Bajaj finance deducted 295 rs two times in
4 days from my sbi bank account . i had paid emi 2085 + 450 charges but still they deduct 295+295 rs from my sbi bank account. which is not acceptable.How can you deducted same ammount two times without my knowlegde ? .

It is not my fault i had paid bounce charges then why 295 is deducted twice from my sbi act plz kindly return the amount .

you have a very bad customer care service i was trying to get you but i was not able to talk to your customer service centre very bad service. Deduct ammount without customer's knowlegde.

    I have been charged 4999/- as credit vidya fees and insurance amount 6000. Which was never informed or i am aware of.

    I dont want any credit vidya report or never i was informed about this.

    Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.

    While taking loan i have clearly told that, i am ok with processing fee and flexi fee only. I have attached mail conversation screenshot for your reference.

      I have bought the fridge in the month of nov 18 and i have paid all charges required for the card formation
      And processing charges at the time of fridge purchasing. I have observed that the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info: bajaj fin mndtvrfchgs dec-18. I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted.

      Arrange to credit this amount in my account. Ans reply why this has been deducted??

        I have a loan with bajaj finserv amount of 3375/- with purchase of ac. Its due date is 05/12/2018. But some problems i can’t make successfully payment on that date. So on 15/12/2018 walk to their office and make payment to office. And clear all due amounts. But at same time same day without any intimations bajaj are debited my cash from my account 3375/- its iilegal. Because our agreement is they can debited my cash only on due date, that is 2 th date of all month

        After made payment through Bajaj Portal before EMI date, they have awarded 450 RS penalty. Eventhough i have made payment twice in this month. i have attached the payment histroy screenshot here. I have made the payment on 30th NOV but i got penalty. I need to know why they awarded, how the bajaj portal has worked...
        Worst service center ever they changed my bike parts n scratch on bike employ behaveier so rood they said its not aur falt bike was not washed not polished i my self clean the bike and last service they charged me extra money last time 1000 some n today 636 rs .the manager prakash said do what u want to do i cant do any thing

            I purchased a mobile through using baja emi card worth rs 17990/-. They confused me by saying that insurance comes mix with the mobile price. I said yes to do insurance. After that i got a message that i had to pay insurance worth rs 1849/- extra in an installment every month. I searched in bajaj finserv app. I found that there is another account appeared called digital fone safe. I don't want insurance for my phone. I will keep it safe. If something happens i will bear the result. Present i don't want this insurance. Plz remove this loan account. Loan account no is 407dfs81440336

              Sir/madam,
              My name is s. Krishna murthy. My bajaj finserv card number is [protected]. My registered mobile number is [protected]. By using this service i have taken one product at vijayawada. Subsequently i have received this emi card. I have maintained balance in my sbi account and without any default all ecs payments were regularly adjusted. When i tried to purchase another electronic item, it was told by your service representative that the emi card was manually blocked.
              I tried to contact the so many executives of yours. But all of them said that the will be solved at somajiguda head office only. But i have no time to meet the concern at somajiguda office.
              If it is possible, kindly release my card from manual blocking.

                        I took the mobile using bajaj finance but i have not received any detail of the ecs like when ecs will hit the bank and from which bank (Basic information missing). They debited my account on 2nd which i was not aware and my bank account did not had the sufficient balance (Not my primary bank. They accept only nationalized bank). When i called them, their customer service is saying that i should know when ecs will hit and which bank. I feel this is completely not acceptable and would expect a proper communication

I bought one LED Television Model-LG-LED/32LH5780 at Reliance Digital store, Jakotia complex, Warangal Loan A/c No 5920CD35004882 from your Bajaj finance for the month March-2017 year. on this base next month onwards the deductions will be made to my SBI bank account on the 1st date of the month the executive Mr. Raj Kumar cannot explained about the instalments will be pay at every 1st date of the month. So I failed to pay the installations amount 1st date of the month through my bank account, So I paid by hand to Bajaj finserv representative Mr. Raj Kumar to regularly at about 10 months. Finally, the first month onwards Check bounce charges applied to me, but another amount charges over deducted without my knowledge in my account another two A/c numbers i.e, (1) 5920VS35004864, (2) 592BAL35004892 for which purpose to applied overdue charges to many times in a month to continues year by year.
                              Hence, I kindly request to you clear the above two A/c deductions, which were not known to me and please settle and clear my account as soon as possible.

However my wife got a call from your tele caller and she confirmed for insurance, but don't want to take policy, so you are requested to cancel the insurance policy. The card is no longer in use and want to cancel it. Repeated phone calls to your customer care number haven't resolved the issue. I want to cancel it now without paying any more charges and would like a refund for the earlier charges deducted.

                                        Foreclosure made on 9th november. Yet emi has been deducted again. No proper response from the company and the only response we get is to wait for 48 more hours. Tried reaching them via app messages, emails and even tried reaching a few employees. No body has an answer. My worry is, i have few more emis pending had i not done the foreclosure and these guys might continue to deduct the amount without addressing the issue.
