Sub: Regarding unknown/unware of foreclosure charges For Balance transfer from HDFC to Bajaj finserv-Bajaj finserv loan account no: 403SOF46737041
I got a Personal line of credit flexi loan from Bajaj finserv on July 2017 with 14.75% of interest for the amount for 404500 and then I did a part payment of 104500 on December 2017 where no charges has been included and outstanding is 3, 00, 000 then, I do BT from HDFC where DD amount of 2, 60, 000 issued by HDFC bank. I tried providing this DD to the nearest branch in west Tambaram through my father in law along with my authorization and id proof, after a long stand, we came to know that, I have to pay extra charges for this kind of BT transfer. However, If I do any part-payment, for eg. if I pay this 2, 60, 000 as part payment from my account they will not include any charges. But, they do charge for Balance transfer from other bank (HDFC). I am not sure or aware of this while getting this flexi loan or either intimated to me by Bajaj finserv advisor. Also, the charges come around 20, 000 which I cannot afford to pay. Please advice and kindly do the needful.
