    I a. Bharath reddy have taken a personal loan on 31/12/2014 with an assurance of nil preclosure charges would be applied after some stipulated months of emi payment but now bajaj has turned around and charging 4% preclosure chrages. They have started charging from june 2016. When asked they are replying as per economic standards it has been done. If they wanted to levy charges then it should be done the new customers who take loan from june2106 but not the existing ones. Why did bajaj promise about nil charges and they can't keep it. This shows their commitment and interest in their customers. This issue has to be resolved. If a new rule is implemented then the new customers should be charged but not for old customers. Cannot trust this company further they can change anytime.

      This is to inform you, that the EMI amount of 2222 against my PL no. 4100PL09486278 got debited twice for the month of March 2017.

      Details are as follows :-

      1) via cash vide receipt no.[protected] by success advisory agency) on 16th March 2017.

      2) via ECS on 23rd March vide ECS through central bank.

      Now Its very surprising that how the ESC is getting heated to bank and get cleared once it's paid via cash.

      It's also very surprising that the pl no mentioned in the receipt is not matching and seems some another account.

      I was informed zero pre-closure charges when I avail this loan, but now company says I need to pay 4 to 5 percent of charges to close the loan.

          I at least hope that your team will understand the mails sen to wecare. The main crux of the problem is reaching your cust. care nos. Again your people are directing me to call the same nos. Do they think that customers are fools or sitting jobless to call the nos. which is not at all answered. My query was very simple. I have two deposits with you & the nos.45469, 76162, and enquired whether the Form 15H submitted for assessment year 2018-19 are recd. I had a bad experience with your company last year. I submitted the Form 15H in April 2016 for financial year 2016-17, to your Chennai office which was not at all update and resulting the deduction of TDS for my deposits. Hence I requested the confirmation of receipt of the Form 15H. It is very simple to answer yes or no. and nobody bothered to contact me to know the grievance raised by me. But a question is raised as under.

          "With reference to your email, we request you to kindly specify your query and we shall be glad to assist you.

          Our Customer Service Toll free numbers have changed."

          What is this pl? I am really ashamed & regret that I have made deposit with your co. It is very very sad situation in your company.

              I had purchased a washing machine using Bajaj finance on 15/10/2016 and at same time applied for EMI card, paid for it. I was advised the EMI card will be directly delivered after 2-3 months.

              However, in-spite of chasing the IFB point at Haware Mall to-date, my EMI card has not been dispatched yet. My EMI's have been regular.

              Please advise urgent reason for delay and send the card to me urgently.

                Hi this is rakesh mukherjee mob no [protected] i went to great eastern to buy a lcd tv how ever i did not buy one but they asked for my adhar card and pan card copy as i selected one of the television but when they went to process the loan the amount wad much higher so i refused to process any further. But after i reached home i got a message that the application for dear customer, your loan application for amount rs. 16668.00 has been approved. Your application sf id is sf62949022 for future reference.                   I closed the loan that we took for TV in March 2016, and in Jan 2017 I got a call asking me to pay extra 2500 for cheque bounce charges.when I told them that this is not right on there part and refused to pay because they can't come back 1 year after closing the loan saying that I have a due. Now again I get a call from Delhi high court itseems, telling me that there is a complaint filed and suggesting me to clear otherwise I would have to pay 28000 if they win the case as charges.
                  Why are you irritating your customers so much? Closing the loan means I should be done with the loan. Why all this head ache and drama? NEVER GONNA BUY ANTHING FROM BAJAJ FINSERY, NEITHER GONNA LET ANYONE I KNOW BUY ANYTHING RELATED TO THEM.
                  Worst customer service experience ever.

                    Bajaj finserv company having worst customer sevrvices.im trying to contact bajaj finserv customer care from 1 month. if i call them they dont even recieve the call. if they recieve the cal they dont talk. last knigt i called that number & they revived the cal but thier represent told, dont call now its not working time. if that is not working time why did he recived the call

                      It is a shame that you are not able to resolve this issue. You all should know that by having such fancy email id such as wecare, customerexperiencehead, grievanceredressalteam etc does not make you a customer centric company. You actually need to "walk the talk".

                      Today again your Highly Unprofessional Collection team agent called me from the number "[protected]" & said that my cheque has bounced & she needs to collect that money. Really, this makes me feel that your organisation is full of fraud agents who just make fraud calls to the customer to extort their money.

                      I am amazed to see that a money-lender company does not have ONE employee who is responsible, professional & with the helping & issue resolving attitude.

                      Please ensure that because of Your Carelessness & Unwillingness to resolve the issue, my CIBIL scores are not getting impacted.

                      Sharing again the list of my questions & issues:

                      So here you are your failures:

                      1. This is my Fourth complaint against your collections team.

                      2. I now feel really insecure about my personal/financial details with you & that how my loan started without any prior information to me after 6-7 months. I am re-iterating that i am taking this very seriously as it is about the security of my personal & financial details.

                      3. We have been continuously trying to fix this but do not see that ownership from your end to fix this.

                        This is Mirza Shaji Baig and my registered mobile number is[protected]. I received an SMS couple of days back stating that first EMI is due on 5th April 2017 for Rs 4600. The fact is that I have been making the payments for the past 4 months (since December 2016) for the Videocon TV (55 inches) purchased and have already made payments of 5 EMIs till now. After logging into the Bajaj Finserv website, it shows that my last EMI is due in Jan 2018 where as it is actually due in Sept 2017

                        Kindly look into the matter.

                            I am so frustrated getting tele marketing calls from bajaj finance on a regular basis. I have requested many times to stop calling me as i am not interested in availing loan.

                            It puts the bajaj brand in poor light. Are you so desperate to get business at any cost, even at the cost of causing disruption in someones personal/office time.

                              Sir/madam, i made an online payment for current month emi, i was due for only 5 days frm the date of payment of this current month emi. I got an message that my emi card was blocked. How could you done without intimating us about emi card blocking.

                                  Hello! I Am Manas Painter from Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
                                  I was i need of money in march 2017, i searched on Quickr.com and after giving my contact details there, i received a call from [protected] named as Mrs.Ankita from Bajaj Finanace lending, she said me to send her my documents, so i mailed her my documents on her email ID [protected]@bajaj port.com. after sending documents to her i recieved a call that my loan in sanctioned with Rs.3 lakhs, but to get that money i need to pay Rs.9000(which is 3℅ of loan amount).
                                  Therefore i paid Rs.10000on 31/03/17 and Rs.10000 on 20/02/17 as cash deposit in ICICI BANK Airoli, Navi Mumbai Branch for the account number[protected] account names as Future Solution.

                                  After my paying Rs.34000 i paid to vinit sharma from paytm also pay I was bat he was not received my call please help my number is [protected]

                                    Byjus learning app which purchases for class 7, 8, 9, 10 registration for 03 years, stops working after 1 month. Customer care unable to resolve issues . Time lag and student not paying attention because of app problems. Byju app costing me around 32000 through Bajaj finance service. My two installments of rs 6200 already debited. Now I want to stop emi and refund of debited money and return product.

                                      We purchased a new Samsung tv in Bharath eletronics in coimbatore on 30/3/2017. My parents signed for extended warranty without much knowledge as they were quiet confused by the staff over there. We really dont want the extended warranty for three years. Please cancel this warranty. We have not paid one EMI also still. Even if we pay an emi we are going to close the warranty as it won't be useful for us. CD loan number : SF61698623.                                         I have applied for new bajaj emi card and successfully got it by speedpost.
                                        I have submitted my all required document on bajaj finserv kaushambi, ghaziabad office.
                                        on 12 jan 2017.
                                        But still did'nt get any notification regarding document process.
                                        From last 1 month i am trying to know the reason why my card is not activated.
                                        I talk to customer care and they always saying that your document is not collected/verified.
                                        visited the kaushambi ghaziabad branch regarding this.they said that they process all the document regarding me.

                                        Got a call from 7289075966, saying that he is calling from bajaj finserv pune. After discussing my problem, he is asking for my bank account debit cards details.First i hesitate but he is saying that it is mandatory, so i provide all the card related details to him. Rs 1 is deducted from my account.After that there is some problem in line that's why i disconnect the call. At the same time, there is another call constantly in waiting from 7282887327. After answering he is asking that i create a complaint? i said yes.Then he directly ask me about my account details.Then i think there is something wrong.i questioned him, for which i create a complaint?the call is disconnected from other side. Just after that i got a call from first no 7289075966, asking for why i disconnect the call. i tell thet there is some problem in line that's why i disconnect the call.Then he demand me for that msg that came from my bank for the deduction of Rs 1. I forward the msg to the same no. this is the whole things after just posting the complaint. But i did't get nay activation msg neither on my email nor on mobile.

                                        Again getting call from [protected] and he is asking for again card details.
                                        Dear bajaj Finserv please confirm that this is the valid no. that you issue for customer problem.
                                        I think this is the fraud no.
