MY ISSUE GET NOT RESOLVED BUT WHY IT IS MARKED AS RESOLVED? WITHOUT CUSTOMER AFFIRMATION HOW CAN SOMEBODY MARK AS RESOLVED IN CONSUMER FORUM? WHAT THE HECK!! Attaching the screenshots OF THE PAST ISSUE plz do take actions. At least you guys act properly. It's taking too long to solve a single issue of not receiving otps for my newly activated emi network card. But if I'm going to apply a new one then receiving the OTP. Plz study my case and do needful. It's really hard to keep my patience for this issue. It's been more than 40 days. PLEASE HELP. PLEASE

    An amount of rs 117 has been deducted from my account [protected] which is in Indian Bank KGMU BRANCH LUCKNOW UTTAR PRADESH. My name is Vaibhav Mishra previously I have applied for small loan of 20000 for smartphone purchase last year which was ended in this year May I think I also have an no Dues certificate from BAJAJ FIN SERVICES all of sudden and amount of Rs-117 got deducted in 16-July-2022. Kindly refund my amount of Rs 117 asap.

      During my loan section bajaj Finserv has added two insurance in my loan account so i dont want this insurance.
      And regarding this i have complaint many time but they are not listiining.

        Today I got the sms that 117 rs has debited from my account, but I have not purchase any thing from bajaj from last 2 year.then why Bajaj finance has debit this amout..
        Please clarify ...
        And also tell me how to deactive your account .I don't want to deal with the company who has debit the amount with my knowledge..

              Hello...i taken a loan from bajaj..for my bike... Actually Few things are not happened what they said...First My due date...They told me 8 but i get 3...also in covid tym all finance provide moratorium...i also get that... That's executive told i should pay that 3 months of moratorium in last of loan closeing time...But now the executive behaved so badly... They treat a customer like a criminal..they use bad words also abuseing coustmer personal details...Also executive told that i should now that moratorium also...What is happening here...This is the way to Treat a customer

                Myself Amir yakub khan My father have taken a consumer finance from Bajaj finserv EMI card and the EMI got bounced the Recovery Agent is calling and Behaving like we are fraud they are using bad words My father have a long relationship with bajaj as a customer and my father have paid the EMI on time before but he got 2 heart attacks recently and we have all the reports as an evidence due to which he was unable to pay the EMI and we are requesting you that we will pay soon all the EMI but if the Recovery Agent will misbehave and will give bad words then we have to report this issue to the nearest police station so avoid calling and misbehaving as our father is going through a medical situation below are the contact no.                   माननीय महोदय को सादर अवगत कराना है की प्रार्थी विकास कुमार मोबाइल no [protected] ने BAJAJ FINSERV से किसी भी प्रकार का लोन नहीं लिया और न ही कोई लोन लेने हेतु आवेदन किया लेकिन जब प्रार्थी ने अपना सिबिल रिपोर्ट देखी तो उसमे बजाज से लोन लिया है दिख रहा है हमने बजाज से काफी बार संपर्क किया लेकिन बजाज ने मेरी किसी भी प्रकार की मदद नहीं की वहा से बताया गया आप ब्रांच में संपर्क करो जबकि हम एक छोटे से गाव के रहने बाले है बहा से ब्रांच 150 किलोमीटर दूर है |
                  लोन धनराशि 19990 दिख रही है जबकि हमने किसी प्रकार का लोन नही लिया |
                  अत : माननीय महोदय से विन्रम अनुरोध है की उक्त समस्या का निदान कराने की क्रपा करे आपकी महान क्रपा होगी |

                    There was debit of Rs 750 with a total of 2 installments in the month July and August. The loan account number 416RMTIH626081. These deductions were done without my consent or approval and I demand full refund of my money And cancelation of loan. Your customer services are also unavailable.

                      I was recently taken "PLCS PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT GROUP" Personal loan (with Loan Account No. P404PPM4910800) from bajaj finaserv ltd.,
                      And cpp liv care service worth 6999/-rupees membership was activated for my account without my authorization.

                      I want to cancel that insurance or the service which is activated.

                      Please resolve the issue as soon as possible...

                        To The Bajaj finance incharge Respected sir, While we are applying to the Bajaj EMI card purpose but unfortunately Wallet care is activated and fee 699 /- is charged. We have called several times to the customer care but no one is responding.. please kindly need your help regarding this, Activate the Bajaj EMI card and deactivate the wallet care or else please refund the money sir..                           Hi Concerned Authorities!

                          My EMI towards a product goes on 2nd of every month (auto debited) .

                          We have already paid the EMI on 2nd of July, 2022 through Google Pay since we waited the Bajaj team to deduct the same but they didn't auto debited. So, we paid the EMI (UPI Transaction ID:[protected] on 2nd July, 2022- 7:36 PM .

                          After couple of days it's been updated in our MobiKwik app that we have paid the EMI and no. of EMIs has been updated but after a couple of days, we got a call from the Bajaj agent to pay the EMI as they didn't received the payment, we told them the transaction ID and they assured us that payment would be updated in couple of hours.

                          Today, on 8th July, 2022 they deducted the same amount 4375 (transaction ID- S[protected] + Bounce Charges 562.32 (Transaction ID- S[protected] . This is not at all acceptable and really harassing the customers as every penny counts for us!

                          We tried calling multiple time to the Customer Care but couldn't connect/.

                          I urge the department to take action on this matter on priority basis and do the needful by credit back the amount you deducted .

                                Loan id 508FGPGB911975 I'm paying emi since 2020 the amount I paid in the first year is not added to the principal amount. All the amount taken as interest only. My loan amount is 128000 but after paying for 2 years 4314 per month the principal amount is still 116000. How is it possible. I want my paid money to be added to my principal amount.

                                        I joined BFL on 30th May 2022 in Pune as HR Manager, I was born and bought in Mumbai though, Getting big opportunity in BFL i shifted to Pune . In coming 1 month they completely exhausted me with the work I was physically and mentally drained out . I used to leave house at 7.00am to reach office and even after coming back home i use to work till 10.30-11 pm taking interviews .In pune i was living with my relatives in Bavdhan my office was in Viman Nagar - 50+ kms travelling everyday has been very hectic . I still wanted to do it to gain experience but now my family comes first as they have asked me to come back home and handle family business
                                        has it was not working out for them .
                                        My dad had paralysis attack and we have our business since 24 years now which needs to handle as it is getting difficult for my mother to do it .
                                        My family really needs me this time .So i have to leave BFL in a month .

                                        Now they are asking me to pay the notice period for 3 months to as a compensation i.e 1.30lakhs where i will not get single penny + 90K for the laptop which they made it mandatory for the employee to purchase . Also if I don't serve a notice period i have to pay 2.3 lakhs Approx to leave the BFL.

                                        I am financially weak and it is getting difficult day by day for me kindly please help me in this cannot go back to BFL to service a notice period . Also when i asked them for work from home they didn't allow me at all .
