Hi,

I have recently taken a personal loan from bajaj finserve, however when i availed a personal loan they have clearly mentioned that i will not have to pay any foreclosure charges after 1st emi.

When i have sent a mail to bajaj finserve to foreclose my loan after 3 emis, they have sent the below mail stating i have to pay 4.60% foreclosure charges incl service tax due to change in policy. This is seriously unfair and i am not receiving any support from bajaj's grievance redressal team.

Please help.

Thank you for writing to us at bajaj finserv.

With reference to your query regarding foreclosure charges, we would like to submit that bfl was amongst the first between all financial institutions to start with the practice of zero foreclosure charges whilst competitors were charging the same to all customers.In line with the policy we offered the above facility to you with zero foreclosure charges.

However, basis the prevailing market condition the company decided to apply foreclosure charges to all our customers who foreclose the loan. Bajaj finance always strives to maintain best possible balance between the customer's interests & current economic conditions. All practices hence adopted are keeping in mind our aim to achieve better customer service with a competitive edge.

Foreclosure charges of 4% + (Service tax15%) i. E. 4.60% will be applicable on balance principle amount.

Minimum sum of 3 months emi amount is required to be paid to process part prepayment request and you need to pay 2.30% charge on that amount. If you wish you can pay the part payment amount more then sum of 3 emi amount, but you also have to pay the charge on that. The charges cannot be waived off.

In view of the above fact, we wish to inform you that we would not be able to waive off the said foreclosure charges.

      I am namdeo r sargar from delhi i taken personal loan from bajaj finserve but interest is increased without asking me my mo number is [protected] kindly contact and i want return whole money to bajaj finserve kindly this unhappy things with me send contact number my loan account number is 401pst24797576 amount rs 75000 /- the loan was approved 18.21 interest per annual but after they increase my rate of interest without asking me and taking processing fee rs 6728/- for approving loan amount rs 75000/- only how recivar survive this type of loan processing then require judgement for me i indian ideal citizan so kindly take it very serious because bajaj finance to khoon pe raha hai jai hind namdeo sargar

        I took Personal loan from Bajaj Finserv where they gave me written promise that they will not charge any foreclosure charge.But now at this moment they are asking almost 15000 INR for foreclosure charges, i have contacted their call centers etc but no one is helping and adamant to charge it, also i logged complaint more than 1 month ago, so far they did not give proper reply, it seems they want to prolong the discussion so that i can keep paying installment them and do not foreclose the loan, Now from few days i am trying to pay whatever amount they have on me (including foreclosure charges) but their application is not allowing online payment which also seems their delibreate action to prolong the transaction. I have complaint to many but no one is listening, I want to go to court but if you could help me here it will save my time and efforts.

          I have taken personel loan with bajaj finserv. they have not rectified the ecs mandate issue, all past 4 months i pay in branch with late payment fee even though it is not my mistake : (. given checks 3 times, still issue persist. i decided to foreclose the loan. now they charged 4% fore closure, which was 0% at the time of loan taken (4 months back). also after loan disbursal, they least bother about customer query. customer care service is a 3 rd class service, very worst. i recommend everyone not to take personel loan with bajaj finserv. if you take, be ready to waste your time and energy by walking into the branch office all time.

            I had taken bajaj finserv, doctors loan, more than a year back on the primary condition on sanction letter that there would be no foreclosure charges and prepayment charges.When i want to close the loan today, i am surprised to get notified that Bajaj Finserv has changed their policies w.e.f 1/06/16 and foreclosure charges of 4.6% will be levied.The company has not notified me anything prior to the change.When called upon they are apologising for inconvenience and saying that due to technical error i may have not received their mail.
            They should have at least personally called upon their customers, asking them if they would like to foreclose the loan prior to the change of policies.Many would have still not foreclosed, but at least Bajaj Finserv would have done their duty.
            Most o[censored]s sign the documents of terms and conditions with the bank on trust and never have any bank changed their terms.
            Bajaj Finserv have broken the trust and unethically levied the charges.

              From past 5 days I am sending the email to "[protected]@bajajfinserv.in" but only system generated mail reply I am getting but after that I dont get any reply from actual customer care persons this is one of the worst customer care service I have seen in my life after this I felt really very bad.
              I will definitely inform all my friends and relatives and all my email groups and
              whats groups stating that never go for Bajaj Finserv for any kind of loans.

              So dear friends,
              If you want to help the citizens of India please spread this information as much as possible and show the power of information technology.
              I am being a software engineer I will show my power in spreading as much negative news as possible but it is a fact which I am putting here not just a rumour.

                I paid rs.349/- for EMI card on 13th jun 2016 with transaction number GUBI[protected] and also to redeem rs.750/- in that message.Till now the card is not delivered and redeem code is also not worked.After several mails i got reply with blue dart air way bill no [protected].But after tracking details in blue dart is showing as no found from a week.Till when i will receive my card.

                  Dear team,
                  i online apllied for bajaj finserv emi card and pay rs. 349.00 as they offering me 90000 loan limit. On 24/06/2016 but still i didn't get any card. And i also complain for this through the mail but they did not revert about the emi card.. I just receive only system generated mail. And when i am calling them there is no representative to whom i complaint..Now i am felt like cheated..

                      I have took a loan from bajaj finserv loan account number 401SOL20292378, as per the aggrement signed there will be no foreclosure charges need to pay when i close the loan in future all of a sudden bajaj change the policy that i need to pay 4.6% extra this is a cheating and fraud to me.

                      Hi, Bajaj sent an email and called me that give us 3 day time to solve your issue post 3 days they did not solved and saying me that we have changed the policy you have to bear the foreclosure charges this is a cheating and bluff to me as per the agreement nothing was there there is no meaning of agreement in india then whats the use of it anyone can bluff anyone Please help me here

                      Hi,

                      I have also received the same treatment from Bajaj Finserv where they unlawfully retracted from the initially agreed terms of the salaried loan and imposed a 4% foreclosure charges+taxes. I sent them a legal notice already and will be filling the case in consumer court soon. Meanwhile, I have also notified CIBIL regarding this illegal behavior and will stop paying EMI until court resolves the matter.

                        I miss something special rajawat I took TV on emi through bajaj finance . 22000 was loan amt and 2200 was my emi . On 2june16 was my last emi . Now on 27 June I received a msg that I should arrange 11th emi of 2200 in my account which is due on 2nd July .my email address is sharad.[protected]@gmail.com . Please reply because bank has deducted my balance

                            I had taken a EMI scheme from Bajaj Finserv for purchasing Bajaj Pureit Water Filter. I was supposed to pay an EMI of 889 for 9 months. After paying it for 3 months without any hassles. I had contacted a Bajaj Finserv executive for foreclosure of my loan by paying out the remaining money at once in the fourth month. They had assured me that I can pay out the remaining amount when I visit their office. I spoke to the executive multiple times before I finalized on a date i.e.25th June, 2016. I had categorically stated the fact multiple number of times that I will not be able to visit their office again and again. So I wanted it to be settled once and for all. I was assured the same.
                            I reached the office on the designated day and time taking an early half day leave from office. But after a series of events, they could not come around to closing my loan account.
                            I repeatedly told them that I wanted it to be settled. I was also carrying cash for the same. But it is in that moment that the very amateur and unprofessional Bajaj Finserv executives told me that the process could not be carried out on that day because of some internal processes which they weren't aware of.
                            This kind o[censored]nprofessional and amateurish handling of customers is very disappointing, that too from a company handling insurances. It is even more pathetic to see that it has a brand name of Bajaj attached to it.

                                You your selves contact over phone for pl and your personel said there will be no pre closure charges after and mentioned in the loan agreement sent to me as nil fore closure charges. today i have closed the loan but levied rs 6260 as fore closure charges not following your loanagreement and this is unfair and customers dissatisfaction.
                                Please credit the amount in my sb a/c iob[protected], arumbakkam chennai. customers are important for such firms. i need your reply. any thing should have some wightage on your assurance to profit and develop.

                                  I had taken a consumer durable loan amount of 25, 899 /10 i'm paying Rs.2590 as EMI on ECS every 05 day on every month last month im unable to pay on 05/06/2016 because my salary was not credited on 5th . bajaj finserv representative called me and forsed to pay the emi amount via cash on 20/06/2016 before 1.00 PM and im paid Rs.2600 at the same but after two days 22/06/2016 they re claimed for ecs in my account my bank rejected due to insuficiant funds and charged me Rs.1062.5 for that

                                    I am an dealer for all kind electronic home applinces from sonai, tal:newasa, dist:ahmendnagar, 414105. for bussiness increament i had tie up my firm 'BALAJI ENTERPRISES' with bajaj finserv rural lending from year jun 2013 with dealer code: 23248.
                                    but last year in aug 2015 i had financed a customer
                                    SF25042361: GOVIND GANGADHAR JANGALE for a sony led tv with value 56900/- with 18/04 scheme but in kopargaon office a manager with name Mr.BHAGWAT KHODAKE{[protected]} had disbursed that file with scheme 12/04, in result of that customer got emi of Rs.4800 on belhalf of Rs.3218 and i got short payment of RS.6320/- . on next day i told rahuri team manager
                                    Mr.RAHUL SHIRSATH{[protected]} and MR.DEEPAK PANDIT{[protected]}
                                    prasad mudliyar{ [protected]}.
                                    after three months follow up they raised a rebook request for same case. but after all of that no payment paid to me
                                    but in october, company cuts my another two payment with
                                    1)SF ID:SF26946939: NITIN BALASAHEB KUMAWAT = 30370/-
                                    2)SF26673647: NITIN MALHARI BELHEKAR = 7213/-
                                    AGAINST first payment of SF25042361: GOVIND GANGADHAR JANGALE. from that day i had following whole Sales & Recovery team of bajaj finserv for my payment refund OF TOTAL RS.43903/-
                                    LOTS OF MAILS AND CALLS I HAD WITH ALL THESE PEOPLE NOT A SINGLE STEP TAKEN FOR MY REFUND.
                                    SO, HERE I REQUESTING TO LAW FOR HELP ME TO GET BACK MY MONEY

                                      Hi, I'm Ganesh Guturi and have taken personal loan 5L from Bajaj Fin Serv company in March 2016. The loan type is FLEXI LOAN and it has feature as Nil Foreclosure charges (0%) any time after clearance of your first EMI. Because of this reason only I have taken loan from Bajaj with higher interest rate.

                                      However, today I wanted to close the loan and I went to nearest branch and there in Foreclosure Letter they mentioned as that foreclosure charges is 4%. When I visited nearest branch they are not at all caring about customers and simply saying that "Company has changed the policy" and given mail ids to send mails to them. This is completely cheating customers. We should fight for this else tomorrow then can revise interest rates as well.

                                      Whoever taking loans from Bajaj... please do not take. It is not trusted one.
