Hii, i am a customer of bajaj finserv. Recently applied for elite card too. Payment made for 4777 as well but no update. Repeatedly trying to contact concerned person but looks like no support is provided post the money is taken... Till the time money was not given... Everyone was calling left right center however now.. This is going no where. Very disappointing

    Sir /mam we get sansui smart led in 2016/11/22 from mittal electronic dakshata nagar akola. We saw a tv automatically tv will be blanked then we try all things { remote, led buttons } but they do not work on it and there is a two sensor when the tv is start means before the problem the right side of sensor is on but after the problem left side of sensor is on and not work. So, sir/mam i requested to you plese solve the problem and repair the led

      Hello Team,


      I am writing this email to highlight one of the issues I am facing with Bajaj Finance.
      Due to lack of training and lack of Knowledge of your employees on your own policies & products I lost my 24000Rs.

      I took a personal loan of amount 5, 40, 000Rs under Flexi loan scheme on Aug 2017 with an intention of paying out the loan in couple of months.
      -Before taking the Loan from Bajaj Finance, I had made this very very clear to your representative & the customer representative explain me the clauses/benefits as mentioned below:-
      I can close the loan at any point of time.
      Foreclosure charges are applicable
      Insurance can be surrender at the time of closing the loan.
      Part payment can done and no charges will be applicable.
      And she also explained me how to close the loan to avoid foreclosure charges as below:-
      For Example:- If my Principle amount left is 5, 20, 625Rs, I have to pay maximum amount as part payment that is 520, 000Rs or more which is not chargeable, and lesser amount or remaining amount like 625Rs or 100Rs as foreclosure which will be charged for service charges.

      With this clear understanding that I can close the loan anytime without any additional charges for closing the loan (except for some minimal service charge as explained above) I opted for the loan.

      Now I approached Bajaj finance Hyderabad Somajiguda branch office to close the loan, I was begin told that it is not possible to go for part payment option as explained above. The only option available is to close the loan as forecloser & same would be charged for around 24, 000Rs and I had to pay the same to get the loan closed.


      After this I called the call center regarding this. The representative confirmed to me that it’s possible to do part payment and there will be minimal service charges applicable (as mentioned by me above).

      Then I contacted your team again to get the refund of 24, 000Rs as it was not necessary for me to for forecloser instead I could have done part payment . I had to go for forecloser as your Hyderabad Somajiguda branch office executives were not aware / were not educated with the details of your scheme.

      I have been following up with your team to resolve this issue but nothing seems to be moving forward. Their argument is it cannot be refunded as I did forecloser instead of partpayment. But my issue is the branch office did not allow me to do the part payment & forced me to do forecloser saying this is the only way to close the amount.


      I see a major lag in communication / training across your teams the Hyderabad Somajiguda branch office seems to be either unaware or not being trained for these details.
      If required you can check your call records to authenticate if what I am saying is right & what was communicated to me during these calls.


      If you check your records you will know I took loan 540, 000Rs but got only 500000Rs in hand remaining 40, 000Rs were charger for insurance and processing fee.
      Apart from that I also paid four month interest to you, plus forecloser charges; so in all I have paid Bajaj finance more 1Lakh towards interest/service charges within four months.

      My question to you is, do you think what has happened in my case is it fair. I was told one thing, I took the loan, then during closer I am being said what was told to me initially was wrong, then having no other option I go for forecloser by paying a heavy amount as service charge, when I call the call Center again they say yes its possible what was said initially before taking loan is correct, now when I as for the refund they say I choose a wrong method to close the loan.

      Due to lack of communication in between your organization I am the one who is suffering now & knocking doors to get the refund.

      Hope there is someone at Bajaj finance who think for the customers. Looking forward to early resolution of this issue. Please let me know if you need any further details from my side.

        I have applied for emi card and they called and asked me to pay rs. 4777/- and paid 4777/- aand make payment 20 days before [03.01.2018] but still today they have not send the card. No refund of the money and i have a high cibil score and also a existing bajaj finance memeber since last 5 years. They are simply cheating customer and not giving proper service. All are requested not to take this card bajaj finserve is a very poor service record and it become a cheating and forge company.

          I had applied for an elite card 3 months ago and i had recieved the card today. My registere mobile no. Is [protected]. When your executive told me that the card will be provided with the limit of 5 lakhe but i have only recieved the limit of 1, 30000 and they had assured me that i will recieve some gift vouchers worth rupees 30, 000 but i didnt recieved a single voucher. Solve my query as fast as possible. And i need reasonable answer.

            Myself ricky sarkar had purchased many product by loan from bajaj finserv but they r not providing me a card after taking a cash from me 350 and after few months i called bajaj people they said your money will refund in your account but my question is why are they refund me the money without providing me the card m already took money loan from the bajaj by help of my mobile number but not with the bajaj card so kindly help me out with my problem

                  I had applied for loan to bajaj finserv on 05/01/2018, for which i had submitted all required documents as per the guidance of regional manager of bajaj.
                  Following which i was assured that the loan amount would be disbursed by 08/01/2018 or maximum by 11/01/2018.
                  Since then, every day i give him a call & the regional manager is assures me that i would receive amount by today evening.
                  Today its 18/01/2018 & even now he is telling that the amoun would get disbursed by evening..
                  What should i do now.?
                  I had assured to other people for payment since 11/01/2018 and still i m not able to fulfill my commitment due to the fake commitment given by the bajaj finance limited.

                      My finserv id:8987219. I bought washing machine through emi card ending 8780 for the amount 32, 500 rupees. I canceled my insurance which i had paid for 2 months (Amount:200*2=400). I cancelled the insurance around 20 days back and i were asked by the servicer to remind about insurance refund. I tried customer service but i couldn't catch the officer. How can the insurance amount be refunded to me?

                            My name mohamed zubair ali, location tiruvarur, loan account number : t34rcd47547189,
                            I received email from bajaj finserv:
                            1. Your emi amount 05th jan cheque bounce (Sufficient amount in my account)
                            2. I will paid on rs 3280 (With 450 penalty charge aslo in tiruvarur branch cash counter)
                            3. You cannot use 105 days, your card is suspended

                            I will paid more than rs 399 for emi card
                            1. I never use any other product
                            2. I paid rs 450 bounce charges.
                            Still i cannot use 105 days blocked my cards
                            I thing money earning tricks please everybody aware
                            Please consider my issues
                            Why i have to wait 105 days eventhough i paid overdues with 450 penalty, i have receipt[protected], tiruvarur branch cash counter

                              Recently, i went to vijay sales to buy a new refrigerator. They had a tie up with bajaj finserv and provided me with a great interest free emi option. Great so far. I was asked by the bajaj finserv representative that they will need blank ecs mandate signatures. No way jose! When i insisted that i will not sign any blank ecs mandate, after a lot of push, they accepted to write the amount on the ecs mandate form.

                              I thought i had won the battle, but failed to realize the idiocy of the processes followed by bajaj finserv.

                              Two days later, i got a call from bajaj stating that the ecs had not gone through and i should come to the branch with a cancelled cheque and sign a fresh set of mandates.

                              I went with the cheque today (Saturday – 13th jan) and a bajaj finserv representative sent me a fresh set of forms to sign. Here are the problems with their process:

                              A) they refused to give me the earlier ecs mandate forms – potentially could end up with both ecss being active and clerical error could cause double debits to my account. Their response – trust us sir

                              B) they refused to give me a letter and only after i stood my ground and hollered did i get through and now they are in the process of preparing a letter for me – their response – trust us sir

                              C) once again – they want me to sign blank ecs mandate forms – when i raised the issue of it being an illegal act, you just cannot get someone to blank sign any ecs form and then say trust us – we will fill the right amount, i think the message didn’t get across.

                              My request to the md/ceo of bajaj finserv. Can you examine your process, i will help you with a sample process flow and actual case data for your proof of concept. Fix this before this becomes another major scandal.

                              Ps – i haven’t signed anything blank.. But millions of customers in india don’t insist on this and end up signing blank forms under pressure.

                                I am totally sick and tired with run around from bajaj company regarding my insurance policy which they forcefully placed on my loan, also i have recording that clearly will let you know that they pitched wrong product to me and later on changed it.

                                I have been keep on denying to take this insurance and now they are coming up with another policy that if you don't take this insurance then your pm awas yojna will not be given to you. (Again they are trapping me to keep this policy, which i don't want at all.)

                                Please help me here as they are not even cancelling the policy under freelookup period and giving me run around with false pm awas yojna threat.

                                I will be very thankful to you, do let me know if i need to submit the recording of bajaj insurance guy who made this fraud and company is taking his side knowing all facts.

                                Insurance details related file attached with their team e-mail communications and below e-mail chain will give you idea how much mental torture they have done so far as i have been keep on sending e-mail to them and there customer care no. Doesn't work at all..

                                  Good afternoon.

                                  I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 01.01.2018 i have applied for an emi card of bajaj finance after receiving an mail notification from their end (Screen shot of notification mail attached). However the amount which was required to generate the card (Rs. 471) deducted from my kotak mahindra bank account (Screen shot attached for the same) and i got a transaction no-l[protected] as text message from their end, thereafter,

                                  As i didn't receive any card from them nor any notification still 10.01.2018, i wrote an email stating all the matters happened with me and asked for their help. Regardlessly they intimated me by an email that they didn't receive any amount from me.

                                  Now my question is if bajaj finserv didn't receive the amount through their website link (As sent by mail from their end) then who has taken my money? I must say as a matter of fact that this kind of irresponsible behaviour could jeopardise their market reputation.

                                  Couple of weeks gone, but no EMI card has been received. I have submitted all related documents of the amount (Rs.471/-) transferred and still waiting for the card. Will BAFL show the same patience to the customers who fails to deposit their EMI on time? Then why they are harassing the customer?
