Dear sir,

I have applied loan against bajaj lic policy the loan amount is rs 5, 00, 000 as reference by your executive and the loan account number is blod[protected] and application number is ci/291683/af.
And i have paid yearly payment rs 50000/- and rs 81000/- as gst total of rs 131000.

But still they dint create the policy and they did not disburse the loan and they did not receive my phone calls. Kindly resolve the same. I think bajaj fin serv ltd is reliable company. Otherwise i will take legal action for the same.

    When i get the bajaj finserv card i have charged of rs.500/-. I have complete all the emi before 3 years. But now the problem is being start. I have every year charged for inactive fees of rs. 117/-. What is this??? I have not inform abt this inactive fees when i take this card. And now they cut of charge from directly my account.???

    This is fraud of the company

    That without permission he had directly deduct of inactive fees on every year.

        I want to inform you that around 3 years ago i took a second hand phone from a shop which name is international value retail pvt. Ltd. So that time i don't had the that much of amount to buy that second hand phone. So i requested them for doing something so the manager of that shop and bajaj finserv executive done something (I don't know how they did). So i gave them 3 cheque and some docs in which signed by my younger brother and i told him " i am buying a second hand handset and he said ok. But instead of the old handest the bajaj executive and that manager financed a new samsung a-8 phone which was not in my knowledge and not also in my brother knowledge because we did not get any verification call for that mobile phone. So after doing that they said you need pay only 3 emi for this old handset which will goes from your account but now it's came to know they financed a new phone and bajaj asking for that emi the phone which we did not buy so i have so much tension what i have to do. How can i resolve the issue. Where should i make the complaint. Please help me.

          Dear sir recently we purchased bhyju learning app kit. At the time of purchase they told that they told that it is avialable for 12 months e m i 0 % r o i. Due to some tchnical problem they unabled to connect e m i oppotion to my s b banka account. Then they asked if i am having bajaj finsery card. After that they told that this loan is avialble for 0 % interest. But after seeing message from your comany some interests are calaculating. Please give details of my loan. Ie e m i ammount number of months total ammount of interst. And also if iam not satisfied is it possible to cancel

              As i want tell you tell around three years ago i gave my document to bajaj executive regarding to finance a second hand phone so instead of second hand set he financed a new handset and took my sign on papers and all. Now it's comes to know that he done the finance of a new handset and gave me the old handset which value is one fourth of the new handset. Now bajaj is asking for the money so what i have to do? I am helpless.

                  My name is Manish Kohli personal loan request of Rs 80000 Agreement (account) number 401PST56957353 I have paid 12 to 13 EMI but right now I have lost my job(31/11/2018), so I am not able to pay my EMI last 2 months I have told all situations to the recovery team also I have never denied to pay EMI I have told I will pay very soon but not immediately... But I have received calles from last 2 days they tell me "I am branch manager (Manoj) at Mumbai Bajaj finserev I will send recovery agents on your home if you are not pay your EMI this week he said that you do anything I don't care your situation your dead line you will pay on 25th February 2019othervise our agent will torture your family" I have told him also my situations but they don't understand my situation I am facing extreme mental harassment from your company and company representatives but i can't do anything for money

                      I have requested for original bill for the mobile purchased from kapoor sons rajapuri but his response is very weird. His name is not and his mobile number is [protected]. I have requested to forward the bill to my email id raaj. [protected]@gmail.com but he refused to do so. Please look into this urgently. Ideally they should give bill on the day of purchase but they have not given bill. I really want to understand that is there separate policy for different distributor. I hope that immediate solution will be provided

                        The mistake that I did is that, I have taken consumer product through Bajaj Finserv 0% interest very long back. Still they are calling to take loan still I have asked them to de-register.

                        Please stop send messages and stop calling. If we require a loan we will contact you. Please behave like matured and stop calling or messaging.
                        It would be better to put one code to de-register customers by themselves.

                          Hello sir/ma'am,

                          I would like to escalate this matter to you that i have been doing the follow up for refund of rs. 4, 999 which i paid to bajajfinserv to get elite emi card for which, later, i was informed that i was not eligible due to their internal credit policy or some reason.

                          Once, i asked to refund my fee, i got a email from customer care in which they asked me to provide my bank account details so that they can process the refund and i provided the same on very same day.

                          However, it has been more than 4 months, i am still waiting for my refund and whenever i am sending a follow up email, i am just getting the response the my refund will be processed soon or it is in process.

                          This is really very unprofessional behaviour from such a reputed nbfc bank. I have maintained a very good relation with bajaj finserv since very long time as i have been using some of the personal loan facilities whenever needed and i have been very consistent customer in terms of paying all emi's on due timeline.

                          But, this is very unprofessional from bajajfinserv side that i am forced to do so much of follow up for to get the refund of my rs. 4.999.

                          I have escalated this matter to nodal officer of bajajfinserv, however, they dd notthing as well which shows their double standard that if consumer misses to pay any of their emi or dues, they levy heave late charges and interest and now consumer is asking for hard earned money and his refund, they are taking so much of time and not doing anything to refund my amount.

                          I hope, i am able to explain my problem in detail, it would be great if consumer compaints forum could help me with this matter and take appropriate action to process my refund.

                          Kindly help me to resolve this matter.

                          I have taken baja finserv loan and I am paying emi on time. But 118 rm deducted from my account with info bajaj fin mndtvrfchgs Jan 19. Why they are deducting money from account without any prior information and what is the reason to deduct money 118rs from my account.

                              I purchased a new bajaj pulsor150cc on 4th oct. 2018 from shikha motors, ambala road kaithal haryana.
                              Its observed that engine were make ubnorarmal sound after 2 days so i complained to same dealer/service centre. After checking they assure me that its not a serious issue its will be rectify automatically. But the problem was the same on 13.10.2018 and i again visited the service centre. While service manager agree with the problem and ask me that we are going to do 1st service today after that problem will 100% resolve. Service has been done before standard timeline but the problem still persist and engine making huge sounds in december 2018. Again i visited the service centre in dec. 2018 but this time they told me its a normal sound so no need to worry. I was very fed-up with service/ customer service.
                              On 31 dec 2018 (Time 20:00) i was on highway at kurukshetra and bike's engine goes shutdown, i tired to start the bike with kick but kick was in free condition. I was very angry to purchase a bajaj's bike.
                              Next morning i called up in service centre and brief the incident, they give me a mobile number, but the guy who picked my call, give me another number i bring the bike in their service centre. I was very shocked when the service manager told me that engine got jammed and piston broken. Also briefed me that there is no engine oil that's why its happen. Also they told me that you have to pay for this.
                              After 15 days bajaj has changed the piston and cylinder head and return to me with assurance that problem has been resolved permanently.
                              But now its again create problem and engine oil leakage from cylinder head and i login the complaint with dealer/bajaj, kaithal, its 15 days passed away, but complaint still persist.
                              Its the total harassment of the customer.
                              Its my humble request, please look in to this matter.
                              It will be highly appreciable if bajaj refund which i paid or change this product.

                                I was tortured by baja finserv telecallers and brain washed to take od loan from bajaj finserv and they didn't explain about the hidden charges of 15000 rupees. They said only 1% is the processing fee. Once i got the approved loan amount then i got shocked and i asked the loan processed person he said please accept it sir, only 1% will be charged as processing fee and remaining amount will be credited into your account and he brainwashed me. Once i contact the customer care for grievance they are very rude and fraud guys. I have repaid what ever amount credited into my account but they are showing outstanding as 52128.5 rupees but there itself showing as utilized amount as 14280 as there charges that is not credited into my account. Please close this loan and repay my amount.

Usne mujhse cash me payment le liya or bola sir mene update kardiya hai or fir jab mene jan me online payment kiya to mene dekha ki meri payment update nhi hui hai, maine bajaj ko mail dala ki emi not update or unhone ka ki sir aap ki oct. Or dec. Ki payment update nhi hai baki sari payment update hai, aap uski reciept bhej do, phir mene unki statment me se oct. Or dec. Ki payment detail ka mail kar diya or dosto kal yani 15/2/2019 ko mere pass phir se phone aya or dosto ab wo bolte hai ki une meri nov. 2018 or feb 2019 ki payment nhi mili.

                                    Matalab ki hum cutomer pagal hai un unhi ki statement me humari payment nhi dikhti, or na hi wo apne employee se investigate kar rahe hai ki payment jab di gai hai to kaha hai, ulte mujhsase bola ja raha hai ki aap payment ka proof do jab ki mene unhe apni sari payment ka proof de deiya hai. Ye bajaj finser wale aise humiliate kar rahe hai.

                                    Mujhe ba wo bol rahe hai ki aap nov. Or feb ki payment karo or uske sath penelty jab ki me sari payment kar chuka hu

                                      I have loan with bajaj finserv (Customer id[protected] and i used to pay emi rs.3333/- normally in advance by the mode of customer portal. But this time paid on 28.02.19 (Emi-4) through online axis banking. As per normal procedure of bajaj finserv the customer who paying advance paying option between 25 to 30 of date it will be adjusted on upcoming month) but unfortunately i have been charged bounce charge by bajaj finserv rs.450/- even after paid. I have raised complaint to bajaj finserv customer care [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but there are asking to pay bounce charge. Never get any kind of proper response from them.                                         Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 14 february from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_jan19. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.
