Dear Sir / Mam

I"m Rohit Kumar i am existing customer of Bajaj Finserv. I have 2 consumer loan and 1 EMI Card consumer durable loan. My Loan A/C No: 5880CD44656582, 588ECF58095422, 588ECF61845998. Dear Sir i inform you that last month (22-Feb-2018) i had an offer in my experia account regarding personal loan Amt of Rs. 59000/-. i am eligible for personal loan. Then i called your customer care executive regarding this offer. He told me that yes sir you have an offer for personal loan from our side but you can take only rs. 59000/- because you"re eligible only for rs. 59000/-. then i said ok no issue tell me formalities for take this amount. He told me that i will send our executive at your address for collecting your documents ( 1 Aadhar copy, 1 Pan Card copy, 2 Photograph, 4 cancel cheque). Then I said ok you can send your executive. But next day nobody executive come to my address. Then in the evening again i called your customer care executive for telling him that your executive not come my address for documentation. andi ask him can i go to your nearest branch then he told me yes you can go. i visit your branch ( Pathankot Punjab 145001). And i submit the documents after received my all documents your branch executive tell me ok sir you get received amt within 4-5 hour in your bank account. but after 5 hour left i called him for asking my loan status then he told me that sorry sir you"re not eligible for personal loan because still you are only 24 years old. and right now don;t show any offer in my account.And after that i called again your personal loan deptt. he told me that, sir your offer on hold for few days, you get received amount till 2-3 days kindly wait, after 3 days i"ll again called personal loan deptt, he told me same your offer on hold kindly check next month. i am totally frustrated because nobody tell me proper response . so i want ask you that if i am not eligible for personal loan so why you give me offer. why you give me credit card. why you provide me consumer loan. And 14-March-2018 again i have received a text massage regarding Pre-Approved personal same Amot of rs. 59000/- and next day i have received a call your call center deptt there is Vandna who called me. she say me that sir you have a offer and our executive will come your address within 4-5 hours for collect your documents. but nobody come. i continue called your customer care but no one able to resolve my concern. you can see screen shots that's prof my offer. last some days Mr. Anil follow my case but he is not able for resolve my case. what the hell poor performance. And today i Login my exepria account there's all the offers on hold. tell me the reason why

    Dear sir,

    With reference to my bajaj finance limited loan a/c. No. 5770cd13771476, please note that i had purchased a tv (Model no. Lg-led/32lf550a) and had taken emi facility on bajaj finance card for amount of rs. 24, 000.00 in the month of july 2015.

    The monthly installment was of rs. 2, 000.00 starting from 07.08.2015. I had paid all the emi by pdc cheque which was getting adjusted every month against the emi as per normal practice. Now enquiring about my bajaj finance card, i came to know that my card is blocked due to some pending amount to pay of rs. 8, 000.00

    On inquiring in detail, i came to know that the first installment cheque was bounced and that emi was pending. Later bajaj finance has charged a penalty against this nonpayment of emi which i have already paid in cash but unfortunately at the moment don’t have receipt of that payment.

    I had personally visited to your goregaon branch to get the issue sorted out, and was assured to get a call back from your side to solve the issue but till date i haven’t received any call or reply as such.

    I request you to please look into the matter and advise solution and request you to kindly unblock my bajaj finance card for use.

      I have my bajaj emi card, and my track are good and paid emis on all time, bajaj finserv freezed my card due to i done 4 times transaction in jan'18 as per bajaj finserv cc : anita said "we have not blocked your card, your card is showing as active in our system." according to our policy you cannot purchase its freezed"

      Also they didn't inform me by my registerd email id, phone number that card has been freezed, we went to shopping with family and bought furniture but that time my card decline... Me and my family embarrsed front of shopkeepers this type of harassment not acceptable from bajaj finserv

      "you have purchased retail product, so for retails product cooling period is of 120 days"

      They are making me fool, i paid 3999 and i am platinum customer of bajaj, and have good track so results is they blocked my card for 120 days... Customer satisfication 0 from bajaj finser emi card.

      I have received below response from Bajaj, and not acceptable ... I already closed 90% loan and have good track from last 1 years and paid 3999 cost to premium customer fee and Bajaj treating me like loan defaulter, Bajaj didn't give me any policy guidelines at the time of membership. Now they freezed my card for 120 days without any intimation. because i done transaction in shopper stop ... still my card active and have my 90% limit on card, all EMIs on track, 90% loan has been closed and again and again only one reply you can't use your card ?

      Reply from Bajaj:-:( NOT ACCEPTABLE

      We have checked the records which shows that you have done a transaction of Rs. 8488 at our dealer SHOPPERS STOP LIMITED _ GNOIDA IN on 14 Jan 2018 and hence you can now perform next transaction using EMI card for retail after 120 days only post last transction date which is inline with to our policy.

      It is our constant endeavour to ensure you have our best attention at all times."

      i got this reply from Bajaj and still my card inactive, I paid 3999 for this card and cleared all EMIs they blocked, freezed and inactive my card

        Regular behind hyderabad bajaj team to provide welcome kit or user name & password log in to transfer that od amount from my salary account to od account (Virtual account). Moreover, hyderabad bajaj team is not providing the od (Virtual account) details, i also tried to get that van through sms service, finally i got van but to add this account to my saving account need additional details like bank and branch details or ifsc code, alteast the bajaja finance people could not able to provide this ifsc code. So you are requested to
        1. Wave off interest factor from 16-march to till date as interest is getting charged un necessary
        2. Provide required details to my registered mobile num/ email.

          My bajaj finserv consumer id is 10444919. I am a genuine and an existing customer of bajaj finserv for past 6-7 years and hold emi card ending with 1018. I received an email regarding bajaj elite card. As per the instructions i have paid rs.4777 on 18th march 18 (Txn id lybk[protected]).in return i received transaction successful message. Since then i have neither received any call nor any message nor any email regarding the status of elite emi card. I have been continuously trying to contact bajaj finserv digital lounge customer care to no avail. On connecting no one answers the call even after waiting for more than an hour. The company has not resolved my complaint even after mailing to [protected]@bajajfinserv.
          The service of the customer care is putrid and not present at all. I'm dissatisfied, frustrated, angry and taken aback by the quality of service of by bajaj finserv.
          This is my humble request to you to either refund the amount or to issue the card at the earliest. Please ensure that you are taking right decision as soon as possible.

            There was pre approved offer on my account for elite emi card. I was told to pay rs.4777/- and i will get limit of 3, 00, 000, i paid but my limit hasn't been increased not a single penny. Why you took the payment and not increased limit?

            I have paid 4 emi's of my product which I have taken through Bajaj finance and I have also paid 400 Rs for Bajaj emi card at the time of purchasing. But still I didn't get my EMI card.             Ashisbishw19, as of 2018, consumers won't be getting a physical EMI card; instead, we should use the digital card. Download the Bajaj Wallet app from the PlayStore or Appstore to use it. Since your card status is active, you should be able to use the digital card anywhere. The system works with OTP through mobile number.

                I do not have any bajaj loan active. I just noticed that they has charged rs 117 to by account in february 20 (Last month). I do not know why they have charged this money.
                Could you please help recover this money as soon as possible. The transaction number is not shown in the statement surprisingly. However they have charges the money as bajaj card fee bf[protected]...

                  Previously, i have requested bajaj representative from showroom to cancel the extended warranty of cpp asset care policy. But they told me it can be cancel after 6 month, and upon the refund will initiated. So, now i want to cancel the extended warranty of cpp asset care policy.

                  My asset care policy number is 402bew48690272, my emi is started from 05-oct-17 so do it fast. Please cancel cpp asset care policy before deducting the next month installment.

                    I applied for bajaj finserv emi card on 7th march 2018. I paid 412rs. Fee on 9th march and received the conformation message on my mobile number [protected]. On 16th march i received another message that i can download my digital emi card, i downloaded the bajaj finserv wallet app, still i didn't get my digital emi card. I mailed bajaj finserv regarding the matter but they didn't even respond. I have attached the screenshot of my transaction.

                      But i come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan.
                      I try to conduct customer care by call but got replay as my customer number and card number was wrong. Could you plz able to tell me what is reason was the card blocked. And what can i do for reactive my card again.

                        Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 16th march from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_feb18. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

Kindly deactivate the mentioned id permanently or send the deactivation procedure to the mail id which is registered with that account.

                                I'd recently bought godrej air conditioner using bajaj finserv on march 3, 2018, and i'm grateful for the support. Nevertheless, without giving any intimation, cpp asset care policy has been applied to my account and i found that is absolutely unacceptable. Pl. Do the necessary to cancel that policy as the first emi auto debit is scheduled to[protected]. I don't want to cost any money for this.

                                  I have requested for a cancellation of my credit card ending with 4578. I have requested this multiple times but have not got any respectful response from you guys apart from the automated mailers that trigger as a result of this email.

                                  Initially when i requested for a cancellation request a executive namely "twinkle" spoke to me from the retention department and promised me a reversal of the finance charges which was paid my be as per the latest bill generation. The eta given for this was two working days, and i did wait for two working days but in vain. There was no reversal that happened.

                                  Then i again called you guys back to raise a cancellation request and someone called "soniya" spoke to me from the retention department again and negotiated on retaining me back. When i told her about the conversation with twinkle she was not aware of it. I have no idea how that is possible. She then put me on hold and came back after 2 mins and said that she can pass a reversal of rs.1500/-. I did not have time to talk to her regarding this since i was held up on a client meeting very badly. The time she made the call to me was so hectic. I asked her to call me back within 2 hours and she never did after that.

                                  Now again i raised a cancellation request on monday and have not got a response or call from any of your team member. I don't understand what kind of a response is this and why is the customer so much ill-treated. If you guys have no proper customer service then why are you giving out credit cards. I hold a citi and hdfc credit card as well but haven't seen such a worst customer service in my life. I am highly dissatisfied with your service and will never recommend anyone to take up this credit card. Infact one of my office friend got an rbl card and i have asked him to return back the credit card without using it and he did return it. I can give you guys the details of my friend who returned the card.

                                      I have purchased a mobile phone "motorola g5 s plus" worth
                                      Rs.14999/- on 22.02.2018 through dealer "bard roy infotech pvt. Ltd.
                                      Via digital product finance bearing loan no. 410dpf66074700".in this
                                      Connection, i have also paid the processing fees of rs.767/-

                                      Yesterday i got a letter via courier from cpp group india (Classic
                                      Fone safe) regarding cpp fonesafe classic membership. I was very much
                                      Surprised to know that an insurance of rs.1849/- has been done for my
                                      Mobile.

                                      It may kindly be noted that the said insurance was done without my
                                      Consent and knowledge. Even while purchasing the phone your executive
                                      Explained me about the insurance policy of the phone. But i strictly
                                      Told him that i am not interested in it. Neither i signed any
                                      Insurance policy paper nor i had given my consent for this. Then from
                                      Where i got this insurance???

                                      Today, i went to the dealer shop and inquired to your executive about
                                      The matter. She told me that she hasn't done the insurance rather the
                                      Insurance was done by company itself i. E bajaj finserv.

                                      Sir, this extra rs. 1849/- is really a burden for me which happened
                                      Without my consent.
                                      Remember the processing of loan documents of the insurance policy was
                                      Done without consent of me!.

                                      Hence, i request you to cancel the insurance policy as it is done
                                      Without my knowledge/consent so that i may needn't to pay any extra
                                      Amount for the insurance policy.

                                        Instead of increasing my credit limit, they just blocked my card.
