Executive called me and said they are offering flexi loan for me with 1% processing fee. I said not interested even executive told me the 1% amount processing fee will get back into my account once after the loan amount transfered. Even before approving loan they have me send the mail stating that insurance has applied for me. I clearly acknowledged without my concern who has applied insurance and if that is the case then i dont want loan also. They told me insurance also will revert back. But once the loan amount transferred they have not done the insurance amount refund. Not sure why this is happening. Even i logged a complaint they said money will refund within 2 days. But nothing happened.
Never ever believe whatever executives are talking to take loan. Simply they will put charge and they will tell dialogues if you ask i have all my soft copy proofs. But nothing workout am totally frustuated with this finserv flexi loan

    I took a loan from bajaj finservices but on same time they given me a health insurance policy which is not applied by me and 7000/- amount deducted from my loan amount. Last 2 months i am continues take follow up but no response and no help from bajaj... I don't want that policy i want my deducted amount from them.. Its a really miss communication from bajaj executive.. Literally fake people they are... Fed up from taking follow up and all... Plz make sure my complaint will be resolve soon.

    I have not requested for EMi card, it was sent to me by bajaj Finserv, till date I have not used it, I got an SMS stating that I will be charged for not using EMI card. I have called them and raised complaint to deactivate but no response. Kindly deactivate my EMI card and refund the fine amount.

    Already complaint in 21dec and the person came and told that board is problem. They came to replace but while seeing the board it is the modified old board, I asked the person he told that it is allocated to u. They told OK I will send you new board till now no response from them. So, kindly make it as possible as early.

      Dear team,

      This is bring to your notice that my emi card permanently suspended. I am agreeing that i didnt pay that amount of 5 emis in time you people didnt called up and not aked the reason. The reason was i paid 1 emi amount to your executive he said i will give receipt eveing due to some server problem. I called up several times its not working. After that i relocated to kurnool and i visited kurnool bajaj office for the payment the amount rs12220/-. I asked them waiver they said send email. I did same thing. I received call they informed pay rs6200. I informed same thing to back end team. They said we cannot do any thing make payment of rs6250. I did payment and asked to them about bajaj card they said ask in branch. I asked in branch also they said it will activate after 45days. I checked in experia its showing permanently disconnected the card. What is this i paid extra amount of rs1250 and card also permently disconnected. Its very worst service by u people. My contact numebr:[protected] call after 10am to 2pm. I want my card activation. Last few days back i received sms you purchased mobile and the emi will be rs2122. And i got otp also. What happened in bajaj i never expect this type of service from you and i hope every one will suffer like that only

        1 cancelled and 2 blank cheques were given to mr. Sanjay singh (Sanjay. [protected]@bizsupportad.com) for personal loan application. Howerver application was rejected but mr. Sanjay is not returning the blank cheques. Past more than 1 moth i'm contly. Following them but they are disconnecting the call and not replying mail either. His manager isteyak.           I am areeb razzaq. My registered mob. No. [protected]. I have booked a flight ticket for 3 persons through via.com. For some reasons, i had to cancel the flights. Its been 4 months now and despite following regularly no action has been taken from bajaj. They are calling me and asking me to pay the emi's for the canceled loan. This is not the end. They have blocked my card. Their collection department persons are calling me. I have account statement sent by bajaj that they have received the cancellation from via but still, they are asking me to pay the amount because there are some technical issues in their system. It is a mental harassment for me because every time a new person is calling me and i have to explain everything from the beginning.
          I have paid the cancellation to bajaj inr 16571 and inr2950 in cash against the same. I am failed to solve the issue. I have put enough efforts but they are still not solving this. This is my last hope to write here.

            I am rajesh puppala, mobile no [[protected]]. On thu, jan 18, 2018 at 3:41 pm, your customer care called me mr. Krushnath shiral for bajaj elite emi card membership and asked me to pay rs 4777 earliest.

            Later on 18 oct. I made the payment through my indusland bank credit card (Rs 4777/-). Payment was debited successfully and am not received a mail in this regard

            Sir u r representative told that i will get the card in next 3 day on my home address. But till date, there is no further communication from your side and i yet to get the card.

            Finally iam received fake vouchers through mail below mention details

                Hello,

                I made few purchase in sathya agencies through bajaj emi plan. After few emi i requested to stop the ecs cheque process to your adyar chennai branch and they assured to stop the ecs process, so that i made a payments via cash as per assurance from your employees. After few years now i am receiving calls from advocate stating that they filed case since i didn't made the emi and asked me to pay 15000 rupees. I have all the bills that i paid via cash. How to solve this issue, i don't have that much money to pay. Please provide good solution.

                  Hi team,
                  My name is sandesh. I am totally get disappointed and frustrated with bajaj finserve customer care and their pathetic ivr never get connected. I have made all the payment against cd loan. One payment got bounce and immediately they blocked/suspended my card however, after a couple of day i made the payment including bounce charges but no resolutions. I have tried multiple time reaching their pathetic customer care but no use and after a day i dropped an email in regards to my card block i have got reply from customer care after 48 hrs stated your card will suspended until 45 days.in the last 2 years i was making payment and never delayed but because of a single payment card got blocked. Its totally bad services. Please let me know what to do in this situation.

Repeatedly trying to contact concerned person but looks like no support is provided post the money is taken... Till the time money was not given...                         Hello Team,


                        I am writing this email to highlight one of the issues I am facing with Bajaj Finance.
                        Due to lack of training and lack of Knowledge of your employees on your own policies & products I lost my 24000Rs.

                        I took a personal loan of amount 5, 40, 000Rs under Flexi loan scheme on Aug 2017 with an intention of paying out the loan in couple of months.
                        -Before taking the Loan from Bajaj Finance, I had made this very very clear to your representative & the customer representative explain me the clauses/benefits as mentioned below:-
                        I can close the loan at any point of time.
                        Foreclosure charges are applicable
                        Insurance can be surrender at the time of closing the loan.
                        Part payment can done and no charges will be applicable.
                        And she also explained me how to close the loan to avoid foreclosure charges as below:-
                        For Example:- If my Principle amount left is 5, 20, 625Rs, I have to pay maximum amount as part payment that is 520, 000Rs or more which is not chargeable, and lesser amount or remaining amount like 625Rs or 100Rs as foreclosure which will be charged for service charges.

                        With this clear understanding that I can close the loan anytime without any additional charges for closing the loan (except for some minimal service charge as explained above) I opted for the loan.

                        Now I approached Bajaj finance Hyderabad Somajiguda branch office to close the loan, I was begin told that it is not possible to go for part payment option as explained above. The only option available is to close the loan as forecloser & same would be charged for around 24, 000Rs and I had to pay the same to get the loan closed.


                        After this I called the call center regarding this. The representative confirmed to me that it’s possible to do part payment and there will be minimal service charges applicable (as mentioned by me above).

                        Then I contacted your team again to get the refund of 24, 000Rs as it was not necessary for me to for forecloser instead I could have done part payment . I had to go for forecloser as your Hyderabad Somajiguda branch office executives were not aware / were not educated with the details of your scheme.

                        I have been following up with your team to resolve this issue but nothing seems to be moving forward. Their argument is it cannot be refunded as I did forecloser instead of partpayment. But my issue is the branch office did not allow me to do the part payment & forced me to do forecloser saying this is the only way to close the amount.


                        I see a major lag in communication / training across your teams the Hyderabad Somajiguda branch office seems to be either unaware or not being trained for these details.
                        If required you can check your call records to authenticate if what I am saying is right & what was communicated to me during these calls.


                        If you check your records you will know I took loan 540, 000Rs but got only 500000Rs in hand remaining 40, 000Rs were charger for insurance and processing fee.
                        Apart from that I also paid four month interest to you, plus forecloser charges; so in all I have paid Bajaj finance more 1Lakh towards interest/service charges within four months.

                        My question to you is, do you think what has happened in my case is it fair. I was told one thing, I took the loan, then during closer I am being said what was told to me initially was wrong, then having no other option I go for forecloser by paying a heavy amount as service charge, when I call the call Center again they say yes its possible what was said initially before taking loan is correct, now when I as for the refund they say I choose a wrong method to close the loan.

                        Due to lack of communication in between your organization I am the one who is suffering now & knocking doors to get the refund.

                        Hope there is someone at Bajaj finance who think for the customers. Looking forward to early resolution of this issue. Please let me know if you need any further details from my side.

                          I have applied for emi card and they called and asked me to pay rs. 4777/- and paid 4777/- aand make payment 20 days before [03.01.2018] but still today they have not send the card. No refund of the money and i have a high cibil score and also a existing bajaj finance memeber since last 5 years. They are simply cheating customer and not giving proper service. All are requested not to take this card bajaj finserve is a very poor service record and it become a cheating and forge company.

                            I had applied for an elite card 3 months ago and i had recieved the card today. My registere mobile no. Is [protected]. When your executive told me that the card will be provided with the limit of 5 lakhe but i have only recieved the limit of 1, 30000 and they had assured me that i will recieve some gift vouchers worth rupees 30, 000 but i didnt recieved a single voucher. Solve my query as fast as possible. And i need reasonable answer.

                                My digital emi card limit rs:11, 006/-, bajajfinserv chilakaluripet executives are not give to product value of rs:10, 490/- samsung j7 nxt to me,
                                Lot store manager asking they said not give to particularly you.
                                Bajaj finserv digital emi card approve any avalable products.
                                Lot store manager asking give your emi card but bajajfinserv giveing digital emi card,
                                They were lieing i know.
                                Why the executive not give product to me, my cibil score good my card is active,
                                Why they are not giveing to me.
                                They give not her product bajajfinserv approves online check and approved
                                Bajajfinserv giveing finance.
                                Plz solve the problem urgently as soon as possible.
                                This type of issues facing future no other customers this resions.

                                I am receiving 7-8 calls per day from bajaj finserv and it is completely irritating. If i do not want to take any loan than why they are pressuring me to call again and again from different different no.
                                This is very frustrating and should be stop on immediate basis.

                                    I had applied for loan to bajaj finserv on 05/01/2018, for which i had submitted all required documents as per the guidance of regional manager of bajaj.
                                    Following which i was assured that the loan amount would be disbursed by 08/01/2018 or maximum by 11/01/2018.
                                    Since then, every day i give him a call & the regional manager is assures me that i would receive amount by today evening.
                                    Today its 18/01/2018 & even now he is telling that the amoun would get disbursed by evening..
                                    What should i do now.?
                                    I had assured to other people for payment since 11/01/2018 and still i m not able to fulfill my commitment due to the fake commitment given by the bajaj finance limited.

                                        My finserv id:8987219. I bought washing machine through emi card ending 8780 for the amount 32, 500 rupees. I canceled my insurance which i had paid for 2 months (Amount:200*2=400). I cancelled the insurance around 20 days back and i were asked by the servicer to remind about insurance refund. I tried customer service but i couldn't catch the officer. How can the insurance amount be refunded to me?
