I've taken Flex loan form Bajaj FinServ. Now when I am trying to pay their loan through Foreclosure Payment option is not working. Due to which I've to pay extra interest for every day.

I talked to Bajaj FinServ Customer care they are saying to pay by cheque but with this option I'll have to pay extra interest for 3 days.

If their online service is not working why should I pay extra interest?

    Hi Customer Complaints Team,

    I am fed up of getting multiple automated calls on my mobile [protected] from different cities in India everyday from BajajFinserv for availing Personal Loans. I am really not interested in any of BajajFinserv Products. This has really become a nuisance, if you block their numbers, they manage to call up from some other numbers across India. Is there any way to make them stop this harassment? Please help in raising this up with them.

      I'm really irritated with your offer calls since 4-5 months. It's enough, i'm not at all interested in bajaj products. Though i informed to your representatives that don't call me again, but they didn't stop. Indeed, they are calling more often than earlier. Now i'm getting automated voice calls as well from bajaj finserv. Please stop calling me @[protected].

      You ### stop calling me. I'm really fed up with your calls every day... Don't you guys have basic sense??? how mANY TIMEs in a day will you irritate me by calling??

        My emi card no is xxxxxxxxxxxx1056 my registered email is someshwar. [protected]@hotmail.com. I am a customer of bajaj finserv since 2013 and i have a emi card also but due to late payment of emi of my previous consumer durable loan they blocked my card parmanently. Now my question is if you are gona block those cards for late payments then why you charge late payment fees? On the other hand when i paid all the emi's they replied that within 45 days it will be unblocked but after 45 days they are saying it's parmanently blocked why this dual statements? Now when i want to avail some offers i cant. The bajaj representative said he can't login even he don't know also. I wrote several times but can't get proper answer of when my card will unblocked. If this happens then i must say bajaj finserv is not customer friendly where there rules and policies are not clear to any customer even to his employees

          Dear sir,

          This is to bring at your notice that from more than a year i am writing you through email to reactivate my emi card which you have blocked for emi late paid. My emi card no is [protected]

          Also i have cancelled my group insurance still it's shows 51 is due when i visit to your branch in dhule they said nothing is due. I am really frustrated because u can see that i have mailed so many time but unfortunately since from last more than one year i am getting same kind of reply that it will be review in next quarter. My cibil is more than 750... Also i have no dues pending. I hope you will reactive my emi card asap...

          Also pls see that both the lan account are closed in statement which i have attached and only one gtl is showing closed where as i have second one i have cancelled through your branch. But in statements it's shows rs 51 due. It's impact on cibil i report you to pls clear it...

          Today I got call from Bajaj finserv lady rep but she call me at that time when she had nothing to say to me about my card her company system was down.but still I am happy that after more than a year some body just called and said I am calling from Bajaj finserv .well I hope that the only request I had is to reactive the emi card .aslo ps see that RS 51 is showing due in cibil.

          After 3 year i am facing the same issue of emi card got blocked after closing all the loan emi card got PB remarked without any reasons .nor any customer care executive numbers is reachable to them .and even after so many email the same automated reverts from Bajaj .my limit was 80 k which was reduced to 25k without any reasons and now from couple of months the card is blocked .pls refer to my previous mails in this complaint for my emi card no
          It's been 3rd days today to submit my complaint regard emi card auto blocked by company more than 1 years .yet there is no reply from Bajaj finserv.i kindly request you to verify the details I have sent you.and unblock it
          I am writing here another post on my complaint regard emi card for which yesterday Ms vaishali from Bajaj called me regard the same which I had discussed with her two days ago.That my card is been activated as per my request Also she ask me to download Bajaj wallet and check the status there of emi card so I download Bajaj finserv mobikwik wallet but I find the status is still blocked in that app.but here I want to mention that in Bajaj finserv app it's shows active.Finally I sincerely thank her due to her continuos follow-up in my case to unblock the card also this forum due to this forum my query is been taken care of..

          Pls see I'm sending you screen shot also.pls let me know how to add that to wallet.

            But i come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan.
            I try to conduct customer care by call but got replay as my customer number and card number was wrong. Could you plz able to tell me what is reason was the card blocked. And what can i do for reactive my card again.

            I have completed all my dues. My emi card had block due to cheque bounce.
            I want to buy new product with that remaining amount. So i kindly request you to unblock my bajaj finance emi card. I hope you will definitely do that in short period of time.

              I have not been using bajaj emi since years now and there are no pendencies also.
              So, i would appreciate if you could cancel my card etc with immediate effect.
              I would not like to have this debit again. You can cancel the card immediately if at all its there.
              Bajaj finserv is a professional company and should not act unprofessionally by taking rs.117/- from old clients for no reason / transaction.
              Hope you will take immediate action on this.

                Dear sir,
                I am akash singhania and recently purchased a tv though emi bajaj finserve recently bajaj emi card came to my house through courier and after 2-3 months i am receiving a message that if i don't transact my emi card then i will be penalized. I want to say that i have not requested bajaj finserve for proving me the emi card, then why did they send me the card and now they saying that if i do not use it i will be charged through my back account.
                This is very shameful, have not expected this from a big company like bajaj finserve. For further i will share my disappointing experience with bajaj with all my friends, colleagues and family members.

                    I went for loan for my dental treatment at partha dental bellandur amounting to 62000 rs with loan account no : 404lcf61792632 for 8 emi each amounting to 7750.

                    The partha dental bellandur branch suddenly changed the treatment plan and my cost of treatment reduced to 42000 rs. My treating doctor (Dr iman) assured me that loan amount will be reduced to 42000 rs. (Request letter attached)

                    We raised the request with bajaj finserv and exactly after 2 emi deductions (7750 rs each) totalling rs 15500 with old account, they rebooked a new loan account 404lcf57721518 with actual treatement amount 42000 rs for 8 emi each amounting to 5250.

                    I repeatedly asked each and every person involved in the case few named (Arun, ajit, arshee, umamshankar, ashish and arun) for my deducted emi amount, how the amount will be adjusted.

                    Ajit said the 1st emi amount 7750 rs will be adjusted, and as the 2nd emi (7750 rs) is deducted after closing of old amount, the money will be refunded within the same day.

                    As it was not refunded i whatsup the ajit for info, he said it will take 7 working days.

                    Today is 24th jan 2018, exactly 19 days (5th jan 2018, my emi was deducted), still refund is elusive.

                    I am repeatedly dropping them mail and dropping whatsup messages, i am not getting replies from any one.

                    Please help me how can i approach the solution. Any help is appreciated.

                    Ajit is again and again confirming the amount will be adjusted, but i am not seeing any adjustments anywhere.

                      I have purchase fro anupam stationery borivali west, there was a lady representatve of bajaj finserv, she collected my all document with signature & one cancel cheque but i recd call from bajaj representative that my emi has bounced even there was sufficient balance in my account, i discuss that lady & submitted form & cancel cheque repeat but no action done still i fearing that my next emi will also bounce, this is very fastening, now there customer care calling & asking to visit head office.

                      I experience very bad services

                        I am a bajaj finserv consumer.

                        Someone took a loan 424lip57799075 and there was no verification done by bajaj. I have not received any email for the loan account.

                        On top of that i am outside of the country and a loan account is created.

                        How is it possible that someone can take a loan without showing any proper id or document and bajaj finserv approves it.

                          This complaint is with reference to my personal loan account no: 401SPL30570743 in Bajaj Finance. I have taken this personal loan from Bajaj Finance on Novemer 2016. I procured the loan from Bajaj Finance since they had mentioned very clearly that there will be no pre-closure charges and partial payment option available. I have visited this branch to pre-close the loan. The pre-closure statement had the principal amount along with additional pre-closure charges of 4.72 % which was never mentioned at the time of loan disbursement. The charges are high and are not acceptable which will become around 15 thousand. The trust on the bank is lost as both pre-closure and part payment options have been majorly hit the customers. I would want to close the loan but due to these unaccounted charges its discouraging for me to pay additional amount which is undeniable. Upon that having charges on partial payment is very disappointing.
                          I have been sending email to Bajaj Finance help email id ([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) to consider my request that not to charge the pre-closure 4.72% charges for old customers, but they replied they cannot waive off the said foreclosure charges.

                          Please help me in this regard where they are simply charging the pre closure charges.
                          I have attached welcome letter, in which clearly mention NIl prepayment charges

                                    Executive called me and said they are offering flexi loan for me with 1% processing fee. I said not interested even executive told me the 1% amount processing fee will get back into my account once after the loan amount transfered. Even before approving loan they have me send the mail stating that insurance has applied for me. I clearly acknowledged without my concern who has applied insurance and if that is the case then i dont want loan also. They told me insurance also will revert back. But once the loan amount transferred they have not done the insurance amount refund. Not sure why this is happening. Even i logged a complaint they said money will refund within 2 days. But nothing happened.
                                    Never ever believe whatever executives are talking to take loan. Simply they will put charge and they will tell dialogues if you ask i have all my soft copy proofs. But nothing workout am totally frustuated with this finserv flexi loan

                                      I took a loan from bajaj finservices but on same time they given me a health insurance policy which is not applied by me and 7000/- amount deducted from my loan amount. Last 2 months i am continues take follow up but no response and no help from bajaj... I don't want that policy i want my deducted amount from them.. Its a really miss communication from bajaj executive.. Literally fake people they are... Fed up from taking follow up and all... Plz make sure my complaint will be resolve soon.

                                      I have not requested for EMi card, it was sent to me by bajaj Finserv, till date I have not used it, I got an SMS stating that I will be charged for not using EMI card. I have called them and raised complaint to deactivate but no response. Kindly deactivate my EMI card and refund the fine amount.

They came to replace but while seeing the board it is the modified old board, I asked the person he told that it is allocated to u. They told OK I will send you new board till now no response from them. So, kindly make it as possible as early.
