Refund not received make very delay from 19-august-2022

I have blocked my Bajaj Finserv EMI card but the Annual fee debited from my account on 18-August-2022. I have logged complaint on 19-Aug-2022 to Bajaj finserv about this incident and requested refund the payment which is 117 Rupees. They take a complaint and asked to share the bank statement the same day i have shared my bank statement through mail and twitter account. I have bought a sony Android tv from ganesham and finance through bajaj finserv . When i go to ganesham to use my voucher of ₹4000 they said that bajaj finserv account is closed at their outlet and when u tried to complain the same from bajaj finserv app they closed my complaint without giving any solution. As my voucher was expired on 31 august, i tried every possible way to contact them for resolving my issue for whole month of august but i got nothing as return. Please have a look, this is my complaint, it is possible that more customers are there who are bearing the same loss because of their drama of account closing and all

    I bought a LED television brand (hyundai) in February 2019 from khosla electronics lucknow showroom now they have closed in lucknow . The Brand (Hyundai) offers a 3 year warranty and an additional 3 year warranty was offered by khosla electronics the i was told that our extended warranty partner was bajaj finserv, as my television incurs a problem in the month of july and i complained to khosla repeatedily more than 10 times and they took 1 month approx to divert the call to bajaj finserv representative and now this guy mobile number ([protected]) name not known to me, is not responding to my calls and he just replies to me from past 15 days on wattsapp that he will call me u but i haven't recieved any response, its getting very frustrating and i want a heavy fine on them and an apology from bajaj finserv and khosla electronics for wasting my energy and time and my problem resolved as soon as possible

      My asset care policy loan account number is P403PPB5341981 and policy number is IL5959220 my emi will start from[protected], so do it fast before the next emi date and refund my deducted amount.Please cancel cpp asset care policy.
      I have also tried to contact customer care many times but there is no response and raised a query but they closed the query without giving any resolution

      Also i tried to update my email id through bajaj finance customer login but not able to update at my end so please update it as

          Sir, it shocked me to notice that the CMP Mandate Debit is done from my Account, worth Rs. 1279/- as an EMI (it says into loan a/c - 400IDG11873189. It asks me to see the updated loan statement by clicking after three days - http://m.BajFin.in/FSrkCglo

          I bought Voltas AC on 2 April 2020 with 8 months EMI @ 4250/- and cleared the total amount, ie, Rs. 34000/- by November 2020I. Along with it I also bought KenStar double cool wave Cooler the same day with 4 months EMI @ 1675/- and cleared the total amount, ie, Rs. 6700/- by July 2020.

          And yet, why are these CMP Mandate Debits to my loss and sorrow, please?

                    I opted for bajaj finserv professional loan (od), during which the sales representative told me that it is compulsory to purchase insurance policies to get the loan.
                    I feel cheated by him because that's not the case and i don't want to purchase insurance and he compelled me to buy it.
                    I got a message that i can opt out of insurance by texting some code to [protected].
                    Refund my insurance premium ASAP, my application number - SME[protected].

                      I have taken bajaj finance salaried flexi termloan but during loan time bajaj executive never told me about credit vidhya fees but after disbursement of loan they have deducted Rs.4999/- of credit vidya fees from my loan.

                      So please cancel this credit vidhya fees & refund my amount of Rs.4999/-.

                      Please resolve my request at the earliest and refund the amount I don’t need it.

                            You are doing fraud, i want to close my bjaj emi network card, but there is no proper information provide by company to close card and i have also tried many time to contact to you customer care butnothing happen.
                            I have not use your card and niehter any due on card but it showing that you gping ro deduct rs 117 from my account to renew card but i dont want to renew i want to close, please close my card immediately.
                            I clearly mention here i do not want to renew my card, please close emi netwok card

                                  My 885 rupees deducted three times through my account punjab national bank by bajaj finserv company . Bajaj says NACH RTN charges are done by the bank but the bank said they charged it and return it to bajaj finance . This is my hard earned money .How can they hit it three times . Please return my money

                                    It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, I am receiving this voice calls and messgaes at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

                                    Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

                                      I purchased laptop on 2021 during Diwali 10k offer. As I was mentioned I have 8000 cashback offer after successful clearance of 3 emis . I cleared all emis .The redemption period is up to 31september 2022. When I contacted customer support they were telling that it was expired on 31st July 2022. According to company rules redemption period is up to sep31st. Loan reference number 400CDDHL650269.please try to solve my issue. I went to redeem my store credit but the Bajaj employees refused to redeem as the code Is expired.
