(30000/-) and mortgage with us than you will get loan from bajaj finance with the interest @ 3% p.a. i got a call from this no. [protected] / [protected] and their email id is [protected]@gmail.com and vijay.[protected]@gmail.com so i want to know that is it fake or real or they are misusing of bajaj. So it is request to you kindly verify the same and inform us.

Hello sir,

When i logged in to my experia portal it shows my bajaj card is active since 2015. but i have not recieved any card yet..

my customer id[protected]

when i call on cutomer care and enter my registered phone number and customer id it says the both are wrong.

    I had drawdown request from my flexi loan but amount debited from my loan account but not credited to my account I had tried to call customer care several times but no one is responding
    In the beginning they told that the amount is credited same day but it is about 6 days to go there is no any action taken
    You are therefore requested to please look into the matter .

      Dear sir i had bought a samsung galaxy j7 prime by bajaj finserv balasore odisha.

      Name-sabita rani barik
      Date of purchase of mobile-01.03.2017
      At the time of purchasing the bajaj represented officer told me to buy a extra 1yr of warranty extension for an amount rs.1800/-
      But when i received the policy details paper by post it is showing that"all risk policy" that means insurance and i started complaining in office. But till now i don't get any solutions. I had only bought the policy just for 1yr extra warranty not for insurance.
      Pleasecancel the policy and refund my money which has been debited by monthly emi. And please confirm me immediately.

        I had purchased a window AC and financed through Bajajfinserv with 0% interest. The cost was 21000 INR but I do not know somehow they have added 3000 INR for insurance or extended warranty which I did not opt for. They have forcibly added 3000 INR to the loan account mentioned in the subject. Please remove these 3000 INR from the loan account.

        Also I have already given my details of bank account (cancelled cheque) for auto-debit but they have put overdue charges even though my account had enough balance. I have then paid few EMI's through online banking but these overdue charges are fictituous and not to be borne by me as a customer as I had already given my bank details but the EMI was not debited because of some fault at bajajfinserv. I have 3 EMi's left to pay which is 6000 INR. SO please waive off the overdue charges as it is not my fault as I have already given you the bank details (cancelled cheque).

        I have written to [protected]@bajajfinserv but the reply is just like an executive whoo does not listen and talks what he is trained for. I request some higher authority to look into this and waive off the overdue charges which have been levied for no fault of mine. I am ready to pay the balance EMI's.

          Hi,

          I have applied for flexi-personal loan with Bajaj Finance and they have issued me a life insurance from HDFC life without my consent. They have also issued a credit card from RBL bank and charged me Rs 1000 (Approx) for some financial report which I didn't ask for. I would like the insurance policy to be cancelled and the money refunded to my Loan account balance. I would also like to cancel the card from RBL bank and the refund for the money deducted for the financial report which they have provided. My Loan Account number is 410SPF37766810 and insurance policy number is CP000053.

            I took loan from bajaj finance on november-2016, they said its a diwali-2016 offer, which is available for 11.69% rate of interest. Nil part payment option and nil fore closure charges and 1% processing fee.
            Now when i went for part-payment they are telling part payment and fore closure charges applicable to my loan account.
            They dont mentain credibility or banking standards with customers.
            I had clearly asked them to release the loan only if its with the above mentioned points. I have a mail communication as well.
            No one who were involved in my loan processing are picking the phone now.

            It seems like every bajaj finance loan department employees are involved in these kind scams.
            Including area sale manager, no one is picking call and i have asked them to start the investigation ight from the person who called me with loan offer to who approved my loan.

            Beware of the following persons from loan consultancies and bajaj finance, who can go to any extent to make their commission money.

            Pooja:[protected] (She was so nice while taking the loan, while part payment time if i call her, she acted like she doesn't know anything)
            Vignesh:[protected]He is the real fraud guy, my loan was approved by other bank, he said, bajaj i will make it for nil pat payment and fore closure charges. Beware of this bull # scoundrel, never believe him)

            Siddappa patil: [protected] (He is a bajaj finance employee, and he is the guy involved in my loan sanction, he used to call me in night 11 oclock asing if i can find him some referrals for loan. He always used to tell me, i will make sure its a nil part payment and nil foreclusure. He is not picking my call now,)

            Harikrishna:[protected] (He is a area sales manager, i gave above people phone number and explained the fraud these guys are doing to the customers, he said he will take action give me some time. After 15 days i called him, no answer, even now no answer from him if i call. Looks like he is also involved in such frauds.)

            In a nut-shell, we have to initiate a serious legal procedures on these issues, to stop this atrocious act to the customers.

            After this sanction mail, they called me and said, we will modify the sanction letter appropriately.

I have not taken any personal accident insurance but if i check my details at Bajaj Finance website onliine that shows EMI of my insurance with total amount of Rs. 1726/- besides the EMI. Bajaj Finance has been insured Lifestyle MaxPa(403LPA[protected]insurance without any information. I will not pay any insured amount because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel this insurance (403LPA[protected]immediately and do the needful.

But tiday my account got debited 3125 rs more for some unknown life insurance policy which i haven't opted or purchased. This is cheating.                     Emi are atogain from a/c. Last month emi was diducted on proper time, but this month emi was not diducted regurlary but there was a massage from blf that diduction rejucted by bank due to mismatch of sign. Also a massage from blf regarding nach form. What may i do to make emi regular?. After lone case appruved igot a call from your head office. After that two exicutives came to me for signing some documents. But i was not at home that time. So that docs. Are unsigned, and no one has came again for sign.

                              I am Sandeep Dinkar Patil from Delhi (LAN ID 4010CD[protected]. I bought one washing machine from Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. For the products EMI amount is 2600/- but my EMI amount is 3944/- per month is 1344/- which is more than the amount what it supposed to be. Initially I overlooked the issue for several months but one day when I went through the website of bajajfinservlending, found that an extra amount of 1344/- being charged on every month because of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (401BAL[protected]. I have not got any document regarding this as well? Please clarify me why this extra amount is deducted on every month? I want to send all documents as early as possible otherwise the already deducted amount is to be adjusted with all the upcoming EMIs. Please help!

And top of that everytime your executive calls and tell me that they are putting me in DND list but same never happens. Last time your executive said that I will have to message me on some number. Did I ask you to call that I have to stop you. From now onwards if I receive any call m just gng to abuse your executive untill unless you stop calling.

                                        I, subhash malik, has purchased 3 air conditioners from sector 11, panchkula, on loan for 1 year 4 emi already paid as down payment and rest 8 emi i will commit to pay on date, we are regret to inform you that your department call me for extended warranty policy, which i had denied but your department forcible impose this on me. And generate it, which i have no need.

                                        Kindly cancelled this extended warranty policy on time otherwise i will stop emi payment and go to legal step in consumer court and other way. Details given below :
