I have purchased washing machine 5 years back which EMI was done through bajaj finserv by mandate and loan period completed in 13 months.Now suddenly without my notice 117 rs of cmp mandate was deducted from my bank account.

Please refund the amount and make sure it wont repeat again.

    Hi sir, when i am trying to open b.finserve app, OTP is not getting in my tregistered phone number, presently i am working in Maldives, is that may be the problem? for all other banks, I am getting the OTP.

      An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of state bank of india without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card ([protected]) that was also not send to my address. I totally don't understand these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.
      Firstly they'll advertise and will fall into the trap after that charged for joining fees rs 530/- and againg add on fees rs 199/- and again annual fees Rs 117/-

      Kindly refund my amount of rs. 117 and rs 199/- and also rs 530/- at the earliest. You can contact me on [[protected]@gmail.com].

        An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of axis bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction by the bajaj finserv. I totally don't understand after 3+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

          We had an durable loan with them. Its already more than 6 months. Initially we were able to voew the virtual card details and thught that post 3 months we will receive the physical one. Howvever, when we went to Croma for pucrahsing products they told that the card is cancelled and we never requested for it. They told us to visit Goregaon office to wjich the representative there told us that we can place request from the app as the card will be unblocked. We raised a request post that the agent called and said the card is not showing for my account. Not sure who is lying in this case. As we are unable to use the services.Reg number-[protected]

            I, am Madhu G, my contact number is [protected] and [protected], from Bangalore. I am getting repeated SMS from BAJAJ FINSERV DIRECT LIMITED... From which I am not availing and services. This link is a direct payemt link... Please take action against the same for its marketing gimmick. This is a bad form of where innocent people might send money for BAJAJ FINSERV DIRECT LIMITED and endup taking their services without wish or willingness. The company might have even collected huge money by using this means of cheap tricks... When we click on the link in the SMS it redirects to razorpay payment gateway with BAJAJ FINSERV DIRECT LIMITED as the beneficiary...

            Even if 1 Lakh people do the payment it's a huge money. 5, 99, 00, 000/-
            Which is Five crores ninety nine lakhs.

            The company must be penalized for doing such an activity. And the penalized amount be credited into PMNRF - PM National Relief Fund.

              I recently availed a personal loan from bajaj finserv and my loan account number for the same is B2C[protected] . I have been provided with cpp plan and a health insurance with this loan and the amount for the same has been deducted from my loan amount. However, i am in no need of cpp plan and health policy. Therefore, as i am still in free look period, kindly cancel my cpp plan and health policy and refund me my money back.

                This is to inform that Bajaj finserv overdraft loan facility is a complete scam and they are running unethical business. We Need to file a consumerbcase and bring RBI into Notice that this institution is doing/charging lot of illigal financial charges against the customer. No service calls are recorded and they falsely claim that no hidden charges but there will be so many changes along with foreclosure charges even you want to close on the day 1.

                        I have taken a Personal Flexi Loan from Bajaj Finserv. I wanted Rs. 3, 00, 000 as loan. They manipulated me and said that I am eligible for a loan of Rs. 9, 69, 000 and they will disburse 3, 00, 000 into my Bank account and remaining amount will be in my Bajaj wallet and I can take that amount anytime I want. I told them multiple times that I need only Rs. 3, 00, 000. But still somehow they convinced me to take the full amount of Rs. 9, 69, 000 and the interest of 14.99% would be charged to only Rs. 3, 00, 000 that I will receive in my Bank account. I agreed to that and they said I have to a premium amount for Insurance policy for the loan and the sales executive said that the insurance amount would be part of interest amount and I need not pay for Insurance premium separately. So, as far as they explained it to me, Rs. 3, 00, 000 is my principal amount and Rs. 42, 000 would be my interest amount. Now, after getting the loan in the statement it is mentioned that my principal amount is Rs. 3, 42, 000 and the interest rate is 14.99% per annum on Rs. 3, 42, 000. They have added 24, 500 as insurance, 4, 999 as credit Vidya fee, 2999 as Flexi fee, 3999 as touchfree fee, 5700 as processing fee, stamp fee as Rs. 100

                        So overall, they charged me with Rs.36, 500 as extra amount without giving me any proper details.

                          Hi, my registered mobile number is [protected].
                          I had one EMI left when moratarium started and I opted for it.
                          But after some months when I went to pay my EMI, they are saying my EMI bounced 6 times and charing more than 2000 rupees extra.
                          I told I opted for moratarium and did not pay the bounce charges and just paid my EMI.
                          Now after 2 years, they started deducting money from my bank account.
                          They have deducted 295 rupees around 3 times within a month.
                          I want my money back and close my account with them
                          Their branch people are of no help

                            Dear Bajaj,

                            This is in reference to the emi paid before time. However we paid one emi in advance but again emi debited automatically now when we contacted baj they documented that i will be getting refund after 7 th aug but am not getting same .

                            I want my refund for 3959/- paid on 1 aug and emi debited automatically on 2 aug.

                            Otherwise we will take legal action against it .since we are an average paid customer you guys are doing fraud taking my extra money and converting emi into less amount and telling us . We are waiting for our amount and i need it back .

                                I Am trying to contact bajaj finserv offices via phone but they never receive the call. I Am an existing customer and i need to apply for an emi card. If i call bajaj finserv on their numbers and enter my mobile number by following ivr options i always hear that my mobile number is not registered. Pissed off with the service. . If my mobile number is not registered how can i login to bajaj finserve app? How can i send money from wallet to bank ? I have contacted customer care via mail as well, but they don't bother to resolve issue. Simply give nonsense reply and close the ticket. Worst experience ever. Please resolve as soon as possible.

                                        I purchased a mobile(IQOO Z6) from the IQOO website and the cost is 17999/- on 17th July 2022. They canceled my order on 20th July 2022, due to the Non-serviceable location.
