      An unexpected debit of Rs. 117 was made to by account from Bajan Finserv/Finance. I have no dues/loans with Bajan nor any cards/services. Yet amount has been debited without any notification to me or any approval from me. I request to consider this highly appropriate and provide me the refund and make sure no further debits happen. Also cancel immediately any active services/cards that exist.

        As per suprime court order, compound interest which is intrest for intrest should be waived off. All the financial institutions waved off except Bajaj finserv. I took personal loan of 2lack for 60month emi. I opt 4months moratorium after moratorium period my tenure changed to 75months. I asked to bajaj they said due to moratorium my 4months principal and interest was added to total pricipal so over all intrest increased. Because of this for 4 months moratorium i need to pay extra 11months emi. For 24000rs emi amount i need to pay extra 1lack. As per supreme court order this is crime.

          During Covid I was struggling to make the Monthly EMI and monthly payment request

          During Covid 2020 for Housing Loan EMI when Govt/RBI declared banks to provide Moratorium service, I have requested for the option, Bajaj did not provided the service rather compelled to make the current month EMI, I did the payment and cleared the due,
          Further the Bajaj levied penalty saying it was late payment. When every bank has provided Moratorium this is the selfish bank who did not provided option, rather penalizing for late payments. Moreover they handed the collection job to 3rd party agents and they threatening me every day that they will take legal action on me and disturbing me during office Work and causing my life hell. When requested to send a formal email Bajaj and they are not doing that.

          2nd Worst Experience, During the same Covid 2020, I did helped my friend to pay his General Insurance via my Credit Card in 2021, they made the auto-debited the same amount in 2021 without my consent which is legally a crime and till date I am fighting for my Money back. SR61878707 is service request they provided and no action on multiple escalation and sent forwarded my email at every level

          3rd Worst Experience, In early staging of my investment, I requested agent for single premium but he put for 3 years, when I missed the 2nd Premium they ate the 1st Premium money and informed my Insurance got lapsed.

          Overall, Please I urge all investors not to take any Housing loan, Personal Loan, avail insurances or Invest in Mutual Funds with Bajaj Financial Groups. Highly self oriented and loss giving company to customers.

            I complaint to bajaj finance because of they didn't update my payment in there system not provide any noc to me in a first lock down one of the employees of his name is sumit yadav I taking a money and told me noc recepict you get on mail due to full process online in corona but your payment is getting delay that why we taking a cash I submit payment to him but till now they mail Or msg me and one of my last company HR she is not included in my bajaj loan but they continue call and msg her also.. Please reslove this. My loan number is -425DPFEJ452367 .

                In 2020 Covid-19 was on peak all the banks were emerging my bank name was Vijaya Bank and Bank of Baroda was taking over . PEOPLE were not able to move out of the house because of covid-19 to which I was not able to deposit the money in my bank for auto debit but all my payment was on time through Paytm I have called them many times write them on Facebook through customer care they are not able to help me out it is really sad in tough time companies like this make liFE more difficult when the amount you getting back on time then what was the use of blocking my account they are not resolving my problem I am sick and tired please help me up.

                  I have visited in chandigarh office of bajaj financiers and written so many e-mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in they do not refund excess payment inspite of they deducte regularly payment on my salary account.
                  I have complaint my bank but they fail to stop the payment, dealing official told that you have signed ecs from with bajaj finserv, bank do not take any action of stop payment.

                  In reference my previous e mail at 11 july, 2018. In which, I attention you to Excess payment are deducts in my saving account. Whenever my loan amount already paid and nothing is due to pay.
                  All payments of loan returned through instalments are deduct from my account on time.

                  After that, you have no right to deduct a single penny from my saving account. You are deducted following amount deduct from my saving account illegally.

                  After my warning and attention to you the following amount deduct from saving account returned my with my interest immediate.
                  no amount is due.

                  The same bank report are enclosed herewith for your reference.

                  As per my bank report, you have deduct rupees 471 thrice time.

                  My request kindly refund my amount 471 * 3= 1413.

                  And i request you, further no any single of rupees deduct from my saving account without my written consent.

                  In spite of returned to me over deduct payment, once again you deduct Rs.117/- from my saving account on 17 Jun 2019 illegally.

                  Please refund my amount Rs.1713 + 117 = 1830/-
                  Recently I check my account one more deduction by bajaj financerv.

                            I had two consumer durable emi's.. they deducted succesfully both emi's, after 1 hour later they refund both emi's & again deducted 1 emi not both.. my emi's got bounced due to their fault.. i paid rupees 450 & filed complaint.. after submitting proofs they told they'll refund it.. but they didn't & also they blocked my emi card

                              मेरा बजाज पर्सनल लोन खाता नंबर T85RPLER666470 जिसकी मंथली ईएमआई ₹10854 दिनांक 5 जून 2022 को मेरे एसबीआई बचत खाते में ऑटोमेटिक डेबिट होती है लेकिन 5 जून 2022 को मेरी 36वी और लास्ट किस कंपनी की तरफ से बाउंच हुई है, और उस बाउंचीग क़िस्त का मेरे अकाउंट ऊपर ₹600 का बाउंसिंग चार्ज लगाया है जो कि बिल्कुल गलत है, मेरे अकाउंट में क़िस्त लगने से 5 दिन पहले से पैसे डाले हुए थे और कंपनी की तरफ से मेरे मोबाइल पर संदेश आया कि आप की किस्त बाउंस हो गई है तभी मैंने 6 जून 2022 को तुरंत फोन पर से क़िस्त भर दी और उस टाइम बाजाज से कॉल आया कि आज आप किस भर दो आपके कोई बाउंसिंग चार्ज नहीं लगेगा, मेरे क़िस्त भरने के बाद बजाज की तरफ से कोई सपोर्ट नहीं किया जा रहा है, वह बार-बार कॉल करके बोला जा रहा कि आप ₹600 की पेलेंटी भर दो नहीं तो आपकी सिविल खराब कर देंगे आप से गुजारिश है कि मेरे खाते में पैसे होते हुए लास्ट क़िस्त नहीं काटना गलत बात है, अगर मेरी किस्त हमेशा बाउंच होती तो पहले भी हो जाती आप मेरा स्टेटमेंट चेक करें और बताये कि आज दिन तक कोई मेरी किस्त बाउंस हुई है क्या अगर बाउंच नहीं हुई है तो यह लास्ट में बाउंस क्यों करूंगा उसके उपरांत मेरे अकाउंट के अंदर पैसे क़िस्त के लिए पहले से जमा रखे हुए थे और बजाज ने मेरे ऊपर ₹600 का फालतू का चार्ज लगाया है जो गलत है आपसे निवेदन है कि इस बाउंच चार्ज को हटाए वह मुझे एनओसी दे!!

                                I have ordered smartphone via bajaj finserv app on emi and on next day I have raised the cancel order. Now after 3 days, bajaj finserv has rejected my cancellation request. I don't want the phone. It was not even dispatched. Also I wanted to cancel order but Bajaj Finserv is not cancelling it.

                                If you guys are not cancelling the order then why you give option ti cancel order.
                                When I was buying the product it was mentioned in policy that after dispatch of product you cannot cancel the order. My order was not yet dispatched even then you guys rejected the cancellation.
                                I need resolution asap.
                                Please help.

                                  An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of kvb bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction. I totally don't understand after 3+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

The offer stated that within 3 months Rs 8000 cashback will be credited in bank account but its already 7 months and all my EMI is paid on date without bounce, yet I have not received the cashback.

                                        I have called as well as e-mailed customer care of rbl and cancelled card ending with 6206 still they keep on charging 117 rs from my account from 2021 onwards.Reference no. For the same is 27504658.Not sure what kind of company is this after multiple emails and assurance still keep on deducting money from saving account.Please, help me in getting this illegal deduction from my account stopped.
