    Dear sir/madam,

    I had a home loan from pnb - home loan #[protected], i had received a call from bajaj finserv for home loan transfer for a better rate of 8.4% which govt had declared, they gave me 3 emi holiday option and inr 20, 000/- gift voucher for which i agreed, as pnb was not able to offer me the new interest rate the govt had declared.

    The bajaj finserv team got the documents signed from me on 30th june 2017 and they did not give the check which had to be handed over to pnb, they were just asking for additional doc. After 2 month on 30th aug they handed over the check to pnb and bajaj finserv executive mr. Sridhar mentioned the 3 emi holiday would start from 30th aug and my payment would start after 3 months that is from dec 2017.

    But after 15 days on 16th sep 2017, mr. Sridhar the bajaj finserv executive send me the payment schedule - loan agreement # 404sho44368107 and agreement dated 28th june 2017, which stated that my repayment would start from nov 2017. I had not received any information on this before 16th sep 2017, when i called him to enquire and told him that the agreement was signed on 30th june 2017, how come the agreement was created on 28th june 2017 and you had mentioned the payment would start from dec 2017, but in the payment schedule - agreement # 404sho44368107 its been mentioned nov 2017, he told their is some mistake and he would get it rectified and later he did not replayed even after continuous follow up. On 14th oct 2017 he called me to ask for the property doc which was pending to be transferred from pnb to bajaj finserv, i requested him to clear the issue related to the payment schedule and he started threatening me that he will not solve the issue and he said i know how to get the property doc, he will send the out side agency for recovery.

    Request you take action on bajaj finserv for cheating, fraud and threatening

I very interested on that and i paid the amount rs 4777/- through credit card and payment was debited sucessfully. They told that i will be receive the emi card through my mailing address. But still on date i did not received pls solve the above subject.

      I am Ashis Kr Sinha, mobile no [protected]. On 25 and 26 October, your customer care called me for bajaj Elite EMI card membership and asked me to pay Rs 4777 earliest.

      Later on 26 Oct. I made the payment through my ICICI credit card (Rs 4777/- ). Payment was debited successfully and I received a mail in this regard (an image file is attached).

      Sir UR representative told that I will get the card in next 6 day on my home address. But till date, there is no further communication from your side and I yet to get the card.

      Sir, I would request your good selves to kindly do the needful earliest.

        My emi card has been blocked by bajaj finserv for unknown reasons. I have mailed them many times but the reply i am getting is general one. I do not have any history of cheque bounce no i have any bad cibil record. I am asking them for a specific reason that they are not giving me at wecare. I really don't know what is happening with the customer care but i am really fed up now.
        I have taken more than 5 to 6 loans from bajaj emi card and have a very clear record of repayment.

          L have order and cancel a mobile from flipkart.com using bajaj emi card but know my loan is active. I have call to flipkart they said amount is refunded to bajaj emi card.           I have order and cancel a mobile from flipkart.com using bajaj emi card but know my loan is active. I have call to flipkart they said amount is refunded to bajaj emi card.
          Still know my loan is active i am requsting to cancel loan. Because already flipkard cancel transaction from there end. Order not delivery to me.

                  I have written this to inform you about the frequent calls that i have been getting from +[protected]Fake person identifying himself as a cop from pune) informing about a case filed on me and asking me to contact advocate anil tripathi (Fake person) on the following number +[protected]. I have 2 loan accounts with bajaj finserv and i have paid all the emis on both the accounts. I got a call from your collection team to pay the remaining due amount and asked to pay rs.2000 to close the accout following which the payment was deducted successfully and i was informed that i will be receiving the noc in 15 days. Now i am getting calls to appear in court or visit nearest branch. I am literally harassed by this behaviour and left with no option to inform consumer forum authorities about this kind of approach. Customer service numbers of bajaj finserv never help us to reach to speak with a representative. I expect a prompt response from your team so that i know what step i have to take next. I confirm with the collection representative that post rs. 2000 will my dues will be cleared to which i was informed “yes”. Stop these calls and send me the noc letter else ready to face the consequences in consumer forum court.

                        I purchased a smartphone vivo y69 worth of 14999/- through bajaj finance.
                        Today (08/11/2017) from my registered bank account they charged rs.258/-. For ecs rejection charges, but nothing has been held by me of any rejections, ecs will be clearly debited from my account regularly but they charged me unwanted. Kindly do me needful.
                        I mailed to the company to remove this product from my a/c. But they didn't pay any heed rather deducted the 1st installment of emi for this unwanted product. Iam astonished for such action of this reputed company.
                        Now, i request to you please raise the complain to this compay and resolve the matter so that i don't loose any money. I shall remain grateful to you.

                          I want to cancel my insurance policy, but not getting any support from the executives or bajaj, even there is no number through which i can contact bajaj customer care executive. I am really pissed of with it.
                          When they were offering the loan they called me up several times. But now they are not responding to it even.
                          I am getting lot of mental worry and tension. I am trying since past few days.

                            Payment done successfully. Received my card but no relationship manager and no other benefits.. Cant contact on any numbers..

                            hi i am narottam sharma my mob no [protected] applied for the elite card on the 28/02/2018 by paying Rs 4777 as promised that i will get the EMI card with the limit Rs 3, 00, 000but I got only the limit Rs 1, 14000 when I tried to contact customer care people by dialing the number which is present backside of the EMI card i.e [protected]Elite costumercare and they had given the wrong number please response earliast otherwise I go to meadia thanks

I have told them to cancel the insurance of my mobile since 3 months but till now they didn't cancelled it. And when i'm going to there office they say that they don't know about that.                                 This mail is with reference to complaint about bajaj finserv, i had applied for the personal loan with hdfc bank however which got rejected due to some false reporting to cibil by bajaj finserv stating that i had taken two 2 wheeler loan with bajaj finsev however i had never taken any 2 wheeler loans from bajaj finserv ever in my life and in fact never taken any 2 wheeler loan in the last 10 years.

                                It has been only 2 months i bought this bike and sometimes during mornings like 10am... The bike doesn't starts using self start.. Than i need to push the bike and start it... It happened with me first when i didn't use the bike for 1day.. And at morning around 10am when i tried to start my bike it was not starting i tried the self start button for more than 5 times... Still it didnt helped me so i push started it than after riding it for more than 20 mins it became normal...
                                Again when i kept d bike idle for 3days... I could not start it... Than after clicking self start for more than 15 times the battery got discharged even the horn was not working.... So that time also i push started it and after riding for 30mins or more everything became fine and normal

                                What's wrong with my new pulsar 220f whats the problem behind the self start failure with a brand new bike

                                  Pls find enclosed all the mails, that i have been exchanging with your efficient team since months and best part is that now things are bad to worst.

                                  I am writing to you hoping that some amicable solution will come.

                                  Below are the issues that i am facing and its been three months i am running pillar to post.

                                  • on 3rd oct 2017 my cibil was 784, which is now 747, copy of mail attached for your reference.

                                  • all of a sudden i get an email on 16th oct 2017 that my card is blocked due to low cibil, mail attached for your reference.

                                  • also my limit has been decreased to 150000/- from 3 lacs, don’t know for what reason.

                                  • again on 1st nov 2017 my limit was revised to 185000 however my card is not working anywhere.

                                  • all this mess has been done by the so called efficient team of bajaj finserv in q2 & q3, by not banking my emis andreporting it to cibil.

                                    I have taken personal loan from bajaj 3 months back.

                                    I have submitted the mandate form to auto deduct emi from my savings account. But as of now from last 3 months that did not happen, and they are forcing me to pay emi manually with over due charges.
                                    Why i have to make the payment manually every month?
                                    Why do i need to pay overdue charges every month?
                                    When i send a email to the concerned person who processed my loan, there is no proper response, simply saying send mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. When i send a email to customer support also there is no response. They are threatening me that my cibil score will effect if i dont pay emi manually with whatever the overdue charges they are charging. I never seen such kind of idiotic service from any other financial firms or banks.
