Hi,

I have took a loan from bajaj finserv loan account number 401SOL20292378, as per the aggrement signed there will be no foreclosure charges need to pay when i close the loan in future all of a sudden bajaj change the policy that i need to pay 4.6% extra this is a cheating and fraud to me.

Please help me on this

Hi, Bajaj sent an email and called me that give us 3 day time to solve your issue post 3 days they did not solved and saying me that we have changed the policy you have to bear the foreclosure charges this is a cheating and bluff to me as per the agreement nothing was there there is no meaning of agreement in india then whats the use of it anyone can bluff anyone Please help me here

Hi,

I have also received the same treatment from Bajaj Finserv where they unlawfully retracted from the initially agreed terms of the salaried loan and imposed a 4% foreclosure charges+taxes. I sent them a legal notice already and will be filling the case in consumer court soon. Meanwhile, I have also notified CIBIL regarding this illegal behavior and will stop paying EMI until court resolves the matter.

    I miss something special rajawat I took TV on emi through bajaj finance . 22000 was loan amt and 2200 was my emi . On 2june16 was my last emi . Now on 27 June I received a msg that I should arrange 11th emi of 2200 in my account which is due on 2nd July .my email address is sharad.[protected]@gmail.com . Please reply because bank has deducted my balance

      1 month over but by card not received and not received sms &email . Charge apply sms received and 349 Rs diduct my account .How much time to created card no idea.
      I two time complaint to baja emi customer care.
      But no solutions my problem.

        I had taken a EMI scheme from Bajaj Finserv for purchasing Bajaj Pureit Water Filter. I was supposed to pay an EMI of 889 for 9 months. After paying it for 3 months without any hassles. I had contacted a Bajaj Finserv executive for foreclosure of my loan by paying out the remaining money at once in the fourth month. They had assured me that I can pay out the remaining amount when I visit their office. I spoke to the executive multiple times before I finalized on a date i.e.25th June, 2016. I had categorically stated the fact multiple number of times that I will not be able to visit their office again and again. So I wanted it to be settled once and for all. I was assured the same.
        I reached the office on the designated day and time taking an early half day leave from office. But after a series of events, they could not come around to closing my loan account.
        I repeatedly told them that I wanted it to be settled. I was also carrying cash for the same. But it is in that moment that the very amateur and unprofessional Bajaj Finserv executives told me that the process could not be carried out on that day because of some internal processes which they weren't aware of.
        This kind o[censored]nprofessional and amateurish handling of customers is very disappointing, that too from a company handling insurances. It is even more pathetic to see that it has a brand name of Bajaj attached to it.

            You your selves contact over phone for pl and your personel said there will be no pre closure charges after and mentioned in the loan agreement sent to me as nil fore closure charges. today i have closed the loan but levied rs 6260 as fore closure charges not following your loanagreement and this is unfair and customers dissatisfaction.
            Please credit the amount in my sb a/c iob[protected], arumbakkam chennai. customers are important for such firms. i need your reply. any thing should have some wightage on your assurance to profit and develop.

              I had taken a consumer durable loan amount of 25, 899 /10 i'm paying Rs.2590 as EMI on ECS every 05 day on every month last month im unable to pay on 05/06/2016 because my salary was not credited on 5th . bajaj finserv representative called me and forsed to pay the emi amount via cash on 20/06/2016 before 1.00 PM and im paid Rs.2600 at the same but after two days 22/06/2016 they re claimed for ecs in my account my bank rejected due to insuficiant funds and charged me Rs.1062.5 for that

                I am an dealer for all kind electronic home applinces from sonai, tal:newasa, dist:ahmendnagar, 414105. for bussiness increament i had tie up my firm 'BALAJI ENTERPRISES' with bajaj finserv rural lending from year jun 2013 with dealer code: 23248.
                but last year in aug 2015 i had financed a customer
                SF25042361: GOVIND GANGADHAR JANGALE for a sony led tv with value 56900/- with 18/04 scheme but in kopargaon office a manager with name Mr.BHAGWAT KHODAKE{[protected]} had disbursed that file with scheme 12/04, in result of that customer got emi of Rs.4800 on belhalf of Rs.3218 and i got short payment of RS.6320/- . on next day i told rahuri team manager
                Mr.RAHUL SHIRSATH{[protected]} and MR.DEEPAK PANDIT{[protected]}
                prasad mudliyar{ [protected]}.
                after three months follow up they raised a rebook request for same case. but after all of that no payment paid to me
                but in october, company cuts my another two payment with
                1)SF ID:SF26946939: NITIN BALASAHEB KUMAWAT = 30370/-
                2)SF26673647: NITIN MALHARI BELHEKAR = 7213/-
                AGAINST first payment of SF25042361: GOVIND GANGADHAR JANGALE. from that day i had following whole Sales & Recovery team of bajaj finserv for my payment refund OF TOTAL RS.43903/-
                LOTS OF MAILS AND CALLS I HAD WITH ALL THESE PEOPLE NOT A SINGLE STEP TAKEN FOR MY REFUND.

                  Hi, I'm Ganesh Guturi and have taken personal loan 5L from Bajaj Fin Serv company in March 2016. The loan type is FLEXI LOAN and it has feature as Nil Foreclosure charges (0%) any time after clearance of your first EMI. Because of this reason only I have taken loan from Bajaj with higher interest rate.

                  However, today I wanted to close the loan and I went to nearest branch and there in Foreclosure Letter they mentioned as that foreclosure charges is 4%. When I visited nearest branch they are not at all caring about customers and simply saying that "Company has changed the policy" and given mail ids to send mails to them. This is completely cheating customers. We should fight for this else tomorrow then can revise interest rates as well.

                  Whoever taking loans from Bajaj... please do not take. It is not trusted one.

                    Never take loan from bajaj finance they change their policy at anytime... I felt cheated when bajaj finserv introduce the foreclosure charges... When i took the loan they said there is no foreclouse charges and now they have levied the 4.6% foreclosure charges even on the existing loan. This is something i never heard from other banking service. How can they put the foreclosure charges on the existing loan when at time of loan they mentioned there will be no foreclosing charges.

                    Be safe to not take loan from bajaj finanace, think now they have added 4.6% without intimating may be tomorrow they will increase again to 20%, 50% or may be 100% god knows. It is a clear cheating case... We should not allow this to happen.

                    Any customer at time of loan take his decision based upon the roi or the foreclosure charges bank is offering. When i took loan they told be nil foreclosure charges, even when they send me the policy confirmation letter. It was mentioned there will be no foreclosure charges on which they got approval from me. This is very very very bad... Financing company. Also they have cheated me on the insurance taken on the policy. Their representative told me bajaj finance will be taking the accident coverage policy against me so in case something happens to me my family will get the amount after deducting the loan amount. They told me policy will be taken from hdfc bank but and it would be till my policy term i. E. 5 years. Later i found policy is been taken from bajaj insurance and that too for one year. It cleary shows their intention against making the employee get insurance not for the loan amount just to sell their accidental cover policy. What will they do now if something happens to me after one year... Is that they will not recover anything from my family???

                    Never ever take loan from bajaj finance and fall under their honey trap... Clearly all the guys are cheaters here...

I have contacted bajaj finance people but no response from them and i even contacted there head but no response i contacted hdfc life on this but they returned back will give me in one day but its 3 days still no response.

                          Dear Team,

                          I have applied for two EMI card online, payment is already done,
                          but i din't received any reference id, I hv received sms but there is no reference id for track the status of Card nor i am getting any help from toll free helpline number.

                          The payment for the both the cards are already done however it is already more than 15 days and we have not received the EMI cards

                          I have received only the text massage on my mobile no [protected] and [protected] respectively for EMI card approval.

                          Please resolve the matter on priority since they had committed to deliver the card in 7 days !

                              I see that there was a ecs debit from my citi account on 4th of june

                              24/06/2016 intercity ecs paid paid to tpcf bajaj finance:4009117:billjunction payments limited refno:[protected] ref no :- [protected]
                              Rs. 99.00

                              I believe this payment of the ecs was completed by 2013. However, not sure why and for what reason this amount was debited from my account.
                              Can some one please respond and give me an explanation.

                              I observed there is a wrong debit of Rs.99 from my bank account with the following transaction id and details, Iam shocked to see this, Please reverse and credit it back to my bank account. This is pure pilferage from many accounts as i see many customers having the same complaints even though the relationship has ceased to exist five years back, .

                              My name is Prasad Reddy and also a victim of this spurious transaction from Bajaj Finance(Or not sure if some intruder's action on Bajaj Finance's name ? )

                              Same as complained by Ganesh and Raj as above but the amount is different.
                              See the transaction details below.
                              Damn sure this is absolutely a pilferage and would be a candidate for legal action.

                              1 28/07/2017 DECS/TPCF BAJAJ FINANCE/[protected] Dr. 117.00
                              On 23/01/2018 an amount of Rs. 117/- (One hundred seventeen) has been deducted in the name of ECS TPCF BAJAJ FINANCE through my A/c (CB) without any reason. This will be not acceptable and the concerned person has to look into the matter seriously.
                              I am trying to contact the customer care found online [protected] [protected] [protected], but not reachable. Please give me the contact id of the concern person, and refund the same asap.
                              Same things happened to me as well. What should we have to do? any update on this?

                              I had similar issue and got it resolved after get in touch with [protected]@bajajfinserv.in.
                              They said this charge was some stupid EMI card annual fee which we don't know when we accepted for it?

                              This won't be resolved easily.
                              When I warned them that I'm going to take this matter with governments grievance cell https://pgportal.gov.in/
                              then they acted fast and deposited my money back in to my account.
                              I believe it takes at least a month and several email communications should resolve your issue.

                                I had taken a flexi personal loan with zero foreclosure charges 8 months ago. I went to foreclose the loan and Bajaj is demanding 4 % as foreclosure charges. This is not as per agreement and it comes to an amount of 17K rupees. How can you violate the agreement? Please address this asap

                                  I have apply for an EMI card by online and for that i have also paid 349 payment at 17/06/2016 after all the procedure i have receive msg and mail for payment and card conformation but still i have not received any updates regarding card processing or dispatch. Is this a new way to collect money from the market for your sake. If is this not possible for bajaj finserve to send or generate card then kindly give back my money.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I had taken this Personal loan of 10 lacs from Bajaj Finance because of the exclusive offer from Bajaj giving part payment facility & foreclosure facility at 0% charges. That was the only reason I took this loan from Bajaj at a comparatively higher rate of interest in spite of me getting better rate offers from other banks/NBFCs. A major part of Interest has already been recovered from Bajaj in the last 30 months. Now when I wanted to close this loan Bank is levying a pre-payment charge of 4.60% on the outstanding amount without any notice to the customer. The change in any policy or terms & conditions can be understood for new customers but how can sudden changes be applicable for old customers. This is clearly cheating the customer. The officers of Bajaj never show the agreement to the customers stating that all the loan details & terms and conditions of the loan will be given to on Email for which we have to reply as our consent. I had received from Bajaj in the Email sent from Bajaj it is clearly mentioned that Foreclosing charges are Nil, and there is no such condition that terms & conditions are subject to change any time during the loan tenure.
                                    I took a balance transfer loan from ICICI to close this loan which got disbursed on 31st of May, I received a cheque on 2nd but on 2nd I came to know the pre closing conditions have changed from 1st onwards. I was helpless and I had to forcefully close the Bajaj loan since I was been charged interest from both ICICI & Bajaj. I was supposed to travel out of India but I have cancelled that too because of this.
                                    I have faced a huge monetary loss in the following manner
                                    Fore closing charges @4.60% - 27100/-
                                    Interest to Bajaj From 1st to 14 June - 3332/-
                                    Interest to ICICI bank - 3332/-
                                    Apart from the monetary loss I have lost on my travelling & cancellation charges and most importantly mental trauma in all these process.

With reference to your query regarding foreclosure charges, we would like to submit that BFL was amongst the first between all Financial Institutions to start with the practice of zero foreclosure charges whilst competitors were charging the same to all customers. In line with the policy we offered the above facility to you with zero foreclosure charges. However, basis the prevailing market condition the Company decided to apply foreclosure charges to all our customers who foreclose the loan. Bajaj Finance always strives to maintain best possible balance between the customer's interests & current economic conditions. All practices hence adopted are keeping in mind our aim to achieve better customer service with a competitive edge. In view of the above fact, we wish to inform you that we would not be able to waive off the said foreclosure charges.                                     This is not the best way to maintain balance it. If you want meet market conditions then you should have applied for new customers. However, you should not apply the charges on existing customers. How can you change the policy features in between without prior intimation? Is this how you trick your customers after serving the loan? I believe this is not best practice to achieve better customer service, I would not recommend my colleague to adopt any of your service in future.

                                      Bajaj finserv has given me personal loan with a term condition specified in written that there wont be any foreclosure charges or part prepayment charges during the tensure.

                                      I have taken loan on 27th may 2015. I got below written communication about the foreclosure and part-payment charges:-
                                      "the advantages and benefits offered by our products will be by far the best that is currently available in the industry.
                                      1.1.0% foreclosure after 1st emi (Best in industry):-
                                      A. All other banks / financial institutions have a lock in period of 6 to 12 months.

                                      2. Part payment benefit (Flexi loan):-
                                      · part payment amount will be booked as flexi overdraft amount, so that you can use this amount in between the active loan.
                                      · you can do any amount as a part payment. (Minimum rs.100/-)
                                      · no limit for making part payment.
                                      · first pre payment can be made wihin 36 hours of disbursement.

                                      3. Part payment benefit (Normal loan) after 1st emi (Reduces interest outflow)
                                      A. You haveto pay a minimum of 3 emi’s as part payment and maximum can be principal outstanding.
                                      B. Maximum 6 part payments allowed per year.
                                      C. Flexible option of reducing either tenure or emi.
                                      D. Zero charge for making part payment
                                      E. Other financiers allow part-pre payment after 6 months"

                                      On 1st june 2016, suddently i received an email from bajaj finserv stating below:-

                                      "dear customer,
                                      This is in reference to the loan (S) availed by you. We have modified the terms and conditions of your loan/s with respect to foreclosure and pre-payment charges.
                                      Foreclosure charges of 4% (Plus applicable taxes) will be applicable if you choose to foreclose your loan post clearance of first emi. Foreclosure of the loan is only allowed post clearance of the first emi.
                                      Part prepayment charges* will be applicable if you choose to prepay more than 25% of your current outstanding loan amount. However, no charges will be applicable for part prepayments done up to 25% of the current principal outstanding in last 12 months. This facility is allowed post clearance of your first emi only.
                                      The revised terms and conditions are also available on our website atwww.bajajfinserv.in/finance
                                      The revised terms and conditions will be applicable with immediate effect.
                                      We sincerely thank you for your continued support and patronage. We assure you the best of our service at all times.

                                      This is cheating. This is not true transparency. Bajaj finserv have cheated with these terms and conditions. I will not consider this foreclosure and part-payment revision.
                                      I did tried to call their call center. The call center agent was very rude and was giving me one single statement of "policy change" throughout her speech. Upon asking to transfer the call to manager, he refused to do so. They dont even consider to talking to their existing customer.

                                      Please justify. I want to compalin about this nuisance and challenge fake people from bajaj finserv's get this settled soon.

                                      I have similar issue, I had taken on Mar 2015, now I'm requesting for Part payment they are asking 2.5% extra on any part payments, this is cheating, if they have changed policy then it should not be applicable for existing customers.
                                      Dear Friends, same thing happened with me also. Have taken loan with condition that no foreclosure and pre part payment but they have changed policy and started charging.

                                      Clearly this is cheating and perhaps bajaj do not know that just because of these features people are taking load from bajaj even at HIGH RATE of Interest but if they will start changing foreclosure and prepart payment then people will never prefer to take loan from Bajaj.

                                      NEVER TAKE ANY LOAN FROM BAJAJ BECAUSE THEY ARE CHEATING US.
