I had taken a Flexi Loan (OD Loan P428PGD4346211) for which I need to pay interest every month on the amount utilised by me as on date. My problem starts when the monthly interest has to be debited from my linked bank account, actually inspite of registering the ECS mandate they are not able to debit the amount from my bank account for which they had charged me ECS mandate rejection fees & penal charges from past 2 months, in fact due to their collection peoples harassment I had paid the intrest (EMI) twice every month from past 3 months, once before the due date (As they are called and demanded to pay online stating that my ECS mandate is not registered) and second immediately next day after the due date stating that your ECS has been bounced from my bank. Now I am fed up with the customer service peoples, also I have a series of email communication with their so called 'Customer Experience Head' email ID and 'wecare' as well. Now I had also realise if now I with to foreclose this relationship I have to pay around 60, 000/- as a pre-closure fees to Bajaj as a ransom to avoid any bad reporting at CIBIL. If anyone any any legal solution please let me know to proceed the legal remedy on this matter.
I wish to get all these charges to be reversed & relive me from this esteem company without any pre closure charges. As I not fit to deal with this India's top most NBFC. As I feel if the ECS is not getting registered properly even did 3 times, its not my mistake. They are not able to do it at their end.

    I have foreclosed the loan on 31st JULY, 2022 and received NOC(No Due Certificate) as well but the amount 3000 has been debited from bank account on 2nd August, 2022.

      Hi,

      I have paid the Outstanding loan amount’s for 3 of my consumer loans with Bajaj Finserv through the Bajaj Finserv mobile application on 02-August-2022 at 10:40 AM and got them closed but the EMI has been deducted after I foreclose the loans. Kindly look at the attached files and get the EMI amount that was debited for all 3 loan accounts.

        I have purchased a TV from Juhu Chroma on 11th of September 2021 through Bajaj Finserv. Their executive had told me that an offer is going on in their Finance where we would be getting a cashback of INR 1000/- within next 90 days if we take finance credit from Bajaj Finserv.
        It has been almost 11 months I haven't received any cashback, neither in my Bajaj Finserv wallet nor in my Account.

        I enquired multiple times but they said that there were no such offers going on at that time.
        To buy some other product from Chroma, when I again visited, I was again asked to take the credit finance from Bajaj Finserv. With subject to this when I enquired about my previous concern on 8th July 2022, I had a conversation with Bajaj Finserv's executive Mr. Sameer Raut (Juhu Chroma Branch). He assured me that within a week I will be getting the cashback credited to my account.

        It has been another 1 month and I am still waiting for that amount to be credited in my account.

        Could anyone look into this concern?

          Received a call 31/7/22 from bajaj market and a offer for me with RBL Credit card with one time activation charges 699/-, am paid that charges, but nothing happen after payment, no response from bajaj or rbl bank for credit card.

              Bajaj finance employees cheated me, they call me several times at many places. They said that 5 lakh loan offer for interest rates 9.1% to 12%. But finally they sanctioned only 3 lakhs with a huge interest rate 25%, without inform me. I have approximate 50 call recordings. I have paid the amount to bajaj finance, which credited in my account. Before the first emi due. But they received the amount as part payment. And 3 emi still exists. I am also sending some of the call recordings with this mail. If never take any necessary actions i will file a cheating case against bajaj finserv.

                I taken loan 3, 60, 000 after pay 2 years balance principal amount 2, 47, 000 they converted in to Flexi Loan in to 84 months. I paid 2 years with EMI with 3, 000 now it is changed in to 6, 000. Flexi loan means they taken interest amount with low EMI first and gradually increasing in to 6, 000.
                If I pay remaining 64months total paid will be 7, 50, 000.
                I taken 3, 60, 000 they collecting 7, 50, 000.
                Please help and do justice, even they not proving information on this.

                    I have been charged 4999/- as credit vidya fees. Which was never informed or i am aware of.

                    I don`t want any credit vidya report or never i was informed about this. When I was asked about it after disbursement of amount they didn't gave me satisfactory answer. and now they are not picking my phone.

                    Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction

                      Bajaj employee -Bhaskar Shaw is continuously disturbing us after the payment was made still he is calling from the morning I switched off my phone he started calling me on whatsapp. Previously he came to my residence and threatened my husband that if doesn't do the payment fast he will break his bones . Is this the way you guys treat your customer? Their employees are comming daily to my house i was having some financial difficulties that's why payment is getting delayed your employees are stating us as bhikari and saying bad languages i have all the proofs as everyone in your flat saw how employee bhaskar behaved with me i am a housewife.
                      I request bajaj to take strict action against him,

                          I had taken a loan from Bajaj Finserv and missed my 1st repayment. I had made the payment immediately. Now, I'm getting constant calls asking for advance repayment. I have assured them that it will be paid on time, but different people are calling from different numbers and harrasing. I regret taking a loan from Bajaj. Please provide me a solution.                               This is Abhinaba Basak. I have loans in bajaj I want to change the ecs date to 8tyh pls, I get my salary on 7th of every month due to this my emi is getting bounced . Please change the date to 8th . I dont have intention to miss emi . My cibil is going down for this. If you can make it on 8th i can make the payments on date.
                              Please help me in changing the Emi date .Also i have full intentions to pay money, i am just asking to change the due date to 08th of the Month .

                                  I am shijukarunakaran I noticed that in my sbi account statement Rs 117/-was debited towards CMP mandate Bajaj finance.I would like to inform that on Jun -2018i purchase TV under emi scheme and i paid total amout .Again Bajaj finance deducted the amount 177/ without any prior information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details it doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction.so I request with Bajaj team not make such type of transaction without informing to customer by call or mail .Now i feel that Bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
                                  At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for Bajaj EMI card also almost a year completed stil i didn't get the EMI card also.
                                  So kindly don't loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

                                    In 2019 we taked smartphone on loan, we have paid all the loan ammount before at the correct date, but on that time we didnt know about that we have to maintain that installment ammout in bank, because any of from bajaj finance does not told about that we have to maintain that loan installment in bank, we have paid all the our loan installments before the date of installments with the bajaj finserve, mobikwik app with that every installment has bounced almost all, that all bounced charges also we paid from the mobikwik app that they installed in my phone, suchwise we paid all the our loan ammount and having all the reciepts and also they provided me the digital NOC from app but they continously putting charges on why i dont know, at the current time they said to pay Rs.4950/-,

                                    from the branch visit the officer told me that you have to pay of Rs.4950/- charges to close the loan,
                                    and also after the discussing about our issues he said me to you have mistaked about you have paid your loans from online so you have to pay this rest ammount..

                                    we are from the verry poor family also we are not able to pay like this much charges or ammout to pay, as in our family we all are dependent on my father who is working as watchmen, so
                                    please help to us on this issue...
