I purchased a smartphone make Vivo V3 Gold on 13/09/2016 through bajaj Finserv under EMI Scheme without any interest. It was agreed upon that the total cost of the phone amounting to Rs.15, 000/- will be paid by me in easy instalments. However, while going through the monthly statement of Bajaj Finserv, they have created two loan accounts i.e. one for Product 454DPF27477016 and another Digital Fone Safe 454DFS27477051 and EMI were deducted from my bank accounts for these two accounts. I could not understand the same. The total EMI deducted so far exceeded the cost of the phone.
When I have not submitted any document for insurance etc., then why there is deduction for more than the total phone cost. Please explain the reason why your financial division is cheating the customers. Please resolve the issue and pay back the extra amount over and above the total phone cost.

    My Home loan (Balance transfer)A/c-400SHO34232403. While applying for home loan, the Bajaj Fin ser company has took all signatures on blank documents . Now with out disbursing home loan amount, they have started charging EMI. Already deducted Rs.25000/- . On requesting clarification, they are not responding. On mail, they are informing that they have not received one document. If so, how they are charging EMI? Even after informing them not to charge EMI, they have put deaf ear. I am posting the information in all social media to alert general public about the cheater company. I request justice & my money refund. I am not going to take now disbursement due to worst services.

      While I am availing the loan they clearly stated that there is no changes for part-payment or pre-closure of the loan. That also a reason for me to take a decision to avail the loan from Bajaj. 9 months later they are sending email stating that they have revised the levy charges and in case of pre-closure I need to pay 4.6% charges.

      But still (20-March-2017) I am getting marketing calls from Bajaj and they are telling no charges for part-payment and for closure charges. So I realized that Bajaj finserv knowingly cheating and using this method as a passion just to get money from consumer packet.

      I suggest the readers not to avail any products from Bajaj.

      I have no needed your EMI CARD facilities more. Closed the EMI CARD asap.
      I have to closed EMI CARD as soon as possible. Earlier I have complained but unfortunately there is no response about this matter. Short out this matter as soon as possible.
      same issue from my side, we have taken loan with agreed terms no part payment and pre closure charges. now ther breaking the rule of the money laundering game

      I had recieved many calls offering personal loan . after some calls i accepted and agreed to take personal loan. your local executive had taken all the required documents from me. but he later informs me that my application had been rejected without any prior reason. why making disturbance of calls and why are you rejecting. is all this a game

        Bajaj finserv have offered salaried personal loan with the below benefits:

        *nil foreclosure charges*
        Any time, post clearance of your first emi
        *part prepayment (Term loan)*
        *post clearance of the 1st emi, the customer is allowed to pay up to 6 times in a calendar year (Minimum amount per part payment is = emi x 3 and no limit on the maximum amount per prepay transaction)*

        After 1st of june'16 they have decided to levy 4% foreclosure charges hence violating the loan agreement. No prior communication was sent to us before june 1st.

        Their customer care has been responding with the below standard reply. Also muted response from their grievance redressal team and customer experience head.

        We wish to inform you that currently we have stop online part payment process and foreclose process for all unsecured loans. If you wish to make payment against your loan for part payment or foreclosure, we request you to visit our nearest branch.
        With reference to your query regarding foreclosure charges, we would like to submit that bfl was amongst the first between all financial institutions to start with the practice of zero foreclosure charges whilst competitors were charging the same to all customers.In line with the policy we offered the above facility to you with zero foreclosure charges.

        However, basis the prevailing market condition the company decided to apply foreclosure charges to all our customers who foreclose the loan.
        Bajaj finance always strives to maintain best possible balance between the customer's interests and current economic conditions. All practices hence adopted are keeping in mind our aim to achieve better customer service with a competitive edge.
        In view of the above fact, we wish to inform you that we would not be able to waive off the said foreclosure charges.
        Foreclosure charges of 4% + (Service tax15%) i. E. 4.60% will be applicable on balance principle amount.

        For partpayment if you will make part payment above 25% then charges are applicable i. E 4.60% on balance principle amount.

          I, aneesh harindran from cochin kerala. My emi card is found blocked when i tried to purchase a mobile was very embarrassing. On contacting their customer service they first told that dealer has blocked my card because i have purchased it for gifting!! When prompted how a dealer can block the card which is issued to me, customer care executive ms. Preetha stated it was blocked by bajaj executive and i need to write an "apology letter" to them for unblocking the card!!. Ms preetha also seems to be in a hurry to end conversation as so many people waiting online with so many similar complaints for bajaj finserv which is again very common in their case. I have decided not write any such letter to them as i didn't breach any contractual terms and conditions, and requested ms preetha to initiate proceedings to cancel the card if so and to my wonder she agreed immediately (Pathetic customer care executive). To conclude, i will never purchase anything using bajaj finserv and never recommend it to my friends/relatives. Business loss will be yours dear bajaj team.

            Emi completed: 17 emi’s

            When i availed salaried loan from bajaj finance in the month of august 2015, executive told me 3 benefits,

            1) nil foreclosure charges

            2) part payment facility

            3) prompt repayment benefit

            Today i foreclosed the loan amount but i was shocked there was a 4% foreclosure amount which came around 22080. I am really disappointed with this, when i enquired with bajaj finance, they told policy has been changed; let them change policy for future customers not for the old customers, it’s a burden for customers,.

            There is one more component added called interest of termination, which really i am not aware, why i have to pay this amount, i dont rememeber this component was mentioned in agreement or not.

            This is indirect way of looting customers from bajaj finanace, it sucks the blood of customers, they don’t’ have even courtesy. I am really disappointed,.

            To attract customers they will give benefits then after 6 months, they will change the policy to make burden for customers, we are big fools to avail loan from them.

            Below you can see the breakup,

            1) interest for the month: 3455.16 (Valid)

            2) 4% closure: 220180 (Invalid)

            3) int of termination rs 214.7 per day: 3435.16 (Invalid)

            Hence i am requesting via this website to recover forclosure amount of 22080+3435.16= 25515.16 from bajaj finance for the, i am not billionaire, i am a normal person dependent on salary., they are looting customers by putting lot of hidden charges. These are my hard earned money.

                  Employees working in Bajaj finserev is a bad company, I have ever seen in my life. The company make employees to work more than business hours. And seriously it's effecting on their employees family, so many people are getting diversed, they won't give one day also leave, even if they are in very serious situation. Some employees did sucide bcoz of their torture in company to make targets. I understand there will targets to the company, if there are not reaching their targets, they are making the employees to sit in office till early morning hours like 5 am. Iam one of the employees wife seriously fed up with company, if I divserve my husband, then first I will put a case on your company. This is not the good way to treat their employees, and managers are using abuse language while scolding their employees, I don't know why they are scolding their employees family. This is a vulgar way to treat the employees. So kindly provide work life balance to employees and think out of the box to get their targets done.

                      I am totally pissed with the service from Bajaj finserv.

                      Now i understood how risk to use your emi card to opt for any service from bajaj.
                      i have been using the bajaj finserv services from past 3 years i have bought so many consumer products and even opted for personal loan.

                      Only this is the first time i am faced an issue from bajaj where i planned to buy a mattress from dealer exotica Hyderabad. where the bajaj representative didn't showed up at the delar shop for more than 3 days.
                      and finally the bajaj representative Venkat [protected] requested to share my pin so that he can proceed with the login.
                      and after proceeding with the login he told due to less balance they need some signatures from me. i informed him i am back to my place i won't be available at hyderabad so he can proceed with cancellation.
                      it is almost a month they didn't even cancelled my transaction.
                      i have even reported to his manager Rohit [protected] telling about everything.
                      still no use.

                      I have fed up with your service.
                      Any how i will reach the dealer

                      I have make my mind not use your service anymore... Since once i faced the problem now i understood i am in total risk by using your service, since your representative are aksing the pin to share and also their manager also supporting it as if no problem.

                      Any how as an end user i am in total trouble by using your service...i have struggling from past one month. I have toatlly fed up with your service ...i won't recommend my dearest ones to use your service...Very Bad service.

                      i will finish all my pending personal and cusomer loans in the coming period...i will not use your serive or products any more in future...even i won't recommed to any one.

                        I had applied for Bajaj Finance EMI Card . I had filed the application form where it is said that i am eligible for the loan also I purchase a washing machine from bajaj finance and paid fees for EMI card. In order to avail this loan i have to buy an EMI Card for which i had to Pay Rs. 349. I had made a payment of Rs.349 via Credit card in June 2016.
                        At present I paid 7 EMI of washing machine and only one EMI is balance.

                        I want to know the status of my EMI Card and my Loan Number because i am unable to check the status & Track my EMI Card.
                        Today is 16/03/2017 almost 10 monts complete & this is my 3rd complent but i did not receive me EMI card. I request your to Arrange the EMI card or refund me my money as soon as Possible.

                            I am Shivaparakash. As i am the customer of Bajaj finserve, while taking loan from them, they never mention anywhere about RBL credit card. After approval of amount, they processed a RBL credit card without prior my knowledge. Without use of it, i got bill payment date. I reached many time their executives, none of them responding properly. Please help me to resolve this issue

                            I had receive a call from Bajaj Finance for personal loan from mb no [protected] for personal loan against Insurance policy. They send me Loan Form. I had submit loan application and receive a loan agreement and after signed by me got approval confirma ton that your loan is approved and u hv to pay two instalment because your loan is approved against insurance policy so I had paid Rs. 20800 in favour of Bajaj Finance Ltd's account in IDBI A/c [protected] IFSC Code IBKL 000877. then charges for NOC paid Rs. 10000. After that loan will be disburse.
                            Now I got msg that loan amount will be deposited in your Bank account through NEFT but till date the amount is not received nor insurance policy from Bajaj Finance Ltd I humble request that Bajaj Finance is a reputed Company and its responsible for such cases and company has to look into the matter and give the justice. my name is NAGARBHAI PANCHAL mb [protected].

                            Bajaj finserv behaves in the weirdest possible manner. They are truly cunning and frivolous people. I will narrate my story in short.

                            1. They have agents who access all personal details through unauthorized means up to the extent that with what address you had taken your mobile phone. Clear violation of personal data stored with country's authorities.

                            2. If you are not careful, they will take a huge down payment, but won't calculate it accordingly while paying it to the third party. They will ask money in cash to achieve this.

                            3. They will put a sky high processing fee.

                            4. They will send you an EMI card, and keep charging your bank account with a yearly fee. Surprisingly they will give a very long validity of the card and keep charging you. This EMI card for all practical purposes is treated by your bank like a credit card. But it's not as safe as a credit card regarding frauds. Since have very little idea about this, you may not know what hit you.

                            5. If you stop taking their services, they keep harassing you by repeated calls from a large plethora of numbers. It may go up to the extent of losing concentration while driving. So, they may kill you if you are no longer taking loans from them.

                            6. Bajaj finserv is like obstipation (prolonged constipation with impacted stone-hard stool) since they will call you like burst fire from a wide range of computer generated voices as well as human executives who may sell you a loan either by persuasion or intimidation.

                              It is noticed that quarterly int amt released from these fds
                              Is less than the actual calculated amt of int.
                              For receipt no 48372 actual amt shuld be 2150/- but credited amt is 1951/-.
                              Similarly for fd no 48374 actual amt of int comes to 4300/- but credited amt is 3901/-
                              Int rate being @8.6%. Simple quarterly.
                              Moreover 15 g has been duly submitted.
                              Pl look into the matter and credit the shortfall amt to the stipulated account forthwith.
                              Pl do the needful expedetiously.

                                Worst place to take a LOAN. The sales people are forced to close their targets and those in turn cheat poor farmers and uneducated people who are in need of money and make them fall in their trap. In my case, the interest rate assured was 18%, but I am being charged 31.46% where I end up paying 4.5L for my LOAN amount 3L, in just 24 months. The only motto of people here is to cheat poor and uneducated people and convince them to take a LOAN at heartbreaking interest rates. Already when their processing fees are too high, their hidden charges will add in taking our breath. Don't believe on the testimonials in their website as they are cooked up by themselves because their is no option at all to provide our feedback in their website. Please don't go behind these heartless people who kill their conscience and moral values and work only for money (I think they eat only their own ****!!!).

                                  We purchase one sofa set for Rs. 19900/- dated 13/8/2016 that time we paid rs 3980/- for 2 mnths down payment balance for 8 mnths for rs 1990/- (15920)rs.
                                  for our LAN NO. 4035CE26351512. from senthil stores - Jaffarkhanpet, chennai Ph no.[protected], [protected] .So for we paid rs.17340/-excess amount 1530 company has to return back. Now the problem is they are telling that other account LAN No. 403HPC26351531 we purchased some item for that we have pay rs 915/- totally we paid 2905/- rs for 6 mnths in SBI A/C No.[protected]. We tried more times to contact that advisor but we couldn't. One day we got line he told wrongly calculated stop paying emi.Now they are tortureing us daily telling we have pay the balance amount.

                                  Sir I have an bajaj finserv emi card which is powered by darling digital world. The question is that I can only buy product from that selected company or can i use that card in other places like Amazon, etc.? If I cant what is the procedure to change my card so that I can use it on other places?

                                    Previously I have got durable loan for fridge and personal loan from Bajaj Finserv, due to there good services I have transferred my home loan to Bajaj Finserv, Ever worse services and customer care by Bajaj Finserv, They are processing my loan formalities till now lot of hidden charges, I lost more than 200000 for just transfer the home loan from ICICI to Bajaj Finserv, so Bajaj only fit for durable and personal Lone, not ever for home loan, I could say it in one word Bullsheet(Bajaj) Home loan service

                                      but I come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan.
                                      I try to conduct customer care by call but got replay as my customer number and card number was wrong. Could you plz able to tell me what is reason was the card blocked. and what can i do for reactive my card again.

                                      sir/madam, my name rammurti kejriwal and custm id 33255306. i am ur exits customer and have cleared my all loan to you. but you have blocked my card without informed to me, pls give me the reason for blocked the card and request you to know me how reactive my card again.
                                      what the ### you guyz are doing, why you blocked my card.my EMI's on time.. i have paid all the installments on time to your agents.still the card got blocked.i will go to counsumer court for this issue.

                                        Its irritating that I get Phones calls & SMS from Bajaj Finserv every now and then. I just wanted to stop these unwanted calls and SMS sent. My mobile number is [protected].

                                        I am not interested to take loan from Bajaj Finserv so please stop the same if not I shall move to consumer court.
