On 30th april, i received a call from bajaj on od pre approved offer of rs 1, 042, 812 where they committed to give rs 10, 000/- amazon voucher, 13.5 interest rate, 1% processing fee and 2, 999 as line activation charge with no hidden charge. I confirmed this offer mentioning the same with comments that i am not liable to pay any other hidden cost, after my approval i was told that od amount will keep on decreasing every month / year and i need to give cancelled cheque for disbursal which i denied and demanded cancellation, i received call from multiple executives even from customer head payal and email confirmation that it's forwarded for loan cancellation but on 7th may i received an amount of rs 1, 024, 409.00 in account which i do not need and even after cancellation confirmation was disbursed.
Now there is a deduction of rs 18, 403 and they also demand interest from 3rd may where amount was received on 7th may and was moved to bajaj od account by 8th may before 10 am, they also now deny that vouchers are case to case basis and you'll get it if you are eligible. This is complete fraud and they are not even following what they have written
