    I purchased a mobile(IQOO Z6) from the IQOO website and the cost is 17999/- on 17th July 2022. They canceled my order on 20th July 2022, due to the Non-serviceable location. My EMI is canceled in bajaj Finserv, But they deducted the first EMI (2293/-)from my bank account. please refund my money to my bank account
    So, please cancel the EMI of this order. And I will provide details about the product and proofs.

      Hi,
      I had 2 products which has been purchased with Bajaj EMI card. I have closed one of the loan. Bajaj Finser has debited money for the closed loan and bounced the current ongoing loan. Inspite of me making the payment for the current loan on the same day, I have been charged rs.450 for bounce and it's gonna affect my cibil. Totally unfair for Bajaj Finser to make mistake and I need to pay charges and affect my CIBIL. I have even sent a request on the same day but haven't got any response from Bajaj and I get a text today stating "Bounce Charges rs 450"
      Please get this resolved

          I am bajaj customer. I have personal loan in bajaj monthly 3601 rs and i made loan emi payment through bajaj app on time. But extra 600 rs deducted after 2 days from my account with name of overdue.i want money refund back

            After connecting with Bajaj Finserv team, my number [+91-[protected]] was added in DND list. Apart from this I have activated my DND service via 1909 for banking calls.
            Still I am getting calls from Agents of Bajaj Finserv for Overdraft/Loan.
            The calls are now from mobile number which are not marked as spam in truecaller.

              Dear team!

              I have made payment on 3rd Aug, 2022 and have the receipt for the same also the statement downloaded from Bajafinserv App showing it is paid.

              Still the Manager/Supervisor was misbehaving with me on call calling me Liar.

              If their system is slow/ Late on update what customers can do?

              Please find my attached Statement of paying Rs.4000 on 3rd August'2022 where you can see "Amount received by Transfer Receipt No. [protected]".

              I gave same receipt number to them still the HE is calling me Liar.

              Please take suitable action as being a Paying Customer cannot bear abusing words.

                      I am Uma Vashisht, I declared that unwanted transaction is carried out in my bank account. I had received SMS through SBI that the amount is deducted at Rs.295 for DEBIT Mandate fail Chrg txn dt.[protected]Bajaj Finance. I have no active EMI with Bajaj.

                            I had taken a Flexi Loan (OD Loan P428PGD4346211) for which I need to pay interest every month on the amount utilised by me as on date. My problem starts when the monthly interest has to be debited from my linked bank account, actually inspite of registering the ECS mandate they are not able to debit the amount from my bank account for which they had charged me ECS mandate rejection fees & penal charges from past 2 months, in fact due to their collection peoples harassment I had paid the intrest (EMI) twice every month from past 3 months, once before the due date (As they are called and demanded to pay online stating that my ECS mandate is not registered) and second immediately next day after the due date stating that your ECS has been bounced from my bank. Now I am fed up with the customer service peoples, also I have a series of email communication with their so called 'Customer Experience Head' email ID and 'wecare' as well. Now I had also realise if now I with to foreclose this relationship I have to pay around 60, 000/- as a pre-closure fees to Bajaj as a ransom to avoid any bad reporting at CIBIL. If anyone any any legal solution please let me know to proceed the legal remedy on this matter.
                            I wish to get all these charges to be reversed & relive me from this esteem company without any pre closure charges. As I not fit to deal with this India's top most NBFC. As I feel if the ECS is not getting registered properly even did 3 times, its not my mistake. They are not able to do it at their end.

                              I have foreclosed the loan on 31st JULY, 2022 and received NOC(No Due Certificate) as well but the amount 3000 has been debited from bank account on 2nd August, 2022.

                                I have paid the Outstanding loan amount’s for 3 of my consumer loans with Bajaj Finserv through the Bajaj Finserv mobile application on 02-August-2022 at 10:40 AM and got them closed but the EMI has been deducted after I foreclose the loans. Kindly look at the attached files and get the EMI amount that was debited for all 3 loan accounts.

                                  I have purchased a TV from Juhu Chroma on 11th of September 2021 through Bajaj Finserv. Their executive had told me that an offer is going on in their Finance where we would be getting a cashback of INR 1000/- within next 90 days if we take finance credit from Bajaj Finserv.
                                  It has been almost 11 months I haven't received any cashback, neither in my Bajaj Finserv wallet nor in my Account.

                                  I enquired multiple times but they said that there were no such offers going on at that time.
                                  To buy some other product from Chroma, when I again visited, I was again asked to take the credit finance from Bajaj Finserv. With subject to this when I enquired about my previous concern on 8th July 2022, I had a conversation with Bajaj Finserv's executive Mr. Sameer Raut (Juhu Chroma Branch). He assured me that within a week I will be getting the cashback credited to my account.

                                  It has been another 1 month and I am still waiting for that amount to be credited in my account.

                                  Could anyone look into this concern?

                                        Bajaj finance employees cheated me, they call me several times at many places. They said that 5 lakh loan offer for interest rates 9.1% to 12%. But finally they sanctioned only 3 lakhs with a huge interest rate 25%, without inform me. I have approximate 50 call recordings. I have paid the amount to bajaj finance, which credited in my account. Before the first emi due. But they received the amount as part payment. And 3 emi still exists. I am also sending some of the call recordings with this mail. If never take any necessary actions i will file a cheating case against bajaj finserv.
