excess amount deducted; no refund initiated even after 3 months

I went for loan for my dental treatment at partha dental bellandur amounting to 62000 rs with loan account no : 404lcf61792632 for 8 emi each amounting to 7750.

The partha dental bellandur branch suddenly changed the treatment plan and my cost of treatment reduced to 42000 rs. My treating doctor (Dr iman) assured me that loan amount will be reduced to 42000 rs. (Request letter attached)

I am a bajaj finserv consumer.

Someone took a loan 424lip57799075 and there was no verification done by bajaj. I have not received any email for the loan account.

On top of that i am outside of the country and a loan account is created.

How is it possible that someone can take a loan without showing any proper id or document and bajaj finserv approves it....

I took a loan from bajaj finservices but on same time they given me a health insurance policy which is not applied by me and 7000/- amount deducted from my loan amount.
