Our bajaj emi card has been blocked. We could not purchase an electronic good through the card. The customer care could not solve our problem. Card no. Is [protected]. Please check this matter asap. The customer care is not offering any help. There is no scope of our problem being resolved. Once we could get in touch but they could not really help us.

    This is ankit agarwal. Bajaj finserv daily make unwanted system generated calls. Its very irritating when ur in meeting. Its the poorest service iam getting from this company.
    They make calls from different number +[protected], +[protected] and so on. Daily you get 3-4 calls or sometimes even more. I have also registered in many companies bt they dont irritate so much like bajaj
    Need all calls to be discontinued on urgent basis

      I applied for a consumer EMI through the dealer M/s Sathya Agencies, Tamara my, Chennai during April. I got the EMI sanctioned for Rs.25, 000/-. only.

      On 13th April, I received an sms from Bajaj Finance that an insurance policy application has been filed along with the loan application and that it is under processing. I have not applied for it. Kindly cancel the application number 403BEW37495115.

        Dear Sir,

        I have taken a Personal Loan from Bajaj Finserv Ltd, bearing Loan no. 405SPL[protected] months back when I was employed and earning good salary. Thereafter I have lost my job and was unemployed since Dec-15. Still I continued to pay Personal Loan EMI. I was surviving on some Part time jobs and has requested Bajaj Finserv Executives to restructure my EMI to the tune of Rs. 8000/- instead of Rs. 12761/- to enable me honour my EMI. However, for last 5-6 months the Executives of Bajaj Finserv has been promising me that they will restructure my EMI and so they kept on pressurising me to pay current EMI. Every month a new Executive emerged and promised to restructure my EMI and kept on putting pressure to pay current EMI. Some of the Executives who were promising are Birendra Saroj, Juber, Nishir Yadav, Sunil Kadam, Bharat Sharma, Govind, Sachin etc.

        I have written several emails to various said Executives including those sent to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and [protected]@bajajfinserv.in requesting them to restructure (summary of emails attached) EMI. Surprisingly there is no revert from any of the Executives or Chairman or MD. I have also visited and met few Executives of Bajaj Finserv who were initially sounding very helpful then vanished suddenly.

        Presently I am jobless and have also lost my part time income since[protected]. Said Executives has been putting too much pressure and have even threatening me to be ready for the consequences if I do not pay my Personal Loan EMI. Such pressure has been from Bharat Sharma and Vinod Kadam who sounded to be very rude. I am scared that such Executives might try to physically harm me as they have already threatened me several times in the past. I have been begging them and informing that I have lost my job and current having no income but Sunil Kadam says that I am lying and trying to get away with the Personal Loan. These Executives are so aggressive that are literally forcing me to take some negative steps to get away from this life. I have never said that I am running away or will not pay Loan back to Bajaj Finserv.

        To keep you informed that one Executive namely Bharat Sharma who sounded very helpful in January 2017 and assured me that he is considering to restructure my EMI and hence forced me to pay that month EMI. Thereafter he became very aggressive and I am attaching herewith sms text messages of Bharat Sharma who is giving a threatening which reads as “I don’t want to create any scene in your society...Kindly make payment yom and help us to regularise your account”. Kindly go through with the attached sms text communication and access the aggressiveness of Bharat Sharma. (Text sms communication attached - six screenshots).

        During February 2017 Sunil Kadam kept me chasing me for making the payment and I have informed him that I will make the payment by the month-end. Thereafter he changed his voice and represented that he is calling from the Legal department and advised me to make the payment else they will issue a legal notice. He also indicated that “hamari collection executive bahut harami hain aur logon ko pareshaan karte hain”. I don’t know whom to believe and who is genuinely intending to help me?
        During March 2017, Bharat Sharma assured me that if I pay EMI for March-2017, no one will chase me for payment for next few months.

        I don’t know whom to approach under such circumstances when I am getting too much of threatening for making the payment or else be ready for the consequences.

        Also Bharat Sharma and his one colleague visited my residence on[protected] at about 1-1:15pm in spite of my saying that there is no one at my residence presently. He kept on pushing my doorbell and obviously there was no one at the residence at that time but he was not ready to believe it. Bharat Sharma also took out and checked certain letters and courier which were lying / inserted at the safety door grill. I don’t know what was the business of Bharat Sharma to check my courier / letters. The whole incidence has been recorded in the CCTV installed at my residence main door.

        This is the kind of threatening your Executives are giving and this indicates that a Borrower could always be put to harm if the borrower fails to pay EMI.

        Under such circumstances, I would request you to provide me a solution by reducing EMI in the range of Rs. 8000-Rs.9000 per month by increasing my Personal Loan Tenure.

        Could someone responsible take steps to stop such Executives to give me threatening and also appoint responsible personnel whom I can approach for restructuring of my Personal Loan EMI. Please look into it else they will finish me.

        With reference to your email, we wish to inform you that to reduce the EMI amount you have to do part payment of certain amount which get adjusted towards principle outstanding amount.

        Part payment effect can be given in two ways:-

        - Reduction in Tenure, OR

        - Reduction in EMI

        If you wish to make part prepayment, we request you to visit our nearest branch office and make the payment via cheque or DD in favour of “Bajaj Finance Limited” and payable at branch location.

          I am joseph. I borrow loan 15000 and emi is 1500. But executive said just pay 2000 for the interest then 10 months emi 1500after that you pay. I bought this loan last year 2016 april. But that executive added extra insurance 1880 without my knowledge, so total emi is 1688 . But executive said only you pay 1500 emi. I deposit every month 1500 properly. But i shocked first emi msg have to pay 1688. I complained, direct visit and scold the executive. That executive said no problem sir we can cancel the isnurance. But every month emi shown 1688. I wrote an letter and give it to office too. But now really didappointed bajaj. I received call from consumer court regarding penalty. Its not my fault. I am a long time customer of bajaj finserv. Dont miss the valuable customer. Please customer should ask the executive properly as well as contact branch. My simple advice dont go for bajaj finance. They are the cheater, they deceive and rob our money. You go for some other finance service

            Every day i am getting more than 8 calls from various numbers for taking personal loans in my number [protected].All of them are computerized calls and there is no way I am able to stop it. This is extremely disturbing and seems there is no end to it. I request you to kindly look into this with immediate effect and remove my number [protected] from your calling list.
            I am not at all interested to take loan from Bajaj Finserv at this moment.

              Hi All,

              Please be very careful from bajaj. Especially with personal loan initial they will say you it is 9.25% rate of interest. We will get attracted and we will start comparing with major banks as the are offering 13 to 14 % rate of interest.
              It is a biggest trap they are just changing terminology initial they will say you 9.25% and then later say you it is 9.25% Flat That mean from the starting of you loan till end you will be paying interest on your complete loan amount.

              It is not deprecating rate of Interest please be aware Guys this is my Request.
              when you are converting the same to Depreciating rate it will cross 17%.once you enter in to this trap you cant even go out by pre closing it same here they will say there wont be any pre closer charges initial once you enter they will say you it is 4%.

              And worst part is if you are calling to customer care department you will have to spend complete day to get connected. They have worst support.

              Please please Please Friends dont get it to this trap and dont suffer like me later.

                Please solve this issue as soon as possible

                  Baja Fin Serve provided me an EMI Card in the year 2015. Then I availed a number of EMI loans fro furniture, mobile and Television and promptly re-paid them all without any defaulting. Later I availed A personal loan of Rs300000/- presently it is active. But in this the company initially offered me 12% annual interest and paid the amount and sofar not sending any documetn related to the loan. Presently in my online account with the Bajaj Fin Serv official website Huge amount towards the interest is being deducted. When contacted they sid the interest they levied on me is 15.6%. Frequently they call me and pestering to avail personal loan.
                  Initially they offer low interest and obtain all documents online and give approval at higher interest.

                  The company is following unfair practices of cheating the customers.

                  Recently when I refused to take loan on higher interest, they resorted to the following unfair means:
                  1) They reduced my EMI card limits and consumer durable loan limits. When contacted the customer care they say that it is company policy without giving any reason. (It is important to note that I paid all the loans promptly . May be they have company policy to discourage honest customer: because if customers become defaulter, then they can recover a lot inform of penalty and interest thereon e.t.c.) That is why they reduced my EMI limits and want me to avail their loan.

                  They have not replied to my querrymail asking for the reason to drop my EMI card limit.

                  2) On this day dated 20.4.2017 I received a message to apply for CROMA Bajaj card and when I filled the details and submitted I received a message that My application is rejected due to company pollicy. (again proving that the company does not want prompt customers as they cannot recover huge amount on the basis of penalty.)

                  I request my fellow citizens not to encourage such a cheating propensity of any financial organization.

                      I a. Bharath reddy have taken a personal loan on 31/12/2014 with an assurance of nil preclosure charges would be applied after some stipulated months of emi payment but now bajaj has turned around and charging 4% preclosure chrages. They have started charging from june 2016. When asked they are replying as per economic standards it has been done. If they wanted to levy charges then it should be done the new customers who take loan from june2106 but not the existing ones. Why did bajaj promise about nil charges and they can't keep it. This shows their commitment and interest in their customers. This issue has to be resolved. If a new rule is implemented then the new customers should be charged but not for old customers. Cannot trust this company further they can change anytime.

                        This is to inform you, that the EMI amount of 2222 against my PL no. 4100PL09486278 got debited twice for the month of March 2017.

                        Details are as follows :-

                        1) via cash vide receipt no.[protected] by success advisory agency) on 16th March 2017.

                        2) via ECS on 23rd March vide ECS through central bank.

                        Now Its very surprising that how the ESC is getting heated to bank and get cleared once it's paid via cash.

                        It's also very surprising that the pl no mentioned in the receipt is not matching and seems some another account.

                            I at least hope that your team will understand the mails sen to wecare. The main crux of the problem is reaching your cust. care nos. Again your people are directing me to call the same nos. Do they think that customers are fools or sitting jobless to call the nos. which is not at all answered. My query was very simple. I have two deposits with you & the nos.45469, 76162, and enquired whether the Form 15H submitted for assessment year 2018-19 are recd. I had a bad experience with your company last year. I submitted the Form 15H in April 2016 for financial year 2016-17, to your Chennai office which was not at all update and resulting the deduction of TDS for my deposits. Hence I requested the confirmation of receipt of the Form 15H. It is very simple to answer yes or no. and nobody bothered to contact me to know the grievance raised by me. But a question is raised as under.

                            "With reference to your email, we request you to kindly specify your query and we shall be glad to assist you.

                            Our Customer Service Toll free numbers have changed."

                            What is this pl? I am really ashamed & regret that I have made deposit with your co. It is very very sad situation in your company.

                                I had purchased a washing machine using Bajaj finance on 15/10/2016 and at same time applied for EMI card, paid for it. I was advised the EMI card will be directly delivered after 2-3 months.

                                However, in-spite of chasing the IFB point at Haware Mall to-date, my EMI card has not been dispatched yet. My EMI's have been regular.

                                Please advise urgent reason for delay and send the card to me urgently.

                                  Hi this is rakesh mukherjee mob no [protected] i went to great eastern to buy a lcd tv how ever i did not buy one but they asked for my adhar card and pan card copy as i selected one of the television but when they went to process the loan the amount wad much higher so i refused to process any further. But after i reached home i got a message that the application for dear customer, your loan application for amount rs. 16668.00 has been approved. Your application sf id is sf62949022 for future reference. Kindly upload your photo on https://goo.gl/4iPYMb rgds, bajaj finserv how can any process my application without my concern and my permission.

                                    Hi,
                                    I closed the loan that we took for TV in March 2016, and in Jan 2017 I got a call asking me to pay extra 2500 for cheque bounce charges.when I told them that this is not right on there part and refused to pay because they can't come back 1 year after closing the loan saying that I have a due. Now again I get a call from Delhi high court itseems, telling me that there is a complaint filed and suggesting me to clear otherwise I would have to pay 28000 if they win the case as charges.
                                    Why are you irritating your customers so much? Closing the loan means I should be done with the loan. Why all this head ache and drama? NEVER GONNA BUY ANTHING FROM BAJAJ FINSERY, NEITHER GONNA LET ANYONE I KNOW BUY ANYTHING RELATED TO THEM.
                                    Worst customer service experience ever.

                                      Bajaj finserv company having worst customer sevrvices.im trying to contact bajaj finserv customer care from 1 month. if i call them they dont even recieve the call. if they recieve the cal they dont talk. last knigt i called that number & they revived the cal but thier represent told, dont call now its not working time. if that is not working time why did he recived the call

                                      I was complained about bajaj finserve customer care few days ago but i have never recieved any reply from them & still having the same problem

                                      Bajaj finserv is greatest finance company
                                      But employees of bajaj have very worst communication and they using abuse word they act like profligate if they or any one talk me like that i make police complaint

                                        It is a shame that you are not able to resolve this issue. You all should know that by having such fancy email id such as wecare, customerexperiencehead, grievanceredressalteam etc does not make you a customer centric company. You actually need to "walk the talk".

                                        Today again your Highly Unprofessional Collection team agent called me from the number "[protected]" & said that my cheque has bounced & she needs to collect that money. Really, this makes me feel that your organisation is full of fraud agents who just make fraud calls to the customer to extort their money.

                                        I am amazed to see that a money-lender company does not have ONE employee who is responsible, professional & with the helping & issue resolving attitude.

                                        Please ensure that because of Your Carelessness & Unwillingness to resolve the issue, my CIBIL scores are not getting impacted.

                                        Sharing again the list of my questions & issues:

                                        So here you are your failures:

                                        1. This is my Fourth complaint against your collections team.

                                        2. I now feel really insecure about my personal/financial details with you & that how my loan started without any prior information to me after 6-7 months. I am re-iterating that i am taking this very seriously as it is about the security of my personal & financial details.

                                        3. We have been continuously trying to fix this but do not see that ownership from your end to fix this.
