    I purchased online prod from flipkart using bajaj emi card & due to technical error my order got duplicated and created two loan with number ending *7087 (Correct loan inst paid-nov-1, 766, dec-1, 766 jan-1766+450) & *7586 (Against duplicate order wch ws cncld). My bnk was debited for rs. (1, 766-oct, 1, 233-nov and one more rs.1, 766-this bajaj is denying to even receive.) agnst *7586.
    1) why my loan was created agnst cncld order (I have confirmation from flipkart)
    2) you charged me bouncing charge of rs.450 agnst *7087 for delay where you already had advance of rs.4, 766 (1, 766+1, 233+, 1, 766) so why bouncing charge?
    3) my card was blocked and credit history got one delay remark for no fault of my mine where bajaj already had advance.

    I want an immediate refund along with interest @rate charged by bajaj for delays

    Further the very poor consumer helpdesk dragged this matter that long which mentally frustrated me more over it faulted my credit history which is going to create troubles for my future credibility i will file an consumer fraud and willful misrepresentation and harassment case for sure.

      Its been 2 months I am communicating with you and have written to your customer experince and grivence email addresses about 2 loan applications submitted in my name without my consent. There have been alot of communication happened, please check your database. I want a proper resolution and a compensation for the issue as I feel such act is unethical, fraud and breach of trust.

      Hello,

      Again the same story whatever we discussed over the call today for 30 minutes is not reflecting in the email. Despite you were confident that you are gonna update everything in the email.

      You said application number is generated because I just shown the interest, however, based on my multiple communications with you, it was told that an application number is generated when a loan request is made. Further in regards to the compensation part you also said to calculate it. However, I am fed up now and will never trust on you coz everytime we discuss something on call and receive something else in email. I understand that you will not give any such thing in writing which may go against you. Knowing the fact that everything is wrong from your end, still you all putting blame on me. As discussed over the call, I am attaching the email which says the loan application was rejected. So it proves that application number is loan application not the query thing. Further any application needs customer personal details which you misused raising such applications without my consent.

      Please let me know the next level of escalation as my lawyer wants the final outcome from your end so that basis on your communication we can go legal way.

      Again the act of yours is unethical, breach of trust and I had a lot of mental trauma and you guys disturbed my personal life because of such acts.

      If you are so confident that nothing was wrong from your end then why you are hesitating to give me requested details in wrting. Further one of your team members called me and said that loan applications numbers were generated with my consent during a lead call. However, I have never received such calls and you are unable to produce any proof of the same. Which again proves that your team is lying and just trying you wash their hands by saying any useless words.

      But I promise that I will fight till I get the satisfactory compensation or resolution and I hope when this matter will be with the regulatory authority, you should be fined for not following the fair practices.

        My name is rohit singh. I have bought the gold emi card from bajaj finserv. After all the formalities my card got activated in 3 days. Then once i tried to book my vacation from the emi card they said i need to update my ecs form to get one time password. First i would to say very bad service. You people should have told me this earlier that i need to update it. Now i am getting this information when i have leave for my holidays in just 3 days. I have submitted the nach form at their branch in bhopal and when i asked that how much time it will take to get updated, so he said it will take 30 to 45 days. Seriously this is how you are going to provide services to your customer. Now what should i do.

            Bajaj Finserv deactivated my emi card but they didn't refund the annual fee deducted on[protected] even though I had filed deactivation request days before annual renewal date.

                  I have completed my loan repayment this month. Now I got a message saying that use your EMI card within 2 months to avoid inactive charge. I dont want your service any more and I dont want to take a loan any more. Then how can I use your card. How can you compel a customer to use your card and service, its very cheap and I need to cancel my card asap.

                    When i visited big bazaar (Matunga) i was told my emi card no [protected] was my card was blocked. This was very shocking & embarrassing. When i emailed my query i was told my card was blocked due to my cibil score. According to you'll my cibil score is 733, but when i checked at cibil.com my cibil scoreis 776.
                    It is very hurting that a reputed company like bajaj has started harnessing customers.
                    I faced the same problem earlier also. At that time i was told due to some technical reason my payment was not updated, so my card was blocked later unblocked.
                    It is very sad that we are not even intimated.
                    It has become the practice of blocking the card.

                      2 years before i bought some household things by using bajaj finserv loan, during the repayment because of some personal issue only one payment is bounced, then i paid in the next month. After all my loans are closed i got an noc from bajaj, but few days before i checked the credit score it got affected by negative score because of some loan pending with bajaj finserv.
                      Then i contacted customer they said i have a pending amount of rs 509, need to paid with the interest and late paymeny penalty of rs 4895.

                      How come a man pay an amount of rs5500 for just rs 509 as a remaining amount. I need a proper justiification for this. Beauty here is bajaj didn't approached/communicated me not even for a single time, i just checked the credit score it got affected by negative account of bajaj finserv loan. Then i communicated them, they replied with yes sir you have to pay rs5500 for just rs509 as a due.

                      I am ready to close the loan, but not ready to pay Rs-5500 for just Rs509. How come i have to pay 10 times then the original amount. More over if they communicated when the amount is around Rs-509, that time itself i closed itself. Communication from bajaj is totally useless. I don't know how the credit department without analyzing the dues, they are ready to degrade the credit score.

                      As requested by Bajaj Finserv to me, to pay the emi installement and they waive off remaining amount after receiving of installment amount.

                      But after i paid the installment, still i can see the negative bajaj account in my credit score. What else would you expected to revert back your negative account from my credit score?

                            Hi my name is vishnu and my emi card was blocked for no reason all the loans i have taken have been closed timely or before time but 2 days ago i received a message from you that my card was blocked. I do not know the reason but there is no reason for blocking my card. I am an active customer of bajaj and have done everything thing possible to stay active. Do reply to me or get in touch with me to get this resolved.

                              Goods Sold by the dealer : Rs.16, 000/-
                              Paid by me in cash that day : Rs. 5, 500/-
                              Therefore, due Rs.10, 550/- which was showing in bill. (Bill enclosed) and financed by you.

                              You have financed in product Rs.10, 550/-.

                              But you have deducted EMI through bank (Rs.1425/- x 8 = Rs.11, 400/-)

                              If the dealer has taken the payment, the cost of goods arose Rs.16, 000/- + 850/- = Rs.16, 850/-

                              but in the statement of account sung by wrong claim with magical calculation and I am now looser for your foolish/thumping statement which is against the terms of Rules and Regulations.

                              Request you issue the refund Rs.850/-.

                                This is palak patel applied for the elite card card no ending with 7617 dated on the[protected] by paying rs 4777 as promised that i will get the emi card with the limit of rs 3, 00, 000 but i got only the limit rs 1, 00 000.
                                Worst service from elite customer care numbers itself are not working as they told i vl get flexi loan by paying amount all nonsenses things

                                  I have nothing to do with bajaj finserv but suddenly i started receiving email that loan is approved and emi is pending and card got cancelled

                                  What a crap is that???

                                  I also sent email to your support [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but there is no update

                                  Please note, i do not have any relation with your firm and such spam emails to my account will force me to take legal action against your firm.

                                      Sub: Regarding unknown/unware of foreclosure charges For Balance transfer from HDFC to Bajaj finserv-Bajaj finserv loan account no: 403SOF46737041
                                      I got a Personal line of credit flexi loan from Bajaj finserv on July 2017 with 14.75% of interest for the amount for 404500 and then I did a part payment of 104500 on December 2017 where no charges has been included and outstanding is 3, 00, 000 then, I do BT from HDFC where DD amount of 2, 60, 000 issued by HDFC bank. I tried providing this DD to the nearest branch in west Tambaram through my father in law along with my authorization and id proof, after a long stand, we came to know that, I have to pay extra charges for this kind of BT transfer. However, If I do any part-payment, for eg. if I pay this 2, 60, 000 as part payment from my account they will not include any charges. But, they do charge for Balance transfer from other bank (HDFC). I am not sure or aware of this while getting this flexi loan or either intimated to me by Bajaj finserv advisor. Also, the charges come around 20, 000 which I cannot afford to pay. Please advice and kindly do the needful.

                                        Bajaj finserv is the worst company even seen in my life. Even after registering on their site for no promotion call and making complain here, still they continue to haress. They have no time sense. They will even call you on weekends at 9pm. If this does not stop i am ready to face the trouble of filing a legal case against the company. Horrible.in my whole life i will never take any service from bajan finserve. Pathetic company!!
