Respected sir,
This is dr. Swetha pajjuri (Dentist) from hyderabad. I have two doctor loans and one business loan in your finance company. One e. M. I is been pending for this month and two loans are for three months pending. This is third month. I have financial problem araised in my hospital due to my couligue. One loan was disbursed to me for his financial needs. Even your persons from u office know that. I am requesting u r representatives not to disturb me all the time. I have been responding to their calls and them personally. Your company representatives made a loss of damage to my professional life to such a level that my owner is not allowing me to open my clinic, as he has lot of nuscence from bajaj representatives. And my clinic is shut past from two months. Only reason is the disturbance caused by your representatives. Im still requesting them. Even though after many requests they are ignoring my pleading causing more stress and tension and have ruined my hospital for shut down. How can i pay my e. M. I if my source of income is lost.       I asked for the flexi loan and i have the approval mails below. The money also got sanctioned and speaking to the customer care i got to know that they have given me normal loan instead of flexi loan. From day one i am fighting customer care through mails and calls and they are not even bother about it. And they detected emi for the money which i havent used. More than the money the mental stress they are giving to us is so terrible. Please find the attached mail for the approval.

      Please dont trust this crap # finance company while taking loans. Please look out for the proper banks. Atleast they respond to our queries.

      Don't know why they have been charged 99.00 rs.

        I have not opted for any kind of investment with you. On what grounds my amount was deducted without my consent. You have my a/c no it means in future u can also deduct any amount of money from my account without my consent.

        Bajaj FinServ EMI Card - its a oneway trap.My card expired in Jul/2015, but they promptly keep on deducting 99Rs from my bank account without my knowledge.
        What do you call them? Frauds and Cheaters? thats them.I blocked my card in 2016 after they deducted 99Rs for my 2015 expired card, but still I am getting sms notifications.There is no option you can reach operator in Toll free.. lol... dont believe me? please try.
        I again contacted their so called [protected]@finserv.in (wecare? seriously?)
        Kindly provide the statement for last one year and the installment left to be paid by me and if i want to close the loan account what is the process of closing the loan account which was taken last year

        Amount of Rs. 117/- is deducted from my SB account of SBI, Bangalore without my intimation. I do not have any transactions with Bajaj auto. This inconvenience should be taken into consideration and the amount should be given back. It is a such a disgraceful happening in India with big organisations like bajaj auto and nationalized banks like SBI, to transact the accounts of Indian citizens without permission / intimation.
        117 deducted from my account without my knowledge. why these people doing this? after go through these complaints how many people check their bank transaction regularly. They are using illetrate people's innocense. should do something

            Dear babaj customer care head,

            I have not received any respond after my complaint regarding foreclose charges.

            On 11th may 2017 where babaj have waived-off the 4% pre-closer charges and again on 18th may i got foreclose letter where there was no foreclose chargers and the last date payment mentioned over there 25th may 2017. And based on this i have requested hdfc loan (Hdfc ltd) division to prepare the cheque for entire amount and submitted the cheque on 22 may 2017 at kaushambi counter and the cashier also matched the amount where there was no charges of 4 % and asked to submit the cheque which got from hdfc and extra 410 given for additional interesting as per chat.

            Now suddenly after one day of deposit cheque babaj have sent one email that foreclose is cancelled and one another email comes with foreclose charges, its surprise!!! When i had deposited the cheque babaj should have the information.

            When babaj had no intention to waived-off then why babaj have shared such waived-off emails and foreclose letter without fore closer charges. Because this spoiled my financial planning, off-course i could have paid part payment instead of full, where i can minimise the foreclose charges from 4% to 2 %. (24000 to 12000)

            Please note again saying i have person who introduce bajaj in our company among 5000 employees and i had only given the reference and not sure how i will face them when issues comes to me and the ambushing situation is that when i paid entire amount you are seeking from me the pre-closer charges :- (

            Trust there is huge communication gap between your intra departments because i have paid on 22 may but there is no information with bajaj wecare.

            And the reason i had selected babaj so that i can pay at anytime without foreclose charges and when this thing i said to your tele-caller executive then he is saying the agreement has been changed after your loan disbursement, haaa, how you can change and also saying you have singed for the changes, boss my question are you giving any chance to read the terms??? Definitely i will record when your executive will come and will not give chance to read in my company and the same video i will matriculate.

            That all are one side but when you have given letter on 18th may 2017 to pay till 25th then how you can send email on 23 may after my payment that the foreclose is cancelled.

            When you had no intention to waived-off then why you have shared such waived-off emails and foreclose letter without fore closer and off-course i could have paid part payment instead of full, where i can minimise the foreclose charges from 4% to 2 %.

            Its not first time, every time babaj trying to get money illogically, finally you are forcing your customer to end his life after all this harassment.

            Need your feedback asap and if i get any kind health issue bajaj will responsible for non-response of my email.

            Dear Sir,

            I am not getting response on my query . I will again describe the matter .

            1) At time taken Loan No foreclose charges .
            2) at the time prepayment they apply charges mentioned for changes done internally .
            3) When I request they have given letter on 18 and waived off the charges .
            4) hence I paid full amount on 22 May where maximum date given 25 May.
            5) after my payment again getting email that I foreclose is cancelled and I have to pay with the charges of 4 %.
            6) MY question to the BABAJ management that if there was no intention to waived off then why such email sent to me on 18th May.
            7) Otherwise I could have paid part payment where the charges is 2 % instead of 4 % .
            8) Due to BABAJ management mistake why should I pay 4 % which is 24000/- .

            Need justification on my query ASAP from BABAJ Managment and sending only one standard email on my all emails that foreclose charges has been changed by BFL from backend but not reverting why such emails sent to me on 18 May 2017.

              I am Abhisek Chowdhury. Fathers name Asish Baran Chowdhury. For the past 3 days I am receiving emails on my gmail [protected]@gmsail.com. I have written to Bajaj Finserv immediately on customer care. But they do not respond appropriately. Moreover I complained to customer head email, he replied i have taken your email out of the email list. But how does that help, the loan is in my name. The loan has been sanctioned recently. It is a consumer durable loan sanctioned in Kolkata. I have last been to Kolkata 2 years back. Strang
              est of them all is I stay outside India. So how did i apply for a loan in Kolkata sitting outside India. I have repeatedly contacted them on social media as well but no response. Issue is today it is consumer loan then tomorrow it will be a bigger loan. This fraud should be stopped.

                I have taken loan from bajaj finserv due to system malfunction my emi has been deducted twice and as soon as i noticed it i have provided enough proofs (Bank statement and advance emi receipt from bajaj finserv) and raised 50 tickets and yet to get the refund. They are not at all responsive and fooling customers, every day they are giving the reason that its with backend and banking team you will receive it by end of the day but its disgusting that they are not refunding the money. If we miss to pay particular emi they will charge 1000rs more, but since because of their system issue emi has been deducted twice. They are running financial and fooling customers. I sincerely request you to help me in this regard

                This organization is fooling many customers. Even after providing enough Proofs they are not resolving the ticket. I think it is headed by inefficient people. Who will give interest for the EMI which is not refunded yet. They talk about rules and process if we miss an emi and add additional charges to it. Also if we close the loan apart from paying interest they are charging extra Interest on Termination. I am ready to close the loan can they wave off the pre-closure charges?? They never do this. But always customers should be in receiving end.

                I have sent n number of mails to '[protected]@bajajfinserv.in', '[protected]@bajajfinserv.in', '[protected]@bajajfinserv.in' and none of them resolved the issue and called many times and have multiple ticket numbers as proof. If an educated person is unable to get the issue resolved, How illiterates are fooled by this organization.

                      In July 2016 I have taken line of credit for personal loan of RS 150, 000/ with 14.5 % interest and processing fee around Rs 4000/-. I have the mail dated 9th July 2016 from Bajaj finserv which I accepted before approval which states that "NIL Foreclosure charges: - Any time, post clearance of your first EMI".
                      When I went to Bajaj office in Thane to close my personal loan Bajaj Finserve illegally took 4.6% pre-closure charges which amounted to approx Rs 7, 800/-.
                      Now when I am writing to [protected]@bajajfinserv, grievances cell about this illegal pre-closure charges then they explain me that their company policy from 1st June 2016 has changed and 4.6% pre closure charges are applicable to every customer.

                      My question is if Bajaj Finserv have offered me line of credit based on Nil foreclosure charges in July 2016 which I accepted then how can they take pre closure charges of 4.6% and why it was not mentioned in my mail received after their policy implementation in June 2016.

                      Secondly if the policy is from June 2016 then Bajaj has cheated me by offering Line of credit showing Nil fore closure charges and I have email from Bajaj finserv showing this.

                      So I need justice and I doubt Bajaj Finserv may have cheated many customers who are unable to catch their fraud activities.

                        I was told by sales executive that the processing fees for my personal loan is just 5k. I was told the remaining amount whatever is charged will be disbursed back before first emi is deducted. I have been waiting for past 3 months since i took loan, and following up with different sources. The sales executive never picks the call and keeps sending message that he will transfer the remaining amount of 12k asap. Please refer to screenshot below. The sales executive is hemanth.                         On may 19th i escalated the issue to grievanceredressalteam, another executive called me and informed, that he had a call with swapnil dubey swapnil. [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and the amount will be transferred before monday. I neither received any call nor my money, after that.
                        I have already provided enough notifications against taking this issue legally with consumer court. Treat this with urgent priority, failing which i will have to proceed with legal obligations.

                            I has a consumer loan for 27000 and my emi was 2700 per month. After one month when I received emi notification I came to know I was charged 3500 every month without intimation. Then I came to know I was given a insurance which I never opt in. I went to the store and told them I am over charged and I want to see the form where I signed for insurance and they said they never signed us for any insurance . I fought with bajaj finserv for the same and no one gave resolution . I finally dint pay the last emi and they never gave any notice from there onwards. Now after 3 year I got a call from a girl claiming to be a lawyer from Bajaj and stated that tomorrow I have to come to the court as they have filed a legat case. And also threatened me that I may loose my job for this. They gave me just 3 hrs to arrange cash and kept calling and torturing me for that 3 hrs. I finally some how arranged 20000 and paid and it's second day they are calling me multiple times and asking to pay the rest. I am asking time and they are not giving the same

                              I had applied for this card when I needed a tv.. it has been paid off long back. I thought this card had no annual charges but I am surprised to find them charging rs. 99 to my account. Worst is that they are directly taking the money from my bank account.                                 Story of how I got looted for 52835Rs without using their product.

                                I got a call from Bajaj finance(later got to know telecaller was broker from simpliloans). When I told that I am not looking for loan, I got told that this is flexi loan and you will be charged only for the amount used. I asked about any annual/membership charges and was told no. I was informed that there will be processing fee. I was also not told that I need to buy a compulsory insurance for at least 4%.

                                After around 10 follow up, I agreed to get documents picked up. I was surprised when asked 2 blank cheque in name of bajaj finance. Again I got convinced by telecaller that there wont be any misuse. I was asked to sign about 40 places on the forms including vertically/horizontally for any future correction needed while filling the forms by their executives. I was irritated to sign these many place but feeling bad for the field staff to return him without signature. I did not got provided any document in written which explains the product. Whatever was explained was over the phone and I have recording of all of the conversation.

                                After few days I got a third party link to put my net banking username and password so that the application can extract my bank statement because they were worried that I may have given them the forged bank statement. I was worried about I shared by bank's username password.

                                I was shell socked when I got a credit of 779165 Rs. in my account. While I was explained that I will get an online account and whenever needed I can transfer the money to my saving account and pay for what you use. But it happened before I was allotted that online flexi account. Processing fee and insurance was charged for all 8 lakh and deducted from the maximum possible amount sanctioned to me. I was told that this is better than credit card but credit card does not charges the applicable fee for maximum limit against allotted card.

                                According to my understanding if I use anything I will be charged but all the sanctioned money was forced to me. I have not used any amount and I was charged 52835 Rs as insurance and processing fee.

                                They have also charged 1499Rs. to take care of my cibil score as Financial Fitness Report charges.

                                Now I want them to cancel my loan and this is not what I was offered but I am not getting any reply from their customer care/grievance redress email or the people who called me many times to complete the process. If my loan is not canceled I am looking to knock consumer forum's door.

                                  Before processing the loan bajaj people srikanth janmula and nagaraju clearly told to me, it is a line of credit you need to pay interest up to one year if you need to extended pay of interest than charge it 0.25% on outstanding amount.

                                  I have applied for a Line of credit loan for an amount of Rs.5, 00, 000 and it got approved, later I got a mail from Srikanth Janmula under normal personal loan and he says some stories when asked him. One of the executive by name ramesh came for the documents collection and he said that I will be changed and after collecting the documents he said that the loan will approved normally not under line of credit.

                                  Mail sent to grievance cell but no use. They called me and said that the loan is in process.

                                    Bajaj finserv was attracting customers by saying there are no foreclosure charges on personal loan after pay 1 emi and they are also mentioning the same in service guide. They are also charging higher processing fee and selling some insurance.
                                    Once the loan is disbursed and customer approach for forclosure, then they are adding forclosure charges of 4.0% and service tax of0.6%, which is 4.6% of ourstanding loan amount, without informing customer.
                                    This is simply cheating and unethical practise. If at all if they want to charge, they should mention that upfront.
                                    And when we approach branch, there is no one to answer except a cashier who give an email id to send email.
                                    So, don't get into this trap and educate all your collegues and friends to be aware of this.

                                      I am a customer from trivandrum, kerala who has a consumer loan on mobile i purchased from qrs ayurveda college branch trivandrum on monthly installments, loan a/c 414cdd27008009. I have just 2 more installments left to complete with you'll and unfortunately i missed my payment this month due to an unforseen bike accident i had. I am on complete bed rest for the leg injury i have. I repeatedly requested this agent rajesh to gimme time till month end to clear both the payments and complete the tenure, but, instead he walks into my residence in trivandrum where my old folks are living and started abusing them.

                                      I have been most of the times prompt on my payments except of a couple of times and have give valid and genuine reasons for the same. This time, but, this time your trivandrum branch agent has crossed his limits. Me being a lady, he has spoken to me in the most dirtiest language over the phone. My parents have been calling me everyday and even today being a sunday he has gone to my residence and abused elderly people. It's not that i dont know to advise my parents to file a case against him but i told them to wait till next week after i clear my dues and then we are definitely proceeding with a law suit against your trivandrum branch for abusing elderly people and a lady over the phone. I want public to know how your branch in trivandrum treats your customers.

                                      My loan i will definitely close it but by 1st of june as that is when i will be out of treatment and would start walking. I have attached a proof of my medical document for your perusal. If you feel your customers should be treated fairly then i sincerely request you to take severe action against this person rajesh[protected] for ill treating and using abusive language against your lady customers and elderly customers.

                                        My name is Tushar Mathur. I'm complaining about Bajaj Finserv services.
                                        I've made an online payment through their Experia portal on 1st May 2017 at 11:24:01 PM (according to there system time), and it has been now 20 days. My payment is not reflecting in the Experia Portal. I've made an advance payment of Rs.4778 and of Rs.1930, out of which the payment of Rs.4778 is not reflecting in the portal. Despite of sending so many emails to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, they do not give me satisfactory answer to the question asked! All they do is send me the emi details as in, the amount of emi and the date on which it is due to be taken out from the bank account.

                                        My transaction reference number for the payment of Rs.4778 is IHMP[protected] .
                                        I've the screenshot as well of the payment which I made.

                                        Bajaj Finserv people keep calling me for the due payment. Its been so many days that I've already told them that I made an advance payment, please update the systems. But no, every time I access my Expedia portal, it shows no advance payment received and whereas the advance payment of Rs.1930 is reflecting in the portal.

                                        The payments which I'm talking about is of consumer durable loan.
                                        My customer id is: 36791673 and the loan a/c number which I have a dispute for, is: 4010CD28630336 .

                                        Also, there is no contact number where you can reach out to the customer service team. I've tried so many times to get in touch with any executive of their's but I couldn't get through any one them!

                                        Please take a strict action. I'm really annoyed by the type of service they provide. No support to their customers and then they say that they have dedicated team to resolve all of the customer's problem.
