and under Vicarious Liability it is needless to say that who'll be held responsible for the act. In order to achieve their monthly target they cheated and deceived me to get my consent for which I have sufficient proof.

And i am unable to purchase a mobile. Please check the issue at priority, reject the transaction and refund the amount at the earliest. Please provide me a customer care number, and help me to resolve the issue.

                      My name is mohammed muzaffar.
                      Since 2-3 months i was receiving calls from bajaj elite card department to subscribe for the lifetime membership.

                      On 3rd march 2019 sunday i made a payment of 4999 rs towards elite card and your team member sourabh promised me that once i am done with the payment i will receive an email with all the benefits of elite card including 30000rs vouchers and 30% increased in the limit of my existing emi card.

                      Its been 15 days but i did not received any email or any vouchers. When i tried to call the customer care its not been connecting. No response to my emails sent to [protected]@bajajfinserve.in and [protected]@bajajfinserve.in

                      Last week i received digital elite card with only 20% incresed limit but still now did not received any gift vouchers as promised by bajaj elite card. Its all fraud, u people are cheating the customers and looting the hard earned money of indians in the name of fraud elite card and its fraud gift vouchers.

                      I want the gift vouchers of 30000 rs as promised by your team member stupid ediot sourabh and also a call back from elite card department.

                      Hope atleast now i would get the resolution to the issues you ppl were creating since 2 weeks.

                          I have not been informed about this debit, and this has been automatically debited from my a/c. Bank has no clue. Bajaj finserv is extremely weird by having only ivr options and no executives who can resolve issues. I have an ongoing gadget emi with them. My a/c changed from citi to axis, and in advance i paid emi in noida sec 16 branch on 27th jan 2019, for emi due on 5 feb 2019. This co. Ran recovery agents after me, instead o[censored]pdating its own databases. Finally, on 18 feb. 2019 i received message that my "late payment" has been credited. Plus keeps sending me messages every day that they will charge late fee of rs. 450/- for an advance payment! This is a crime! I wrote to their wecare id and got no response. Went to branch and talked to cashier mr. Santosh, have valid receipt, but no one is helping me. And now, this auto debit. I am so frustrated, and am planning to take this to court. My loan a/c is 401rem96159963.

                            There is an unusual delay in releasing the home loan documents at bajaj finserv after completion of repayment. The customer service of local team has no idea whatsoever as to what the process is for release of docs and the team at prime location is too slow to understand the grievance of the customer. All they know is to raise a service request and say"our team will back to you in 2 to 7 working days". Besides, they do not have a coordination among the different teams. One of the customer care executive went even on recods saying "we do not know why the delay took place, but we will raise a request and our team...in xx days."and the same executive asks to rate the service with good, excellent... And on. If the customer care team do not know why a problem is not being resolved then what the necessity of such team.

                              My emi was bounced due to insufficient funds in my account but i always maintained the fund in my account on the due date of emi but still my emi was bounced and you charged me penalties. I have attached my account statement with this mail, please check and remove the penalty charges and tell me the reason of bouncing of emi.

                              We don't expect this type of carelessness from this reputated company.

I called ur customer supprt no. But no one picked the call and hold d call for 30 mins what d hell plz resolve this issue and provide me my card asap i am ur valuable customer .

                                Worst experience with bajaj finance. I purchased one plus mobile from pune but one emi is due. Customer care executive not remained us about due emi, due to some reasons we didn't went for payment, but i got a call from shirish bagad"mob:[protected]" and talk me rudely. I talk to his senior person manager anita khandelwal she even dont have sense to talk costumer. She respond so badly. She said, "bajaj finance ne apko dahej me diya hai kya product and me sirf client dekh ke bat karti hu. You are not sensible person. When i asked her no one called me to remind then she said muze kya utana hi kam hai kya?"
                                I really talk her respectfully. I getting call bajaj finance and threatened to spoil my cibil score. Am deeply regretting now to have taken loan from bajaj finserv. I need an apology call from her. She is speaking so badly with customer.
                                I have healthy relationship with bajaj finance since 4years. You can check my records, i never miss single a emi. This is my first time and i had worst experience with bajaj finance staff.

                                  I have a purchase new refrigerator for this reason small queries i have going on bajaj finserv nearest office but they have not submitted properly information about unblock and finally am calling help center but not accepting my calls and not unblocking my card so. Finally i have decided complaint and unblock my card

                                    This is in regards of products (3 products) which we have bought in loan but not from bajaj fins, we have taken it from capital first but why you guys have deducted the ach registration amount. Before taking loan from capital first we have tried from bajaj fins but was showing blocked account as we have not paid the emi but this was so false, we had a word in your customer care and had cleared everything that we have paid our all the emi's you can track in your system as well. It was showing block and it was about to take some time to unblock so we have taken the loan from capital first even our emi's are also going.

                                    But why you are taking the charges from us regarding ach registration, seriously you have the pathetic services, firstly we have paid all the prior emi's then also it is showing that we havenot paid and now we have not taken any loan from your end you are taking charges of ach registration after 2 month suddenly.

                                    Resolve our issues with in 24 hours, you are doing fraud sitting there, if you dont have any system dont give loan but dont play with other hard earned money. Resolve the issue on priority, below is the mentioned account number and for reference have attached the screen shot of bank statement.

                                      My customer id: 48086041. I have bought samsung j8 on emi from bajaj finance on 16-january-19. Now i want to cancel the extended warranty of cpp asset care policy.

                                      My asset care policy number is 462dcf[protected], my emi will start from 02-march-19 so do it fast. Please cancel cpp asset care policy.

                                      Also i tried to update my email id through bajaj finance customer login but not able to update at my end so please update it as

                                      I WANT CANCEL THE INSURANCE ITS URGENT
                                      5000 has been debited from my SBI saving account under the head 'DDR Bajaj Auto'. Would like to know the reason for the same and if it's some kind of an error, then kindly refund the amount. Also, how are you authorised to debit without prior knowledge to the account holder ?

                                      Last month bajaj debited ₹295 from my mom sbi account... And this month bajaj debited ₹295 twice and has not debited the loan amount... The bank account was funded but they didn't deduct... So i will not pay the loan amount for this month any more...

                                        Every day i'm getting daily 4 to 5 times phone calls from bajaj finserve from different numbers and different names.

                                        The way you people behaved despite several request to delete my number from your caller list and there's no action.

                                        Kindly remove my number from your caller list and of course i do not wish to move to consumer court the kind of harassment bajaj finserve providing me.

                                        Plus, i also not telling my friends & relatives to not take loan or share the contact number with bajaj finance or finserve.

                                        Please stop bothering me with your loan offers.
