Dear sir i have purchased tv through bajaj finance. As a monthly emi of 2875 for 8 months. The emi date is 2nd of every month. For the month may i have maintained a balance of 3100 on the emi date. But they have not deducted and collected 295 as charges for failed mandate transactions on 2nd & again on 5th may. I have asked to the bajaj finance executives they answered that it is not our matter contact to the company

    Bajaj finserv emi deduction system not deduct any emi and show to bounce and block my emi card

    I have all my bank statements for this
    In my bank account always sufficient balance for my all loan account deduct emi

    When bajaj finserv's sides not deduct emi then i go your korba branch and cash paid your emi on 4 apr 2018
    But your receptionist cash holder give me bill date of 31 march 2018 for my emi paid
    What a fake your bajaj finserv service really very worst

      On 30th april, i received a call from bajaj on od pre approved offer of rs 1, 042, 812 where they committed to give rs 10, 000/- amazon voucher, 13.5 interest rate, 1% processing fee and 2, 999 as line activation charge with no hidden charge. I confirmed this offer mentioning the same with comments that i am not liable to pay any other hidden cost, after my approval i was told that od amount will keep on decreasing every month / year and i need to give cancelled cheque for disbursal which i denied and demanded cancellation, i received call from multiple executives even from customer head payal and email confirmation that it's forwarded for loan cancellation but on 7th may i received an amount of rs 1, 024, 409.00 in account which i do not need and even after cancellation confirmation was disbursed.

      Now there is a deduction of rs 18, 403 and they also demand interest from 3rd may where amount was received on 7th may and was moved to bajaj od account by 8th may before 10 am, they also now deny that vouchers are case to case basis and you'll get it if you are eligible. This is complete fraud and they are not even following what they have written

      I have taken 2 loan . in both loans amount is debited crom my account but in bajaj finserve application as well as from customer care told that EMI is not submitted for the month of may.

      EMI of Rs.1, 425/- for Loan 456DPF60797317 is due on 02-MAY-18.

      Loan no 4560CD47834270 is due amount Rs 2000/

        I have taken air conditioner at pirgal electronics kukatpally. During the process, i have been approached by bajaj finserve for finance. I have paid 2 instalment and the rest of amount fixed as 8 emi's. I have given my bank details for process of ecs mandate.
        But they have not processed the ecs and emi not debited on due date. I personally visited kukatpally office to pay the emi. But they have not accepted.
        Now, they have applied penalty for non payment of emi. And also asking me to pay emi with penalty. Here there is no mistake from my side. I have raised request at their customer portal couple of days back. But no one has approached till now. Requesting you to look into the issue and provide solution.

            I have a loan that I need to close, they asked me to go to the nearest branch which is 35km away from where I am right now one way. Would really appreciate if someone can come home to take the check and also if I can get the nearest branch address in Gurgaon, so that I can visit, cos it shows the Gurgaon office is closed. I really want to be heard and replied back to cos if this doesn’t happen I will make sure I go to the highest of authorities to get this resolved and will make sure you guys pay for it even to compensate for my time that you guys have wasted.

              In have appliance load with bajaj finance from the month of january 2018, from that very day i have been facing trouble with you'll i'm mentally harrised by your agents and the way they talk is really disturbing, i have written more than 10 mails and every time someone calls me and says everything will be find and again they do the same thing, when i took the load in jan 2018 they made me fill some forms and then did not take any EMI till i called then in march because i was reciving SMS about some ECS manadate not received when i requested for a online payment i was then told i could pay online till then they kept making me run to they office to pay in cash, i paid 2 amts in march 2018 and still i ahve agents calling me and yelling at me in hindi saying pay your bill, cant you pay bill's on time??? then i again wrote a mail and agin i was assured that everything will be fine until now again in the month of april 2018 i made a advance payment for the month of May 2018 and they refunded Rs: 1250 back to my account without my knowledge and then again i had agents calling me to pay that bill when asked why was is refunded nor the agent nor the manager Rohan was able to answer and they hung up without calling again...now the website does not show a amt and no one wants to reply, im tired and i never suggest anyone to bajaj finance...very poor customer service and no goodwill for the company.. all are very frustrated while talking...i need all this to resolve and ill never take bajaj finance anytime.

                I keep receiving emails regarding a loan that i took out, the only problem is i didn't try to take out a loan. I think someone is using my info to get a loan. I have emailed the company over ten times and had no replies. I tried to log into an account with the info one of the emails gave me, but could not due so because i didn't know the dob. I looked up the telephone number and it is a number for a small town in texas that i recently visited. This is why i think someone is using my info. All i want is for someone from this company to look into this, so i can get a resolution.

                  Plz do not apply CPP Extndd warranty Asset Care insurence and do not deduct any extra amount apartfrom regular EMI...i requested the same on 10 april 2018. But on 6th May i got the below text message.

                    Mr. Alex from Bajaj, Finserv ([protected] & [protected]) had call me and offered two products
                    PUREIT WATER PURIFIER
                    WATER HEATER

                    I was not informed about the insurance but now it's charged on the loan.

                    The water purifier was delivered even bofore a demo which was advised, , only adter 2 days it was about to be installed, now the person who came to install from PUREIT said few things which were not clearly stated while accepting the loan. he advised the product was not effective.

                    Huge mistake between product that was explained and deliver

                    At the same time the water heater is yet to be delivered, I do not want any of the product (water purifier and water heater)

                    Pls cancel the loan as I have not accepting the product, I have not received the bill for the product also

                    Pls call me at [protected] my RMN for further details

                    Already I have 2 CD LOAN which is going smoothly, if you do not close the loan, then I will foreclose all loans and will close my connection with Bajaj Finserv

                    I AM NOT TAKING ANY OF THE PRODUCT SO I AM NIT LIABLE TO PAY THE EMI

                        I had purchased honda activa from honda showroom and paid some amount at the time of purchase. Rest of the amount was financed by the bajaj finserv. On 5th of every month, installment cuts from my account.in one month, due to the company's server error, installment did not cut even i have that much amount in my account. Due to which my cibil score reduced day by day. Bajaj finserv's agent come to our house and took the payment in cash. After that we took clearance certificate from the same. We had paid all the installments on time. Even though they showed 5-7 installments due in my cibil score report due to which my cibil score spoils and i am not getting even a personal loan from any bank due to my bad cibil score which is not my fault. Now they message me and call me to pay the rest of the installments. I have all documents like bank statements to show.

                        sorry for the wrong complaint against the bajaj finserv, it is actually against the Hinduja Leyland Finance. It was a typing error.

                        I am getting automated calls from Bajaj Finserve for taking loan. I will get calls from multiple numbers like[protected],[protected].

                        I get calls on my number even when its a DND registery from Bajaj Finser. You block one number, they call from another number. Never gave a consent or taken any loans, not sure how they managed my data. Read Internet and people are fedup with this. Why can't someone just take them to the court

                          Hello sir,

                          I tried to apply personal loan in bajaj finserv for which i submitted all my documents to the executive on april-21. But unfortunately, my loan request has been rejected as it was not eligible itseems.

                          Loan application no: 4030cd37635689.

                          But suddenly, today i received sms from bajaj finserv that insurance applied with loan application no: 403lsm73392229 is processed.

                          I didn't apply for not insurance which has been processed without my knowledge.

                          Can you please look into this and do the needful.

                          This is totally unexpectable that such loan are processed without customers knowledge and while calling bajaj finserv no proper response.

                          Sir .recently I bought a mobile phone financed by Bajaj finance . Without applying for any insurance for the product
                          An extra loan of insurance of the mobile is given with the product with is not necessary. Kindly help in the matter as soon as possible as I may not be able to make emi payments for the same

                            My father got fraud call that if you want to close your EMI card so give me otp . My father don't know much about this and he gave otp without read message because he don't no more English. He his card was swipes for 64970/-. On 7/4/18 he got call from Bajaj finance that you used your card for purchasing of 64970/- that time I took call and asked executive of Bajaj that we didn't buy anything so told me that if you didn't buy anything so there was fraud. Immediately I told him that block my card and don't approve loan amount. But they didn't stop loan approval. Again I called in Customer care of Bajaj finserv and explained each and every thing what's happened with us. So she told me within 2 or three days you got call from Bajaj and they solve your problem. But we didn't got any call. On 30/4/18 I called them again and again explain everything so executive told me that we can't do anything in this matter and you have to pay loan amount. So on 2/5/2018 we did complain in cyber crime Branch Ahmedabad. They took our complain and they takes action against the person who did fraud and Bajaj finserv. And he told us that you gave written application to Bajaj finserv office Ahmedabad. So on 3/5/18 we gave written application to Bajaj finserv . But again Bajaj executive who take care of fraud case Mr Arpan he told me that you have to scan this application and send mail. We can't do anything from here.
                            Now we get lots of messages from Bajaj finserv to pay the loan and we are facing mental stress.
                            I request you that please take action against Bajaj finserv who gave our data to other and facing problem.

Many times i have replied on call but from this no calling from Gurgaon thane behalf of Bajaj finance limited regarding this call i am suffering a lot many times harasses me and also abusing me pls check it on urgent basis.

                              A big mistake by bajaj finserv
                              Loan cust id :[protected]

                              On 2nd may'18, instead of crediting the loan to the o/d a/c allotted to me, bajaj finserv disbursed total loan of rs.715103.00 to my saving a/c which was not at all agreed at the of loan application and in their confirmation email. This is exactly opposite what they are showcasing to the needy people.

                              I called customer care about this issue and they told me that interest will be charged on total rs. 715103 from the date of disbursement irrespective of i use loan money or not. They further informed me that i have to transfer the balance loan money to my allotted loan a/c after part withdrawal so that interest will be charged on withdrawn amount.
                              I am totally irritated with their blunt feedback which has no sense.

                              I have further escalated this mistake to loan representatives who handled my file but no response yet.

                              Please note-i will not pay any interest for the mistake committed by bajaj finserv and i urgently awaiting their feedback.

                              I got a digital EMICARD instead of the physical card. Now I don't get it use online of this, because idont know what is my card no. and cvv.
                              My EMI card is 6468...My card is blocked without any reasonable reason...Please UNBLOCK it as early as possible...

                                    Sir i would like to state you that my wife (Priti kumari singh) has taken a personal loan from bajaj finserv who's loan a/c is 5940pl18280413of rs. 80000 who's interest rate is above 19% (Fixed) for a period of three years. Balance amount is about 35000. They are not providing me the statement as the interest rate is too high in current banking system. This is the maximum rate of interest ever by the loan company.
                                    I have regularly paid the emi amount to bajaj finserv but some how because of family problem i missed 3 emi which is rs. 12000 but sir i. As my wife got married and left her birth place and i managed to pay the rest of the amount to bajaj finserv. Currently i am working in coal india
                                    . The salary is not credited in my bank account because of money problem in bank currently. Some banks are closed and atm are not working. I told them that i will pay the rest amount in 5 to 7 days as the bank provide me my salary but the bajaj finserv employees and legal team is just forcing and mentally harassing my wife and me about taking legal action against my wife as i am government employee i am facing much problem towards my job. Therefore sir kindly help me out from this.

As i cant make online payment more than 1 lakhs from my bank per day. But bank is not allowing me to pay payment of total outstanding amount through dd as part payment.
