      Total cheating by the person Srikant and his manager Jayant Verma who discussed with me and accepted to take 7000 RS including all the charges until the loan tenure 5 years except interest 14.00. But in the welcome letter mentioned as 35584 RS. He told on 09/09/2022 the same, he had not given time to go through the documents. He called me and asked me to accept all the terms and conditions and everything in documents will be same as we discussed.

      Kindly help me, when I called to we care of Bajaj finance no one ready to listen about the issues.

        CPP LIV PROTECT plan has been done for me without my permission as ai have requested for BFL RBL card but they have done for this. Ihave paid 999 for this now i need this to be cancelled and want refund immediately

          Hi Bajaj Team - This is JESUDOSS RICHARD from Tamilnadu. As I was about to place an order with help of our Bajaj EMI card which rejected due to EMI full settlement in past. The reason was due to my sudden marriage I have applied my loan in ICICI for 10 lakhs as they wants to close all my existing loan and product loan which i taken from Bajaj. But I want to continue my shopping with Bajaj EMI card without any further problem also i wont repeat the same in future as i was troubled financially to make my marriage perfect. Kindly consider and help me out. Thanks in advance!

            Today when i open my bank account, i saw a message Rs. 295/- deducted from my account without my permission. How Bajaj finance deduct amount without my permission.

              I didn't received my NOC.. Is this really a service? This is really harrasment for a customer. I'll never go with Bajaj finance in future & will highlight this to others surely.

              This is 2nd i am repeating my complain, really don't know where is the solutions & who will do this. Few months ago my all EMI was cleared in a two wheeler loan. But still now no update about my NOC. GREAT SERVICE 🙏

                I Got Offer From Bajaj Finserv Stating That I'm Eligible For Free Credit Card,
                And I Applied For That I Filled The Form,
                After That One Employee Came To Me For My KYC Firstly He Showed That The Credit Card Is Free But After That He Gave Me CPP Card Protection Pro Service I Didn't Wanted That Service But He Said It Will Get Refunded In Credit But Don't Want That Service As It Is Not Required By Me.
                He Performed All The Transaction And Gave Me My Mobile Only to enter Upi Pin, And He Gave me the Service Forcefully I Didn't Wanted.
                I Paid ₹799/- To That And I'm Attaching The Screenshot Of Payment To The Mail Please Take A Look At It And Please Cancel This Service ASAP As I Don't Want It
                And GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
                I WANT FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY.

                  An amount of rs. 117 is deducted from my savings account of sbi bank without any information on
                  15 july 2022.. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction. I totally don't understand they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

                  Kindly refund my amount of rs. 117 at the earliest

                      My Bajaj finserve EMI card account has been inactive for 3 years Now.But AMC 117 Rs/- have been deducted every year(16/09/2020 and 15/09/2021). Now it is sad that they will deduct another 117 Rs this month for year 2022.But when i took the card 10 years ago there was no AMC concept. Now i kindly request you to return my deducted AMC'S and not to debit current year AMC and cancel my EMI card.
                      Also request you to stop all unwanted promotional calls regarding home loans and personal loans.

                        Somebody has taken a loan in my name using my PAN card, which I did not take and even after entering my PAN number in CIBIL report, it is showing the same details due to which my CIBIL score has gone down a lot, please from my PAN card Please try to remove all these fake loans

                            I have been charged with
                            Upfront charges 7221, Credit vidya fees 2999, flexi fee 2999, stamp fee 200, hdfc protection plus 16401, wallet protect insurance 3599 and annual maintenance charge as well. These are not approved by me.

                            Need the repayment of same at the earliest (mandatory fee to be paid can be excluded). If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.

                              I purchased a Blaupunkt sound bar system from Bajaj finserv website Bajaj mall on 28 Aug order id [protected].The item was supposed to be delivered within24 hrs.today is 11 sept 2022 still I not received the product.They r not responding mails and no one lift cl.My account is debited and amount deduct.kindly help me what to do

                                Loan account number B31ERFIN039895
                                I rising this complaint behalf of my brother Ekambaram.

                                1. Aug 02, I placed order on primeabgb website using Bajaj emi card. I cancelled product within one hour after order.
                                2. I waited upto 10 days for automatic loan cancellation
                                3. After 10 days also i seen loan not cancelled
                                4. So, i raised loan cancellation request on aug 12, i received feedback that mentioned my issue will be solved within 48 hours. And submitted dealer confirmation for order cancellation.
                                5. I waited 48 hours, loan still not cancelled
                                6. I raised another complaint on Aug 14 about the same. And i received feedback that my issue will be solved within 14 days working days. 14 days is very long time.
                                7. And i spoke to bajaj finserv customer executive about 14 days time duration, he told if loan cancelled, deducted amount will be refunded to my account. For Credit score sale I kept ₹2000 extra in my bank account. I had belief that you will refund me whatever deducted money once loan cancelled.
                                8. On Aug 22, for checking loan cancellation status again made complaint, still received same feedback.
                                9. After 14 working days also loan not cancelled.
                                10. On Sep 02, 1st month EMI ₹1905 deducted from account for product which cancelled. Requested loan cancellation 20 days before. You are dragging loan cancellation until next month for getting 1st month EMI.
                                11. So, Sep 03 i raised complaint to bajaj grievance redressal team about same issue. I received feedback my issue will be resolved within 48 hours.
                                12. On Sep 06, I received mail from Bajaj wecare loan cancelled. But refund amount mentioned only ₹1491. ₹1491 was credited in my account next day.
                                13. On Sep 07 i again raised complaint for refund issue. And received more ₹121 refund confirmation from Bajaj. Still not credited in my account. Still refund is not credited ₹293.
                                14. Sep 09, Regarding remaining₹293, i raised same issue. Sep 10 received feedback "We would like to inform you that the processing fees and convenience is non-refundable as per policy as the loan was cancelled after the disbursement date.
                                Hence we are unable to refund the amount."
                                Customer executive told, loan should be cancelled within 1st EMI date. Once EMI deducted BAJAJ were able to refund only ₹1612 instead of ₹1905.
                                15. I requested Cancellation before 10 days for product cancelled within 1 hour.
                                16. Bajaj finserv dragging loan cancellation for one month for earning some money from cancelled product. So that you can earn convenience and processing charges on 1st EMI.
                                17. Dragging loan cancellation process for month whose mistake, It is not my mistake. It is mistake of bajaj finserv for the one month process time. Bajaj finserv should take responsibility over for this long period process. Why should I loss from bajaj late loan cancellation process.
                                18. Even ₹1 also i won't leave. Because for every penny I'm putting my hardwork.

                                Payment deduction history:
                                Sept 02, EMI 1st month: ₹1612
                                Sept 02, processing fees 1st installment: ₹176
                                Sept 02, EMI convenience ₹117
                                Total: Sept, ₹1905

                                Payment refund history which i received:
                                Sept, 07, 1st refund: ₹1491 (created to bank)
                                Sept, 09, 2nd refund: ₹121 (mail received for refund, not credited in bank)
                                Total refund confirmed from bajaj: ₹1612 (which is except extra charges)

                                Payment refund yet to be received,
                                Pending refund:[protected]=₹293
                                Kindly resolve my refund issue ASAP.

                                This is email id registered for Bajaj EMI Account.

                                    I have taken Bajaj finance salaried flexi term loan but during loan time Bajaj executive never told me about FLEXI FEE but after disbursement of loan they have deducted Rs.5999/- of credit vidya fees from my loan.

                                    So please cancel this FLEXI FEE & refund my amount of Rs.5999/-.

                                    Please resolve my request at the earliest and refund the amount I don’t need it.

                                      I am getting repeated irrelevant calls from Bajaj group. Doesn't matter how politely you tell them not call again and update the database still they keep calling from different number each time. If not answered, calling multiple times.
                                      This is really annoying and distracting my work.
                                      Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I received THREE calls since morning today for personal loan and home loan. Once again, politely requesting TO STOP CALLING ME.
                                      We are educated enough to go through the website, pick up the toll free number and contact the customer care when there is a requirement, not waiting for your customer care call back or our requirement wont wait for your call. PLEASE UNDERSTAND AND STOP TORCHURING ANY CUSTOMER.

                                        Some of your employees have cheated and bluffed me, they called me with an offer of loan with zero percent rate of interest against the insurance policy but you people have asked me to take policies from Bhart AXA Life Insurance plan Secure Income plan with the premium of Rs.177200/- i.e yearly plan and India First Life Insurance Maha Jeevan Plus plan with premium of Rs.97200/- without thinking i have taken these two policies and you people have not given time to read all the conditions and on behalf of me, you people have applied loan in moneyview loan app and you people have asked me login to the moneyview but i have asked many times but your people have told me that it is a part and process getting the loan after login in to that app asked to apply Rs.5, 00, 000/- after filling all these things i have received a message that i have applied loan in moneyview amount is Rs.5, 00, 000/- with rate of interest is 20% and processing fee is Rs.37672/- but i have not asked lhis loan, you peo;ple are bluffing all customers by saying all these messmerising stories to all after trapped the customers, you people are applying these worst tricks to earn money to your organization so this is not correct hence i am asking you refund my amount, which i paid to policies and provide facility to close the loan of moneyview. Vikas Gupta, Nitesh and Jerseline, who are working in your organization all bluffed me and cheated me to take policies and loan from moneyview
