I have been pursued by one of your marketing guy to avail the EMI card which is hassle free and no hidden charges and can be utilized as and when required. I told him - i don't need this card as i am a retired senior citizen and surviving on my small pension amount, even after that he pushed me to take the card as an special request. I had never been told that Rs.99/- to pay for keeping the card which is of no use for me. Kindly STOP recovery and tell me how i can send back your card which has never been used till date.

    I bought a YL 55L (Vivo 1603), phone on 26.02.2017, from Go Mobile Shop Nehru Place New Delhi-110019. financed by BFL ( Bajaj Finserv) and the BFL made its insurance though IFFCO -TOKIO WIDE POLICY NO. 55018207 and Fonesafe Mem No. IM0381986, and at at the time of making insurance the BFL executive told me that the insurance cover will be for all Risk including Theft, Burglary, Damage etc. My above phone Snached by two biker by sligtly pushed me and snached and run away on 27.03.2017 NEAR Fruit n Veg. market Guru Ravidass Marg Govindpuri Kalkaji Ned Delhi-110019. Fir was Lodged wide No. SED-GP-000175.

    I request you to look into the matter and please make provide me claim and do the needful.

          Hello, I have applied for a loan in bajaj and my loan sf I'd is SF60088662.. When I contacted bajaj he's I don't know how to check or anything why r u giving jobs executives who even don't know alphabets in English.. They don't even know how to my application status as I can see my status is approved.. He is saying it's cancelled and ull get a message I can't show u a confirmation what is this I got approved I submitted my documents and wat is this so how should I proceed

          I have received sms stating that you shall charge inactive charge of Rs 99. I really need to know why is this charges. The card was provided by you and I didnt apply for it. Now do I need to forcefully avail loan even if I dont need it. I might go for consumer loan in future but not now so why I need to pay Rs 99.

              I was trying to buy a product from flipkart though bajaj finserv emi card.But, my transaction is getting rejected by bajaj.It is sending me a message that my availabe loan balance is 48, 000, but the product which i am trying to buy is of 28, 000.Then why my transaction is rejected by bajaj.I also have taken loans from bajaj previously from finserv emi card and never missed an emi.Then why it is getting cancelled.Please reply bajaj finance as i really need to buy the product from flipkart, and the offer of that will product is for two days only!!An early solution will be appreciated.Thank You

Customer care persons keep calling me on this number and saying you are Rajesh Kumar Yadav and using abusive words. I told them this number belongs to me, but they said prove this to us otherwise we keep calling you.

                This is absolute ridiculous. I am fed up from their calls.

                  Dear sir,

                  From last year Im getting lots of fake call from Bajaj Finserv, they said that, you have a pending costumer goods loan of year 2007, after next two or three days there are calling continues.i said in this year I was not in Delhi. They have register my current mobile number, whice I bought in year 2013, also they have my current home and Office address, both are related to me from year 2013. According to Bajaj Finserv, i bought a Air Conditioner of rs 23500. And there is a last EMI is pending.
                  And this pending loan is visible in my cibil score sheet.when they call me I always offered them to present all the bills and documents and proof that, this is my fault.but they never answer me properly..

                  One more thing, in year 2014, September. I was planning to buy a AIR CONDITIONER from RELIENCE DIGITAL, NAJAFGARH, SOUTH DELHI,
                  Product price was same as rs 23500, i present my all documents same as now BAJAJ claim, my loan was accepted, i made a down payment of rs 7500 something.and emi was fixed of rs1900.but RELIENCE Digital don't have fresh stock of that air conditioner.t hey forcing me to choose from showcase, that was using for demo.
                  Then I plan to buy from other place, i get back all my documents and amount.In same day I bought a Symphony air cooler on emi, product price was rs 15000 by Bajaj Finance from BINU TRADERS, NAJAFGARH, SOUTH DELHI.

                  I paid my all emi on time, then why there BLACKMAILING me.
                  Please guide me to clear all this issues.
                  Because of this fake pending loan I'm not able to apply any loans.and this is badly impact my cibil score.

                    I had applied for a personal loan in Bajaj Finserv and was sanctioned but they have also sent me a RBL Bank credit card which i never requested and i had placed a cancellation request as soon i received this card but even after 4-5 Requests the same has been not cancelled and they have started to raise the statements stating as annual charges and threatening to spoil the CIBIL Score if the same is not Paid and Bajaj Finserv is stating that they are not responsible for this issue.

                      Hi, my name is harish bajaj and I have taken personal loan from bajaj finserv, after paying 14 to 15 instalment I called bajaj finance for settlement and they agreed to pay 10 instalment against loan account no 5790PL07252138, I started giving them instalments and requested them to stop Ecs which is deducted from my another bank was causing me penalties in that account bu t they did not stop it, I now paid 7 instalments from my other account and old Ecs account become negative balance around 15000, in this account they represent Ecs 4-5 time every month, we humble request all their senior, to recify the problem, bt they have no concern, about this, a few day ago, I got online payment of approx 15000/- in a sec, my payment deducted by bank, bcz they represent Ecs, and balance goes negative due to insufficient bal, which I nvr carry in the bank, but know I feel I became foolish, I pay my emi timely as per setalnent letter, and other hand I also lost my money due to their mistake, several time I request to this company to stop those bank esc but all are vain, they nvr soute out my problem. I m suffering from dual loss, so, I request to plz stop Ecs upon that account, thanks, harish bajaj, [protected]

                        I purchased a smartphone make Vivo V3 Gold on 13/09/2016 through bajaj Finserv under EMI Scheme without any interest. It was agreed upon that the total cost of the phone amounting to Rs.15, 000/- will be paid by me in easy instalments. However, while going through the monthly statement of Bajaj Finserv, they have created two loan accounts i.e. one for Product 454DPF27477016 and another Digital Fone Safe 454DFS27477051 and EMI were deducted from my bank accounts for these two accounts. I could not understand the same. The total EMI deducted so far exceeded the cost of the phone.
                        When I have not submitted any document for insurance etc., then why there is deduction for more than the total phone cost. Please explain the reason why your financial division is cheating the customers. Please resolve the issue and pay back the extra amount over and above the total phone cost.

                          My Home loan (Balance transfer)A/c-400SHO34232403. While applying for home loan, the Bajaj Fin ser company has took all signatures on blank documents . Now with out disbursing home loan amount, they have started charging EMI. Already deducted Rs.25000/- . On requesting clarification, they are not responding. On mail, they are informing that they have not received one document. If so, how they are charging EMI? Even after informing them not to charge EMI, they have put deaf ear. I am posting the information in all social media to alert general public about the cheater company. I request justice & my money refund. I am not going to take now disbursement due to worst services.

                            While I am availing the loan they clearly stated that there is no changes for part-payment or pre-closure of the loan. That also a reason for me to take a decision to avail the loan from Bajaj. 9 months later they are sending email stating that they have revised the levy charges and in case of pre-closure I need to pay 4.6% charges.

                            But still (20-March-2017) I am getting marketing calls from Bajaj and they are telling no charges for part-payment and for closure charges. So I realized that Bajaj finserv knowingly cheating and using this method as a passion just to get money from consumer packet.

                            I suggest the readers not to avail any products from Bajaj.

                            I have to closed EMI CARD as soon as possible. Earlier I have complained but unfortunately there is no response about this matter. Short out this matter as soon as possible.
                            same issue from my side, we have taken loan with agreed terms no part payment and pre closure charges. now ther breaking the rule of the money laundering game

                            I had recieved many calls offering personal loan . after some calls i accepted and agreed to take personal loan. your local executive had taken all the required documents from me. but he later informs me that my application had been rejected without any prior reason. why making disturbance of calls and why are you rejecting. is all this a game

                              Bajaj finserv have offered salaried personal loan with the below benefits:

                              *nil foreclosure charges*
                              Any time, post clearance of your first emi
                              *part prepayment (Term loan)*
                              *post clearance of the 1st emi, the customer is allowed to pay up to 6 times in a calendar year (Minimum amount per part payment is = emi x 3 and no limit on the maximum amount per prepay transaction)*

                              After 1st of june'16 they have decided to levy 4% foreclosure charges hence violating the loan agreement. No prior communication was sent to us before june 1st.

                              Their customer care has been responding with the below standard reply. Also muted response from their grievance redressal team and customer experience head.

                              We wish to inform you that currently we have stop online part payment process and foreclose process for all unsecured loans. If you wish to make payment against your loan for part payment or foreclosure, we request you to visit our nearest branch.
                              With reference to your query regarding foreclosure charges, we would like to submit that bfl was amongst the first between all financial institutions to start with the practice of zero foreclosure charges whilst competitors were charging the same to all customers.In line with the policy we offered the above facility to you with zero foreclosure charges.

                              However, basis the prevailing market condition the company decided to apply foreclosure charges to all our customers who foreclose the loan.
                              Bajaj finance always strives to maintain best possible balance between the customer's interests and current economic conditions. All practices hence adopted are keeping in mind our aim to achieve better customer service with a competitive edge.
                              In view of the above fact, we wish to inform you that we would not be able to waive off the said foreclosure charges.
                              Foreclosure charges of 4% + (Service tax15%) i. E. 4.60% will be applicable on balance principle amount.

                                I, aneesh harindran from cochin kerala. My emi card is found blocked when i tried to purchase a mobile was very embarrassing. On contacting their customer service they first told that dealer has blocked my card because i have purchased it for gifting!! When prompted how a dealer can block the card which is issued to me, customer care executive ms. Preetha stated it was blocked by bajaj executive and i need to write an "apology letter" to them for unblocking the card!!. Ms preetha also seems to be in a hurry to end conversation as so many people waiting online with so many similar complaints for bajaj finserv which is again very common in their case. I have decided not write any such letter to them as i didn't breach any contractual terms and conditions, and requested ms preetha to initiate proceedings to cancel the card if so and to my wonder she agreed immediately (Pathetic customer care executive). To conclude, i will never purchase anything using bajaj finserv and never recommend it to my friends/relatives. Business loss will be yours dear bajaj team.

                                  When i availed salaried loan from bajaj finance in the month of august 2015, executive told me 3 benefits,

                                  1) nil foreclosure charges

                                  2) part payment facility

                                  3) prompt repayment benefit

                                  Today i foreclosed the loan amount but i was shocked there was a 4% foreclosure amount which came around 22080. I am really disappointed with this, when i enquired with bajaj finance, they told policy has been changed; let them change policy for future customers not for the old customers, it’s a burden for customers,.

                                  There is one more component added called interest of termination, which really i am not aware, why i have to pay this amount, i dont rememeber this component was mentioned in agreement or not.

                                  This is indirect way of looting customers from bajaj finanace, it sucks the blood of customers, they don’t’ have even courtesy. I am really disappointed,.

                                  To attract customers they will give benefits then after 6 months, they will change the policy to make burden for customers, we are big fools to avail loan from them.

                                  Below you can see the breakup,

                                  1) interest for the month: 3455.16 (Valid)

                                  2) 4% closure: 220180 (Invalid)

                                  3) int of termination rs 214.7 per day: 3435.16 (Invalid)

                                  Hence i am requesting via this website to recover forclosure amount of 22080+3435.16= 25515.16 from bajaj finance for the, i am not billionaire, i am a normal person dependent on salary., they are looting customers by putting lot of hidden charges. These are my hard earned money.

                                        Employees working in Bajaj finserev is a bad company, I have ever seen in my life. The company make employees to work more than business hours. And seriously it's effecting on their employees family, so many people are getting diversed, they won't give one day also leave, even if they are in very serious situation. Some employees did sucide bcoz of their torture in company to make targets. I understand there will targets to the company, if there are not reaching their targets, they are making the employees to sit in office till early morning hours like 5 am. Iam one of the employees wife seriously fed up with company, if I divserve my husband, then first I will put a case on your company. This is not the good way to treat their employees, and managers are using abuse language while scolding their employees, I don't know why they are scolding their employees family. This is a vulgar way to treat the employees. So kindly provide work life balance to employees and think out of the box to get their targets done.
