Hi,
I already have an OD of 10 lacs as Doctors Hybrid Loan from BFL with LAN :- P418PFD2187862. I received a call from Mr. Rupesh ( [protected]) as a agent & Mr. Kamal Kumar ( [protected]) as a sales executive for top up the loan with +10 lacs of loan. 1st i didn't respond them then they both came at my home & convinced me to decrease the rate of interest from 16% p.a. to 15% p.a. with top up facility. 1st they ask me for processing fees + other charges as 37000 INR then they give me 50% discount & convinced me for topup of the running OD. But after two days i found that there was a fraud by top up offer by the executives as my new LAN :- P418PDD4391615 with same amount as of 10 lacs which was on LAN P418PFD2187862 . The previous loan was closed & there's delinquency by the executives by charging processing + other fees of 17000 INR. There's no one rupee difference from the loan & there's fraud of 17000 INR without any top up of the DIRECT DOCTORS FLEXI LOAN. They both were rude after complaining regarding this delinquency. They are not taking responsibility for the loss of 17000 as processing + insurance etc.
I would be obliged if some authorities help me to resolve this matter.

    I had an auto-debit scheduled for today. However, a lady from Bajaj called me and mentioned that automatic deduction won't be possible today so paid it by Google Pay, there have been auto deductions and I ended up paying twice. Kindly help me. Load no - 4F20CDHX676286

        I am receiving back to back calls on my loan payment asking to pay using link or QR code which they send via whatsapp. I have opted for auto debit and still they force to pay via link which they send... . I received continuous calls back to back causing disturbance in my personal life. This is happening every month. I received calls from[protected].
        When asked about branch address they are not ready to share.

          It happened to me before and had no response even I raised a complaint.
          Today on 28 April 2022 I got charged for rs295 again, even though its been a month till full EMI has been paid and this is just despicable way of your system to rob in shameless manor ... if this continues you will charge me every month it seems ... do I close my primary bank account for this.


          I attached no due certificate as proof of full payment.
          screenshot of debit to mandate fail charge on 28th.

          I am raising this issue because am sure your system will again deduct money from my account, so please do contact or reply and solve it and help me ROLL BACK the money if possible.

            Please help me they both person do fraud with me they gave me wrong information for regarding there company credit card and take my personal documents and issue credit card to my name i told them and request them please cancel this. but they block my number not accepted my request. So please help me and take action for they both person.

              My all the loans are finished in 2019 with Bajaj finserv. But since then Bajaj is deducting some amount from my sbi account. This month again they deducted 300 rupees. Which is not appropriate. Return my all money please.

                Sir mein 2021 mein August mahine 15 tarikh ko ek mobile phone kharida tha Reliance digital se EMI card ke per Mera MI amount tha 1099, per November mahine mein Mera MI amount ke sath ₹200 jod diye Gaye vah Bus mein pata chala insurance hai, main jab loan liya tha tab yah insurence ke bare mein nahin bataya aur yah insurance mujhe nahi chahiye yeh baat Maine Bajaj finserv ke customer care se baat ki per UN logon ne Sahi tarike se sahayata nahin ki.
                Aur ham aap logon se nivedan hai ki yah company ke upar jald se jald kathin step liya jaaye Jaise bad mein yah janbujhkar galti yah sab company se nahin hogi dhanyvad.

                  Hello,

                  Bajaj Finserv has merged my PAN Card details with another person with the same name. So now, I cannot apply for an education loan for my son's education. I raised a complaint in Bajaj 14 days ago. Unfortunately, there has not been a single update from them on the issue. This process affects my reputation in society as there are pending loans in my CIBIL report, and banks cannot grant an education.

                    I have availed personal loan and today it was disbursed to my account. However, i was surprised to see credit vidya fee and Flexi fee which is not conveyed while processing.

                      My orders on the EMI store are getting cancelled automatically and the customer care number is not acknowledging my EMI card number or my recognising my account from my mobile number. I have failed to purchase anything from the finserv EMI STORE.

                            Hi, I request you to please change my LCF Dental Loan EMI date to 7th of every month as my salary gets credited on 6th. Now my current due date is 2nd and it will create problem. So I request you to please change the date in which case all the EMI will be paid on time. It will be really great if it is done now as I am still waiting for my salary to credit

                                      Sir, I have already paid My Emi on[protected] on a Bajaj FinServ Center. Then also twice an amount of Rs 295 has been deducted from my saving account on[protected] on behalf of bouncing charges of Bajaj FinServ, which was already deducted on[protected] but it happened twice. But the query is that if I have paid my EMI already on[protected] then why again this extra charge has been deducted.
