Hi,

I am getting calls from bajaj finserv daily. Make sure i do not get any calls going further. these calls are compeletely unwanted for me. I dont want any calls to come to my mobile number [protected]. Make sure you remove my number from your database ans also note I have DND activated to my number. Still I receive calls. Both marketing calls as well as pre recorded message calls.

    Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end [protected] comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan .

    Calls from Bajaj are becoming nonsense everyday. We need to spend couple hours patiently telling them to stop calling us unless needed. A Minimum of 4-5 calls pops out even they tell that the will include the number in DND list. This is a highly irritating activity everyday and for this reason at least, we should boycott utilizing bajaj's offer..

    Hope this will get resolved ASAP and i will not get irritate.

    I am not looking for any kind of loan and am still getting home loan related irritating calls on my mobile from BajajFiServ. My number is already provided above.

    Could you please look into this seriously.

    This unneccesary call making me disturb on work.

    Please resolve it otherwise i'll look for alternate option sue them.

      I applied for the flexibility loan in Bajaj finserv. They disburse the amount amount with lot of deductions the name of tax, and deducted 3599 for wallet protection, I didn't even signed any documents for those. After lot of fight with them they weive off the amount into outstanding balance. I surprised. Why do I pay the 3599 not even I used?

      People don't ever take flexi loan in Bajaj finserv. There are lot of hidden factors.

        My account is ECS debited for an amount of INR 117 by Bajaj Finance. Although, I do not have any loan or any relation Bajaj for the past six years, why an amount of INR 117 has been deducted from my SB account? could you please clarify and credit the amount in my same SB account?

          Today "22nd Feb, 2018", i have noticed that rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my citibank saving account.

          I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

          Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

          I have nothing pending with bajaj finserv. I don't have any loans with you.

          I expect the amount to be credited to my citibank account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

                Bajaj Company Passing My issue one team to other team without any resolution. My Complaint No "OC[protected]", go through all the level but they are confusing to provide me a solution, because if they did any action on their employee they feared they expose other employees or Managers also for their involvements in such activities.

                ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH BAJAJ GROUP OF COMPANIES::-
                I Purchased an Electronic Item with 2 Year Bajaj Extended warranty, Within Bajaj Warranty Period my Item Stopped working, So I Log a complaint About the Item, Bajaj Technician Visit to my Home and replace the Electronic Item with a faulty or duplicate Item, within just 2 hours my electronic Item Stop working and I log a complaint Again about the Item, I express my doubt to customer support staff they may be put duplicate or fake item instead of guanine, but they not believing their employee can do this type of cheating with their Precious Customers (Bajaj Customer or Bajaj Service Holder).

                So, I decided to do an audit and clear my doubt and Bajaj company doubt, then I call a Reputed company for Paid Service the SONY SERVICE Centers, provided a Chargeable Service at 240 INR and Visit to my home and check my Electronic Item and Told me the Bajaj Service Center Guys Put a Faulty and Badly Repaired Items instead of new, I Shocked, Its Mean They (Bajaj Service Center Guys) Replace an Electronic part with Cheap and duplicate product. My Doubt became true. Same I Told Their Managers, Customer Center Guys your (Bajaj Company) Employee Doing Such Fraud, please take a strict action against them.

                But from That Day to Today (almost 3 Months), They Did Not take any action to their employee and my electronic item still not working condition. Still Bajaj Company egregiously supports their employee suspicious activities after knowing.

                I Regularly Mailed them and called Bajaj representatives in Delhi and Gurgaon Locations, But they not giving me any solution only sending couples of mails i forwarded your issue wit concern department only, after so many discussion with (gurgaon representative) I Agree and give a chance to Bajaj Company and you can do a visit my home and replace my Faulty electronic Part with the proof of guanine Bill, but Again Bajaj Company Employee (Technician) Demanding the money Again at “500 INR for Visiting Charge”, This is Ridiculous, they clearly show all the Bajaj employee and Manager they dealing with me all are corrupt and mentally Harassing the customers who object and raised their suspicious activities.

                They call me different different numbers can i visit your home, i told why i give you money again even this is your company Cheating, they simply told this is company policy and we can visit only after you pay said amount.

                Now Current Scenario, I Mailed their seniors regarding my issue “[protected]@bajajfinserv.in”, “[protected]@bajajfinserv.in”, “[protected]@bajajfinserv.in”, “[protected]@bajajfinserv.in” and Customer Support Team They doing formalities with below reply:

                Thank you for writing to us at Bajaj Finserv. ********************, we have taken up the issue with concern team for rectification. Team will get in touch with you within 24-48 working hours.

                Alternatly you may contact directly on Helpline no *****************
                ”

                I have a question with Bajaj Group “Is there any limit for cheating?” Now I
                decided to exposed the Company (bajaj Group) fraud in social media and run a awareness program such fraudster Indian Companies that aim only for Grabbing the Indian Peoples money at any cost and showoff with Royal Life, Parties and royal Marriages.

                Exposing These Cheater Company on Social Media after that I will take legal action.

                Please Beware to Taking any Insurance, Loans, Auto, Electronic items or other service from Bajaj Company. (Spread this message and Do little contribution for corruption free Private Groups, Because they did not come to new headline due to relate with common Indian Peoples)

                  I don't have any requirement to use EMI CARD: XXXXXXXXXX4219 for any purchase.
                  Why have I been charged Rs. 117 as "Card Inactive Fees", which is debited directly from my savings account without my consent? Do you want me to use this card even if I don't have any requirement as present?
                  This is a unethical act which is not expected from a big company like Bajaj Finserv.
                  I am loosing my faith for this company.
                  Please reverse the amount asap.

                    Please contact the correct person and change your customers email in your contacts.

                      I am very disappointed after they call i have applied for pesonal loan and i got also but the thing and terms and condition they told me. They are not following the same,

                        While purchasing with bajaj emi card through online site like flipkart & amazon. Otp not generating during transaction. Instead of otp fresh nachupdate required. Msg coming to registered mobile no. So called to bajaj finserv customer care & as per them the following documents submitted to nearest bajaj finserv, patna
                        1. Cancelled cheque. -01no.
                        2. Address proof.-01no.
                        3. I-d proof.-01no.
                        4. Ecs mandate form -04nos.
                        In the month of december 2017.
                        2 r 3 times visted bajaj finserv patna. For get the status of the nach update.
                        But whenever im visitng there they are saying under process & msg will come once they udpate.
                        Now almost 4 months gone. Still pending.

                        I had taken 2 personals for 5lacs & 3lacs from bajaj Finserv in 2014&2015 respectively and they asked me to take insurance from hdfc for 15k& 10k. Now both loan accounts are paid off in full when asked for surrendering the policy and get a refund as per normal circumstances bajaj Finserv & HDFC both saythey don’t have policy no for cancellation.

                            I am your regular customer, I availed 4loans from bajaj . all loans are promptly paid . Recently from your chennai branch PL Dept team called me and collected all the documents for applying new personal loan value of 03lakhs. But till date no proper response from your team.
                            My previous loan details(Loan numbers) :- 4030CD03410876 / 403SAL01566256 / 403PF05895151/403SPL3036002 . All loans are cleared.

                            I am working as a Asst General manager -Sales & Marketing in JFA Chennai . My Gross salary 92k and my cibil score is 816. Why bajaj??? is not responding properly for me .

                            Pls check your team and resolve the issue within 24hours . Or else i will take an other bank option.

                                I applied for bajaj rbl super card they contacted me i said my present living address they said we will update but they sent card to my old address how to rectify this problem while buying my recent product at bajaj electronics also i submitted my present address proofs i contacted xpressbee courier service about my card delivery they are saying to contact rbl customer care i tried many ways to contact but no contact number found now my card is at courier office

                                Daily I am getting calls from Bajaj Finserv for loan on my mobile-[protected]. I can see this is happening with other customers also.

                                Why you guys disturb people so much?
                                If no one is taking loan from your company then close your company but don't disturb people.

                                Please stop these calls otherwise I will go to consumer court.
