Till today multiple times of rs.295 has been deducted on behalf of bajaj finserv. Money deducted one time on[protected], 3 times on[protected] and 4 times on[protected] from my sbi bank account linked with your bajaj finserv. So the total 8 times has been deducted. The total amount deducted was rs. 2360. I have also confirmed from my bank that money got deducted because of you.
I have already paid all loan amount and got noc also.
So please refund my money now.

    My emi card is block and reason is totally invalid and i am regular customer of bajaj finserv so sir please unblock my emi card as soon as possible.
    Sir i was paid total amount of my loan and emi of bajaj finserv.
    .
    Sir please don't write this type of negative and wrong information on clint portal.

    And sir your feedback is very important for me.

    So sir please update me as early.

      Deduction of rs. 117/- from my state bank sb accont
      Dear sir,
      It is very much regretted to state that a sum of rs. 117/- was deducted from my state bank account on 24.12.2018 without any consent. A message from my bank was received on my registered mobile as your account debited inr 117/- transferred to investment intermedi.
      Please take necessary action to reimburse the dedected amount immediately otherwise i will file complaint to cinsumer court and police.

        I have received a legal notice with respect to the above loan which i have not availed.
        On 5.5.2012 i purchased 2 nos of voltas window ac and a loan of rs 40970 was taken from bajaj finance for which they deducted an amount of rs 4098 per month starting from 05.07.2012 and ending in apr 2013 ie 4098 x 10 = 40980.in this way the loan of rs 40970 was fully paid.
        I have now received a legal notice for the balic premium cd loan where they are showing tot ins amount rs 3090, principle amount rs 3088, an interest of rs 2, monthly emi of rs 309 starong date 5.7.12 and ending date 5.4.13. And this notice i have received in my email after six and half years layer ie on 22.12.2018 where they have also added a hefty late payment penalty of rs 159985 totalling to rs 163075 and i have been asked to pay the amount immediately thru cheque or dd.
        First of all i am not aware of such loan. And even if i have availed it then why the amount of rs 309 was not added with the emi of rs 4098 which was running parallely and collected from my bank and secondly why they are intimating now after six and half years and not earlier although they knew my email.
        The issue should be urgently resolved and i should not be penalised for the loan not availed or for the fault of the lending company.

        I wrote to their grievance redressal team. They were very cooperative and resolved my problem very fast. Matter is resolved. No issues against Bajaj Finserv.

            This is mr. Salvi, my mobile no. Is [protected]. I availed consumer loan for purchase of lg air conditioner, which purchased form lg dealer at badlapur, dist. Thane.

            T was 4 years back and thereafter no loan has been taken from bajaj finserve. However the finance company has charge rs. 117 as inactive fees and directly deducted from my bank account

            This is an arbitrary action, hence i am not happy with your practice so request you to refund my amount of rs. 117 or otherwise i have take to legal action against bajaj finserve in view of misuse of my account details

              On 21st dec 2018, inr. 117 has been debited from my axis bank account.
              I have not done any recent purchases/loan with bajaj and it seems like an unauthorised fraudulent transaction carried out. I have not been informed in case if it is a legitimate transaction by bajaj. I want the explanation for this ecs transaction and refund of the same amount as soon as possible. Failing to provide the requested details will lead to severe consumer complaints and consequences.

              Further details will be provided on request of taking action on this complaint

                  Hi,

                  In my report there was 12 Bajaj loan account and 1 credit enquiry, when I made complain they removed all loan account from my credit report but not the credit enquiry.

                  when accounts removed, credit enquiry should be removed.

                  I had never apply any loan with Bajaj Fin nor i allowed Bajaj Fin to do a credit enquiry.

                  I wrote this to wecare they asked my cibil report again, its been more than 20 days after that no reply, no update on the issue, no reply to any mail.

                  At least reply my email ?

                      I was promised that the bajaj emi card is free.
                      But now they are charging annual inactive fee of rs. 117/-.
                      I have received only as sms, no bill (Neither physical copy nor electronic copy)

                      I need to know

                      1. Why am i being charged an inactive fee? Does this mean that bajaj finserv is penalizing me for not buying any appliances this year?

                      2. Why no bill has been dispatched to my address?

                        Sir, ashish this side. I have taken a consumer durable loan from bajaj finserv. My emi is deducting on time from my axis bank account but my query is regarding my emi card. Whenever i am trying to make a transaction tgrough my bajaj emi card, i am getting this error "dear customer, one time password cannot be generated due to requirement of a fresh nach (Ecs) mandate. Visit the nearest branch for submission of the nach mandate. Use alternate payment option to complete your purchase. Rgds, bajaj finserv". I have submitted all my documents while taking the loan and still facing this issue. I have talked with bajaj finserv customer care team as well regarding my issue, and one of the guy from their customer care team has suggested me that if i have an account in axis bank then i can do it online, and he asked me to do the transaction of rs 1. As per his suggestion i have done the same and after doing the transaction successfully i got this mandate id[protected] and my transaction id is[protected]. But the sad part is that still after going through all this process i am facing the same issue and still not able to use my bajaj finserv emi card and even their customer support team in not helping me in this. This is really something which you can't expect from a responsible company but bajaj finserv is doing this. Please take some action regarding this.

                          I have been issued privilege card [protected] in nov. 2015 without my consent. I have requested you before to cancel my card but to no avail. If you did not cancel my emi card & inform me within 7 days, i will complain to rbi about your malpractices and demand action against you & also compensation. You are also requested to remit the fee charged last year.

                            I paid closure amount of 9k change to an executive called Sunil from somajiguda branch along with his manager. Both came to my home and collected the amount saying the account will be closed. When I visited the branch today after a long time they said the amount only paid as 6k change and there is a Balance amount of 4700 to be paid. This is insane service I have ever got. Don't know how to complaint. There is a big line in the branch for the counters.pathetic . I might go to the police station for this. Please help someone who can.

In fact your rep had told me that the only fee that will be charged is the processing fee of 1200 and I have a Wats app message confirmation of the same. Now I see a lot of hidden charges including insurance and a lot more. I want this to be reversed to my account at the earliest else, I will take this case legally. My loan number is 404SPFGK248986

                                I am first time customer to Bajaj.

                                Applied for personal loan. Processing was done very fast.

                                But loan agent is a big cheat. So many hidden charges, wrong information. High interest fee but promised for low.

                                They confuse customers and try to make you purchase many of their insurance and other products by telling it is mandatory with loan.

                                I will lodge a complaint in court.
                                Bajaj finance representative are fraud. They never mentioned credit vidya fees and Insurance charges during the proesss, suddenly at the time of disbursement I have been charged with Credit vidya fees of Rs. 4999 and Insurance of Rs. 3999. Loan Account Number - P402PSP2795758. Also the name in the insurance policy is also wrong. Can anyone advice on the issue. Really disappointed with the Bajaj alliance service.

                                I had a very bad experience with this company, for my flexi loan, they have added Credit vidya fees of Rs. 4999 and Insurance of Rs. 3999. which was not informed to me at any point in time during the loan process.

                                I am really not happy with the way Bajaj Finserv hard sell the products to customers with only giving half information. If the sales representatives don't have information, they should not given chance to sell the products. Because of them the end customers will suffer a lot.

                                I would definitely not recommend Bajaj Finserv to any of my known people.

                                  This is regarding my bajaj finserv emi card (Customer id:[protected], i am a customer of bajaj since long time, i have been paying the emis on time all are auto debit and i never had any problem, from few days bajaj executives calling me hell number of times and asking me to pay the emi but all the emi’s has been auto debited already, i told the same with them but still they are calling me again and again,

                                  Today i received a call from a person named charan tulasi from phone number [protected] and he has been asking for the payments and i told its been auto debited and he started raising his voice and started abusing me with bad language,

                                  This kind of behavior is not acceptable and why the hell he should call me and abuse badly when i paid the emi’s on time???

                                  And i question bajaj finserv that how can you hire these kind of persons who spoils the reputation of company, i am not going to bare this and i demand bajaj finserv to get back with an explanation, i need that fellow should be given punishment and a apolozy immediately,

                                  You don’t have right to abuse any customer, you guys degraded my dignity and intentionally insulted me with intent to provoke breach of my peace and you cannot do it in democracy country, verbal abuse is a crime under the indian penal code (Ipc) and i can file a criminal complaint

                                  I have a record of the conversation that i had with bajaj recovery fellow charan,

                                  I need explanation and apology immediately until then i am not going to pay any emi and for this bajaj is responsible,

                                  I wrote a complaint about your executive behaviour on customers and it has been sent to bajaj by consumer form, but still no response from bajaj?? I wonder if bajaj finserv is asking their un professional employees to talk rubbish with customers?

                                    Very bad experience with bajaj finserv. I want to buy cell phone using my bajaj emi card amount was deducted from total limit but their system does not reflected yet (After 4 days) and no money add back staff very useless and cheap no one ready to help in nashik bajaj finserv office. There is no responsible person in nashik office. I was trying to buy offline still not emi card not work. Worst service given by bajaj finserv. No customer support service

                                      I had a transaction through Bajaj Finserv EMI Card for the Mobile phone MI A2 on PayTm Mall. My order Order No.- [protected] MI A2 4GB 64GB got cancelled by me next day before it got delievered and I got the Message showing : Refund successful! Rs.15887/- has been remitted through original payment mode. The PayTm has told me too many times that The seller has refunded Rs.15887/- on 16 Dec 18 to your BAJAJFINSERV card. As per standard banking procedures. But still the amount of Rs. 15887/- shows debited in my Bajaj Finesrv EMI card account. Bajaj Finserv Team has informed that they cannot cancel the transaction from here and I have to visit to the dealer or send a scan copy of letter head from dealer to cancel the transaction. How can I do these necessary steps when I have done online shopping through PayTm Mall. Its nearly impossible to do these steps. Please Bajaj team, do these necessary queries with PayTm seller at your own level and clear my debit balance for this cancelled item. My transaction ID[protected]. Kindly clear my dues. I dont want to face any false EMI payment.
