Byjus learning app which purchases for class 7, 8, 9, 10 registration for 03 years, stops working after 1 month. Customer care unable to resolve issues . Time lag and student not paying attention because of app problems. Byju app costing me around 32000 through Bajaj finance service. My two installments of rs 6200 already debited. Now I want to stop emi and refund of debited money and return product.
Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am also facing the same issue with Cash care, I cancelled the product but Emi still continue, when I call to byjus they will say to day I will solve this issue, from last 3 months am waiting for resolved.

    We purchased a new Samsung tv in Bharath eletronics in coimbatore on 30/3/2017. My parents signed for extended warranty without much knowledge as they were quiet confused by the staff over there. We really dont want the extended warranty for three years. Please cancel this warranty. We have not paid one EMI also still. Even if we pay an emi we are going to close the warranty as it won't be useful for us. CD loan number : SF61698623. Contact number : 91- [protected], 91- [protected]. Please cancel the extended warranty so that we can pay only the original emi amount for tv. We are not in a situation to pay extra. Please help asap

      Dear Sir,
      I have applied for new bajaj emi card and successfully got it by speedpost.
      I have submitted my all required document on bajaj finserv kaushambi, ghaziabad office.
      on 12 jan 2017.
      But still did'nt get any notification regarding document process.
      From last 1 month i am trying to know the reason why my card is not activated.
      I talk to customer care and they always saying that your document is not collected/verified.
      visited the kaushambi ghaziabad branch regarding this.they said that they process all the document regarding me.
      They also provide me two SR NO AS
      1.SRNO8527948
      2.SRNO8953805
      Please process forward otherwise cancel my card and refund back my money.

      Got a call from 7289075966, saying that he is calling from bajaj finserv pune. After discussing my problem, he is asking for my bank account debit cards details.First i hesitate but he is saying that it is mandatory, so i provide all the card related details to him. Rs 1 is deducted from my account.After that there is some problem in line that's why i disconnect the call. At the same time, there is another call constantly in waiting from 7282887327. After answering he is asking that i create a complaint? i said yes.Then he directly ask me about my account details.Then i think there is something wrong.i questioned him, for which i create a complaint?the call is disconnected from other side. Just after that i got a call from first no 7289075966, asking for why i disconnect the call. i tell thet there is some problem in line that's why i disconnect the call.Then he demand me for that msg that came from my bank for the deduction of Rs 1. I forward the msg to the same no. this is the whole things after just posting the complaint. But i did't get nay activation msg neither on my email nor on mobile.

        Hello

        Could any one from Bajaj WECARE cancel/deactivate my card. Many times i contacted and sent mail in this regard. Noting happened till date. Unnecessary Rs. 99/- charges every year on non usage.

        Many times sent a mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, but no action from them. Also I went to Bajaj Finserve office at richmond road, from them also no reply.

        Please deactivate the same at the earliest.

              I haven't received my Bajaj emi card. My user i.d is 37773155, I had purchased electronics from Croma Indirapuram and I have paid my 5 emi, still I didn't received my Bajaj emi card. I made multiple calls to customer care no.                 My loan application number:[protected], hello, this is nagarjun from bangalore. I've applied for a personal loan in bajaj finance ltd 3 days before for 2 lakhs, i was told that only processing fees of 1.5% will be deducted while disbursing the loan but they added a product called credit vidya without my notice which costs 1500 rupees which is no use for me and i got only 1, 94679 rs. Even the customer care persons admitted that the amount is less and asked me to contact their grievance team. Based on discussion with customer care employee i've sent the statement which i got from bajaj finance. A customer care person contacted me and sent the split up of documents. I found that amount of inr 1500 has been deducted in the name of "credit vidhya". When i asked about it they sent me an email statement with credit vidhya report. It is just an advice to take loan and to determine how your cibil points will be rated. I don't need such study reports as i knew it already and there is no use of such reports. This seems to be hidden charges without informing the customer. I asked for the amount to be refunded in my account. The customer care person said he will take up this issue and arrange for refund. But again i got the same report in the name "financial fitness report". I really don't need such useless reports for my rs.1500. Therefore it seems bajaj finance is looting customers money by these hidden charges. Atleast this should have been informed earlier, if it is informed i would have not taken loan from bajaj finance. Now i've to cancel this loan because of their poor actions. If they charge some amount for closure then i've to go to consumer court as no choice left for me. For other friends those who are planning to take personal loan, please take it from reputed banks (Transparent charges) instead of these financial looters... I'm expecting a reply or response from bajaj finance. I'll update in this forum until my issue gets resolved.

                  This is nothing but harassment, i am planning to move to a consumer court / tribunal to register a complaint and clam damages if this unwarranted harassment doesn't stop in a week's time.

                      As I tried to purchased a Oneplus3t smart phone from Amazon on 01/04/2017 by using EMI card still Online status of Amazon has declined my transaction due to insufficient credit limit whereas the letter received by me form Bajaj finserv is mentioned 75000 credit limit. The online status Bajaj finserve EMI Card is showing disbursement of loan amount of rs 30000 but amazon has not received the same and I am unable to purchase phone.

                      As we do not have any mode for direct access to you for further communication which is very irritating for us .By considering importance of matter we request you to check our correspondence immediately and do the needful. Your early and Prompt response is expected.

                            Hi Team,

                            I dont find any way to pay the payment before the due date on line. Initially my citibank account was linked but now that account is not active any more. I even wrote to the cc email address but they sent me a mail stating that there is no way to pay the amount before time.

                            It made me realize why would a company like bajaj would make such a website where there are no options to pay in advance. The only reason I could think of was malice.

                            After the due date these guys will start following up and start bugging you day and night with unwanted calls.

                            You need process improvement in the design of your website.

It's like keeping rented **** to lure u through there all lame accepting language of everything is "Yes". & this girls don't even feel ashamed of doing such a lame job :) . If they want few extra money, some o[censored]s would be witty to pay this shameless relationship managers from Bajaj FinServ. Come on u need some extra perks ... come on suck my cock & you surely will get better money than Bajaj is paying u for this cheating job !!! Wanna some load, u have my no :))

                                This **** cheat us - they commit you something & u end up getting something you will be extracted with more cash than they promised you & after this all when u enquirer this shameless **** ( relationship managers) u will find there language is totally opposite of what it was before taking the LOAN

                                  Please remove my number from you database and stop irritating me. I am loosing my valuable to by attending your irrelevant stupid marketing calls. This is really annoying you should stop this kind of irritating actions from such a known brand name. I need to get this resolved as soon as possible and i have tried many time to reach your number to complaint this and you people are so shrewd that no such call connections are being setup to reach human attendees.

                                        When i availed salaried loan from bajaj finance in the month of May 2015, executive told me 3 benefits,

                                        1) nil foreclosure charges

                                        2) part payment facility

                                        3) prompt repayment benefit

                                        Today i foreclosed the loan amount There is one component added called interest of termination, which really i am not aware, why i have to pay this amount, i dont rememeber this component was mentioned in agreement or not.

                                        This is indirect way of looting customers from bajaj finanace, it sucks the blood of customers, they don’t’ have even courtesy. I am really disappointed, .

                                        To attract customers they will give benefits then after 6 months, they will change the policy to make burden for customers, we are big fools to avail loan from them.

                                        1) int of termination rs 82 per day: 2038 (Invalid)

                                        Hence i am requesting via this website to recover forclosure amount of 2038 from bajaj finance, they are looting customers by putting lot of hidden charges. These are my hard earned money.
