Bajaj finserv charged me extra amount on processing fees and started charging interest on the same despite a written commitment of 0% processing fees. On top of the same, they started charging emi on a loan that is still not disbursed.
I have send them many emails over last 3 months, but they are taking endless duration to fix either of these issues.
Also, i have submitted atleast 10 ecs/nach forms to them and each time, either they have misplaced the same or written wrong account nos. Leaving them useless.
Despite all of this hardships, i have been patiently waiting for their response.
On top of that, today, on 26th dec, they had the audacity to send recovery agents to my home to collect the pending dues despite another commitment from them accepting their mistake of mis-handled ecs forms and unable to resolve my issues.

Not sure what to do now? All my steps to reconcile this and clear the issues are going fruitless.
