I got doctor flexi hybrid loan.
Please provide my interest details break up for inr 2373 as emi.

It was below inr 2373 when i calculate as per the agreement interest rates.
It is showing as emi but i have in od period.
I have agreed as 3 years for od period a d 3 years for emi period

Kindly solve this issue as early as possible as it is not worthy.

    Hi,

    My bajaj emi card [protected] is blocked without any prior notice. Kindly unblock the same on priority basis as i am not able to purchase anything due to this.

    This has happened many times as they block card without any prior notice and when. I goto purchase any product the. I came to know that it is blocked. This is very unprofessional from this kind of huge company.

    Kindly help me out in this.

      Hi team,

      An executive mr. Amar called me up for salaried flexi loan and he told me for cash back then he told me first you have to acknowledge disbursal email then only cash back email will be sent. After acknowledged that email still i didn't receive any email. I called to mr. Anup rehlan he told me that you get the email within 22 days and now when i am calling amar he is not answering my phone call and mr. Anup is saying he is not our employee. It was the discussion between you and amar. Regarding same i sent email to bajaj employees but didn't get any response. 2 days back he sent a watsapp pick for the cheque of 8000 rs when we discussed cash back 10k. I still agree to receive but now he neither drop the cheque nor sent to me. Kindly suggest me what should i do? Should i contact bo for the same?

        Hi,

        This is with respect to bajaj flexi loan taken on 2nd february 2018 with loan number 404dfs64136178.

        I got a customer care call in the last week of january 2018 for the flexi loan saying i am eligible for a flexi loan of 1, 63, 000rs, though i was not interested they called many times and convinced me (Afterall we are human beings!).

        Next day bajaj agent guy called chetan (Ph. No:[protected]/[protected]) came to my home collected all my documents (Aadhar, cheques, photo, took signatures.. Etc) and said nothing will be charged for me, the loan amount will be present in bajaj virtual account and based on my requirement i can make use of the money by transferring to my bank account.

        He said interest will be put on the money i have used and not on loan amount at rate of 15%. On 2nd febraury 2018 amount of 1, 59, 915rs deducting processing fee and stamp duty charges which i was really not aware of!! And was directly transfered to my bank account which was shocking and surprising because what they told initially was it will be present in bajaj virtual account and from there i can transfer to my bank account based on my requirement.

        Due to this i retransfered the money on 3rd, 4th, 5th february 2018 100rs, 32rs and 1, 59, 783rs respectively which sums up to the loan amount they had transfered (1, 59, 915rs).

        On 3rd march 2018, amount of 346rs was deducted from my bank account which was surprising for me. When the same thing i checked with customer care they replied that is the interest for 3rd, 4th, 5th february which i made part payment (100rs, 32rs, 1, 59, 783rs) which the agent chetan never said to me and had told there will be no so ever charges from bajaj unless until i use loan amount!!.

        Now if i try to close the loan since i was really frustrated and depressed with these problems, they are telling i need to pay processing fees, stamp charges, foreclosure charges,... Etc hearing which i am shocked and sad.

        I am very bad victim of this big fraud of bajaj finserv which keeps on calling now and then for flexi loans/personal loans.. Etc

        The manager name is ajit (Ph. No:[protected]) who spoke to me and told about the charges. The agent chetan never picked the call whenver i called him to tell the issue.

        Please help me and provide justice so i need not pay any amount and become free from this flexi loan which is in bajaj account and i have not used a single paisa.

        One small correction, I retransfered the money to back Bajaj virtual account from my Bank account on 3rd, 4th, 5th February 2018 100Rs, 32Rs and 1, 59, 783Rs respectively which sums up to the loan amount they had transfered(1, 59, 915Rs).

          Hi this is sunil kumar, i opted emi facility 5months ago by bajaj finserv, just some days ago i got call regarding personal loan then i submit documents regarding that, first after getting documents, they misbehave and rudly about process then i denied, then again on next day they make me call and said your loan can be approve i[censored] want, , i said ok do, , but let me know before completion, , but i didn't get any call or mail that brief of my loan, they self took decision for tenure and even they added others insurance and even their interest is 20.27% they approved 55000 amount and in my bank account i got only 48900, since that time i am trying to make calls and mail, but they are so cheap or fraud, all time call are busy, they are not even responding of emails, don't know why this kind of cheapness they are doing...

              This is some blushing service activated on my account and you are deducting 200 each month for no reason can you please send me some documents for that ### and stop debitting my bank account and refund my money back. Lazy ### start working.
              I was promised by Tabarak Hussain 2 months ago that this will be cancelled and my money will be refunded but No he didn't bother to Inform me anything about it, he is just talking salary for free. If you will not fix mine and other customers problems then everyone is taking free payment from the company and making a worst reputation for the company.

                  I am completely not satisfied with the way you are connecting to the customers.

                  1)Card unblock issue: You have blocked it because of the bounce that had happened but the reason for this is the miss communication or miss guidance from your branch staff, Person has agreed and collected the money from us but your bank staff had done the late payment but still I agreed and I paid the charges.Now if you are blocking the card for the mistake from your side, it doesn’t make sense.
                  And I can’t explain where the communication from us and bank staff had went wrong because I had explained this so many times to your staff.

                  2)waiving off the charges:
                  This is something I would say indirect way of taking money and loosing trust but let me tell you I have a clear proof of the mail sent from your side that the extra charges of rupees 3000 will be waived off once I pay rupees 576.
                  I have done my payment of rupees 576 and there are no dues remaining in my account.I am demanding my NOC straight away, If in case you are deducting the money again I am seriously lodging a police complaint of to the customer court against the manager and the company.
                  I have the mail proof as well from your bank stating this.

                  This is something I feel you are trying to loot customers money by putting all these charges.

                      My recent loan account number for purchasing new mobile phone is 410DFS66507460.

                      Today I have received a sms from Baja finance that
                      Insurance applied with loan application no. 410DFS66507460. Policy name digital fone safe. Premium Rs 1849.

                      It is clearly intimated that I have not required any insurance policy for my mobile phone from Bajaj finance.
                      Hence do not issue any insurance policy forcibly to any customer. Don't deduct any unnecessarily amount from my account.

                      In case of a policy already issued through Bajaj finance without any request, kindly cancel the policy with immediate effect case will be forwarded to customer court without any delay for harrasment of customer.

                      Your return reply will be highly appreciated. Your sms is quoted below...

                          Dear sir,

                          I recieved a massage from bajajfinserve for top up loan on exisitng running loan.
                          After that i contact laxmikant soni loan sale agent who provide me flexi loan earlier. I clearly ask him for top loan o[censored]pto 20 lac. He told me 20 lac is not sanctions, the sention amount is only upto 11 lac 30 thousand i denied to proceed but he suggested please proceed for the same their is only 1500 charges only on top up loan amount of approx 1.3 lac and rate of interest is reduced to 13.5%.
                          After my approval he make fraud with me to sanction again 11.30 lac against 1.3 lac and bank charges apply 10500/- against 1500/-.

                          I am very much upset to see this. This person clearly cheat me and continuously ask me this will revert back but nothing happened.

                          I request a complain in customer care portal but nothing happened. I want my money back.

                              I purches freeze through bajaj finserv on emi and of that product emi start at 2/4/2017 and emi end date is 2/11/17 (My cunsumer durable no is 4450cd[protected]. But still 2 or 3 months
                              After they will show emi status is active on my bajaj finserv mobile portel.
                              I want to know why it is shown active.. Because i will already paid all emi..
                              I go to bajaj finserv office in my city at jalgaon to shown them about that problem but they just said k dont worry your all emi is paid of that product. So nothing worried about it. And that active mark are going disable in some days. But still it is shown activated.
                              Please give me proper solution.

                                I had loan with bajaj finserv 4030cd32837324 which was closed with last emi paid on 02/09/2017. I also received closure letter on 01/11/2017 stating that there are no further amounts to be paid. Unfortunately on 05/03/2018, there were 2 ecs debits on my account for rs.3, 999 and rs. 4, 145.

                                I tried reaching the customer care, but the ivr is just repeating only 3 options and not connecting the the customer care. I've also written an email to them on the same.

                                This is totally unacceptable from their part and never expected this kind of situation.

                                  I paresh kashniyal husband of nalini kashniyal is complaining about the abusive language & threating we receive from akash naik who is the bajaj fin service collection from goregaon mumbai. He call ed my wife on 04th march 2018 & started using abusive language. When she transferred call to me he started threatening me for which we got recordings. He also started abusing me & said will kidnap me at 06:00 evening from my home. I went to police station & wrote a complaint for which i got nc from vashi police station. Please help me in to this

                                    Close my emi card ([protected]) by eod and confirm me too.

                                    If you didn't confirm. I will make complain against you in consumer forum and will take my money back which deducted unnecessary from my bank without any usage of your emi card and i not interested o[censored]sing your's card. I have also informed to bank manager. They will also make a complain against bajaz finserv.

                                    Many times i cancelled Bajaz EMI still you are deducting the anuual charges. I never used your card since starting. How did you deduct the charges then. I will make compalin againt you through consumer forum else return my charges.

                                      I received bajaj emi card at jan 2017,

                                      Emi card no : [protected]

                                      Name : s suresh

                                      Location : namakkal, tamilnadu

                                      I informed bajaj finserv staff to change the bank account no. At 3rd instalment and also i submitted the cancelled cheque of the new account. But they did not change the details. I paid all amount by visiting bajaj finserv office with extra charges.

                                      The emi card is blocked. I have tried may times to re-active the card since june 2017.
                                      But still now no response for my mail and from local bajaj finserv office.

                                      Re-activate my emi card and do respect to customers.

                                        Worst service i had ever came to.
                                        I had brought a honor 8 lite through bajaj finserv, which is the biggest mistake i had done. I have came through a accident due to which my mobile had damaged, i had took claim, they are just making fool and showing rude behaviour and giving hassle.
                                        I had claimed now they are just making me fool, they are no giving any info about money back and saying to courrier your all doc before 14 days if i had not send they will cancel my claim.
