Hi i am tack one loan from bajaj finserv they charge credit vidya 2499 that i dint need upfront charges (I don't know what it is) that is 7201 (Why this is we don't know and wallet protect 3599 why this they don't give any explanation

Thy charges almost 13000 hidden charges the executive does not explain anything and they sed without this charges
This is totally cheating the customers

You have the best goodwill in the market we feel bajaj is one of our indian blood group not the cheating blood group

I am totally disappointed with this could you please revert this charges or could you please revert the total loan amount

    This is nisha, from nisha. I had purchased a emi card as per your instructions, i have been asked to submit nach (Ecs) form to the nearest branch.

    I visited branch in jalandhar

    I met manager there and with his guidance, i submitted nach ecs form. Still today, i did not get any status about my card activation. What is the positive or negative issue? Pls let me know.

      Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card. I am not using it. I don't have any pending transaction till date. This card deducted rupees 117 from my bank account without my permission on 22nd december 2017. The card validity itself was 08/15, then how come the amount was deducted now? Please deactivate this card as soon as possible. Also please credit rs.117 /=to my bank account.

        Now your have sent a message alert for closing emi amount 3167/- again due on 02 jan 2018.
        As per my statement your last emi amount 8th emi supposed to be closed on 02 dec 2017. Please clarify.

          I am a regular customer of bajaj finserv lending. My loan is running from last 20 months and i have paid regular installments. But due to medical emergency this month installment is pending. I said executive i will pay the amount whenever i will receive money from students of computer class or
          Medical refunds.

          But he is calling daily and harassing me and my family is upset due to this. Now i asked him if there is a medical emergency, should 1 pay the installment to bank or should 1 try to pay to docter to save life.
          He said bank does not know all this, you should pay installment and not bother about anyone living or dying due to illness.

          Is this the way bajafinserv deals with the customer.

            Bajaj finserv charged me extra amount on processing fees and started charging interest on the same despite a written commitment of 0% processing fees. On top of the same, they started charging emi on a loan that is still not disbursed.

            I have send them many emails over last 3 months, but they are taking endless duration to fix either of these issues.

            Also, i have submitted atleast 10 ecs/nach forms to them and each time, either they have misplaced the same or written wrong account nos. Leaving them useless.

            Despite all of this hardships, i have been patiently waiting for their response.

            On top of that, today, on 26th dec, they had the audacity to send recovery agents to my home to collect the pending dues despite another commitment from them accepting their mistake of mis-handled ecs forms and unable to resolve my issues.

            As usual and expected, Bajaj Finserv is silent on this since Jan 2nd (also from Sep, when the original issues were raised) and they have no updates on this.

            Not sure what to do now? All my steps to reconcile this and clear the issues are going fruitless.

              I am sick and tired on bajaj finance and bajaj finserv. They call on a daily basis and send unwanted sms to my mobile no [protected]. I have activated dnd on my number but still mobile calls come to us. I use truecaller to block all the calls coming from bajaj finance but they call from another number, mostly i believe these are computer driven calls. Another horrible feature of bajaj is their ivr recording, they call me and then they bloodly ask me to punch numbers for the various products offered by them. Pls send this response to the chairman of bajaj finance as they are creating a very bad name in the market. I have also decided not to do any more business using bajaj finance card,

              Thanks for your revert. But the kind of selling other products so aggressively using untrained resources ( 6 people calling 6 times a day) plus some stupid computer calling every day and giving me unwanted and uninterested information when I am in critical meeting or hospital is absolutely below the brand name of Bajaj.

Incase you want to discontinue my Bajaj Finance card and sever all relations to stop these calls, pls email me and I will be glad to cut all business relations with your group.                 In sudden rs.117 debited from my account which is making me highly irritation and i will not going to use this card anymore.

                I am highly demotivated because of this action from bajaj finance and will never go to such finance option no more.

                Take action to revert back to my amount and cancel my card immediately.

                If no action, then this will be treated as illegal and will be informed to others to avoid to go for bajaj finance.

                    I have received the elite card. With the same old emi card limits. No any increases in this card lone amount.. As u say it will be o[censored]pto 3 lakhs rs.                       Prodcluct purchase price is 8990bajaj finance; paid 2 emis as dp, however my loan amount still shows as 8990. The bajajloan finance processing team at chroma wakad pune mentions it as standard way of processing. I was made to sign a blank bank mandate and did not get a copy of loan application documents. If the dp made to the store is no where mentioned in the loan documents how is loan calculated.

                              Bajaj finance automatically increased the rate of interest and after 5 days i started receiving calls from pune office and email to pay switch fees of rs. 17100/- incl. Gst to again reduce my rate of interest. Just cheating people.

                              Also they have wrongly collected 3 emis totaling rs. 1, 40, 532/- through ecs from me in the month of jan, feb and march and handed over me the loan in march, after constant follow-up for 9 months i received the amount of rs. 1, 13, 391/-.

                                I have paid my personal loan by foreclosing it on 15th december 2017 by demand draft, which is of amount 94770 rupees and i need to pay lesser amount than this. Bt baja finserv cashier purposely made wrong foreclosure statement slip and gave to me. I asked him twice about issue that time he said don't worry air your amount will be deducted as shown on foreclosure letter but when i got mail from baja finserv they deduct more money than they have to.
                                I am going to attached all the screenshot of documents and foreclosure slip as proof.
                                Bajaj finserv is purposely doing all these things to customers. There are many customers getting fooled by bajaj finserv daily.
                                Kindly help me resolve this issue

                                  My customer id: 55021314. I have bought haier - washing machine htw82-185v on emi from bajaj finance. But later on i got a call from cpp asset care for extended warranty, it is already 20 to 30 days before but still i did not get any documents. Now i have decided to cancel the extended warranty of cpp asset care policy. So request you to kindly look into this matter as urgent.

                                  My asset care policy number is ac0966720, my asset care emi will start from 02-jan-18 so do it fast. Please cancel cpp asset care policy.

                                      I have checked my credit score there is some consumer loan account from from bajaj finserv leaving bad effect in my account which is not taken by me if you see my statement and match my details not even matching,

                                      I am sharing you the statement of my cibil score, i think there major misunderstanding, cause i never bought anything through bajaj finserv please correct it and and remove it from my account as it is effecting very badly to my cibil score '

                                        Dear sir, i have made a advance emi against emi card whom i have asked for refund and they have refunded in my hdfc account at 11 december and i have already changed the ecs one month before in 10 november. Due to this i cannot use that money, as the hdfc account was not in operation since 1 years. Kinldy help.

                                        Thanks for concern, but I have contacted bank, and they say any statement doesn't not show the amount in minus, it only shows in Mobile app in Balance.they have actived my id for few minutes, so that i can login the mobile app.i am sharing screenshot showing the balance after deduction.

                                        And i Have tried lot, after that i have raised the issue, I Am Normal earning member and 4980/- lots to me.My concern is Genuine, i am accepting that you have send the money in hdfc account but that account have approx 7000 /-minus balnce so they adjusted the whole amount, and i have already conveyed that not transfer any amount to hdfc bank account.After all today I have not stoped the EMI which deduction was on today, but If I will not refund or amount adjusted in my EMI the i will not oay further EMI.

                                        I have also informed to Your telephonic Officer that without taking my concent they have refunded the amount in HDFC Account.

                                        The main Issue is that my ecs mandate have changed one before your neft process, and on 2 nd December You are deducting emi from Axis Bank and on 11 December your are refunding on Hdfc bank, is This your financial system.

                                        And According Your Telecaller EMI got refund in that account from which recent EMI deducted, Then Where are your financial expert.

                                        I am very sorry, due to your fault i will not suffer, i am going to block all your future EMI and ready for the legal Action.
