Bajaj finserv offered me flexi loan, they told me that I can withdraw any number of times and repay at any number of times.
In documentation also they have provided the information.
While I am accepting the loan also I clearly mentioned about the processing fee and other charges, like I have not accepted for credit, and credit health report
and processing fee charges.
But they have charged me more processing fee than accepted, they have processed for credit health report which is charged and processed a RBL credit card without my acceptance.
Later i called to Bajaj finserv customer support and resolved 3 issues of the processing fee, credit health report and RBL credit card after so many calls and escalations.

After 7 months now they have blocked my flexi loan account without prior information, when I have contacted them they are telling that as per there internal policy and credit behavior they have blocked.

    Dear grievance team,

    Yesterday i've got call from bajaj finserv [protected] (Lady) regrading personal loan, she told me that 'don't worry sir before eod you will received call' but still now i'm not any response from your end why i don't know??? As of now she also told "if you have eligible so you will be reminder from your end'.

    However, as discussed with your executive also shared details (Contact number & name-[protected] & miss. Payel banerjee) which was previously same as.

    I've shared my all details in my previous mail.
    Please check details before arrange call back.

    Your response really don't make any sense to my earlier email. I want to asked your manager to reply me as an evidence of highest point escalation. But still you don't bother to any words what i say here. I'm sill unable to received any positive response from your customer service representative and mailing team. Why the hell you neglect to consider any of my emails.

    I would like to file my extreme dissatisfaction with bajaj finserv service grievance team.
    What a beautiful solution!
    Bajaj finserv can you please tell me???

    Kindly do needful immediately and as soon as possible and take action against concern team and need personal loan nothing more else also will be should give best services of valuable customer as soon as possible otherwise i will not use to your sevicer after previous ending loan.

      Hello,

      I have to make official complaint against two bajaj finserv executives namely isteyak shaikh who is the sales head for a branch in mumbai (I don't remember the branch name, so pls. Excuse) and another mr. Sohail who works under him.

      The whole process started on 22nd nov when i first got the call from sohail asking if i have a requirement for personal loan. I replied yes and sent him all the documents which were required for processing. He even took my office pics from me and the whole thing was sent via email to him. It was all fast. Next day he sent an executive at my current residence and office address to verify residence and office details. Till here it was smooth. Then started the fun and mess-ups. Sohail got injured in an accident and could not report to office for 2-3 days (Sat 24th, sun 25th, mon 26th). My case was handled by one rajat gupta who again reports to isteyak. He asked me for confirmation of my email id on saturday 24th nov which was duly given to him in 5 mins. However my case was i was working as a contractor at my workplace and my employment was with a bangalore company. So he asked for email verification from my company email address. I didn't had the email address of that company because it was never created at first place. So i couldn't reply to his email from the email address of my bangalore employer. So he asked for the hr details to do employment verification which i provided and verification process was completed on monday 26th. My compnay hr duly replied to the mail from credit manager.

      Then for 2-3 days i was following up with mr. Sohail for my loan disbursement and i was told that it will happen today on tuesday. Tuesday gone nothing happened. Then on wednesday again i was assured that it would happen. Wednesday i kept calling him and informing him via sms that i have not yet received any credit in my account. This went on till wednesday 9 pm when i realized that the cutoff time has passed and now i cannot get any funds today. Then on thursday i made a call to isteyak that i needed an update on my case today and that a whole week has been wasted in the process. The complaint about this guy is he always seems to be in train when i used to call him and never responds to calls instantly. Also gives stupid excuses of not answering to calls saying he is in train and will call back and never does so. He has no control over his teammates and what they are doing. He told me he will call me back again as usual and never replied. Then 2 hrs. Back i received a call from mr. Sohail that due to some internal error from their side and he accepted that a mistake was done from their side my disbursement would happen through cheque and he is waiting for the cheque to arrive. I called him repeatedly after every 4 hrs. To check with him if the cheque has arrived but no reply came from his side. He said he would check with the courier guy and would let me know if it arrives.in the afternoon on thursday 30th nov i received my xperia login id and password from where i came to know the cheque amounts (There were 2 cheques. One cheque was of the citibank loan they closed and other was of the difference amount). Another day gone and no cheque received.

      Today is friday 1st dec and after repeated follow ups i am fed up of this institution and their processes

        I am daily getting 5-10 calls for loan. Pls understand that i dont need loan. This kind o[censored]nethical behaviour is extremely not asked for. Bajaj is getting into my personal space and this is not acceptable now. This is customer harrasment and very frustrating now. Kindly stop asap or else i will move to consumer court against you. Expecting quick response.

              Daily 2 to 3 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end. This all call are taped calls. So no body is talking it is just tap.
              I have block the number but next time it comes from other number. I am really so much angry regarding this bajaj finserve calls. It comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan. So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no [protected].

                Hello this is sharanbasappa from gulbarga karanata from my bank account thir has dectied 6000rs because of cheque bounce charged and even ur employee who is in receqries has also took fine for the same every month so now again he is asking to give the cheque bounce charges 400 even last time he took 500 as late payment charges now today he came near my home and doing man handling pls reply my mali or call me it's my no [protected]

                  On 28/11/2017 Rs117 has been deducted from my SBI account unnecessarily from bajaj auto . It's the worst scenario I have seen. 3yrs ago my emi had been already repaid and now why this unnecessary deduction . When the card was provided it was said that no annual charges will be levied. I want my money back immediately. The transaction Id is P[protected]Tr. Customer Id is 15665701. I shall complaint in customer forum henceforth if no action is taken further.

                    Please deactivate and close my emi card [protected] valid from 09/13 upto 09/23. I do not need this card any more.

                    Please note that i do not need any kind of loan from you in near future.

I spoke to yasmin she told she received the amount and she is going to send me one link of the form tommorrow but today no phones call no any link has ben send to me.                         Dear all,

                        This is regarding with my bajaj finserv credit card, totally i took 4 loans out that 3 paid and the fourth is in problem. After i took the 4th loan (8 - emi), 1st emi i paid through my bank account (Od account). 2nd month i closed my bank od account so that bank gave me a new account number with same company name. Before closing my od account i informed bajaj and they said produce new cheque leaf with letter to bajaj head office and i also did the same. But from 3rd month on wards they collected emi as cash and said it will be clear through bank from next month. But every (Till my 8th emi) month their collection person said the same excuse and they are keen on collecting payment.in the mean time (From the 2nd month) i sent lot of email to bajaj regarding this issue and i got the computer generated email only. Its happened 4 months before and now i received the outstanding amount of rs.13000. After i received the statement i sent more than 8 email still i got a computer generated response only.

                        For this reason i don't want to block my credit card and also i am not ready to pay the excess amount.

                          I am getting collection call for untaken loan, i visited bajaj finance branch bajaj finance employee verified each and every thing and told it's not belongs to you it will be remove with in 10-12 days, it's around 1 year nothing happen.

                          I also mailed at wecare, grivilance and also at bajaj finserv managerial person email got reply mail we have already removed the thing and you will no receive any collection call or our representative visit at your home, but there are no any value of bajaj finance email commitment.

                          They are unnecessary harassing me.

                          At my home my family are there bajaj finance executive going there and using abusive language.

                          I d'ont know what the next step should taken by me.

                          @bajaj finance can you please suggest what the next step should taken by me or where to make the next complain...

                              fraud on - flexi loan or overdraft facility

                              Very professionally these people doing fraud business. Initially i got a call and informed you are eligible for the over draft on daily basis interest.

                              While giving the loan without any intimation they are taken insurance and told all false information.

                              5000/- cash back processing fee, but still now i didnt get any refund. Even sales team not responding and i have many mails and calls to customer care on it....

                              I do not wish get any calls from bajaj.
                              I am tired of receiving calls. I will escalate this matter, if not address at priority.
                              I received a call from +91 [protected] at 10:22 am on 28-nov-2017. And the executive was very rude to me. He dropped the call, without any notice. He left the conversation incomplete. And he did not answer all my questions/concerns. Please convey my feedback to his supervisor.

                              When I am trying to activate mobile wallet, after entering my registered mobile no, the said option of congratulation message or said "B" icon is not coming and so there is no option to input my DOB.Please help me to configure it.My registered mobile no is [protected].                                 I had taken loan through bajaj finserve. I have fully repaid all the dues. Without proper and full information one emi card baring no [protected] has been issued in my name. Without any usage of this card, one fees (Card fees) has been deducted from my bank a/c without any mandate from my end. I am also being very much disturbed from the company person's unwanted phone calls, offering loan proposal, even when i am very busy in my office and also at night in my house. Hence i don;t need of this card. Therefore i want to block the card permanently, and to get return the fees, which has been deducted from my a/c and also to be assured that no charge will be collected from my a/c in future. Kindly do the needful and oblige.

                                    I have received an email about elite membership card from bajaj finserv on 29-aug-2017. On the same day i have applied for the membership from the same email by paying 4, 777 inr online. Since then i haven't received any update, neither confirmation about the payment nor about the membership.

                                    I have sent many emails asking for the update but no replies from your end.
                                    I have tried calling bajaj finserv customer care over phone but they say, customer care for elite membership is different and they dont know the telephone number.

                                    Very irresponsible.

                                    Finally, i had to choose public platform like this to address my complaint. Lets see it it reaches you.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I have taken consumer products through bajaj finance, with that product i also taken 2 ceiling fans, totally i had 8 emi for that consumer loan, and i have paid that total emi,

                                      After 2year i like to take personal loan and applied personal loan in axis bank, but it was rejected due to the cibil issue, the cibil issue is that i am having overdue in bajajfinserve, over due amount is rs.180 and rs.190, totally rs. 370.

                                      I don't know or i don't have even single idea about this, without any intimation or knowledge have i will clear this,

                                      Without any intimation i have lost my cibil score, and instead of that rs.370 now they asking me to pay 16000/.

                                      Upto now i have not received any mail or msg about this emi amount.

                                      And some times i maintained balance upto 8, 00, 000/.in my account, on that time also they have not taken any emi amount,

                                      What is the reason, can any one clarify this?
