bajaj is cheating people and charging higher interest rate.

Bajaj finance automatically increased the rate of interest and after 5 days i started receiving calls from pune office and email to pay switch fees of rs. 17100/- incl. Gst to again reduce my rate of interest. Just cheating people.

Also they have wrongly collected 3 emis totaling rs. 1, 40, 532/- through ecs from me in the month of jan, feb and march and handed over me the loan in march, after constant follow-up for 9 months...

First i was pleased with bajaj service, now i'm not satisfied becz. My card limit was 126000 from there it reduced to 50000. I paid all emi s on time even after this happens which i'm totally not satisfied. I have noticed online that same has happened to others. unnecessary phone calls

Bajaj finserv is calling its old customers daily repeatedly asking them to apply for loan. I believe this is not required as people have enough knowledge and sense to enquire about it when needed.

Nobody likes to get disturbed on a daily basis.

Please stop calling people and irritating them.
