On saturday 03-02-18 i got a call from bajaj to take elite card. So i paid from my credit card 4777/- that lady who had called me told me to fill a form which i could fill because i am not working as a employee. I run my own business.in that form employer information was wanted. Which i did not have and could proceed. I tried calling that lady several times but all in vain. Please help me and give me elite card with all facilities.

    Bajaj Finserv,

    1. I have been your coustmer since last 6 Years and more, but unfortunately the approach of your company towards me has been very stalemate.

    2. I had bought almost 4 or more consumer durables from your EMI card. But lately, very lately I had come to know that one of my first account was still under active even after paying all my emi's and upon enquiry from visiting your office it was know that am amount of Rs 110/- was pending. NOW I WONDER WHY WAS THE COMPANY SILENT AND HOLDING THE ACCOUNT ACTIVE SINCE 2012, would also like to inform you that this simple matters also shall effect my CBIL score. When you can call multiple times a day for promotions and various other things, why wasn't I received not even a single call .?

    3. A Rep from your company called up few months ago and said I was ELIGIBLE for a loan upto 5 lakhs. I said I didn't require that amount but would be happy if you could grant a loan of 1.3 lakhs or so. Once all the documents were taken, I was informed that my loan was rejected citing LOW CIBIL SCORE, but when I downloaded my CBIL score I found the points given by you was much low than what I had and more interestingly I saw that there was a 3 time entry for a loan query of 5 lakhs. Again I would like to state that I HAD NEVER ASKED FOR A 5 LAKH LOAN. So I had again raised an objection on that that matter and later CBIL msgsd me saying that the query was removed from my CBIL sheet. I just what to know why the hell is your company acting in such a absurd manner .?

    4. Recently when I went to a shop to buy an consumer durable., I was told that my card was inactive.! For further enquiry I had to again go to your office and I was told that my card was blocked due to low CBIL score ! And most interesting this was I am paying a finance company an EMI every month of an active account. !
       Seriously this was the limit ! When you had to block my card why the hell wasn't I informed.? Doesn't your so called "company" like to keep its coustmer updated about the card. ? And I wonder what was the source to block my card when none of EMI were ever lapsed since the first one. I always took care in advance notification so that I don't lapse any emi. And now I see that this is how you respond to a coustmer for his loyality.
    Â I was actually was thinking of visiting your office to enquiry about a raise in my loan limit. But when I left the office I was strong minded that I shall never again come to this office.

    5. In view of the ongoing situation and experiences I would to direct you to DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT AT THE EARLIEST AND NULLIFY MY CARD. any remaining outstanding balance shall be credited to you. As soon as I get a confirmation msg.

      MY CONCERN:
      My LED TV not working properly so I log a compliant and within a week a Technician come to my home and told me the TV your motherboard will be replace then again after 2 - 3 days, a technician came to my home and replaced My LED TV motherboard and put a faulty and duplicate item and take my original motherboard, after 2-3 hour my TV stop functioning.
      From That date i Regularly following them and raising the issue, your(Bajaj) employee doing such malpractice of cheating and frauding the peoples, but they did not bother to take any action against them, it’s clearly shows their Involvement in such activities, they are all corrupt. Even I personally call to many times to "Mr Bhuvnesh Mehta", "Mr Dheeraj Arora" (They are the Managers of Bajaj as told by customer support team where I get the contact numbers)
      My Compliant "OC[protected]" still pending from last 3 months, my issue escalated from level 1 to level 5 still pending, even I escalated same issue with Chairman of Bajaj, MD & CFOs they all are in silence mode.
      Bajaj is not concerning about to provide the good service to their customers, their concern only garbing the money from Indian peoples and fooling them, based on they hire such fraudsters in their company and egregiously supports their suspicious activities even someone raise an objection and highlight the wrong doing.
      They know their value in market, so they not come directly to hunt Indian customer they come from backdoor to hunt Indian peoples likes through "policybazar.com" or other medium.

      Worst company (Bajaj Group) ever seen in my lifetime. They Not running a company they running a scam of groups. Just Grabbing the money from innocent Indian peoples at any cost.

      beware to taking any Loans, Insurance, Auto or other service from Bajaj.

      Without my consent, I received a EMI Card. Further troubles of membership charges. Really couldn't find a way to get rid of it. The Existing Member Identification (EMI) Card is No.xxxxxxxxxxxx9571. Please deactivate this card at the earliest. This gesture of Bajaj might let me think of availing any future loans from it.

          Since 2 months, i've been receiving daily 4-5 calls from bajaj to take loan. I've put more than 50 numbers in blocked list but still they come up with new numbers every day. This make me very frustrating as i'm not only getting calls in weekdays but also in weekends i. E. Too on sunday evening when we normally celebrate with our family and these people give us call to take loan. I don't want any loan from bajaj. Please remove my number from your database.
          Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Recovery agency ask me to settled the loan a/c no. 4050CD14765094 as full n final settlement amount for Rs. 4000/-, and same I paid, however the recovery agency settled with the wrong loan acount no. 4050VS21203089.

          Kindly look into matter and settled the CD loan account

You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. I speak to your representative there is no reason.               My emi card blocked permanently. I requested to him... No response. I had paid my emi late with fine within the end of month because of my account hold. So said many times to bajaj agent. Finally end of my emi last transaction was debited from my regular account. All emi payments are over. So i requested bajaj customer... Not giving response.                 I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 01.01.2018 i have applied for an emi card of bajaj finance after receiving an mail notification from their end (Screen shot of notification mail attached). However the amount which was required to generate the card (Rs. 471) deducted from my kotak mahindra bank account (Screen shot attached for the same) and i got a transaction no-l[protected] as text message from their end, thereafter,

                As i didn't receive any card from them nor any notification still 10.01.2018, i wrote an email stating all the matters happened with me and asked for their help. Regardlessly they intimated me by an email that they didn't receive any amount from me.

                Now my question is if bajaj finserv didn't receive the amount through their website link (As sent by mail from their end) then who has taken my money? I must say as a matter of fact that this kind of irresponsible behavior could jeopardise their market reputation.

                      Baja fin serv is harassing with their automated calls and regular calls.
                      They don't even follow any timing. I received call at 8 pm sunday.. It s hell of time they have.

                      I want to close my account and they don't provide any details for this on their site. Atleast they don't provide how to block the calls.. Or donot call registry.

Instead, they sent me a note to buy something using the card to avoid charges. What should i do now. They are not even caring our compliant emails to bajaj support.                                 Recently i had purchased a redmi mi a1 mobile by bajaj finserv having loan acount no d68965187. I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at bajaj finance website onliine that shows emi of my mobile insurance with total amount of rs. 1847/- besides the mobile emi. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible and refund my amount and send me the confirmation of cancellation of mobile insurance immediately. Thanks and regards

                                    This is not response was what i supposed to get, even after sharing the bank statement and i am getting response “waived off 450/- cheque bouncing charges and overdue charges as goodwill gesture”, but on bank statement clearly states that on said bank account was having the sufficient balance. If customer service team don’t have the authority to share the information then share escalation matrix of bajaj finserv and if both the things can’t share let me know i will approach consumer court because of your system issue, why should i suffer.

                                    Why the emi of dec 2017 and jan 2018 was not deducted from bank account even after manintaing the suffiecient for lan 405ecf54635228?

                                    For above query i was following with customer service from last two months and still i am not happy with the response, for reference request numbers are: 15397735, 15734541, 16173446, 16699010.

                                      I purchased a ac and mixer grinder on sathya agencies (P) limited on 22nd dec 2017 through bajaj finserv emi and also i purchased a mixer grinder by paying full cash.

                                      But my bank account was deducted for both the purchases for ac and for mixer grinder, but the loan value is showing as vas services.

                                      The loan number for your reference is 4710vs61176161. Which i think is a wrong or fraud loan on my name and deducting from my account.

                                      Please look into the matter and resolve it as early as possible. If any failure, i will cancel the bank mandate with immediate effect.

                                      I can share my bill and payment details for reference, if required.

                                        Hey, vignesh here.

                                        I bought more than 8 products from my nearest retail store chennai - tamilnadu, using the bajaj finserv emi option. We used to pay the finance using my father account. Due to some financial issues we left my father's bank account as it is. After 1 year i received a call from an unknown lawyer who doesn't even know what i paid. He just wanted to file a case on behalf of the bajaj finserv. Later on checking the account i can see that we have missed out 3 emi for the some stabilizer 850 rs each month. I'm now ready to pay the missed out emi in total the lawyer want me to pay 15000 rs where the left out emi are just 830*3 months 2490 rs. This ransom amount is not possible for middle class men to pay. I understand i'm liable to pay some dishonor charge but bajaj should called me right or should have emailed me about the charge or at-least they should have sent some one to my current address about the charge reference. Also the lawyer is not even kind enough to explain or to check the details of the loan. He threatened me to pay the whole amount.
