Dear sir,
I would like to bring into notice my experience with bajaj finserv.
Foreclosure charges being forced to pay which earlier was not communicated.
Deposited full payment dd and cheque dated 240118 but still they have not deposited to respective bank and closed my loan. Again there will be an debit of emi for next month due to internal mismanagement. Deposited payment to ashar it park thane branch.
False selling & misleading customers

    My self sk shaheed ali, bajaj finserv emi card no [protected].
    Several time i have placed a request to your staffs in barrackpore reliance, khosla etc. To change my mobile no from [protected] to [protected]. But still there is no updates no that. Whenever i am going to purchase anything use to call that [protected] for otp, is this a fun you people are doing with me.
    Do change my mobile number immediately to [protected] or else i used to take some steps regarding.

          Please stop calling my mobile number registered with account no- . I do not need any loan or assistance at the moment. Daily I get 3-4 calls with different numbers which cannot be redialed. This is really harassing the consumer. I have spoken to your representative and he said this number cannot be blocked. This is ridicules, why cannot you people stop harassing the consumer. I get your calls when I am in important meetings, driving or sleeping during weekends. I am getting calls between 10:00 AM and 4 PM. Please stop this or else I need to take further action.

            I requested them to cancel all value-added service like LIC policy and wallet protect., etc. But, they added the value added service to my account without knowing me.

            I want to cancel my insurance policy, but not getting any support from the executives or Bajaj, even there is no number through which I can contact Bajaj customer care executive. I am really pissed of with it.
            When they were offering the loan they called me up several times. But now they are not responding to it even.
            I am getting a lot of mental worry and tension. I am trying last 10 days.

            Credit Vidya Fees- Due (415SAL[protected], 499
            Hdfc Credit Protection Plus- Due (415SAL[protected], 000

              I want to deactivate my bajaj finser privilege card number [protected] immediately as they are unnecessarily charging inactive charge directly from our bank account without any intimation to the customer. This is unethical. On their customer call, they are not approachable and i am not in a position to deactivate my card. This is for the second time, they have deducted rs. 117.00 from our account without intimation. Please deactivate my card immediately.

                Hi Team,

                I have been told by CC exetuive callingfrom Pune that I got a personal loan Approved for Rs 2, 29, 000/- . They have sent me details of the loan agreement and asked me to click "I AGREE" button. andalso shared the loan documents to me .

                They said, they will be arranging for executvies at Hyderabad for collecting 6 cheques . I have mailed them, no response and none of them called until now.

                  I am really Disappointed with the service provided by Bajaj Finserv, very unprofessional and very mean to customers. For Bajaj Finserv, there is no value for customer satisfaction, the only thing Bajaj Finserv values is pure business with customer.

                  With so many request to Bajaj Finserv, more than 4-5, even after telling them the genuine reason, Bajaj Finserv Team didn't bother to activate my EMI card which they sent me in blocked...

                  This is the worst experience for me. These bajaj fin serve people deducting money from account as emi card fee every year, even after closure of loan & card. I got closure confirmation of loan & card, but they continue deducting money. Be careful before you go for emi with bajaj. My bajaj finance account : 12364277.
                  I have email confirmation of closure of the same, still they deduct money as card fee.

                  Please revert my money deducted on 23rd jan 2018 immediately.

                    Hi customer care team,

                    Please cancel my bajaj finserv loan emi card which i had availed to buy a washing machine in 2012. I dont need this card anymore as i am out of the country and it is a waste to me when you deduct annual fees every year. While i was in india this december i have already called to cancel this card but i get an sms on my indian mobile number that the fee will be deducted again this year of rs. 117 (99 +gst). Please stop this immediately.

                        I have not been using bajaj emi since years now and there are no pendencies also.
                        So, i would appreciate if you could cancel my card etc with immediate effect.
                        I would not like to debit again for next renwal charges. You cancel the above said card immediatly and not to renew again.
                        Bajaj finserv is a professional company and hope will take action professionally not taking rs.117/- from old clients for no reason / transaction.
                        Hope you will take immediate action on this.

                              I got a product through bajaj finance a year back n i was given a emi card too for it my coustomer id is[protected]
                              So i missed 2 emis as i had some issues with the my bank account and had to pay the dues by cash so till the time i had paid my dues it came temporarily blocked once i was done u guys had some extra charges this that n some amount for the card too done paying everything
                              Till date haven’t got a noc even after visiting a branch which had server down for weeks when ever i went
                              Okay i don’t want to use your card n why do i keep getting messages from u to use my card with a limit mentioned in it if my card is blocked

                                I have a loan with Bajaj, loan ac no is 403SOL38906175, in foreclosure letter I find 4.75% of foreclosure charges, i wonder why nobody has informed me about foreclosure charges while processing loan, I was being loyal customer until now, there is no default or Cheque bounce in mr history, compelling me to pay foreclosure charges after 8 months EMI paid, almost more than 95000 rupees deducted as an emi for these 8 months, I have taken loan of 5, 32023, already processing fee also deducted for around 17000, remaining 5, 16000was credited, now after paying 8 months emi if I wanted to foreclose foreclosure letter mentioning that I have to pay 5, 04000 and extra charges too,
                                Instead of that if you they cant provide 12.50% interest rate they should have informed me while processing loan, because if I calculate foreclosure charges and processing fee as an interest rate it is more than 36000 which is more than 12.75% interest rate,
                                I had a opinion that Bajaj is doing good and it is reputed company, it seems all the mistake is mine that I believed Bajaj Finserv is the competitive and best, no it is not,

                                Repeatedly I was calling to customer care regards my complaint, explaining from the beginning every time, I don’t think customer care team working responsibly,
                                Moreover worst customer service that people showing attitude to customer and no customer support ethics followed, repeating the same script again and again instead of listening or understanding customer query, support executives disconnecting calls while talking to them, no proper call hold procedure, no empathy no sympathy, while customer speaking puting the customer on hold or mute, if I asked them to transfer the call to their manager always the answer is manager is not available, is this center is running without manager and supervisors?

                                With all those thing I really frustrated with customer service and I wonder wether Bajaj Finserv is taking care of the customer service or not,

                                Finally I am receiving the same answer from customer experience head stating that i have to pay 4.75 %
                                which is Hidden unecessary charges which was not informed to me by whole loan process team processed this loan .
                                i asked them to retrieve the voice call records at the time of process team spoke to me for this loan proposals and where I and their process team communications to find whether they confirmed or informed me prior before processing this loan,
                                after processing loan they sent me a terms and conditions agreement copy, they didnt mention 4.75% in their agreement copy too. completly disappointed with their irrelevent answers for my complaint and waive off request.
                                also no one has informed me about this foreclosure part while proposing loan for customers .
                                overall experience with bajajfinserv is worst than ever. .

                                Still the complaint is open, for this loan they haven’t mentioned foreclosure charges as 4.75% in terms and conditions agreement copy too. Why are you people forcing me to pay hidden charges if I want to foreclose it

                                  Bajaj FinServ OD Facility is Worst as They are giving False Commitment to us Saying Something else and doing something else.

                                  So I will not recommend to use Bajaj OD facility.

                                  As Bajaj Team had given me false commitment regarding the charges and because of that i dont want to take loan from Bajaj.
                                  Also i have already told that i will pay only 999 and 100 rs for required fee and no extra charge will pay.But I have see several SMSs and details Bajaj is taking lot of other charges which i am not able to Pay.

                                  I have applied for a personal loan from bajajfinserv, before disbursement i have acknowledge below details in mail. I have attached the mail acknowledgement (Commercial mail) for your reference.in the commercial mail no where its mention that for credit vidya rs 2499 and for wallet protect rs 3599 will be deducted.

                                  But after disbursement i came to know that they have deducted for these useless services (Credit vidya & wallet protect). For getting small amount of commission you people are doing fraud/cheating to customer. I am not going to pay a single rupee for these fraud. Why i will pay my hard earn money for your commission.

                                  All these fraud come to know my knowledge after getting the experia credential (Thank god). Even after disbursement also i have written to your team regarding break up but no reply from them. At last after getting the experia credential i come to know these fraud.

                                  Request you to please look into this and cancel all these additional services from my loan account and refund my hard earn money.

                                      We had been sanctioned a loan amount of 64 lakhs over our property. We were only disbursed 53, 70, 000 of which 2 lakhs was for insurance and we got only 51, 04, 246 in hand. We have been following up with the bajaj officials like rajasudhagar sales manager who were active during the loan sanction process but went offline and did not respond to us after the top up period of 6 months. They have been dodging our calls and giving us excuses for the rest of the loan amount. We are now in more debt with increased interests rates due to the negligible behaviour of the staff. We were very clear that we wanted minimum 60 lakhs fromm the beginning of the process. They assured us we will get the full amount. Now they are giving excuses.. Our property is stuck with them and we will incur more charges if we have to go to another bank. We have tried to reach several officials including arun t, rajasudhagar's manager. No one seems to care respond to us and making us go in circles and wasting our time. We want our the rest of the loan to be disbursed to us or a clear answer as what is going on with the rest of the sanctioned amount?
