      I am completely fedup with services of bajaj finserv. They are cheater and fraud company. I have applied for home loan with top up in bajaj finserv. They debited
      Loan amount of rs.1028368 and rs.284360 (Account 401sho42311520 / 401sho[protected] to me on 19th jun 2017 but physically received both cheque of rs.1028368 and rs.284360 on 18 july 2017.
      There is an almost one month broken period. There was their internal problem that is why this delay happened. I am not responsible for this delay.

      Same thing happened with top up loan, as per account statement, amount is debited to me on 18 aug 2017 but amount credited to my bank account of rs.1019583 on 17 oct 2017 (Account 401sho[protected]. There is an almost two months broken period.

      I wrote many email to prashant singh (Area sales manager), [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in,
      [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but they did not reply. Every time i got mail from [protected]@bajajfinserv.in mentioning that "we are unable to process
      The broken period interest refund against your home loans however loan has been processed the per the signed documents and you have signed the interest
      Bearing certificate".

      They are cheater as i am not aware when they got signed on interest bearing certificate"from me. They never told me about this form.

      It almost 4 months passed, i did not get any resolution of this. This is my hard earned money and i cannot accept deduction of extra amount at any cost.

      I am using many products of bajaj like home loan, personal loan, general insurance etc. But now i lost believe from bajaj company and its products. From now

      I will never use any product of bajaj in future and never suggest to others to take bajaj’s product. As soon as possible, i will try to exit from all products of bajaj. Also will post a blog regarding this cheating.

      I request to all, please do not take any product from bajaj company. Still if you need to take loan, please read all documents twice before sign and never sign on"interest bearing certificate" as bajaj finserv are cheater and fraud and not have any moral values.

      Hi, I'm not aware of any such document nor did I sign, to the best of my belief, the above mentioned document.

      I was asked to sign on blank form. Bajaj-finserv has filled it later according to their convenience. This is totally fraud. According to the form, document List (OTC DM) was pending on 15-Jun-2017, however I was not at all informed by Bajaj person, about what the OTC-DM document is. Home Loan BT and home-loan-top-up were disbursed with 1 and 2 month delays respectively due to Bajaj internal issue like- builder not listed in Bajaj etc. as per Mr. Dipendra Kumar(Bajaj employee).

      It was very surprising that 1st EMI was deducted on 2nd Oct itself( while, loan disbursed was on 17-Oct). It was very ridiculous how EMI can be deducted before disbursement of top-Up-loan.

      I wrote email to Mr. Prashant Singh (Area Sales Manager, Ph#[protected], Dipendra Kumar[protected] and [protected]@bajajfinserv.in regarding this nonsense and requested to stop processing of top-up-loan. So they responded positively at that time that this deduction is by mistake and will be refunded later on, which did never happen.

      I had already submitted all documents in time even then loan disbursement was delayed by 1 and 2 month delays. Therefore, I want complete refund of this broken period interest (Rs.26, 656) because I am not responsible for these delays at all.

      Failing which, I’m going to sue Bajaj-finserv for this mental and financial harassment.

        I am got Cheated from Bajaj Home Loan segment, The ask me to transfer my HDFC Home Loan to BAJAJ, with a OD limit of 12 Lakh, but after transfer of my loan no body is interested to talk with me, in fact all Bajaj Employee including of RM of MP is not reviving my call from last 6 days, and they have no answer about my case.
        Regarding updating my PAN card number please do update my pan number

          EMI card no-[protected], customer name-R Muthuraman, Mobile No-[protected], we had purchased LG TV(42inch) through Bajaj EMI card on 15/09/2018 based on confirmation from bajaj stating that Extended warranty for 2 years after manufacturer warranty expires. Now we are facing problem in TV so we want to use the extended warranty to resolve problem in TV, we are trying to contact customer number but all contact numbers are not in use. Its one of pathetic way of after sales service. Please look in to priority to resolve immediately other wise I will escalate this issue to CEO of bajaj finserv. Expecting your quick response.

              I, jitesh ramani purchase oppo f3 mobile phone from devi novelty sales show room, bilaspur (Chhattisgarh), through bajaj fin, my emi rs.1666 per month, but bujaj fin has sent a msg my emi amount is rs.1892, i already asked this matter to your executive and sales dealer but they not to do anything. So i would like to request you to look in this matter, n cancel my fonesafe insurence and refund my 3 months deducted phone safe insurance amount, off rs.225. My loan no:574dpf46916497. My fonesafe loan no:574dfs46916852.
              Please cancel my phone safe policy who unnecessary started from you and refund my 3 months deducted amount 225*3=675 as well as possible.

                I recently applied for line of credit from bajaj and it's got approved (Bangalore). The worst part is, sales team will not take care about your service and you will not know to whom you should contact for support. Their customer care number[protected] will not give you an option to speak with support team member. Please replay to this email thread if any one know's other options to contact them.

                Bajaj finance is having below three group mail id 's, but you can expect tortoise response with half knowledge.

                    I had taken loan from bajaj last year and two weeks back i went for for-closure. I gave the cheque for the remaining amount. However to my surprise cheque was never presented and these cheaters were saying my cheque got bounced and when i ask them for bounce memo they don't have the answer. When i verified the same with the bank, i came to know that this cheque was never presented. These buggers are simply killing time saying they are working on back end. Finally i came to know about the trap that they will play this game saying cheque got rejected and buy some time so that they can get some more interest. So be careful before going to bajaj. They behave as if like goondas.. They are not at all professional.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I had a home loan from pnb - home loan #[protected], i had received a call from bajaj finserv for home loan transfer for a better rate of 8.4% which govt had declared, they gave me 3 emi holiday option and inr 20, 000/- gift voucher for which i agreed, as pnb was not able to offer me the new interest rate the govt had declared.

                        The bajaj finserv team got the documents signed from me on 30th june 2017 and they did not give the check which had to be handed over to pnb, they were just asking for additional doc. After 2 month on 30th aug they handed over the check to pnb and bajaj finserv executive mr. Sridhar mentioned the 3 emi holiday would start from 30th aug and my payment would start after 3 months that is from dec 2017.

                        But after 15 days on 16th sep 2017, mr. Sridhar the bajaj finserv executive send me the payment schedule - loan agreement # 404sho44368107 and agreement dated 28th june 2017, which stated that my repayment would start from nov 2017. I had not received any information on this before 16th sep 2017, when i called him to enquire and told him that the agreement was signed on 30th june 2017, how come the agreement was created on 28th june 2017 and you had mentioned the payment would start from dec 2017, but in the payment schedule - agreement # 404sho44368107 its been mentioned nov 2017, he told their is some mistake and he would get it rectified and later he did not replayed even after continuous follow up. On 14th oct 2017 he called me to ask for the property doc which was pending to be transferred from pnb to bajaj finserv, i requested him to clear the issue related to the payment schedule and he started threatening me that he will not solve the issue and he said i know how to get the property doc, he will send the out side agency for recovery.

                          I am Ashis Kr Sinha, mobile no [protected]. On 25 and 26 October, your customer care called me for bajaj Elite EMI card membership and asked me to pay Rs 4777 earliest.

                          Later on 26 Oct. I made the payment through my ICICI credit card (Rs 4777/- ). Payment was debited successfully and I received a mail in this regard (an image file is attached).

                          Sir UR representative told that I will get the card in next 6 day on my home address. But till date, there is no further communication from your side and I yet to get the card.

                          Sir, I would request your good selves to kindly do the needful earliest.

                            My emi card has been blocked by bajaj finserv for unknown reasons. I have mailed them many times but the reply i am getting is general one. I do not have any history of cheque bounce no i have any bad cibil record. I am asking them for a specific reason that they are not giving me at wecare. I really don't know what is happening with the customer care but i am really fed up now.
                            I have taken more than 5 to 6 loans from bajaj emi card and have a very clear record of repayment.

                                      I have written this to inform you about the frequent calls that i have been getting from +[protected]Fake person identifying himself as a cop from pune) informing about a case filed on me and asking me to contact advocate anil tripathi (Fake person) on the following number +[protected]. I have 2 loan accounts with bajaj finserv and i have paid all the emis on both the accounts. I got a call from your collection team to pay the remaining due amount and asked to pay rs.2000 to close the accout following which the payment was deducted successfully and i was informed that i will be receiving the noc in 15 days. Now i am getting calls to appear in court or visit nearest branch. I am literally harassed by this behaviour and left with no option to inform consumer forum authorities about this kind of approach. Customer service numbers of bajaj finserv never help us to reach to speak with a representative. I expect a prompt response from your team so that i know what step i have to take next. I confirm with the collection representative that post rs. 2000 will my dues will be cleared to which i was informed “yes”. Stop these calls and send me the noc letter else ready to face the consequences in consumer forum court.
