Emi on holi & bank holiday
I have borrow a counsmer loan of amount 98000/- from bajaj finserve i have paid 7 emi on time till date but this month as on holi & bank holiday they made an emi from my account in morning before this they massage me that the massage they sent to me emi on[protected] was wrongly sent this is my salery account i transfer amount of 7100/- to this account on[protected] my emi was 7030/- but they just put emi on holi & bank holiday on[protected] as i try 15-20 times to there coustmer car but there is only computerised help not any executive where i can talk for this matter i want to pay online on that day but there is no overdue on this account i mail them for this matter they ans me they don’t have any update for this month emi till[protected] but on[protected] they again charge ecs on my account in morning but fund was not sufficient on morning due to uncleard cheque of amount 342000 in my account on[protected] eve my account balance was 342000/- approx but for this ecs of[protected] no o massage no information for me yestarday there collection department was calling me 6-10 time with rude words i just told them as till my mail rewert not me i don’t want to pay this emi but now i pay this online i don’t want my bad cibil because of this stupidity of bajaj finserve there is no support for custmore only they know how to give and how to collect they don’t know festival bank holiday coustmer service

    Sir/madam

    Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card. I am not using it. I don't have any pending transaction till date. This card deducted rupees 117 from my bank account without my permission. Please deactivate this card as soon as possible. Also please credit rs.117 /=to my bank account. The card was issued in nov 2011 and expiry date nov 2014, then how come charges being deducted every year. Its a complete fraud. You are requested to inform me by sms/email/mobile phone

      Myself g rajashekhar i got a message that my account was debited with 1184.00 and i got a message that i got a life insurance phonebinding of loan amount of 11832.00 without my knowledge and permission. How can this company did like a # without my permission. My policy number is 400lip64471968. I want my money back or otherwise i will file a case against this.

          Wrt loan number 404PMT24754915
          Amount of 3lakhs was sanctioned to me at the interest rate of 16.3% for the tenure of 36 months.
          Based on 16.3%rate of interest my emi is supposed to be Rs.10592/month.
          Total interest payable is Rs. 81297

          But the emi calculation is done for 28%.
          And i am paying 12409/month.
          Toatal interest payable Rs. 1, 46, 727

          There is a huge gap of Rs.65, 430/-

          Pls find the loan repayment schedule for your reference.

          On what basis am i being charged the extra interest rate?

            I bought products worth 70300 from merchant and paid it through Bajaj Finserv.

            Later I received a call from the Merchant stating that I should pay Rs.2489 to them as Bajaj Finserv paid them only Rs.67811.

            so I am in a position to pay Rs.2489 .It's kind of fraud to tell 0% interest and then charging these kind of amount at the backside.

              Dear sir/mam, this is to inform you that recently i had purchased oppo a71 from my bajaj finserv i have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at bajaj finance website onliine that shows emi of my mobile insurance with total amount of rs.1399/- besides the mobile emi. Bajaj finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance.                     I have applied for emi card online by paying 399inr through my debit card, but i have not received a card or even any details from your end.
                    Secondly, trying a so-called customer care number where in there is no option to talk to any person who can resolve this.

                    But i received this mess today saying thst

                      Bajaj Finserv suspended my emi card without any reason

                      Emi card no. is [protected]

                      When i contacted them they told there is a emi bounce..

                      Actually i have made advanced payment for loan Thats why Emi Not deducted for tyhe month of march..

                      Iam paying EMI regularly from past 1 year without missing it.

                      Today i saw bajaj finserve Control panel of my loan account ..There isno missing emi mentioned..

                      If the EMI bounce .. I have to pay the bounce charges right.. But there no Bounce ... I can send screen shot of my account..

                      Because of your server issue or something you are providing worst customer service in the world..

                      I want to take legal action again you .. if you dont solve the problems and Unblock my EMI card..

                      I have a bajaj emi card.. Number is [protected] is blocked permanently for no reason. Date of the incident is 10/03/2018..

                      When i contact bajaj finserv through email, they told me that there is a emi bounce but iam paying emi regularly without missing it.. Iam ready to provide the proof if required. They can access my account and check it.

                      I request them to unblock or reissue of emi card..

                          I am Kapil Manuja, mobile no [protected] On 12 Feb, your customer care called me for bajaj elite emi card membership and asked me to pay rs 4777 earliest.

                          after that 12 feb. I made the payment through my credit card (Rs 4777/-). Payment was debited successfully and i received a mail in this regard (An image file is attached).
                          also update my profile which mail received from ur hand ( Mr. Basawraj Babalad.
                          Relationship Manager Digital Lounge. )

                          Sir ur representative told that i will get the card in next 6 day on my home address. But till date, there is no further communication from your side and i yet to get the card.

                          Sir, i would request your good selves to kindly do the needful earliest.

                            This is jayakrishna karanam from vijayawada, i had applied a personal loan 28/02/2018 and given all the documents to your executive mr. Shiva on the same day.

                            But i didn't get the loan & even am trying to call your executive from 02/03/2018, but he is not answering the calls to update me the status. I called him more than 100times, he is lifting the calls from other numbers, but after i speak, he is telling shiva is not here.

                            I need the status on this. He is your employee or not?? Is he know the process of not?? Why he is not lifting the calls?? Are my doc's are safe or not?? How you people are jobs to this type of guys?? Doesn't he know how to give the respect to customers?? He was wasted the time more than 6/7hrs.

                            I have kept Bajaj Finserv EMI Card loans all on Auto Debit from my SBI Account so no payment issues comes up. Recently Bajaj Finserv deducted Rs 295/- from my account twice Once on 3rd of March 2018 and again on 6th of March 2018 without any prior notice . Please have a look at this unauthorized deduction.
                            My.bank a/c problem sol in my bajaj finsery in regulor emi reglur.det complet .plez my emi cards Activison.good servises.pointebal. Thanks

                                Hi sir, myself d bharat, purchased washing machine from bajaj finserv through emi. I signed on authorized report of bank (Auto debit of emi payments) for 8 months emi payment of rs.2459 for a each month. But bajaj finserv requested for excess amount of emi to my bank. Even though i maintained sufficient balance (Minimum of rs.2459/-) in my bank account, because of request for extra amount of emi from bajaj finserv axis bank debited from my account. It results to insufficient balance in my account as per axis bank, so they charged me for cheque reversal charges of rs.11643. Here under i attached my bank statements and bajaj fiserv statement and other details.

                                Loan amount rs.29500
                                Advance amount paid rs.9836
                                Remaining amount rs.19672 (Rs.2459*8 installments)
                                No. Of installments 8
                                But they charged excess emi amount of rs.[protected]+2245+1795), but i maintained sufficient account balance for my installment amount rs.2459. As bajaj finserv requested for excess amount (Even though i given approval for rs.2459) it results to insufficient balance as per axis bank, so they charges for non maintaining of sufficient balance (Results to cheque reversal). This process continued for every month, because of this issue i lost rs. 11643 as bank charges.

                                Hi, still i didn't get any reply from Bajaj Finserv..
                                Pls activate my card last six month i have not done any transaction so that card has automaticallyblocked.pls activate the card i need to purchase the samsung mobile?.

                                Please, deactivate my bajaj finserv card, my id num is 6156647., i don't want to use it any more, the card was given saying free of cost, and they r charging annually..., i don't have any due pending amount that should be paid to the company. Do i sincerely request you to deactivate my bajaj finserv card asap.

                                  Dear sir/ madam, my bajaj emi card not showing in my app.. Am already taken loan on emi. Now i want to buy a refrigerator on emi. How can i get my card details on my bajaj finserv app? Am unable to get my card details. When i search in my bajaj card in finserv app that showing no cards are active. Am updated all things.. Pls resolve my qurrey.

                                  Hi Sir, My loan account number is 4040CD50060199 & 404CDD64040119 my EMI was due on 5-mar-2018 but still it is not deducted from my bank account (in last 4 or 5 months EMI was regularly deducted from my bank account through ECS) even there is enough balance available in account. Can you please check it and deduct the EMI as soon as possible.

                                    Sir,
                                    I, mahuya das, have the honour to state you that i bought a refrigerator through bajaj finance and my emi (Rs. 3030/-) falls on the 2nd day of each month. I have salary account in sbi. Due to holiday on 01/03/18 (Holi festival), bank was closed and hence salary could not enter into my bank account. Hence they couldn't recover the due emi amount on 02/03/18 and charged a fine of rs. 450/- for cheque bounce.
                                    Now i have the following queries...
                                    1. Since i depend on salary account and this month my salary payment was delayed due to holiday or some other reason, the due emi could not be deducted on due date. Then where is my fault in it?
                                    2. They did not informed me that my bank account was short of required amount, so that i could pay the due amount in other way. They could have intimate me about the short balance in my account account on 02/03/18 so that i could pay the emi by cash.
                                    3. I tried to contact with branch offices at asansol and kolkata (Phone numbers obtained from their website). But all the numbers were told 'out of service'.
                                    4. The charge for cheque bounce off is too high since the due emi amount is only rs. 3030/- and date failed only for 3/4 days, as they could recover the due amount on 06/03/18. I did not have the knowledge that they would charge this huge amount. They have never informed me about this excessive charge. I don't know at what rate they have charged this fine.
                                    5. I have never failed my emi before. You can check my previous records.
                                    I would like to mention that they have also fined a huge number of defaulters this month for the same reason and those defaulters also had no idea about this penalty charge.
                                    I, therefore, would like to request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

                                      I have taken personal loan from bajaj finserve as once you fail to pay even a single emi they just transfer your case to private collection agencies which would regularly threat me and sometime beaten and will use abusing and filthy language and start torturing my family and friends too. There a guy called ram rathod and some one from bajaj office.

                                      Emi for loan account no 410DPF65019799 amount of rupees 3240 has not been debited from my registered Bank.As per your representative my bank account was insufficient balance..As per by bank details i have more than sufficient amount on Emi date.
                                      please look in this mattonvenience from Bank or from your side my civil is in bad condition
