Updated by srinivasmp I got two calls yesterday one in the morning from social media customer care team to confirm the issue.
But second call is very strange.
This call I got from Thane branch and one lady called me.
She was confirmed her as she was the lady who taken my NACH mandate form, PAN card, Aadhaar card my photo and cancelled cheque.
Now she was requesting me to send the documents again by courier.
I asked: What happen to my documents which I already submitted?
She said: We are misplaced them.
I asked: If it used by someone else then?
She said: No it will not happen. It may gone for verification and may rejected.
I said: I'm not received any rejection confirmation.
She said: Then they may miss out by us.
I said: If anyone use those documents then?
She said: No it will never happen, send me one more copy of documents. We will process them.
I said: No! I never send again. First tell me where is my documents.
She said: She will call me back for the same again.
But till now I'm not received any call from them.
I'm waiting for call now.
I used Bajaj EMI card many times for my Laptop, Refrigerator, LCD and AC from many years.
All loans got paid and closed.
Now I planned to use it again but why Bajaj dealing with me like this I'm not understood.
And that too for stupid KYC which already there with them.
Even they don't have proper plan to complete the KYC for existing customers.
I don't know but stupid plan and stupid people are hired to process the KYC Bajaj.
I think Bajaj management should think about it seriously.
I don't have contact to send this message to Bajaj management.
If anyone have then forward this and give my reference.
I will talk to them.

Updated by srinivasmp Yesterday again I got the call from social media customer care lady.
She asked: do you got a call from Thane branch.
I said: Yes
She: can please re-submit the documents?
I: No problem! but I want to know what happen to my last submitted documents? I want written note on it.
She: OK! you will get the call from Thane branch again by EOD.
But till now nothing is received.
I will wait for the proper response.
My intention is not wrong. Bajaj management should know what is going on in Thane branch.
I faced lot of problems to submit the documents at Thane branch.
Too much arrestment for simple KYC.
I taken leave to submit the documents in Thane branch.
And what I got ? Nothing.

As discussed and confirmed to send me the mail stating that you misplaced my documents at you HO and requested to submit the KYC documents again and this time you will complete the process on high priority basis.
But I'm not received any mail from you on misplaced documents.
After one week wait I submitted my KYC documents personally at your Thane branch but till now I'm not received your mail stating you misplaced my documents.
Top on this I got a mail stating that you received my re-submitted documents and you will process in 15 to 20 days.
THIS IS YOUR HIGH PRIORITY PROCESS?
There should be a big penalty on it like you take from us when we miss EMI.
