request for unblock emi card

Hi,

I am anju raju. My customer id is 40069745. I have bajaj finserv emi gold card. This is to inform you that my bajaj finserv emi card blocked now. I had closed all my loans with out any dues. My cibil score is in good position. Kindly let me know the reason for blocked my emi card and do favour for unblock my card and rectivate it.

Now ur compqny calls me and telling we are approaching consumer court and keeping case on me... Is this the way to treat a customer... Im warning all the customers to block ur bajaj emi cards if any... This is a reduculous thing... Playing with customers money...

With reference to above account code, we would like to mention that the above transaction made with flip cart for purchase of TV through online is cancelled by us due to flip cart not confirmed the transaction, Hence

Omindo auto machines pvt ltd (Bajaj) is not responding my tv issue, i had called several times, they said they need approval from bajaj, but till now approval request not send (Called them 3 times and request to send approval request). Worst service by omindo auto machines pvt ltd (Bajaj). Not sure why they are taking world of time and putting me on treble.

cheating on the name of flexi loan

I have requested for a loan amount of 250000 and the amount sanctioned was 6, 00, 000. The bajaj loan representative told me that you can use as much as you want and the interest will be charged only for that. But the reality is they transfer whole amount to my savings account and started charging interest.
On top of this they will charge the processing fee of 3% on whole amount sanctioned (600000) even though you are not using it...

Never ever choose bajaj finance home loan. They are not loyal to customers. Their interest rates also too high compared to nationalised banks. Also thier representatives telling full of lies for their monthly target. Without releasing the full loan amount they are forcing customers to pay the EMI for entire loan amount. even after loan cancelled emi amounts are not refunded back a

bajaj finserv ecs debit from my account without consent

I see that there was an ecs debit from my icici account on 26th april

26/04/18 ecs decs/tpcf bajaj finance/[protected] debit 117.00

I believe this payment of the ecs was already completed since long. However, not sure why and for what reason this amount was debited from my account.
Can someone please respond and give me an explanation....

unnecessary phone calls and loan offers

I m not a customer of bajaj fin services and i m never going to be one if i keep on getting these irritating calls.

I bought samsung c7 pro using gold emi card by bajaj fineserv at bhandup (W). And they offered me fonesafe insurance saying that it is only for 320rupees and will add only 19 rupees to the emi. So i agreed. Now bajaj... Finance sent me msg that i took for insurance of 2499rupees. And i don't even know about that. I dont want to take this insurance policy. Why i should pay insurance premium.
