    Dear sir,

    I recieved a massage from bajajfinserve for top up loan on exisitng running loan.
    After that i contact laxmikant soni loan sale agent who provide me flexi loan earlier. I clearly ask him for top loan o[censored]pto 20 lac. He told me 20 lac is not sanctions, the sention amount is only upto 11 lac 30 thousand i denied to proceed but he suggested please proceed for the same their is only 1500 charges only on top up loan amount of approx 1.3 lac and rate of interest is reduced to 13.5%.
    After my approval he make fraud with me to sanction again 11.30 lac against 1.3 lac and bank charges apply 10500/- against 1500/-.

    I am very much upset to see this. This person clearly cheat me and continuously ask me this will revert back but nothing happened.

    I request a complain in customer care portal but nothing happened. I want my money back.

        Hello sir/madam,
        I purches freeze through bajaj finserv on emi and of that product emi start at 2/4/2017 and emi end date is 2/11/17 (My cunsumer durable no is 4450cd[protected]. But still 2 or 3 months
        After they will show emi status is active on my bajaj finserv mobile portel.
        I want to know why it is shown active.. Because i will already paid all emi..
        I go to bajaj finserv office in my city at jalgaon to shown them about that problem but they just said k dont worry your all emi is paid of that product. So nothing worried about it. And that active mark are going disable in some days. But still it is shown activated.
        Please give me proper solution.

          I had loan with bajaj finserv 4030cd32837324 which was closed with last emi paid on 02/09/2017. I also received closure letter on 01/11/2017 stating that there are no further amounts to be paid. Unfortunately on 05/03/2018, there were 2 ecs debits on my account for rs.3, 999 and rs. 4, 145.

          I tried reaching the customer care, but the ivr is just repeating only 3 options and not connecting the the customer care. I've also written an email to them on the same.

          This is totally unacceptable from their part and never expected this kind of situation.

            I paresh kashniyal husband of nalini kashniyal is complaining about the abusive language & threating we receive from akash naik who is the bajaj fin service collection from goregaon mumbai. He call ed my wife on 04th march 2018 & started using abusive language. When she transferred call to me he started threatening me for which we got recordings. He also started abusing me & said will kidnap me at 06:00 evening from my home. I went to police station & wrote a complaint for which i got nc from vashi police station. Please help me in to this

              Close my emi card ([protected]) by eod and confirm me too.

              If you didn't confirm. I will make complain against you in consumer forum and will take my money back which deducted unnecessary from my bank without any usage of your emi card and i not interested o[censored]sing your's card. I have also informed to bank manager. They will also make a complain against bajaz finserv.

              Many times i cancelled Bajaz EMI still you are deducting the anuual charges. I never used your card since starting. How did you deduct the charges then. I will make compalin againt you through consumer forum else return my charges.

                I received bajaj emi card at jan 2017,

                Emi card no : [protected]

                Name : s suresh

                Location : namakkal, tamilnadu

                I informed bajaj finserv staff to change the bank account no. At 3rd instalment and also i submitted the cancelled cheque of the new account. But they did not change the details. I paid all amount by visiting bajaj finserv office with extra charges.

                The emi card is blocked. I have tried may times to re-active the card since june 2017.
                But still now no response for my mail and from local bajaj finserv office.

                Re-activate my emi card and do respect to customers.

                  Worst service i had ever came to.
                  I had brought a honor 8 lite through bajaj finserv, which is the biggest mistake i had done. I have came through a accident due to which my mobile had damaged, i had took claim, they are just making fool and showing rude behaviour and giving hassle.

                    I had applied for bajaj finance digital emi card on 24.06.2017. I had filed the online application form anandamela burdwan for which i had to pay rs. 349. I had made a payment of rs.349 via anandamela burdwan showroom on 26.06.2017 to purchase emi card from bajaj finance. My sfid is : sf67202632

                    I want to know that why the status of my virtualemi card is inactive by bajaj finserv and useless ddf card is active by bajaj finserv.

                    Several time i visit bajaj finserv office at burdwan and several time i emailed to bajaj finserv customer care email id regarding activate my virtual emi card and deactivate my 2 ddf card but bajaj finserv not doing this process.

                        While purchasing with bajaj emi card through online site like flipkart & amazon. Otp not generating during transaction. Instead of otp fresh nachupdate required. Msg coming to registered mobile no. So called to bajaj finserv customer care & as per them the following documents submitted to nearest bajaj finserv, pondicherry.
                        1. Cancelled cheque. -01no.
                        2. Address proof.-01no.
                        3. I-d proof.-01no.
                        4. Ecs mandate form -04nos.
                        In the month of jan -2018.
                        2 r 3 times visted bajaj finserv, ludhiana. For get the status of the nach update.
                        But whenever im visitng there they are saying under process & msg will come once they udpate.
                        Now almost 4 months gone. Still pending.

                          I have been facing bad experience with bajaj finserv. I have opted home loan transfer to bajajfinserv and from the first emi started, then struggle started. When you get into bajajfinserve, these sales persons and customer care people treat you like king and gives false promises. Sales persons promises some offers which does not exist in bajaj and even wecare people do not aware of it. So guys, please take mail conversation in written format and keep it with you life long, because you never know when these people change their words. Because these sales person do not respond to you anytime.

                          2.). I have taken these loans two months and my ecs and notch are not activated even i have submitted the documents twice. I believe these people are doing it for extra charges. First month, i thought i have submitted ecs, it would deduct on my emi due date, but it was deducted and you are charged for it even it is not customer mistake and clearly its bajajfinserv mistake.

                          3). Guys, if you can spend most of the time to roam around customer care people and mails, then go for it otherwise look for indiabulls. This is experience.

                          Note: not only above things, i have faced so many issues with this bajaj. Seems like its like government company.

To resolve conversation, i paid my EMI two days before and i sent the screen shots and details, but funny thing is that they dont have facility to apply right away and not able to tell whether my emi has been received or not. They are looking for more charges. Guys, i request you all please dont dare to have any relationship bajaj finserv.

                              Bajaj finserv has provided loan using my pan card number.

                              My cibil score has reduced from 800 to 600.

                              The fraud loan person has continuously bounced the cheque for past 1 year.

                              Other finance companies are not providing me home loan because of this. This is un-necessary harassment caused to me as my builder has raised a demand and my finance company is not able to disperse the loan due to cibil issues. I am behind bajaj finserv to resolve this issue from past 3 days leaving my office behind.

                              After talking to bajaj it has come to my notice that teh person who has taken loan is absconding and the person from bajaj (Or bajaj agent) who has provided the loan is also absconding.

                              I am planning now to take this to facebook and file fir and other media through my channels.

                              I have attached the document for open of the fraud accounts

                              What i require from bajaj finserv
                              1. Quick resolution on these 2 fraud accounts
                              2. Updation of my cibil details to remove these wo loan accounts
                              3. Updating of my cibil score to previous score which was there before these two loans were taken.

                              4. Apart from this i would require a compensation of the harressement i am facing due to inability of baja finance to monitor the fraud and causing unnecessary problems to general public.

                              How can anyone provide loan like this??? I woudl require a answer from baja on this.

                              That is the fake number provided by the person who has availed the loan and baja has provide loan to that person.

                              why no one is responding .. I have provided the number and also generated a service request.But no call or no reply from Bajaj.

                              Need to understand the velocity of this issue.. its a fraud which is unearthed and Bajaj is taking such a long time to resolve this.

                                I want to surrender my emi card. The agents had marketed the emi card to customer with wrong information that, the said card is free of all charges (I. E. Renewal and annual etc.). But the company is charging annual fee of rs 99.00.
                                Misleading the customer by giving wrong information is not healthy corporate culture. It leads to loss of goodwill, customer dissatisfaction and loss of business of the company.
                                Please provide proper training to your marketing agents to give correct information to the customers at the time of selling the emi cards. It will help the company to survive in long run.

                                  I have cancelled insurance in before two month but it still amount should be add in my account .I have not open insurance about my phone . insurance open in my account was not permission to my account any signature to me.so you have clear this problem for my account.please sir take complain for me have not pay for insurance amount to company. And refund my insurance amount.

                                    I have taken a loan of 31000 in 12/4 scheme and have paid 11100/ as down payment including the processing fee of 767/ and my emi amount should be 2584/- which was told and now 2969 has been deducted and there is no answer from bajaj finserv executives and irresponsible behaviour fro them.

                                    I need money back and resolution asap as this is a cheating form bajaj finserv towards customers as they are deducting more money than actual money.

                                    Totally irresponsible and looting money from people without any consent.

                                    Bajaj finserve agents are behaving irresponsible even after several reminders .

                                    i even contacted Mr Deepak, Mr Puneeth of bajaj finserv (Mysore branch ) and they promised to resolve the issue by latest 16-mar-2018, but they are not even responding to any of my calls and messages which i have taken a screenshot along with my purchase letters and and all documents and going to file a fraudulent case against bajaj finserve on the same today.

                                      My name is arun kumaran. I had applied for a personal loan of 2 lacs. I was informed over the phone that 1, 50000 will be approved at 2% rate of interest. After the amount was approved & showed up in my account, i see that the rof is showing as 20.27%. Also they deducted 14000 stating they are providing insurance but did not get any details.

                                        I have purchased the car insurance # og[protected]-00109799 from coverfox using my bajaj emi card.
                                        I have cancelled this policy as i have taken other policy directly bajaj allianz bearing number og[protected]-00109973.
                                        Even though the policy which i took from coverfox is cancelled, the loan (400rem[protected] on the emi card is not yet processed.
                                        The loan still active and the emi is getting deducted from my account.
                                        I have asked the bajaj allianz to provide the policy cancellation letter and cancel the loan, but they are not providing me the letter.

                                        Please help me get my money back.
