First i was pleased with bajaj service, now i'm not satisfied becz. My card limit was 126000 from there it reduced to 50000. I paid all emi s on time even after this happens which i'm totally not satisfied. I have noticed online that same has happened to others. When i contacted the customer care they told me that, it's the audit department responsible for and they don't have any access to that. I request the bajaj department, when a customer is paying all emi on time increase the limit don't decrease it. Thank you.

    It was communicated to me that its a express loan based on the applied and waiting for more than 2 weeks for the disbursal,

    No contacts given, no one know about your company detail everyone need 2 working days to come back but nothing happen,

    Am chasing on daily basis for the loan disbursal but still waiting only

    I sincerly not recommend bajaj finserv for any of my freinds, please dont go with bajaj for anything

        Purchased samsung LED of worth 54000 on bajaj fineserv .
        Your officer collected all installments on time but possibly filled them late by due dates.
        He even did not provided few receipts.
        Besides many receipts are dateless.
        Kept me in dark regarding such ongoing dues since inception.
        Your company also blocked my smartcard stopping our further purchase.

        Saying 0% interest and imposing 13000 fine does not suits your credentials.

        Hope you will pay attention to a rural but empowered consumer like me.

        Plese free me from such charges n unblock my card.

              My name is paramjit kaur customer id 43561237. I got a phone from bajaj and they told me there is a card specally for u and there is a charge of 4777. On 25 sep i pay the amount of 4777 from my ac (Bank of baroda) as a lifetime membership of elite emi card. Its almost 3 month still i am not get my card. Customer care told me that the card is come with in 21 working days. Plz solve this or refund my money.

                Bajaj finserv is calling its old customers daily repeatedly asking them to apply for loan. I believe this is not required as people have enough knowledge and sense to enquire about it when needed.

                Nobody likes to get disturbed on a daily basis.

                Please stop calling people and irritating them.

                I'm one of the victims of this stupidity from last 4 years.
                Unfortunately i had taken a loan from bajaj finserv 4 years ago and thats already settled. But because my phone number was shared with them, i still receive calls on a daily basis.

                These calls are automated and say the standard dialog "Dear Customer, Welcome to Bajaj FinServ. If you would like to apply for loan press 1 . . . . . . . ."

                Please understand that this is very irritating. There was an instance when I got this automated call at 2:30AM in the night. Just image how pathetic it would be if you get a call at 2:30AM in the night for applying a loan.

                Please take urgent and appropriate action on this. Thanks in advance.

                Please unsubscribe me from these mails. I contacted my Mobile Carrier and registered for DND, but Bajaj FinServ still calls me. I'm not sure if their phone calls are covered under the DND rules.

                Any update on this ? Looks Bajaj FinServ has become ignorant to customers problems. They are just interested in irritating the customers and frustrating them with stupid phone calls.
                Please delete my registered mobile number [protected] and daily I am getting 5-6 times voice calls. I am not at all intrested to take personal loan or convert my housing load to bajaj or fixed deposit. If this repeats I will go to consumer court

                    This complaint is regarding my loan account 400cdd56635067 with bajaj finserv. I have paid my emi for the month of december and the same is also reflecting in my bajaj finserv account. I paid the emi on dec 12th and prior to that i was charged mandate reject charges as bajaj finance had raised the same to the bank about some signature mismatch. I raised a request with finserv loan department and sent a query. They suggested me to make the emi payment online after which i made the payment on dec 12th. I was surprised to get a message on dec 16th of another mandate reject charge. I contacted the bank and they confirmed that as bajaj finserv has again raised a request for payment of emi, hence the mandate reject charge. I would like to know why i was charged on dec 16th when i had already paid my emi on dec 12th. Also bajaj finserv has charged me for their card and though 45 days have passed i am yet to receive my card. My bank also confirmed that they had many customers who had faced same issue with bajaj finserv regarding mandate reject even after paying their emis. This is a clear case of customer harassment and i request strict action to be taken against bajaj finserv.

                        Hello, my loan got approval and all the formalities completed last week but am still waiting for the losn disbursal

                        The major issue with the people id there is no proper contacy number or customer care like other bank to get help, we need to write email and wait for 7 days to get respond, very bad

                        I suggest people dont go with bajaj finser for any loan

                          I have not used your bajaj finserv card anytime. The card issued to me also expired on 08/2014. After that i have not received any card from you.
                          Now (29/nov/2017 ecs - tpcf bajaj finance[protected] you have charged for the card and withdrew money from my account without my knowledge. This is not fair.

                            I have purchase led tv from m/s aradhya enterprises, nagpur. Shopkeeper give me emi 3750 for 8 month but unfortunately i have getting emit 4173 from bajaj finseve. It is very difficult to pay extra amount for me.

                            How can you people 423 rs. Extra added in my emi without my permission. I think bajaj company will going on wrong way and disappointing to their customer.
                            So, requesting to you please reverse the same as early as possible.

                                I had paid my emi bills regularly but still i was charged rupees 3600 extra for the last month emi that was on 5th december 2017 i got a message to pay rs. 7959 as my emi amount which was rs.4359/- for all the previous month emi. Thier was a sudden increase of rs.3600/- at the time of closure.

                                I had contacted [protected]@bajajfinserv.in for updates on the same but i could not get the proper resolution as to why i was charged extra for the last emi and the case was resolved 5 times without any resolution. I had taken the loan for 51600/- but the bajaj finance customer portal shows loan for 55, 200. Is this a kind of scam that initially you deduct less to keep customer trust and then later on cheat the customer.

                                I would like to know why are these extra charges been levied on my account since i have paid all my emi without any fail my customer id is mentioned below reference.

                                Bajaj Finserv is Fraud Company check out below mentioned case and you can understand what they can do with you personal saving account. So my advice to all please think 200 times to go for bajaj for any kind of LOAN.

                                I had one LOAN from bajaj finserv by the 4010CD38626513 for which 2500 will be deducted every month from my PNB bank account and in December month my EMI got deducted 2 times from my bank account one EMI is on 7th December with and another is on 8th December with the same LOAN number. When I have called up on their CUSTOMER CARE or marked them an email so their executive were saying sir no problem if 2 emi got deducted from your account so we will refund of one in your account but will be getting details from bank by 13th of every month so till then you send us your bank statement so that we can check. Today they are saying sir give us 4 days more to check.. I have sent them the statement which clearly shows emi got deducted 2 times but now they are not responding because it’s a fault at their part. How any company can deduct 2 emi in the same month when ECS mandate is signed by the customer and company also assured the customer that these is your instalment plan. It’s means they are breaking ECS mandate and can deduct any amount from bank with the LOAN reference. It’s a fraudulent activity what they are doing. Pathetic company with ### services.
                                I have submitted the bank statement and the EMI charge sheet also but now the customer care says that some non sense ballon offer was activated so the extra EMI is deducted after all the EMI.

                                Points to jolt down here is,

                                When my loan was approved I was told that my per month EMI would be 4359 so as per the agreement I was under the impression that I will be charged the same for next 12 months.

                                For 12 months it is 52, 308/- but when I check the Bajaj finance loan portal it says 55, 200 now how is the EMI calculation done here when EMI means equated monthly installment but Bajaj finance has some different thought process on EMI so they deduct the amount as per their requirement and say some Ponzi schemes are activated when customer enquirs about it.This is a clear cut fraud case wherin customer is cheated openly and their is no proper calculation of EMI.

                                these people are just looting the customer by charging more at the closure of the EMI when we ask for any justification they say some non sense offers are activated after 10 days of case raise date prior to this they don't even know about the offer.

                                Also The customer will never know and will never be kept posted about this offer and this makes it even more clear that they are doing fraud with the customer being at loss.

                                I request consumer complaint team to look into this and help me to get my money back as these people are always coming up with multiple offers just to console the customer and resolve their case. I can even share the recent call clip where the customer care was apologizing for informing the Ballon offer at this point of time when their fraud schemes are exposed.

                                  My card is on the name of bharati gohil. My card has been blocked and i am totally unaware for what reasons. I have not received any information about my card block. My loans and payment are all clear and i am in complete confusion what is going on. The customer service is very very poor how can one ever get problems solved? What is the whole point of having a customer care number if you want a customer to wait till 10 -15 mins and still not get answered and just hang up the phone.in todays technology half of the problems are solved on the phone. I am very disappointed and i feel completely helpless about the situation. I request you to rsvp me as soon as possible within 8 hours of my complain

                                    I recently applied for my bajaj emi card on 7 december 2017 on my already existing finserv account. The 399 mount excluding taxes was deducted from my account but i wasn't notified via any communications from bajaj.
                                    Its already been more than 8 working days still, no tracking is generated. Either i should be getting my emi card as soon as possible or my refund.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I delayed a payment on my bajajfinserv card and i think due to that my card it shows temporarily blocked.. I have made the payment and there was a delay of ten days. How much time will it take my card to be active again since i wish to purchase something. I tried every toll free number chargeable numbers but it seem im sorry to say that your customer service service is pretty bad and some numbers given by your customer agents dont exist and they dont have a clue about it.
