My name mohamed zubair ali, location tiruvarur, loan account number : t34rcd47547189,
I received email from bajaj finserv:
1. Your emi amount 05th jan cheque bounce (Sufficient amount in my account)
2. I will paid on rs 3280 (With 450 penalty charge aslo in tiruvarur branch cash counter)
3. You cannot use 105 days, your card is suspended

I will paid more than rs 399 for emi card
1. I never use any other product
2. I paid rs 450 bounce charges.
Still i cannot use 105 days blocked my cards
I thing money earning tricks please everybody aware
Please consider my issues
Why i have to wait 105 days eventhough i paid overdues with 450 penalty, i have receipt[protected], tiruvarur branch cash counter

    Recently, i went to vijay sales to buy a new refrigerator. They had a tie up with bajaj finserv and provided me with a great interest free emi option. Great so far. I was asked by the bajaj finserv representative that they will need blank ecs mandate signatures. No way jose! When i insisted that i will not sign any blank ecs mandate, after a lot of push, they accepted to write the amount on the ecs mandate form.

    I thought i had won the battle, but failed to realize the idiocy of the processes followed by bajaj finserv.

    Two days later, i got a call from bajaj stating that the ecs had not gone through and i should come to the branch with a cancelled cheque and sign a fresh set of mandates.

    I went with the cheque today (Saturday – 13th jan) and a bajaj finserv representative sent me a fresh set of forms to sign. Here are the problems with their process:

    A) they refused to give me the earlier ecs mandate forms – potentially could end up with both ecss being active and clerical error could cause double debits to my account. Their response – trust us sir

    B) they refused to give me a letter and only after i stood my ground and hollered did i get through and now they are in the process of preparing a letter for me – their response – trust us sir

    C) once again – they want me to sign blank ecs mandate forms – when i raised the issue of it being an illegal act, you just cannot get someone to blank sign any ecs form and then say trust us – we will fill the right amount, i think the message didn’t get across.

    My request to the md/ceo of bajaj finserv. Can you examine your process, i will help you with a sample process flow and actual case data for your proof of concept. Fix this before this becomes another major scandal.

    Ps – i haven’t signed anything blank.. But millions of customers in india don’t insist on this and end up signing blank forms under pressure.

      I am totally sick and tired with run around from bajaj company regarding my insurance policy which they forcefully placed on my loan, also i have recording that clearly will let you know that they pitched wrong product to me and later on changed it.

      I have been keep on denying to take this insurance and now they are coming up with another policy that if you don't take this insurance then your pm awas yojna will not be given to you. (Again they are trapping me to keep this policy, which i don't want at all.)

      Please help me here as they are not even cancelling the policy under freelookup period and giving me run around with false pm awas yojna threat.

      I will be very thankful to you, do let me know if i need to submit the recording of bajaj insurance guy who made this fraud and company is taking his side knowing all facts.

      Insurance details related file attached with their team e-mail communications and below e-mail chain will give you idea how much mental torture they have done so far as i have been keep on sending e-mail to them and there customer care no. Doesn't work at all..

        Good afternoon.

        I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 01.01.2018 i have applied for an emi card of bajaj finance after receiving an mail notification from their end (Screen shot of notification mail attached). However the amount which was required to generate the card (Rs. 471) deducted from my kotak mahindra bank account (Screen shot attached for the same) and i got a transaction no-l[protected] as text message from their end, thereafter,

        As i didn't receive any card from them nor any notification still 10.01.2018, i wrote an email stating all the matters happened with me and asked for their help. Regardlessly they intimated me by an email that they didn't receive any amount from me.

        Now my question is if bajaj finserv didn't receive the amount through their website link (As sent by mail from their end) then who has taken my money? I must say as a matter of fact that this kind of irresponsible behaviour could jeopardise their market reputation.

        Couple of weeks gone, but no EMI card has been received. I have submitted all related documents of the amount (Rs.471/-) transferred and still waiting for the card. Will BAFL show the same patience to the customers who fails to deposit their EMI on time? Then why they are harassing the customer?

                I have done a transaction of rs.4777 for elite emi card.
                Transaction no. Jhmp[protected] on 8/30/2017 12:38:54 pm online on bajajfinserv.in through my experia account. Till now there is no information about it. Called up to customer care of elite card @ [protected] and get an assurance every time that it will reach to me within 7 working days. Please help me for refund process.

                    I had applied for an bajaj finserv card 2 months ago. You customer executive called me and told about the card and said that you will recieve the card in 15 days but its been 3 months now. When i call at your customer care they give different numbers which never work or either switched off. I had visited your bajaj office they say we dont have any such card they are only generated online. I want my refund back as fast as possible.                       Every day I get 8 to 9 times phone calls from bajaj finserve for taking personal loans. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no [ eight one zero five one seven four eight eight eight ]. They call any time and every day. I had informed many times in call center also but no impact. In call computerized voice comes.

                          I applied the loan as i was promised of 1% processing charge and 14% rate of interest. Hence, i applied for 5 lakhs loan. To my surprise, they sent a statement which had 2% processing charge, 15.5% rate of interest and they processed 10 lakhs (Which means double processing charge of 20, 000 inr).
                          Hence, i requested for loan cancellation but no one replies. Their customer care is only on ivr and hence we cannot talk.

                            I want to deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card ending with 9706
                            My experia id is : 26460539
                            I have no pending emi to pay.

                            I was promised that this card is free.
                            But now they are charging annual inactive fee of rs. 117/-.
                            I do not want to pay any annual inactive fee. Please deactivate the card immediately.

                              Dear sir,

                              I have taken 98000/rupees personal loan from bajaj finserv from ahmadabad branch.in july 2017 mr vikram kohli and prajati told me you are 38000 rupess for closing of your personal loan. I was same paying to bajaj finserv from jammu branch. After 4 month when we are asking for noc he is told now your loan was not close then i am again online paying 18801 rupees through online for closing of pl.

                              Now he is every month cut my emi and not return 18801 rupees and told one of cashier not closed your loan and he is left the company so you are paying each and every month your emi.

                              Sir we have taken too much follow with vikram kohli but he is not support.

                              Please tell me how we can do it in this situation i want close my pl and noc.

                                  It is bajajfinance service, irritating a lot by way of calling regularly
                                  Even after sending request calls are not stooped.
                                  I don't understand, what is problem with the company.
                                  I have taken loan done a big mistake because after paying all dues continuously calling me to take another loan/ product.
                                  Earlier i requested not to call me and if any loan required from my side i will come you.
                                  For 2-3 months call has been stooped.
                                  Again it has been started.

                                  It is a serious matter. Please don't disturb me by way of calling either by auto voice generated / person.

                                    I applied for loan with bajaj finance last month. Which was my first loan with them. While approving the loan i got confirmation saying insurance will be waived off. Because of that i approved loan processing. When i got message for disbursement i came to know insurance is not waived off. I tried to contact their executives who processed my loan. But they not picking calls and replying to mails and messages. So i contacted customer care, regarding insurance cancellation and loan details which were not sent to me. From the reply of customer care i came to know they have wrong mobile number assigned to loan (Which was not mine). On my request they changed mobile number and sent loan details and mentioned they raised request for insurance cancellation. But when logged in to that loan account it is already having another loan added (Which was not my loan) along with my loan and some other emi card (Not mine) and address also something else. I can conclude it as messed up combining two different persons account data. Customer care people saying that is my loan only because added in my account which i never taken and asking me to change address. I am really frustrated and worried from last one week. I want to cancel my loan by giving disbursed amount back. I have documents and proofs for what ever mentioned above.

                                    Please help me to close this loan. I am not ready pay any fees deducted while disbursement, i am closing loan because of bajaj finance blunder mistakes of combining 2 different person accounts and lack of trust.
