I took loan from bajaj finance on november-2016, they said its a diwali-2016 offer, which is available for 11.69% rate of interest. Nil part payment option and nil fore closure charges and 1% processing fee.
Now when i went for part-payment they are telling part payment and fore closure charges applicable to my loan account.
They dont mentain credibility or banking standards with customers.
I had clearly asked them to release the loan only if its with the above mentioned points. I have a mail communication as well.
No one who were involved in my loan processing are picking the phone now.
It seems like every bajaj finance loan department employees are involved in these kind scams.
Including area sale manager, no one is picking call and i have asked them to start the investigation ight from the person who called me with loan offer to who approved my loan.
Beware of the following persons from loan consultancies and bajaj finance, who can go to any extent to make their commission money.
Pooja:[protected] (She was so nice while taking the loan, while part payment time if i call her, she acted like she doesn't know anything)
Vignesh:[protected]He is the real fraud guy, my loan was approved by other bank, he said, bajaj i will make it for nil pat payment and fore closure charges. Beware of this bull # scoundrel, never believe him)
Siddappa patil: [protected] (He is a bajaj finance employee, and he is the guy involved in my loan sanction, he used to call me in night 11 oclock asing if i can find him some referrals for loan. He always used to tell me, i will make sure its a nil part payment and nil foreclusure. He is not picking my call now,)
Harikrishna:[protected] (He is a area sales manager, i gave above people phone number and explained the fraud these guys are doing to the customers, he said he will take action give me some time. After 15 days i called him, no answer, even now no answer from him if i call. Looks like he is also involved in such frauds.)
In a nut-shell, we have to initiate a serious legal procedures on these issues, to stop this atrocious act to the customers.
Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

After this sanction mail, they called me and said, we will modify the sanction letter appropriately.
