Bajaj fineserv deducted 2 times EMI from my bank account HDFC [protected]
First at 2nd of July 2022 and secondly on 5 july 2022 on oneplus TV please help me getting this issue resolved

      Loan id 508FGPGB911975 I'm paying emi since 2020 the amount I paid in the first year is not added to the principal amount. All the amount taken as interest only. My loan amount is 128000 but after paying for 2 years 4314 per month the principal amount is still 116000. How is it possible. I want my paid money to be added to my principal amount.

            On 2nd July I bought above-mentioned insurance. As insurance is not active, I want to cancel my insurance and want a refund of money 1350.
            I tried to contact Bajaj FInserv customer care and CPP customer care but no response from them. Please initiate the refund and cancel the insurance.

              I joined BFL on 30th May 2022 in Pune as HR Manager, I was born and bought in Mumbai though, Getting big opportunity in BFL i shifted to Pune . In coming 1 month they completely exhausted me with the work I was physically and mentally drained out . I used to leave house at 7.00am to reach office and even after coming back home i use to work till 10.30-11 pm taking interviews .In pune i was living with my relatives in Bavdhan my office was in Viman Nagar - 50+ kms travelling everyday has been very hectic . I still wanted to do it to gain experience but now my family comes first as they have asked me to come back home and handle family business
              has it was not working out for them .
              My dad had paralysis attack and we have our business since 24 years now which needs to handle as it is getting difficult for my mother to do it .
              My family really needs me this time .So i have to leave BFL in a month .

              Now they are asking me to pay the notice period for 3 months to as a compensation i.e 1.30lakhs where i will not get single penny + 90K for the laptop which they made it mandatory for the employee to purchase . Also if I don't serve a notice period i have to pay 2.3 lakhs Approx to leave the BFL.

              I am financially weak and it is getting difficult day by day for me kindly please help me in this cannot go back to BFL to service a notice period . Also when i asked them for work from home they didn't allow me at all .

                  Overdraft facility hidden charges

                  Initially the tele-caller sold the OD facility mentioning that there are no charges at all, it is like an account from the which you can withdraw amount during emergency. They called me more than 50 times to take the loan, but after taking the flexi loan, I came to know about various charges. They gave the loan after deducting 12000, which I had to pay from my own pocket. Then they are asking for AMC charges of 1599 every year. I hardly use...

                  kindly resolve my complaint that I have been charged twice. Last emi of 1788/- paid on 02/07/2022 through Gpay. The said amount auto debited in the evening. When I tried to pay for my another low I received a message of insufficient funds and now it shows overdue.
                  Kindly rectify from your end and I’m not going to pay a single penny. Instead I want my refund of 121/-

                    I am Rakshith i brought my LG LED Smart Tv through bajaj finserv at T593 reliance retail digital udupi LTD #4178508, as bajaj finserv executive said mypurchase order is eligible for 5000 RUPEES cash refund to my account, once i cleared my first 3 EMI's without bounce, i can get cashback already paid 8 EMIs without bounce, remaining 7 emis pending, i received my bajaj card 6 months back, my card num is [protected] but still i didn't get my Cashback of Rs 5000 RUPEES, Loan ref number is 120OCDHY649370. Please find the attached screenshot for your references.

                          I have order mobile at Amazon[protected])
                          with no cost emi but cancelled the same on same day and I got refund confirmation from Amazon and also from bajaj.pfa.
                          But still I got this emi message today please cloe it as I have cancelled it and not going to pay any money if do ecs through my account also, PFA.

                          Kindly close it asap and send confirmation mesage .

                            They'll give this card to old Bajaj EMI card customers without informing them about the annual charges of Rs.999 + G.S.T. They'll call you and tell you that they need to reverify KYC to update the card and will send you this RBL physical card. They will put the burden on you without prior notice about annual charges. Beware! stay away from bajaj and RBL team.

I already tried many times to reach you or raise a request but not getting any response from your side. I dont know you people why not cancel my policy. I also contact for this to your customer support but they also not picking up my call for cancel the above mentioned loan. But LSF insurance telebinding has activated, loan account No:469LFTIG477186. It has been made without my knowledge . Please deactivate the LSF insurance telebinding and refund my amount .

                                How you people are doing this without the customer knowledge.

                                Please resolve the complaint as soon as possible.
                                Please i request you to cancel my cpp asset care policy and refund my amount.

But sir I am requesting the agent of Bajaj Finserv when buying I will not take mobile insurance. But he did not comply with my request.                                       In Feb 22 above company together offer me No any fee/charges on credit card, after that they charge 2999 rs. On it. When I make complaint about issue, they agree to reverse charges which discussed on customer care number.They reverse me 1000/-only.when i again complaint about balance amount reverse they told such amount is reverse able and balance is the annual fee charge on u were not reversable and you must have to pay any how.i so many time do complaint thru customer care, mail etc.No one can resolve this issue, charges/penalties are going up and up in statement.At initial of card i was purchase @ 2000 + along with these amount, they already put amount of their fees and charges of 2999/-when i complaint about this no solution received from them.So i paid my purchase amount of 2000 + to them.But still the date no solution given to me.
                                      I am suffering so many harrasment from their collection departments by mail/call/ massages etc.The Bajaj finserv are spoil their reputation along with rbl banks products.
