Hi,

This is regarding a loan from bajaj finserv. The company representatives at an electronics showroom allured me to avail a huge loan on purchasing a high end lcd tv stating that there was a cash back scheme during diwali somewhere in the month of nov 2017. I was lucky customer who got through the scheme conditions and was entitled to a 50% cashback and which bajaj finserv assured to credit into my bank account after the 2nd instalment was made. My picture along with my family was sent to the tv company. When the same was not credited i inquired about it, and was told there was a delay in processing the file and would be credited after the 3rd instalment. I have made altogether 5 instalments out of the total 10 instalments but still have not received the cash back. I have sent a detailed email to the company customer care as well, however i haven't received any response even after giving several trailing emails. Instead i am receiving frequent calls for payment of remaining emis. Further they are giving false promises everytime to sort out the issue if the remaining emis are paid. I have already paid more than half of the amount of the product even though i have not received the cash back. I thought that bajaj finserv is a trustworthy finanacial institution and therefore relied on its words. I would advice people to think twice before dealing with this company which plays fraud with it's customers.

    Hi,

    In march i have purchased ac from supreet electronics, the guy from bajaj finance (Akash - [protected]) told me to take loan from bajaj with zero rupee charge. I agreed and take loan, he has processed loan for 46k though ac cost only 36k with 1500 as processing fees later on. I straight away say no to loan but have already submitted documents. My first emi deducted in may and today got message about other charges (Bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_apr18) 118 rs. When contacted shankar iyer - [protected], he mentioned it will be refunded.

        My name is Hariyazhagan My Loan ID is [protected], My EMI Card No. [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked due to PDC bounce on 5th Oct. On the same issue, before the thing happening, I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

        Kindly resolve this issue.

          *2.5 Year of mantel harassment from Bajaj Finance. (Bajaj, One loan dispute out of 8 loan.100% paid. & threatening calls to physical assault).

          Dear Team

          Good Morning
          My name is SHASHI a Past premium customer of Bajaj fin serve and the payer of 7.5 loan A.Cs but due to one collection agent in 2015 ruined " every thing. Example- My relationship with Bajaj my Cibil score, and my job status as most of the big company looks for good Cibil scores.
          You can check the attachment of my loan history and police complaint for some Deepak Sharma who threaten me to kill and said I make Blue films of my patents "using the phone financed from Bajaj.
          Now it's over 2.5 Years this loan matter not fixed because I was a banker a Sr officer with YES Bank Pvt ltd I was about to join HDFC bank but the way Bajaj ruined my Cibil, they did not hair me. And since then I am working as free lance documents verification men for car loans. MY INCOME CERTIFICATE IS ATTCHED.
          Now I too do not want to drag this relationship with Bajaj and like me so many other premium customer will leave you in near future.
          I request some very Senior person will call me and help me to settle this case in 2/3 EMI as I can only afford pay the settlement amount.
          Your collection agents keeps on calling me and ask me to settle this in 18000rs but as per my financial Status I can maximum afford 15000rs in two instalments and for this I have to sale my engagement ring I Know.
          1st half payment I can pay on 1 June
          2nd half payment on 27th July.
          If you have some mature guy and Sr grievance manager please ask him to call me. Time 10 am to 11:15 Am or leave the massage.
          If you like I can share the chq number too. But just HELP ME AS YOUR PAST VERY GOOD CUSTOMER .
          SITUATIONS COMES IN LIFE OF EVRY ONE.
          Please do not ask some Vinay/depak Sharma or S.k Yadav. To call me.

          Why don't you approach a good lawyer. Lawyer will also help you go to lok adalat for settlement and also file a police complaint against Bajaj Finserv person. You will also get money for mental harassment. Don't worry about the legal fees.

          Bajaj Finserv practices all illegal ways to get its money and unless you take help from law, they will not leave you alone. My advise is to approach a good lawyer today itself and you will get relief immediately. I was also harrassed by Bajaj Finserv for missing one EMI but I complained to them on twitter immediately. Leave a message if you need my help.

            While purchasing with bajaj emi card through the online site like flipkart & amazon. Otp not generating during the transaction. Instead of otp fresh nach update required. Msg coming to registered mobile no. So called to bajaj finserv customer care & as per them the following documents submitted to nearest bajaj finserv.
            1. Cancelled cheque. -01no.
            2. Address proof.-01no.
            3. I-d proof.-01no.
            4. Ecs mandate form -04nos.

            In the month of may -2018.
            2 r 3 times visited bajaj fiserv. Getting the status of the nach update.
            But whenever i'm visiting there they are saying under process & msg will come once they update. Still pending and i am not getting the otp for login in experia customer portal, customer id not received yet.

            Kindly suggest further to proceed. Or else online uploading futures will be so useful. That peoples simply saying.. Will update soon.

              My name is rinki chanda and my bajaj emi card is blocked for 6 months till date.
              Once a cheque had bounced so bajaj temporarily blocked it then didn't have any effort to resume it. The customer care executive from bajaj finance are a very unpleasant experience to deal and handle with specially mr. Sanjay mondal[protected] is not eligible to be a cash collection agent of bajaj. He promised to get the card unblocked after 4 successive emi payments but after calling him, he was like he can't do it and abruptly cut the call.
              This is not expected from a company like bajaj with their agents being rude and dishonest with their clients.

              Worst service. They even dont know about company incorporation. They dont know about LLP. Such illitrate people are hired by bajaj who dont have sense how to talk. And they are authorised to approve loans. Great work by such a reputed company like bajaj. My mobile no is [protected].
              I am paid money every month 2nd evening 3pm but i got a message in your check is bounced, so we are taked fine charged 300rs in bank.your take my money early.so please change my desposite date and time.every month i am affected this problem.please change my due date 3rd in every month and also Reactivate in my bajaj card.

                    I have applied for a consumer durable item loan for purchase of a ac in reliance digital store in mangalore, while applying the bajaj finance executive told me you have to apply for a insurance by paying rs 199/- and you will get a cover of rs 1.5 lac. But recently i have received a sms that my application for term insurance is under processing with premium of rs 1595/-, which i am total unaware.

                    So i want to cancel my insurance with your organisation. I am not willing to pay any insurance premium for which i am mis guided by your executive who never discussed with me for payment of insurance premium through my monthly emi.

                        I have taken an consumer durable loan from bajaj finserv the total loan amount was around 20k i have paid all the payments correctly. Due to some technical issues the last due was paid late but not more than a month. They have updated that i have not settled the due still in my cibil. Due to this i am not able to take any loans now they have given noc and all the settled documents.

                                Hello sir. My name is vikas. And like to inform you about my no payment done of this emi
                                The main thing is that my salary gets credited on 5th every month. Sometimes its possible to pay on 2nd but not every time but this month its totally dis respect full that my 350 rs charges has be deducted for my every loan and. More of that. Again 350 rs was deducted for no reason and no when i want to pay loan its shows 450 rs bounce charge. And total of 1500 rs will be gone only penaly. Thats not fare just when my loan amount is 1500. Whats wrong with your systems and. I was told that i can change my due date but its also fraud. I cant change my loan deduction date also the executive that call for reminding emi. Aslo are disrespectful. Always ends call with bad words. Like teri ma ki. Consider it as its give to you then weill look

                                  I have been using bajaj emi since 2016 onwards. But till today i have not received my emi card (Physical). I want to know the reason. My card number is :
                                  [protected]. I have purchased electronics goods up to the cost of 50000 till today. But i have not received the physical card. This is stopping me to buy goods at other places as well. Please, try to resolve the problem

                                      Am not interested with any loan so Please cancel my personal loan.

                                        I have foreclosed the loans within the span of 4-6 months.
