This is regarding with my bajaj finserv credit card, totally i took 4 loans out that 3 paid and the fourth is in problem. After i took the 4th loan (8 - emi), 1st emi i paid through my bank account (Od account). 2nd month i closed my bank od account so that bank gave me a new account number with same company name. Before closing my od account i informed bajaj and they said produce new cheque leaf with letter to bajaj...

I am getting collection call for untaken loan, i visited bajaj finance branch bajaj finance employee verified each and every thing and told it's not belongs to you it will be remove with in 10-12 days, it's around 1 year nothing happen.

I also mailed at wecare, grivilance and also at bajaj finserv managerial person email got reply mail we have already removed the thing and you will no receive any collection call or our representative...

fraud on - flexi loan or overdraft facility

Very professionally these people doing fraud business. Initially i got a call and informed you are eligible for the over draft on daily basis interest.

While giving the loan without any intimation they are taken insurance and told all false information.

5000/- cash back processing fee, but still now i didnt get any refund. Even sales team not responding and i have many mails and calls to customer care on it....

Please do not call to my number for any personal loans as i don't need it. If i want, i will call you and apply. Your calls come at inappropriate times and are very much annoying. I want not calls to this number from your end. For your information, i had registered on do not call register a long way back and you may check it. I was having SBI home loan. One day person from Bajaj Finserv called for loan transfer offer with low interest rate. He told that with Rs.7000 stamp-duty fees you will get loan of 20 lakh with interest rate lower than current SBI rate.

When actual loan approved I had suffered loss of about Rs.25000 as below
Rs.7000 + 17680 for processing +membership charges (No idea of this amount in initial discussions)
