I had two consumer durable emi's.. they deducted succesfully both emi's, after 1 hour later they refund both emi's & again deducted 1 emi not both.. my emi's got bounced due to their fault.. i paid rupees 450 & filed complaint.. after submitting proofs they told they'll refund it.. but they didn't & also they blocked my emi card

    मेरा बजाज पर्सनल लोन खाता नंबर T85RPLER666470 जिसकी मंथली ईएमआई ₹10854 दिनांक 5 जून 2022 को मेरे एसबीआई बचत खाते में ऑटोमेटिक डेबिट होती है लेकिन 5 जून 2022 को मेरी 36वी और लास्ट किस कंपनी की तरफ से बाउंच हुई है, और उस बाउंचीग क़िस्त का मेरे अकाउंट ऊपर ₹600 का बाउंसिंग चार्ज लगाया है जो कि बिल्कुल गलत है, मेरे अकाउंट में क़िस्त लगने से 5 दिन पहले से पैसे डाले हुए थे और कंपनी की तरफ से मेरे मोबाइल पर संदेश आया कि आप की किस्त बाउंस हो गई है तभी मैंने 6 जून 2022 को तुरंत फोन पर से क़िस्त भर दी और उस टाइम बाजाज से कॉल आया कि आज आप किस भर दो आपके कोई बाउंसिंग चार्ज नहीं लगेगा, मेरे क़िस्त भरने के बाद बजाज की तरफ से कोई सपोर्ट नहीं किया जा रहा है, वह बार-बार कॉल करके बोला जा रहा कि आप ₹600 की पेलेंटी भर दो नहीं तो आपकी सिविल खराब कर देंगे आप से गुजारिश है कि मेरे खाते में पैसे होते हुए लास्ट क़िस्त नहीं काटना गलत बात है, अगर मेरी किस्त हमेशा बाउंच होती तो पहले भी हो जाती आप मेरा स्टेटमेंट चेक करें और बताये कि आज दिन तक कोई मेरी किस्त बाउंस हुई है क्या अगर बाउंच नहीं हुई है तो यह लास्ट में बाउंस क्यों करूंगा उसके उपरांत मेरे अकाउंट के अंदर पैसे क़िस्त के लिए पहले से जमा रखे हुए थे और बजाज ने मेरे ऊपर ₹600 का फालतू का चार्ज लगाया है जो गलत है आपसे निवेदन है कि इस बाउंच चार्ज को हटाए वह मुझे एनओसी दे!!

      I have ordered smartphone via bajaj finserv app on emi and on next day I have raised the cancel order. Now after 3 days, bajaj finserv has rejected my cancellation request. I don't want the phone. It was not even dispatched. Also I wanted to cancel order but Bajaj Finserv is not cancelling it.

      If you guys are not cancelling the order then why you give option ti cancel order.
      When I was buying the product it was mentioned in policy that after dispatch of product you cannot cancel the order. My order was not yet dispatched even then you guys rejected the cancellation.
      I need resolution asap.
      Please help.

        An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of kvb bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction. I totally don't understand after 3+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

          I am Shamsunissa Khan, I bought TV (SAMSUNG UHD UA50AU8000-50) through Bajaj finance at KOHINOOR TELEVIDEO PVT. LTD., Mouje dapode, Bhiwandi, Thane-421302, Mumbai . The offer stated that within 3 months Rs 8000 cashback will be credited in bank account but its already 7 months and all my EMI is paid on date without bounce, yet I have not received the cashback.

              I have called as well as e-mailed customer care of rbl and cancelled card ending with 6206 still they keep on charging 117 rs from my account from 2021 onwards.Reference no. For the same is 27504658.Not sure what kind of company is this after multiple emails and assurance still keep on deducting money from saving account.Please, help me in getting this illegal deduction from my account stopped.

                Bajaj Finserv is ridiculous, there are about 8 calls from them on daily basis, extremely disturbing and intrusive. Wont stop even after DND is on. Harassment and advertising are two different themes. Please stop calling.

                  Hi Team,

                  I have take a loan from the bajaj finsev which bajaj Customer is this[protected]
                  & Loan id - 401DPFIA065547

                  My loan was start from the April'22 & my first two transaction has been collected by bajaj successfully but in the End of month of 31'may'22 i have submitted my 3rd installment as advance but the Bajaj FinServ hasn't stopped the Ecs from my bank & that the reason my bank has been collected bounce charges due to " insufficient funds"

                  & same this i have discussed with Bajaj FinServ employee but they didn't understand the query & raising the point to collect the Ecs charges from my bank
                  but in this situation my bank hasn't responsible for this,

                    CPP plan amount not refunded

                    Last 15 days i sent many mail to bajaj finserv for cancel my wallet care plan 799 rs but bajaj finserv reply to me register mail id then company cancel this plan so i want know what is my registered mail id because my rbl my card application show this mail id so why bajaj finserv denied. So i humble request pls cancel and refund my money.

                      117 has been deducted from account towards Bajaj Finance — cmp mandate debit from account with no intimation, I have finished emi's like 3 months before and havent used the their service since then. I know they have our details that doesnt mean they can misuse them and deducted as per their wish . Bajaj Finance seems to be fraud as it loots ppl by using their details. I want my money refunded and wouldn't entertain further if any such transactions are performed without any intimation .

                        I don’t have any outstanding emi or dues with the company.
                        Therefore I see no reason for deduction.

                        Neither I have asked or been provided with any Bajaj emi cards.

                        Kindly refund back the amount as soon as possible .

                          Hi,

                          I have availed a overdraft loan from bajaj finserv recently. While completing the process the executive stated that there will be only processing fee of 0.5%, after taking the loan I have got charged extra money for credit vidya fees of 4999. The deduction is not mentioned to me anytime before amount disbursement.

                          I want to cancel this loan

                          Please help

                            Am using bajaj loan finserv app. Every month 2nd day amount will be debit. Am maintain available balance 1st or 2nd day of month. This (june-2022) month also emi debited from my account.

                            Then why today ( 9th june 2022) debited Mandate failed charges 295 Rs from my account. Its a illigal and fraud activity from bajaj... Kindly consider my complaint and revert back. Thank you

                                My Question is why Rs. 200 was not credited.
                                Please give me the difference of the short amount will Credit for my Bajaj Wallet Rs. 200/ immediately.

                                  My EMI date is on jun 2nd. But due to insufficient balance I couldn't pay on time. But I got a message stating due amount with penalty 450. So I paid through online on 6th june where the link was provided by you. And on 7th, again the emi amount and penalty was deducted. Plz credit to my amount. Unable to reach you.
