Main garib ghr se hu. Main bhot paresaan hu.

    fraud on - flexi loan or overdraft facility

    Very professionally these people doing fraud business. Initially i got a call and informed you are eligible for the over draft on daily basis interest.

    While giving the loan without any intimation they are taken insurance and told all false information.

    5000/- cash back processing fee, but still now i didnt get any refund. Even sales team not responding and i have many mails and calls to customer care on it....

    Hi,

    I do not wish get any calls from bajaj.
    I am tired of receiving calls. I will escalate this matter, if not address at priority.
    I received a call from +91 [protected] at 10:22 am on 28-nov-2017. And the executive was very rude to me. He dropped the call, without any notice. He left the conversation incomplete. And he did not answer all my questions/concerns. Please convey my feedback to his supervisor.

    When I am trying to activate mobile wallet, after entering my registered mobile no, the said option of congratulation message or said "B" icon is not coming and so there is no option to input my DOB.Please help me to configure it.My registered mobile no is [protected].       I had taken loan through bajaj finserve. I have fully repaid all the dues. Without proper and full information one emi card baring no [protected] has been issued in my name. Without any usage of this card, one fees (Card fees) has been deducted from my bank a/c without any mandate from my end. I am also being very much disturbed from the company person's unwanted phone calls, offering loan proposal, even when i am very busy in my office and also at night in my house. Hence i don;t need of this card. Therefore i want to block the card permanently, and to get return the fees, which has been deducted from my a/c and also to be assured that no charge will be collected from my a/c in future. Kindly do the needful and oblige.

          I have received an email about elite membership card from bajaj finserv on 29-aug-2017. On the same day i have applied for the membership from the same email by paying 4, 777 inr online. Since then i haven't received any update, neither confirmation about the payment nor about the membership.

          I have sent many emails asking for the update but no replies from your end.
          I have tried calling bajaj finserv customer care over phone but they say, customer care for elite membership is different and they dont know the telephone number.

          Very irresponsible.

          Finally, i had to choose public platform like this to address my complaint. Lets see it it reaches you.

            Dear sir,

            I have taken consumer products through bajaj finance, with that product i also taken 2 ceiling fans, totally i had 8 emi for that consumer loan, and i have paid that total emi,

            After 2year i like to take personal loan and applied personal loan in axis bank, but it was rejected due to the cibil issue, the cibil issue is that i am having overdue in bajajfinserve, over due amount is rs.180 and rs.190, totally rs. 370.

            I don't know or i don't have even single idea about this, without any intimation or knowledge have i will clear this,

            Without any intimation i have lost my cibil score, and instead of that rs.370 now they asking me to pay 16000/.

            Upto now i have not received any mail or msg about this emi amount.

            And some times i maintained balance upto 8, 00, 000/.in my account, on that time also they have not taken any emi amount,

            What is the reason, can any one clarify this?

              I have applied for elite card on september 9, 2017 and made payment of rs. 4, 777/- on the same day.

              And the person (Santosh patil) who called me and told i am sending a link, that link will be valid for 1/2 an hour only, you need to pay within that period.

              And also, he told me that after your payment done my personal detail will be sent to you on your email id (My mobile number, email id etc.), after payment i have just receipt the name of that person and just the reference no. (Detail attached), and said within 21 days you will receive the card or you will receive your money back.

              Now, almost 2 months, i do not receive the card or not an any information for the card, apart from this i want my money back.

              I do not expect services from the bajaj finserv, earlier i used bajaj emi card and also taken personal loan from the bajaj finserv.

              I do not require this card anymore, i want my money back now.

                I bought one refrigerator from croma - infiniti retail ltd., surat, gujarat. My loan account no. Is 4280cd00023040. When i log on to the bajaj customer portal, i see this is a very old loan that i had taken for rs 12500 and which i already paid, however there is another balic premium cd loan - 428bal00023499 it shows that i have paid rs rs.5, 486/- which then leaves an outstanding amount of rs 346 & 1 missed emi. Statement shows late payment penality of rs. 16, 186 till date.

                That means you charged extra amount rs. 686 every month because of balic premium cd loan - 428bal00023499. I was not told anything like this when i bought this product. Why this extra cost is being associated with my emi amount also i have not got any document regarding this as well? Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted on every month? And you also want rs. 16186 after you did this fraud. I do research on internet i found lot of similar complaints about this same issue.

                I want refund of rs. 5486/- & clear this balic premium cd loan - 428bal00023499 account immediately.

                  Dear sir,
                  I have purchased a water heater on 01/11/2012 (Invoice attached) amounting rs 6, 500/- on 23/01/2017 i registered a complain vide number kol[protected]-1 because of water leakage from geazer. The service man came and said that the geazer is within warranty period and it will be replaced free of cost from the company. He took away the xerox of invoice 1, warranty card. On 30/01/2017 the service man came to our premises and handed over the tag (Attached as tag). We asked the service man from where we will get the replacement. He informed us that we have to contact the shop from where we purchased the same. We contacted the phone number written in invoice-1 [protected], [protected] but no one received the phone. Again we contacted the service man who delivered the tag on phone number [protected] but again he replied that he has nothing to do. Again on 03/02/2017 j registered a complain vide number kol[protected]-1. From there i got the phone number [protected]. After contacting above phone number he informed me to watsapp all the invoice, warranty card which i did. On 06/02/2017 after several contact above person informed that he is in bombay for meeting so i may contact phone number [protected]. Which i did immediately on 06/02/2017 again 0n 14/02/2017 he informed to wattsapp all the invoice, warranty card & tag which i did immediately. On 20/02/2017 he informed that my product is out off market so i have to pay amount to get replacement and he send the chart attached in en closer. As there is no hope to get free replacement as i have understood from 30/01/2017 and as the tag is valid for only 30 days from approval i maintained i will pay 1, 677/- to get the geazer. Then after prolong delay and after regular conversation on 25/02/2017 he informed that the product has arrive midnapur and i have to collect the same after paying rs1, 677/-. I immediately collected the geazer after paying rs 1, 677/-.
                  My complain is
                  1. If it is under warranty then why i have to pay rs 1, 677/-
                  2 if the model is out off stock then the problem should be maintained in the tag.
                  3.in the tag the place from where the replacement is to be done is not maintained.
                  4.in the new invoice the cost is written rs 5, 441/-. But my old geazer of 15 lt was of rs6, 500/ then why i have to pay rs 1, 677/-
                  5. What will be my present status of warranty. Will it will lapse after 5 yrs from 01/11/2012. This is not specified.
                  Please refund my rs 1, 677/- with interest and the cost which i have incurred for so much phone call and used in internet.
                  Please redress my grievance at the earliest so that reputation of your company remain good.

                      I had purchased a mobile phone from bajaj finserv my emi was debited from a account which was not in use for last 1 year when collection guy came to me i was ready to pay bouncing charge to him but the guy refused he said we need only emi i had mailed several times to bajaj finserv regarding this. Last week i have been rceiving threating calls from your higly qulified advocate for legal procedure is this the way to tackle customer though i had paid all the dues to the compay but you had lost a customer for lyf time i will assure that i will not purchase a single product from bajaj and encourage others also to do the same

                        I was having SBI home loan. One day person from Bajaj Finserv called for loan transfer offer with low interest rate. He told that with Rs.7000 stamp-duty fees you will get loan of 20 lakh with interest rate lower than current SBI rate.

                        When actual loan approved I had suffered loss of about Rs.25000 as below
                        Rs.7000 + 17680 for processing +membership charges (No idea of this amount in initial discussions)

                        Also offer mails are sent by BajajFinserv are fraud, I get no offer benefit
                        ( Offer was Rs.10000/- flipcard voucher + 3 EMI holidays - Total fraud)

                        Hence I request action against this. Please note all above if any one thinking to take loan from Bajaj Finserv

                          My self sewak kumar ahuja. I had finance 1 washing machine from your company in the month of august 2016 my loan number is 4010cd24336097 and my contact number is [protected]. My emi started in the month of oct 2016 but it was auto refunded due name missmatch on ecs mandate form. Your executive mentioned sewak kumar singh instead of sewak kumar ahuja so in 1st emi in cash and i told her to one of our executive who called me for emi that please fill once again esc mandate form once gain with correct name. She said our executive will come and collect the emi and they will fill the esc mandate form once again. I said ok. When executive came then he said i am from the collection department another executive will come they will fill the form and when i called to that lady who called me for emi she said yes sir he is from collection department tomorrow another executive will come and fill the ecs mandate form. No executive came to fill the ecs mandate form again in next month same issue payment declined due ecs mandate form not submit. 1 to all emi paid by one link which came on my mobile number from your side. After 4-5 month when i check my cibil in bank bazaar i shocked that after completed my loan i sawed its came amount is due. How can be it possible. So when i called to your customer care she said yes sir 1 insurance emi is pending so i said who will informed me that sir your amount is due she said sir we tried to contact you but we were unable to reach you. How could its possible 4-5 month continuously you were unable to reached me. And when i said how would i pay she said via paytm when i go to paytm then showed me no amount due is this loan even i shared on facebook twitter and i mail you in [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but no response from your side. Even posted in twitter or on facebook no response from your side. How shame less. Wat a pathetic service whenever i posted in twitter your revert me that we will contact you in 24 hour but direct 5: pm or 5:30 pm message came we are unable to reach you. And yesterday i went to your kaushambi office in radisson blue in 2nd floor one of your executive sited he talked with very rude because i said may i know your name he said the information which you want i gave what could you do with my name i told you na 116 is due but 400 is also there due to non submit of 116 rs i told him that the lady who called me for 116 she didn't told me if there is delay in payment there will be any late fee is there. And the executive who talked with me very rude he said regarding that you have to contact in our rajender palace branch that is our collection department.

                          Even when i financed washing machine from you i gave 800 rs extra 500 rs will be the file charges and your executive who sitted in shop they told me if you will pay 300 rs extra you will get on 2nd emi otherwise will get in last emi and till the time of today i havn't got any card when i talked with shop keeper they said please contact with kaushambi branch and when i went there they said please contact with pune branch they will dispatch your card. This type of service you are providing to customer. This complete complaint i will post you in facebook once again. And consumer court also.

                              I have bought and iphone 8 from poorvika mobile with bajaj finserv card and they have added another loan “ digital fone safe” without my knowledge or confirmation. I have never asked for this nor was it notified. I have reached to bajaj finserve but no help. Can i have any contact person whom i can reach to resolve this or i will have to file with cosumer court for this dupe.

                                My name is mohammed mubarak ibrahim a, i was purchased consumer durable electronic items like led tv and washing machine on 2 years back. Same time i applied for emi card for paying extra amount of rs.150/- or 200/-. They said that emi card will reach me within 30 days. But till date i am not recieved that emi card. And i paid all my dues ontime finished the loan all over.
                                After long time recently i plan to buy apple macbook laptop for my official use its cost some where around 65, 000/-. The showroom executive recommend me to go for bajaj finserve emi shceme. I agreed to check my eligibility creteria, theysaid after checking, i dont have eligible to avail loan without any reason. I feel bad and ask them the reason for non-eligibility, they said they too dont know exact reason, there side finance credit team as to give approval for that. And also that executive said in my account detail in bajaj finservs i had emi card got blocked permenetely. Its very very bad thing that without recieving my emi card its got blocked on there side only. I dont no what kind of system they are following.

                                Its really bad attitute they are doing like this, i am one of the prompt repayment customer, i paid all there loan on time. Even in my finance handling record past 10 years i dont have any bounce or return cheques on my record. Always i am making prompt payments all my loans. I need explanation for this and how to get emi card again, this as to be clear from bajaj finserve.

                                If any one explained me why they are making my emi account blocked please explain me.

                                  Big scam from "bajaj finserv" for "elite card membership"

                                  This is akash jain.
                                  Card number ending 6936.
                                  Mobile number: [protected]

                                  I had applied for elite memebership in the month of august and i had received the card in the month of september end, almost 30 days later.

                                  Transaction number: jici[protected] on 10th august 2017 at 6:18 am.

                                  I haven't receive the gift vouchers worth 30k as assured while purchasing the elite card fees of 4777. Almost 3 months over now.

                                  Plus my credit limit also decreased this month to 85000 from 1, 50, 000. I have been purchasing goods regularly plus i haven't missed any payment also my cibil score is more then 809. So help me out with complete reason to why you guys decreased my limit

                                  Please refund my 4777 amount. I dont want elite membership.

                                  Everytime i send email to them they will say "we request you to allow us an additional 2 days to resolve your query. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you."

                                  But 2 days are never over till now.

                                      I won't to tell you that i took a loan from bajaj finance ltd on december 2016 loan no-

                                      For refrigerator. Its monthy emi is 1892/-. I have paid emi till 5 month from 2/2/17 to 2/6/17 to the company. I won't to tell you that after 5 month at 6month and futher till date my emi got bounce and no buddy from have inform me and also from june to nov i haven't got any latter or calls from your company about my emi bounce status.

                                      I received the call on 21/11/17 (Tuesday) from minal sharma cont-[protected]. She was telling that she is the person from informations department of tees hazari court. She told me that there is case on me and the case no ipc-406/17 and the she give me a number and ask to talk her lower mr. Anil. Then i talk to mr. Anil and said him that i will pay my all emi with in two days.

                                      Then, on 22/11/17 (Wednesday) morning 10.30 i again received the call minal sharma on my mother number and the she ask me that is your case settled and the i said that i have talked to mr anil and i told him that i will pay my all emi within two days.

                                      But then she angrily and in a bad behaviour said that you have to pay all your emi with in two hour if you will not pay all your emi within two hour then you will wait and watch what will i do. And also she said me that i will call all your offce collegues and your boss will ask them to pay your emi and i will also tell them to fire you from your job and will also tell them that you are a fraud and also she was threating.

                                      I won't to tell you that now i will only pay my emi when minal sharma will apologize to me and if she will not apologize to me then i will go to the police stn and will make a case becouse minal sharma threatns me.

Your company too bad behaviour.
