Sir, i had submitted my nach /ecs mandatory, by providing an cancelled cheque, id proof, address proof, and 4 forms given by the bajaj finsev {tambaram}branch on 4/12/2017. My available limit is nearly 50000, but my open ecs limit is 2375. I had contacted the customer care several times they said that it will be updated within 21 days, still now it has been not updated. But now they are asking bod number from the branch
I didn't receive any bod number. So kindly provide me the accurate details of my bajaj finsev emi card.
