Hello everyone. I ordered a product from bajaj finserv website on 2nd of march, it's been almost a week the seller still hasn't confirmed my order yet and i cannot cancel the product in the website. I mailed them but they still haven't reverted back yet. Can anyone provide me the solution? Reason for such delay, whom should i contact? The seller (Khosla electronics) or bajaj finserv?...

Request you to pls de-activate my card which was not delivered to me & now you have debited rs. 117/- from my bank account without informing me & not taking my permission before deducting.
This is unfair practice.
Pls de-activate the card and refund rs. 117/- back into my account.

I purchased a laptop on 15-aug-2018 and a cpp tele binding was activated for my account without my authorization and the 5 emis of total rs 3380 were deducted from my account.

As per their requirement, i had to provide my bank / debit card details to allow them to auto debit my account for 12 months. The advance / lease was fully repaid in 2014.
