I have been charged 4999/- as credit vidya fees. Which was never informed or i am aware of.

I don't want any credit vidya report or never i was informed about this. As per my email while sending ok the only charge mentioned is od activation charges which is flexi fee.Your team member told me this is loan insurance charge.

I, kajal kumari had my loan account no. 594ecf82450512 with bajaj finserv which have already cleared outstanding amount on october-2018. Also get no objection certificate from bajaj finance ltd. On dated 31/10/2018.

My name is shailendra shivwanshi, my loan account number is 4300cd83793061 in bajaj finserv. All the emi's have been deducted on time. Still they charged me for rs. 885 (295 × 3 times). Two charges were deducted on 28/01/19 and 29/01/19 respectively and third was deducted yesterday. I request you to refund my money as soon as possible. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account.
