I was trying to make the flight booking from pune to chennai in bajaj email card on 17th of feb 2019, in the payment gateway the payment was failed, i got message also for that, but bajaj has charged the amount in my statment, immediately i called them they said that, your transaction was failed we will be reversing the same in 2-3 days, while making the payment i opted for 3 months emi, while statement generated for this month i got very much shocked, emi was debited in my bank account, i have already escalated to nodal officer of bajaj but they are not at all replying anything, its going to be 30 days since im waiting for my money to get refunded,
Very worst service from bajaj.
