Bajaj FinServ OD Facility is Worst as They are giving False Commitment to us Saying Something else and doing something else.

So I will not recommend to use Bajaj OD facility.

As Bajaj Team had given me false commitment regarding the charges and because of that i dont want to take loan from Bajaj.
Also i have already told that i will pay only 999 and 100 rs for required fee and no extra charge will pay.But...

We had been sanctioned a loan amount of 64 lakhs over our property. We were only disbursed 53, 70, 000 of which 2 lakhs was for insurance and we got only 51, 04, 246 in hand. We have been following up with the bajaj officials like rajasudhagar sales manager who were active during the loan sanction process but went offline and did not respond to us after the top up period of 6 months. They have been dodging our calls and giving us excuses...

repeated calls daily about loan that I do not need

Each time i have asked them to not call me and to remove my number from their database but there is no change in the situation.

I have been charged 2499/- as credit vidya fees. Which was never informed or i am aware of.

I dont want any credit vidya report or never i was informed about this.

Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.
