loan foreclosure charges waived off

During loan sanctioning, i was told of no foreclosure charges, but now they are saying that they have changed their policy and are now charging me 4% charges. Ive visted their branch office but they refused to help me and said it can be sorted via mail only. After mailing them still thw issue is not resolved by them.

Respected sir/madam,

I am ramesh. J (Bajaj finserv customer id[protected] since 02/09/2017 i am using your emi card and purchased two products and one emi finished successfully other one is running.

My concern is i didn't get your emi card till now. Once i got sms and told that going to deliver my card but not done. I called blue dart and enquired, they told it has been sent back.

refund of hidden charges

No.1 fraud n gunda company... They will take hidden charges nicely. Their agents keep on changing so no way i can catch them, call centre guys again waste, i took flexi loan hidden charges-foreclosure charge 4 percentage of sanctioned amount not outstanding amount, 30000 credit protection policy, 20000 vidya fees... I am really suffering guys

Sir please, deactivate my bajaj finserv card, my id num is 37954831., i didn't use the card till now, and dont want to use it any more, the card was never given to me even though you r charging annually. emi card cancellation and unsolicited charges exploited

Bajaj finance has issued a emi card few years back and now there is absolutely no way i find to cancel it. This in turn has ended up in a big headache of receiving at least five calls a day timely and untimely. Also the recent surprise is that an amount of 117 is deducted from my account without any authorization from me. Seems a respected name like bajaj is now totally into a fraud and money looting business.
Do let me know the process...

bajaj elite emi card no delivery

Sir I had made a payment of RS 4777 on 12th Feb 2018, I got your mail and selected the vouchers but still I have not got the card.as well as I can't contact your customer care as well. The customer care number in the mail I have called three to four times I waited till 55 minutes but my call couldn't be connected but after 2 days I received a call from your email card division I thought it was from elite cards....

calls regarding loans

Hi,

I am getting calls from bajaj finserv daily. Make sure i do not get any calls going further. these calls are compeletely unwanted for me. I dont want any calls to come to my mobile number [protected]. Make sure you remove my number from your database ans also note I have DND activated to my number. Still I receive calls. Both marketing calls as well as pre recorded message calls.

Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end [protected] comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan .

Calls from Bajaj are becoming nonsense everyday. We need to spend couple hours patiently telling them to stop calling us unless needed. A Minimum of 4-5 calls pops out even they tell that the will include the number in DND list. This is a highly irritating activity everyday and for this reason...

loan amount adjustment

I applied for the flexibility loan in Bajaj finserv. They disburse the amount amount with lot of deductions the name of tax, and deducted 3599 for wallet protection, I didn't even signed any documents for those. After lot of fight with them they weive off the amount into outstanding balance. I surprised. Why do I pay the 3599 not even I used?

People don't ever take flexi loan in Bajaj finserv. There are lot of hidden factors....

fraud ecs deduction from bajaj finserv

My account is ECS debited for an amount of INR 117 by Bajaj Finance. Although, I do not have any loan or any relation Bajaj for the past six years, why an amount of INR 117 has been deducted from my SB account? could you please clarify and credit the amount in my same SB account?

auto deduction of unauthorized amount
