Sir please, deactivate my bajaj finserv card, my mob num is [protected]., i didn't use the card till now, and dont want to use it any more, the card was given saying free of cost, and they r charging annually..., i don't have any due pending amount that should be paid to the company. Do i sincerely request your good self to solve the problem.

    On 14/02/2018, i have booked a hp laptop at reliance jio digital with the help of bajaj finserv.. But when i check my details at bajaj finance website online, i show that there are two loan no against my id. One is emi loan no. And another is insurance loan no with two emi amount. Bajaj finance has insured my laptop without giving me prior information. I am not going to pay any insured amount because i am not interested to take this insurance.. Kindly cancel my insurance and send me the cancellation statement to my mobile or email.

          I purchased a mobile through using bajaj emi card worth rs 16000/-. They didnot informed us about insurance After that i got a message that i had to pay insurance worth rs 1849/- extra in an installment every month. I searched in bajaj finserv app. I found that there is another account appeared called digital fone safe. I don't want insurance for my phone. I will keep it safe.               NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY TILL 16.02.2018.

              I have signed in BAJAJ FINSERV PERSONAL APPLICATION No. 848859 On 20.01.2018

              Mr. Arul Prakash (Mobile phone no. [protected]) from Tamilnadu, Trichy Bajaj Finserv, voluntarily came and asked me to take PL, even though i have not opted. Because of his repetitive requests, i have agreed to go for pl from trichy bajaj finserv, and sumbitted my supporting documents in nearly 12 pages along with my passport size photographs. After receiving the above in the 3rd week of january 2018, no response from him or from bajaj finserv, trichy. I had sent sms to the above said mobile phone no [protected], requesting him to return my documents. No response till 07.02.2018. I suspecting him that, he is misusing my documents and passport size photographs. Kindly guide me please.

                  My wife is using bajaj emi card for more than 2 years. Card no: [protected].

                  Our bajaj card was linked with indian overseas bank. Few months back we closed that bank account and started a new account in karur vysya bank. To update this information i contacted customer care support through phone. They informed me to go to bajaj office in salem and update the bank details.

                  As informed, i went to bajaj office on december 2017 and customer care executive informed me that they cant update bank details in office. Instead, i can provide new bank details in the store where i purchase the next product using bajaj emi card.

                  On the month of january i purchased a cooking stove using emi card and when i submitted the bank details in the store they said its not necessary.

                  Now, for the first emi i was maintaining the amount in karur vysya bank, but the amount was not debited from my account. I was contacted by a customer care agent and i immediately accepted to pay amount. When he came to my place he asked me to pay amount along with fine of rs.450. I refused to pay that fine and informed what ever happened. He accepted the mistake from their side and collected only due amount of rs.3200 (Apx).

                  Now my wife has received an sms to her mobile no: [protected] stating that rs.450 fine will be deducted from her bank account.

                  Do you think this is fare? If you check my previous purchases and my payment dues, you can see that i have not even missed one single payment. All my payments will be on time. Now, the mistake has been from salem bajaj team and how will i be responsible for that?

                  I am looking for a proper solution for it. If not, i am ready to move legally. I have all the proof to support my case.

                  Hope you can understand my situation. I am looking for a reply asap.

                        I purchased online prod from flipkart using bajaj emi card & due to technical error my order got duplicated and created two loan with number ending *7087 (Correct loan inst paid-nov-1, 766, dec-1, 766 jan-1766+450) & *7586 (Against duplicate order wch ws cncld). My bnk was debited for rs. (1, 766-oct, 1, 233-nov and one more rs.1, 766-this bajaj is denying to even receive.) agnst *7586.
                        1) why my loan was created agnst cncld order (I have confirmation from flipkart)
                        2) you charged me bouncing charge of rs.450 agnst *7087 for delay where you already had advance of rs.4, 766 (1, 766+1, 233+, 1, 766) so why bouncing charge?
                        3) my card was blocked and credit history got one delay remark for no fault of my mine where bajaj already had advance.

                        I want an immediate refund along with interest @rate charged by bajaj for delays

                        Further the very poor consumer helpdesk dragged this matter that long which mentally frustrated me more over it faulted my credit history which is going to create troubles for my future credibility i will file an consumer fraud and willful misrepresentation and harassment case for sure.

                          Hello,

                          Again the same story whatever we discussed over the call today for 30 minutes is not reflecting in the email. Despite you were confident that you are gonna update everything in the email.

                          You said application number is generated because I just shown the interest, however, based on my multiple communications with you, it was told that an application number is generated when a loan request is made. Further in regards to the compensation part you also said to calculate it. However, I am fed up now and will never trust on you coz everytime we discuss something on call and receive something else in email. I understand that you will not give any such thing in writing which may go against you. Knowing the fact that everything is wrong from your end, still you all putting blame on me. As discussed over the call, I am attaching the email which says the loan application was rejected. So it proves that application number is loan application not the query thing. Further any application needs customer personal details which you misused raising such applications without my consent.

                          Please let me know the next level of escalation as my lawyer wants the final outcome from your end so that basis on your communication we can go legal way.

                          Again the act of yours is unethical, breach of trust and I had a lot of mental trauma and you guys disturbed my personal life because of such acts.

                          If you are so confident that nothing was wrong from your end then why you are hesitating to give me requested details in wrting. Further one of your team members called me and said that loan applications numbers were generated with my consent during a lead call. However, I have never received such calls and you are unable to produce any proof of the same. Which again proves that your team is lying and just trying you wash their hands by saying any useless words.

                          But I promise that I will fight till I get the satisfactory compensation or resolution and I hope when this matter will be with the regulatory authority, you should be fined for not following the fair practices.

                            My name is rohit singh. I have bought the gold emi card from bajaj finserv. After all the formalities my card got activated in 3 days. Then once i tried to book my vacation from the emi card they said i need to update my ecs form to get one time password. First i would to say very bad service. You people should have told me this earlier that i need to update it. Now i am getting this information when i have leave for my holidays in just 3 days. I have submitted the nach form at their branch in bhopal and when i asked that how much time it will take to get updated, so he said it will take 30 to 45 days. Seriously this is how you are going to provide services to your customer. Now what should i do.

                                Bajaj Finserv deactivated my emi card but they didn't refund the annual fee deducted on[protected] even though I had filed deactivation request days before annual renewal date.

I also received message that my emi card is ready to download i i can download i tthrough bajaj wallet app. but no emi card option pop-up in the app and moreover if i try to call customer care, it seems my mobile number is not registered.

                                      I have completed my loan repayment this month. Now I got a message saying that use your EMI card within 2 months to avoid inactive charge. I dont want your service any more and I dont want to take a loan any more. Then how can I use your card. How can you compel a customer to use your card and service, its very cheap and I need to cancel my card asap.
