I took the mobile using bajaj finance but i have not received any detail of the ecs like when ecs will hit the bank and from which bank (Basic information missing). They debited my account on 2nd which i was not aware and my bank account did not had the sufficient balance (Not my primary bank. They accept only nationalized bank). When i called them, their customer service is saying that i should know when ecs will hit and which bank. I feel this is completely not acceptable and would expect a proper communication

      While taking bajaj od loan executive from deal4loan (Noida) given commitment to return back cash back. I am taking followup from last 13 days still not received. Now they are not responding . I have sent email bajaj care and othe escaltion email id but no response from anyone.

      I raise complaint to deal4loan they are also not reponding.

        I Mohd Amjad Khan, Customer ID 41902846, Cell No [protected], Bajaj Finserv Warangal. I bought one LED Television Model-LG-LED/32LH5780 at Reliance Digital store, Jakotia complex, Warangal Loan A/c No 5920CD35004882 from your Bajaj finance for the month March-2017 year. on this base next month onwards the deductions will be made to my SBI bank account on the 1st date of the month the executive Mr. Raj Kumar cannot explained about the instalments will be pay at every 1st date of the month. So I failed to pay the installations amount 1st date of the month through my bank account, So I paid by hand to Bajaj finserv representative Mr. Raj Kumar to regularly at about 10 months. Finally, the first month onwards Check bounce charges applied to me, but another amount charges over deducted without my knowledge in my account another two A/c numbers i.e, (1) 5920VS35004864, (2) 592BAL35004892 for which purpose to applied overdue charges to many times in a month to continues year by year.
        Hence, I kindly request to you clear the above two A/c deductions, which were not known to me and please settle and clear my account as soon as possible.

        Extra added insurence amount collecting from me ..fake insurance added ..my loan amountis 1999but the msg From bjaj finserv 2307 why this happend already ihave a warranty from the mobile company its1year then why extra adding bajaj finserv insurance for the mobile...

            Dear sir ia have purchased a samsung j6 mobile phone on 28 nov 2018 ai big c under loan process with bajaj fin serv your executive told me your emi for seven (07) months is 1149/- per month and i didn't signed any insurance police document. However my wife got a call from your tele caller and she confirmed for insurance, but don't want to take policy, so you are requested to cancel the insurance policy.             An ECS was run on[protected] even though monthly EMI was paid on[protected]. Moreover, I have received a call from Bajaj executive about not paying the monthly EMI. I am disappointed with your management of the services. Hopefully, this will not happen again. Do look into the issue.

                I bought an tv in 2015 with bajaj emi card. After that every year rs 117 are deducted from my bank account as annual charges. The card is no longer in use and want to cancel it. Repeated phone calls to your customer care number haven't resolved the issue. I want to cancel it now without paying any more charges and would like a refund for the earlier charges deducted.

                  Foreclosure made on 9th november. Yet emi has been deducted again. No proper response from the company and the only response we get is to wait for 48 more hours. Tried reaching them via app messages, emails and even tried reaching a few employees. No body has an answer. My worry is, i have few more emis pending had i not done the foreclosure and these guys might continue to deduct the amount without addressing the issue.

                  Their own account statement claims that we have made the foreclosure payment, yet they still deduct the amount!

                    Guys i gonna complain you in consumer court, as i already mailed you that i “divyanshu gandhi” has purchased nokia phone from paragon udaipur.

                    I received an sms by saying that my ecs amount rs. 1457 would be deducted on 2 december 2018 for loan 455dpf92781749 so, i need to maintained my amount in my account.

                    However, still the amount not deducted from my account & i have maintained the amount in the account.

                    I have already given calls to your executive many times but no one picked calls. I will never use any service from bajaj finserv in future.

                    I am totally frustrated from bajaj finance.

                    Request to kindly look into the matter otherwise i’m going to take service action on it.

                      Hello,
                      On the day of 11th nov, i had been to rahul electronics mira road for looking at air conditioner models. (I have a bajaj finserv emi card with me) so i look at different acs, compare prices etc. Etc.
                      Now i wanted to purchase the ac through bajaj finserv with the use of my emi card. So i ask the bajaj people sitting in the store to explain to me the emi options and the down payment of a particular ac costing 29, 000 rupees.
                      They then ask me the registered mobile number which i give, then they ask me the date of birth of the person on whose name the card is; i give it to them (But i think it is weird coz when you try to login into your account on a computer, mobile number and dob is what they ask!) but i give it to them as they are bajaj representatives. They tell me the emi options and the down payment. Then we say that we will see some other places and come back in a week and we leave without purchasing the product.
                      Then on 19th november, i receive an sms 'thanking me for purchasing from rahul electronics and that my product will be delivered soon' from the rahul electronics people and also from bajaj people and my emi card limit has been decreased by 29, 000 rupees and that the transaction is completed.
                      So i call bajaj people and ask them about the whole situation and they tell me to go to the store and ask the manager. I do that and the manager says weird things like this happens when the customer asks for the product and that the actual money is not taken and that they must have forgot to cancel the transaction process. They were asking me to give my mobile number again so that they could return my money. After much talking, i gave them my cell number and he returned my money!
                      I just want to say that the money was taken from my account without my permission! And the bajaj finserv and the rahul electronics people were playing the blame game as to who was responsible. And when i contacted the area sales manager he said that whoever did this will be fired. I do not want them fired as i got my money back. But he did not offer me any kind of compensation and tried to wiggle out of the situation by saying that he would fire people.
                      I want some kind of compensation for deducting money from my account without my permission and to alert other people to keep a track of their deduction!

                          My name is Faiz Khan and I live in Chandigarh. I was buying OPPO 7 mobile in April 2018. Its price was Rs. 21, 200/- from which I had deposited 4000 earlier. I have taken this mobile in the name of my wife.
                          Rs. 3534/- was made for 6 months installments and 424DPF72374110 is my Loan account Number and 5 installments of 2500 months have been insured. All my installments have been completed and NOC letters have received.
                          My phone had stopped being drenched in the rain. When I checked the phone in the Oppo Authorized Service Center, they told me that the phone has been damaged and will not be repaired; its mother-plate will have to be changed. On 7th August 2018, I talked to Bajaj help line and registered my claim and I was told that you have to send the documents and the photo of the damage phone. According to his instructions I sent all documents

                          No one has even told me that before sending the photo of the damaged phone before sending it or later. If the phone was repaired and then IMEI number is shown, then the phone turned on and took pictures of it and sent all documents to BFF. My repair Bill was made of Rs. 13677/- and all the necessary bill and photo send to him by courier and Bajaj Financier agent told me to wait for 28 days.

                          In October 2018, I was told that my claim has been canceled and when I asked for the reason, someone told me that the clime has been canceled due to the change IMEI code. Many time I called and every time his agent told me, he arrange call back from his senior and I have to wait 72 hrs. No one told me to send photograph again with phone box.

                          Now you tell me what my mistake is and why I was troubled. I request so many time that my claim be settled and if not, then register my Claim again and again I am send to you all the documents and pass the resignation claim as soon as possible.

                                I was needing money so I approached Bajaj Finserv on 21st Nov 2018 hoping they will follow their process and help me to get the money in 2 or 3 working days.
                                The person took all docs and then got back to me stating the loan is approved and asked to give 3 blank check to get the amount disbursed.
                                I denied to give blank check and as that person kept forcing me so finally gave check by writing Bajaj in the "Pay to" section and signed it.
                                And it's been 2 weeks now and still no info on the amount disbursement nor about loan verification call.
                                Have called Bajaj finserv[protected] many times and spoke to Yogesh Pardesi, Sagar, and also to couple of other males and females. None of them are giving accurate info and keep on telling that give us some time and we will call back. And thus is been happening from past 1 week now about calling them and these people give false promises about call back.
                                Now I doubt I'm being cheated by Bajaj and they have taken all my docs including 3 checks.
                                Need help on this.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    Would like to bring to your notice that i “divyanshu gandhi” has purchased nokia phone from paragon udaipur.

                                    I got it financed by “bajaj finance”. It was told to me that the first installments would be deducted on 2 december. I have submitted my cancelled signed check & filled all the required documents. I have given my address proof also.

                                    I received an sms by saying that my ecs amount rs. 1457 would be deducted on 2 december 2018 for loan 455dpf92781749 so, i need to maintained my amount in my account.

                                    However, still the amount not deducted from my account & i have maintained the amount in the account. Request to kindly deduct the amount.

                                    No one from customer care is picking calls, really a bad experience.

                                    I’m not gonna use any service from bajaj finserv in future and will not recommend to anyone.

                                    I am totally frustrated from bajaj finance.

                                    Request to kindly look into the matter.

                                        I have received a massage from Bajaj Finserv, that the first EMI INR 406/- for loan 400LIP91706461 will be deducted against LIFE INSURANCE PHONE BINDING.

                                        I would like to cancel this immediately. As i am not aware of this.
                                        Already we paying the EMI for other product which we have purchased.
