My customer id is 7806861. I have bought lg smart led tv 49uh770t on emi from bajaj finance on 26-july-17 alongwith the extended warranty of cpp asset care policy.

My asset care policy loan number is 577bew46820884, my emi is started from 05-august-17. I am chasing the sales person to cancel the policy because there are errors in the policy and i don't want to continue with it. The sales person has left the job in the month of september i understand from the dealer and the new sales person deputed is not able to cancel my policy. I have tried reaching mr. Mrunal jawale again one of the irresponsible area sales manager who was not responding to my cancellation request.in short i am trying to cancel my policy since issued to me but i am not getting a way out. I have even written emails to the sales person of bajaj in regards to the same. I have also send the cancellation request with the help of dealer to cancel the policy which he had sent to the bajaj sales person through mail.

I therefore request you to cancel my policy and refund me the money in regards to the same.

I have attached the policy cancellation request letter written by me for your ready reference which the dealer has sent to the sales person via email for policy cancellation. I therefore request you to cancel the policy at the earliest.

Hi, I team as informed to me on mail I have received refund of INR 4195 but the balance refund of INR 839 i.e. last emi deducted amount is not received by me which was supposed to be credited to my account after 13 January 2018 as confirmed by you over the mail. Request you to kindly initiate the refund process at the earliest and confirm me the same.

    I have no pending emi to pay on both the loan accounts

    I was promised that this card is free.
    But now they are charging annual inactive fee of rs. 117/-.
    I do not want to pay any annual inactive fee. Please deactivate the card immediately.

      I k. Lokesh kumar mobile no [protected] on 2nd december, your customer care called me for bajaj elite emi card membership and asked me to pay rs 4777/- earliest.

      On he same day made the payment through my mobikwik wallet (Rs 4777/-). Payment was debited successfully and i received a mail in this regard

      Sir your representative told that i will get the card in next 6 day on my home address. But till date, there is no further communication from your side and i yet to get the card.

      Sir, i would request your good selves to kindly do the needful earliest.

          I have applied for personal loan through online in the month of november 2017. I have still not received any update. I have been calling to personal loan customer care service and no one provides a proper response. I have never seen worst customer service lyk this. Please have this sorted out. I am in need of money and i have also provide my documents for pl processing, now it has been told that the file is on hold due to bounce. I have bounced and cleared all outstanding balance. It’s a worst service. When i call ccc team they don't even answer my question and before that they disconnect the call. Please have a quality check implemented for pl ccc team. I need a quick response on my personal loan and need to get a call on the same.

            Hi,
            Bajaj offed last year premium card and i have paid 3999 on 1st jan 2017, i have used the card and paying all emi on times and getting nocs also from bajaj. Never bounced any 1 single emi.

            On 3-jan-17 i saw they blocked my card due to my cibil score low with any information. Bajaj didn't tell the any information about this when offered card in jan 2017. According to my past history in bajaj my account is very clear.

            Customer care called me today and told we are not "we are unable to activate your emi card currently"

            I paid membership fee and bajaj blocked the card.

Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe 410dfs61614775" is tagged to my loan account. This is totally unwanted product for me beside this i am astonished for such action of this reputed company.

                  I have taken a personal loan from bajaj finance with loan account number 400spl31539211. Due to some financial issues we are unable to pay the installment for the last 3 months. We have paid our last payment on 31st of october 2017.

                  Since last week me and my family were being harassed by the collection team with illegitimate words. We were deeply worried by the threatening behavior of the collection team.

                  We heard from the collection team that bajaj was not working under the rbi guidelines and there was no way that rbi rules need to be followed. Please confirm if that was true.

                  We are not saying that we will not make the payment. But the only thing we need is 10 working days time to complete the overdue.

                  My husband health was not good since last 8 months and he was undergoing treatment at home. But we were seriously worried about the way the collection team was talking to my family members.

                  Request you to acknowledge the issue from your side and resolve the same. Else i am planning to address the same to regional rbi office and file a case in women police wing in hyderabad.

                    Hi i tried to buy sony tv from saravana stores karapakkam and tried for bajaj finserv. I paid down payment using credit card at saravana stores. I received sms on my registered mobile number with sf id and confirmation and from the next day onwards the person is not available. I do not know the status and the tv is not delivered and who is going to pay me the down payment back.

                    I do not know any status after that. If emi is approved and if the tv will be delivered or the way to cancel the bajaj finserv finance and emi.

                    I tried to reach customer care and no way o[censored]sing sf id to reach customer care.

                      Recovery team took television from my home and didnt give any loan clear certificate and next month came to my home for emi
                      I asked recovery manager,, he didnt responded,,, and he used bad language and used some vulger comments on my caste i belong to back ward caste,,,, he blong to oc caste

                      No tv at my home,, but every month am paying emi to bajaj fin serv,,,

                      Team leader kumar came to my home with 5 memebers and took tv,,

                      So please dont take loans on products in bajaj fin serv company

                        I have purchased a/c through finance from bajaj finserv. They have collected money for extended warranty during purchase itself and they cheated me providing extended warranty certificate of some other person. Even after so many letters to them they keeps on silent for 4 months. Their executives not willing to resolve these complaints as all my emi due has been completed. Worst customer care redressal.

                          Dear team,

                          I have applied and got the personal loan and i have paid 10emi’s with bajaj currently i have sent the mail for pre closure of the loan.

                          I have got the call from cfo desk and he told to clear 1, 10, 000 i asked were the amount which i have paid has an emi 50000.

                          He told one useless calculation which is not co-relating to this and this is really worst service given by the team, i have told i will not make the single payment going forward no proper retention effort.

                          Please help.

                              I have applied for emi card online by paying 471 inr through my debit card, but i have not received a card or even any details from your end.
                              Secondly, trying a so-called customer care number where in there is no option to talk to any person who can resolve this.

                                In my bajaj finserv experia it shows I had a limit of 60000 ELC card .I should withdraw cash from branch with ELC card.I want to know how I use this card is it different from EMI card.

The problem is that your employee/office registered wrong mobile number in my contact details and he didn't asked me my e-mail address, also i don't know the password for my account for login so that i cant do anything from my side i also visited your office for help but they told you have to email them but it didn't solved my problem. So i request you to correct my registered mobile number in contact details.

                                      Bajaj finance — deduction of amount from my account info: bajaj fin mndtvrfchgs sep-17

                                      I have bought a tv from giriyas electronics in the month of september 2017 and i have paid all the charges required for the card formation.

                                      On dated 30-11-17 i have observed that the amount of rs.118 has been debited from my account as mentioned above. I do not understand that, why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid the additional amount for the charges of the emi.

                                      Please let me know what are these charges exactly, and please clear it asap, and refund it soon, i'll raise a complaint against it.
