The consumer forum,
Sub. Complain against bajaj finance limited.
This is to inform you that my loan a/c 4100pl00878393 and emi amount was rs. 4355/=. It was closed on 05/11/2016. Some of my emi has been bounced but the person of the company come to my place and collect the emi along with the fines. Whereas bank also deducted the bounce charges from my a/c. After few months i received several phone calls from the company and they asked me to pay the bounce charges. I requested them to send the details of the bounce charges to my email but they said this is not our rules. Suddenly on 05/01/2018 at 3:44 one phone call[protected] mahi joshi) come to me and she said that she is from delhi police, and asked me to immediately contact with advocate sharma with this phone no.[protected]. I contact her and she said bounce charges 1303.90 you have to pay within 5:00 otherwise your file will be produced to court and under ipc 138, 420 you will be prosecuted. I got frightened and i paid online, transaction reference no; lsm[protected] and date and time; 5/1/2018 4:23:53 pm.
Under these circumstances i want to know how they can take bounce charges twice whereas they not give any details. Now i paid the charges and i think i have right to get the details of the charges which i paid.

    I have never seen such a worst customer service in my life time, it has been more than they are not able to disburse the topup amount, they are advrtising now a days they will credit pl with in 24 hours they will never do that, in my case it's not even credited after 3 months, they are bunch of stupid guys no one properly respond you

    My suggestion is please don't go for bajaj pl.

        I get at least 5-7 calls everyday for past 2 years almost. My mistake was to buy an appliance usinmg the bajaj finserv easy emi card. I get automated calls or even calls from customer service executives at all times of the day. Sometime even early morning and late night. I can't have peace of mind in a meeting or even if i am in a hospital. Please stop calling and remove my number nine-double zero-eight-three-one-double six-double five.

              I am an existing customer of bajaj fin with experia user id 29196463.

              One of their representative called me and offered me the bajaj elite card and i agreed to give the payment.

              After the payment was done i got an e mail

              Congratulations on being part of the exclusive set of people that own an elite card. We have received your payment of rs. 4, 777 towards the card charges.

              We are thrilled to have you on board and we have some exciting offers that are waiting to be claimed. All you need to do is update your details along with selecting the vouchers you want.

              Later i got a call from one of their executive who told me that one other executive will call u tomorrow for further processing.

              And now after 4 days passed and no one yet gave us any call. What happened to that please reply. I am worried about my hardly earned money.

              Is this the way the bajaj fin service working. Pls resolve these at the earliest: it looks like an online scam to me. If it is pls let us know. A day after these bajaj guys gave me 3 rings ina single call, the moment i picked the phone the call drops at my registered number

              The elite customer care numbers are not working

              No one is giving any response for my questions.

              I recommend never go for it.

                I've purchased a mobile through using baja emi card worth rs 16999/-.
                Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe 404dfs61793633" is tagged to my loan account worth rs.1799/- 6 emi 300 each.
                I am astonished for such action of this reputed company.

                  I have purchased a sony mirroless camera in finance with bajaj finserv. And the emi is 5, 666 per month for 8 months and on december 28th, i closed the loan from thier app by paying last emi and it showed my loan was closed too in the app. Today on 5th december, they charged me again for the last emi. Arent they suppose to close the loan and take off their access from my bank account? How they managed to charge it again even after i closed the loan. I saved that money in my account to send it to my father for his monthly medical expenses, now bajaj took it. I tried to contact and call them, none of their customer care numbers takes me someone to talk to. I tweeted them in twitter and nothing happens. How can a company be this irresponsible and this awful at customer service? We cannot call them and tell them our problem. Bajaj rectify the issue and solve it and dont push me until i lodge a complaint against your company. Dont get me started with the problems i had with your personal loans.

                    Hi team,

                    In the month of june 2017, without my permission or approval, samsung phone worth of 64000 was processed and 2 months of emi 5699 (Each month) got deducted from my bank account.

                    Upon inquiring on deductions, i came to know about this fraud.

                    With out my documents, no cheque and no emi card details was shared for this transaction.

                    If i inquire in bajaj finserv, bull # reason is cctv is not working and they are not ready to show me the proof what was submitted.

                    Almost 24000, has been deducted from my account. Each time i step in that office, no one is ready to listen and customer care is not replying at for several months.

                    Please help me.

                        My customer id is 7806861. I have bought lg smart led tv 49uh770t on emi from bajaj finance on 26-july-17 alongwith the extended warranty of cpp asset care policy.

                        My asset care policy loan number is 577bew46820884, my emi is started from 05-august-17. I am chasing the sales person to cancel the policy because there are errors in the policy and i don't want to continue with it. The sales person has left the job in the month of september i understand from the dealer and the new sales person deputed is not able to cancel my policy. I have tried reaching mr. Mrunal jawale again one of the irresponsible area sales manager who was not responding to my cancellation request.in short i am trying to cancel my policy since issued to me but i am not getting a way out. I have even written emails to the sales person of bajaj in regards to the same. I have also send the cancellation request with the help of dealer to cancel the policy which he had sent to the bajaj sales person through mail.

                        I therefore request you to cancel my policy and refund me the money in regards to the same.

                                I have applied for personal loan through online in the month of november 2017. I have still not received any update. I have been calling to personal loan customer care service and no one provides a proper response. I have never seen worst customer service lyk this. Please have this sorted out. I am in need of money and i have also provide my documents for pl processing, now it has been told that the file is on hold due to bounce. I have bounced and cleared all outstanding balance. It’s a worst service. When i call ccc team they don't even answer my question and before that they disconnect the call. Please have a quality check implemented for pl ccc team. I need a quick response on my personal loan and need to get a call on the same.

                                  Bajaj offed last year premium card and i have paid 3999 on 1st jan 2017, i have used the card and paying all emi on times and getting nocs also from bajaj. Never bounced any 1 single emi.

                                  On 3-jan-17 i saw they blocked my card due to my cibil score low with any information. Bajaj didn't tell the any information about this when offered card in jan 2017. According to my past history in bajaj my account is very clear.

                                  Customer care called me today and told we are not "we are unable to activate your emi card currently"

                                  I paid membership fee and bajaj blocked the card.

Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe 410dfs61614775" is tagged to my loan account. This is totally unwanted product for me beside this i am astonished for such action of this reputed company.

                                        I have taken a personal loan from bajaj finance with loan account number 400spl31539211. Due to some financial issues we are unable to pay the installment for the last 3 months. We have paid our last payment on 31st of october 2017.

                                        Since last week me and my family were being harassed by the collection team with illegitimate words. We were deeply worried by the threatening behavior of the collection team.

                                        We heard from the collection team that bajaj was not working under the rbi guidelines and there was no way that rbi rules need to be followed. Please confirm if that was true.

                                        We are not saying that we will not make the payment. But the only thing we need is 10 working days time to complete the overdue.

                                        My husband health was not good since last 8 months and he was undergoing treatment at home. But we were seriously worried about the way the collection team was talking to my family members.

                                        Request you to acknowledge the issue from your side and resolve the same. Else i am planning to address the same to regional rbi office and file a case in women police wing in hyderabad.
