Why my card is blocked? I want to purchase a electronic product but because of this. I cant acces on it. Only one ecs is pending of mine. My card limit is 21k. Which is good and enough for maintain a good relation with bajaj finserv..

    Baja fin serv is harassing with their automated calls and regular calls.
    They don't even follow any timing. I received call at 8 pm sunday.. It s hell of time they have.

    I want to close my account and they don't provide any details for this on their site. Atleast they don't provide how to block the calls.. Or donot call registry.

      My name is mohd hamid loan no. Is - 4010pl14287456

      Last month i made late payment of my loan emi through axis bank net banking on dated - 17.01.2018 transaction no.- luti[protected]
      (Inb/[protected]/bajaj finance (Billdesk)/bajaj emi) amnt - 2667/-

      But after done above payment again deducted same amount by ecs to my axis bank account.
      Transcation detail is - ecs/bajaj finance li/4010pl14287456...

      As soon as i found out
      I did complaint on bajaj's customer service, but my money has not been returned even after more than days.

      Please refund my money on urgent basis

        I'm muhammad my card number is :[protected] last time i purchased a product with this card and clear all amounts last two months esc given esc bank is changed and i make payments through your bajaj agent. All emi's are cleared and i got nov from your bank. Tow days ago i gonna to purchase a product but the shipper told that your card is blocked. Please open my emi card.

          I have not place any order on flipcart but bajaj finserv says you ordered mobile on flipcart. And bajaj finserv take a emi from me.. If i have not paying emi their recovery team torcher me for that emi paying.. I toatally helpless please help me and solve that unwanted situation.. I have complaint bajaj helpline but they not give me positive response

            Hi, i requested bajaj finserv to deactivate my card as they were charging me for not using the emi card. Instead, they sent me a note to buy something using the card to avoid charges. What should i do now. They are not even caring our compliant emails to bajaj support. I have attached some email proofs that i have sent to bajaj finserv

              Recently i had purchased a redmi mi a1 mobile by bajaj finserv having loan acount no d68965187. I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at bajaj finance website onliine that shows emi of my mobile insurance with total amount of rs. 1847/- besides the mobile emi. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible and refund my amount and send me the confirmation of cancellation of mobile insurance immediately. Thanks and regards

                Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card immediately i am not using it. I don't have any pending transaction till date. My card number is 2030xxxxxxxx6182. My registered mobile contact number is +91-[protected]. Please reach out to me at the earliest and deactivate my card as early as possible as you are charging if the card is not used. I have already requested to block the card via ivr bit till date no action taken by bajaj finance limited.

                  This is not response was what i supposed to get, even after sharing the bank statement and i am getting response “waived off 450/- cheque bouncing charges and overdue charges as goodwill gesture”, but on bank statement clearly states that on said bank account was having the sufficient balance. If customer service team don’t have the authority to share the information then share escalation matrix of bajaj finserv and if both the things can’t share let me know i will approach consumer court because of your system issue, why should i suffer.

                  Why the emi of dec 2017 and jan 2018 was not deducted from bank account even after manintaing the suffiecient for lan 405ecf54635228?

                  For above query i was following with customer service from last two months and still i am not happy with the response, for reference request numbers are: 15397735, 15734541, 16173446, 16699010.

                    I purchased a ac and mixer grinder on sathya agencies (P) limited on 22nd dec 2017 through bajaj finserv emi and also i purchased a mixer grinder by paying full cash.

                    But my bank account was deducted for both the purchases for ac and for mixer grinder, but the loan value is showing as vas services.

                    The loan number for your reference is 4710vs61176161. Which i think is a wrong or fraud loan on my name and deducting from my account.

                    Please look into the matter and resolve it as early as possible. If any failure, i will cancel the bank mandate with immediate effect.

                    I can share my bill and payment details for reference, if required.

                      Hey, vignesh here.

                      I bought more than 8 products from my nearest retail store chennai - tamilnadu, using the bajaj finserv emi option. We used to pay the finance using my father account. Due to some financial issues we left my father's bank account as it is. After 1 year i received a call from an unknown lawyer who doesn't even know what i paid. He just wanted to file a case on behalf of the bajaj finserv. Later on checking the account i can see that we have missed out 3 emi for the some stabilizer 850 rs each month. I'm now ready to pay the missed out emi in total the lawyer want me to pay 15000 rs where the left out emi are just 830*3 months 2490 rs. This ransom amount is not possible for middle class men to pay. I understand i'm liable to pay some dishonor charge but bajaj should called me right or should have emailed me about the charge or at-least they should have sent some one to my current address about the charge reference. Also the lawyer is not even kind enough to explain or to check the details of the loan. He threatened me to pay the whole amount.

                      Please help me to clear this issue

                            I have my Loan Account no 5100CD49978779 running with Bajaj Finserv. Since I didn't get my salary credited into my account till around 5.30 pm, I doubted the bounce charges. I then tried account foreclosure on 2nd February, 2018 evening to avoid any penalty. The Foreclosure letter got generated. Online payment link was inactive, which indicates there is no payment gateway. This is highly ridiculous of so-called a reputed company. I still wish to make online payment as per my convenience but 'Loan Foreclosure Letter' directs me to visit the Bajaj Finserv office and deposit a Cheque. Bajaj Finserv should activate the online payment gateway.

                                      Getting about 6 calls a day from bajaj finserv and its really irking me now. This affects my daily work and though i have blocked one number. They have some mechanism to call from a different number. The numbers start with 140 but now recently they have a new number which seems like a normal cellphone.
                                      Would like to know if i can take some legal action.

                                        As per above mentioned policy number i have purchased this policy on 26th dec.

                                        As per agent told me that i am providing zero dep car insurance but after one month i aware that this policy is not zero dep.

                                        What type of facility you people providing to your customer.

                                        If this type of fake agent is there in your team then how i can believe on bajaj insurance.

                                        This is totally ridiculous from your team and i am totally upset about this type of facility.

                                        And, so many time i have requested to provide my policy hard copy but still i didnt get the hard copy for policy.

                                        How i can believe that really i have policy or not and what policy i have currently. If i dont have hard copy then i can not able to understand that what type of policy i have. This thing you need to figure out and provide me this zero dep policy now.

                                        If you not able to provide me zero dep car insurance than its not good for you guys.

                                        I will escalate this matter as much as higher leve.

                                        Please call me and resolve this problem immediately.

                                        Id 34625733 nobody is there at cash counter and asked for statement but your staff members talking very rudely and they are saying we will not give statement u can do anything. Hence requested them endorsement for not giving statement. But they rudely reply not to talk too much. Hence as a customer i want to take necessary actions against them
