Complaint marked as Resolved Got a call from 7289075966, saying that he is calling from bajaj finserv pune. After discussing my problem, he is asking for my bank account debit cards details.First i hesitate but he is saying that it is mandatory, so i provide all the card related details to him.
Rs 1 is deducted from my account.After that there is some problem in line that's why i disconnect the call.
At the same time, there is another call constantly in waiting from 7282887327. After answering he is asking that i create a complaint? i said yes.Then he directly ask me about my account details.Then i think there is something wrong.i questioned him, for which i create a complaint?the call is disconnected from other side.
Just after that i got a call from first no 7289075966, asking for why i disconnect the call.
i tell thet there is some problem in line that's why i disconnect the call.Then he demand me for that msg that came from my bank for the deduction of Rs 1.
I forward the msg to the same no.
this is the whole things after just posting the complaint.
But i did't get nay activation msg neither on my email nor on mobile.
Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by basant135 Still Didn't get any confirmation or activation related msg, either or mail or on mobile.
How can i check that my card is activated ?

Updated by basant135 Again getting call from [protected] and he is asking for again card details.
Dear bajaj Finserv please confirm that this is the valid no. that you issue for customer problem.
I think this is the fraud no.
