Bajaj city motor's, pilibhit by-pass road, bareilly, uttar pradesh, 243006. 👈 this is the full address of that showrooms service center who's service center staff was abusive and was not listening to my points and also they were talking to me below there levels and how can anyone talk to there customers... service i have ever experienced from bajaj... i want legal actions regarding them...

    Hello, I had opened a LOAN account with BAJAJ FINANCE in the year Oct, 2012, Where I purchased a LCD and had a auto debit option activated from a HSBC account, and the loan was paid in full. I was given a EMI card for future purchases. I again opted to purchase a new product13/July/2015 from Bajaj Electronics, and the transaction was processed basing on the documents provided and and the Bajaj Finserv employee at the help desk made sure he have all the documents and processed the loan using the EMI card. The documents that were submitted were, 1)PAN card 2)Driving licence 3)New bank A/c details.(which included a SBI chque No:-762905) The Bajaj Employee asked me for a new cheque for ECS deduction. I submitted the above cheque, and the Bajaj employee confirmed the same will be updated for payments. The first payment was due 05/Sept/2015, I received a call saying that A/c details are not updated and have to resubmit ECS form. I was asked to write a email to "[protected]@bajajfinserv.in .", I did the same, but didnot receive any help except a auto system generated response asking to submit the ECS form filled. Me residing in Hyderabad got declined by the bank authority to approve the ECS approval at SBI authority, Hitech city branch. Infromed the same to the employee who called to update the details. The same employee said to write a mail and also make the payment personally at the Bajaj office, Kukatpalli branch and also asked submit the ECS form. The Bajaj employee himself while making the payment said this will not updated until and unless it is being approved by the bank authority. I could not do that point of time, because the said a/c was opened in Visakhapatnam main branch. I did not feel that it sensible to travel all the way from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam to get the ECS form approved. I also kept the funds available in HSBC a/c, which I didn't want to use, just in case. So that the EMI could be withdrawn. This time also, I received a call saying that the EMI was not received Dated 07/Nov/2015, when I had the funds available. A Bajaj employee named Dinesh Dubey (Cell No:-[protected]) called me and asked too make a payment online. As per his advised I made the payment. A Today 17/Nov/2015, I received a call from Baja Finance, informing the a/c number is not updated. As advised, Spoke to customer service, who could not help me saying that limited access to details. Again I gave try and asked for a supervisor, Supervisor/manager was not available, waited for the call. Someone from Bajaj Finserv called and got me connected to Md. Gaush, Bajaj Finserv Branch, Kukatpalli, said will contact the branch and will call back within 10 mins. I am looking forward, to get this issue dealt legally now, to get my credit score in place, if was reported incorrectly anytime, and want to go as per legal norms and terms to get this hassle and harassment stopped and compensated.       I applied for a pre-approved personal loan with Bajaj Finsev. On the context of the same, the representative of the company collected my documents along with 6 blank cheques and 6 ECS forms duly signed by me. After, collecting the documents, there has been no response from the Bajaj Finsev and on enquiry it has been brought to my notice that the loan has been reject even if it was pre-approved. Taking the above incidence into account I asked for the blank cheques and ECS form which the representative of the company collected for which I have been informed that it will be couriered to me.Even after 2 weeks, the same has not been received by me. Also, on contacting the customer care center that is based at pune and inquiring about the status of documents dispatch the calls are being disconnected and no information is being provided.

        Hi My name is Rohit Sharma (ph no : [protected]) This is to inform you that there was a loan approved under my name however it was in regards to a Samsung phone at the Mobile store in Ghaziabad on 13 Nov 2015. I did called the customer service but today I have received a mail stating that your loan application has been approved and I have already put in a request to cancel the loan at the very same time . Its been 4 days now I have spoken to Rahul (field representative ) who took my request at the Shop ( The mobile store) and then I have also spoken to his Team Leader (Vivek Yadav, [protected]) but nothing has been done so far and now they have stop picking my phone ... here is the email...           I bought a Samsung LED TV 32 inches - 4100 model on[protected] through Bajaj Finance, Pondicherry. The salesman advised me to take an extra warranty of Rs.198 and i agreed on the same. Meanwhile, i have been paying my EMI regularly and even in advance.

          I paid the 6th month EMI and on the same day i received a message saying "An amount of Rs.594 is overdue in your loan A/C NO. 458EWC09879750 . Pay the same + charges urgently and avoid legal action. Contact our Branch.."

          I immediately approached the Pondicherry branch and i was informed that they have not deducted the extra warranty amount of Rs.198 since the month of May and hence i will need to pay Rs.198 for 5 months including a fine amount of 150 for 5 months. I was completely shocked, as the mistake was not from my end. I have already agreed to pay the extra warranty amount. The entire mistake lies with the company and its employees, as i can only make payment if you charge me. It is the company's employees who have to be responsible and update systems as per customer's agreement.

          They have also recovered extra warranty amount of Rs.198 for 1 month alone from my bank on 28/9/2015.

          Moreover, they are not accepting their mistake and advising me to pay the said amount first and later we shall discuss on the same. This is something unacceptable. I am ready to pay the extra warranty amount alone which was left unpaid. But i definitely cannot pay the penalty amount of Rs.150 x 6 months, as the fault lies with your company.

          I contacted your customer care regarding the same and i was informed that my card has been blocked due to non-payment of the dues. I am really upset on this injustice which has happened to me.

          Please note that till date, i have purchased 5 products using your Bajaj Finserve and have cleared all dues on time and have got the NOC.

          Being a valuable customer of yours, i kindly request you to fix this issue by

          i) sorting the person who has committed this error.
          ii) Charging me only the extra warranty amount of Rs.198 x 5 months
          iii) Unblock my card

            Hello Team, I am writing regarding my LAN # 5790PL04143170. For this month ECS has been bounced due to some Mandate issue from your end. I already made payment online. I tried to contact at your customer service number however not able to connect. Don't know what IVR you have changed. Please make sure that my cibil should not be impacted due to technical fault at your end. Please also arrange call back at below number to make me understand what is the issue here and how this can be resolved. I try to download the form your website but its not there.                 This is with respect to the service request raised by me associated with my personal laon having number - 4404SAL03663301.
                Service request number is SRN04156596

                Background:
                I took the personal loan from Bajaj at 15.575 % ROI for an amount 6, 50 laks ( out of which 50k was for insurance) and Amount of ` 5, 84, 394.00 disbursed on[protected].

                I did closed this personal loan in the month of april 2015.
                I requested Bajaj team to do the closure/surrender of the insurance - but was told that i can do so only after completion of 1 year.
                So after completion of 1 year, when i submitted all the documents over mail asking for closure and refund of the insurance money - it's strange that i havent received any update nor any call from your team.
                Every time i make a call to their customer care, only thing i hear from them is - request is pending with insurance team and they will refund the money in next 4-5 working days and that too only 19+k will be amount which they are saying that i will be getting as part of refund which is next to impossible to believe.

                There is absolutely no update over mail nor through call and no trasnparency for the reason of delay. It's such a torturing experience im going through and feel so helpless. Never expected such un-professionl behavior and handing of customer's requests from Bajaj.

                Such a pathetic and disgusting behavior/handling of service requests from your team.
                Shame on your part.

                I'm only requesting to give back my hard-earned money with interest for the delay and pain that your team have given to me. :-(

                Hope, any one of you have any courtesy and feel responsible for service requests, that i hear from you over call by today.

                  Dear sir, I got a message from bajaj finserv to download app for instant quick approval of loan and through the app i have processed for a loan and its now approved for 90000.Through the approcal status i have visited near by mobile store and met the bajaj finserv ececutive, he has comitted that we can process your loan without any documents with only id proof. With his comitted i have sold my old phone. Now they are saying your loan cannot be processed. Asking the reason they are not able to reply. wrote a mail to support team no response.

                    Hello sir/madam, I had applied for a consumer loan online and was approved by Bajaj Finserv till 21st of November 2015. We had decided on buying an led from Girias electronics on st johns church road Bangalore. We enquired about the product on 4th Nov & on 6th Nov we submitted all the documents and the person in-charge of Bajaj Finserv Mr.Syed told us that the loan was rejected after he entered the details. We were informed that the reason for rejection was that we gave our loan approval number to Reliance Digital & they have in-turn rejected the loan as we did not purchase from them. After which we approached reliance digital and they checked into the account and said that it was a fault from girias end. They even shared the details entered by Mr Syed with a screen shot. That is when we saw that Mr Syed due to his negligence entered incorrect information into the system which did not match any of the submitted documents. When we contacted Mr Syed, he said he blindly refused to give any further information or even the address of the head office of bajaj finserv in Bangalore and started being extremely rude saying he does not have time for such issues. This has resulted in us not being able to buy the led for no fault of ours in-spite of me drawing a good salary and eligible for a loan but for the negligence and pure arrogance of Mr Syed in-charge of bajaj finserv at girias has caused this problem. I hope this issue is considered and necessary action taken so that not just us but nobody else has to go through this in the future. The company needs to give proper reason for rejecting the loan or accept the mistake made by their employee and take the necessary action required. We are salaried people and look up to companies like Bajaj Finserv to help us buy our necessary things when we are not in a position to pay full amount at once. Such incidents are very disappointing and make us lose faith in such companies.

                      I think this is loan a/c number- 5770CD02198092 which is mention on notice send by Bajaj Finserv also One of the Bajaj Finserv Collection executive name Ganesh- [protected] provide me the same.


                      I would like to informed about this incident that I have received Offer call from person name Ravi Patil(I don’t have number as it is more than year passed to visit) & informed about offer with minimum down payment with 0% Interest offer which running on Snehanjali outlet, S.V.road, MALAD, I reside at Ambivali which is in thane district due to this offer I Visit Snehanjali, S.V.Road, Malad(as is it brand store) then one of the Snehanjali store executive(I don’t remember his name as it is more than year passed to visit) had ask me relevant document for processing of consumer loan as he already know about my visit & purpose, I have informed him I have details from Ambivali-Thane District location then he taken me to meet Bajaj finserv executive that executive informed me for processing of your consumer loan you need to submit address proof(Demanded electricity bill) then I refuse to give electricity bill because it was not register on my name or my any family member then also bajaj finserv executive has taken my document when that shopkeeper executive consulting & ask him to take & informed me that he will try to process the document after verification of document will get call from Bajaj Finserv, it will take 4-5 days.

                      If Bajaj Finserv executive as informed me without submitting electricity bill your consumer loan will not get approved the how it possible my loan been approved by You without submitting proper document, Valid address proof.

                      A going 2nd question arise that even I haven’t made any down payment then also you have approved loan without my confirmation, without my knowledge?

                      If I’m not aware my consumer loan is approved without my knowledge and even I haven’t not received any kind of product still you have a send me a notice on my residential address even your people harassing & threatened me by making phone calls.

                      If your Bajaj Finserv Collection executive name Ganesh- [protected] saying & even he sending me text that we have your verification document he has mentioned in that text msg he is having invoice copy of delivery, how is possible if I’m at my residential area nobody has visited for verification I Haven’t signed any verification document not even received any confirmation call even I haven’t singed any invoice copy How is it possible that You collection executive sending me notice about the payment, if you want to check you can visit to my residential area and you can check there is no product available even you can enquire people living around my place as I haven’t received any kind of product.

                      Hi my self prashant mani y conmpalint is that i have visited at croma outlet preet vihar to finance a laptop worth Rs.26000 approx when i give him my pan card and adhar card he told me that without electrcity bill or water bill your loan will not be approved
                      fev month ago with the same store i have financed my phone with capital first he doesn't require any electrcity bill
                      but bajaj why not given loan without these bill

                        If your Bajaj Finserv Collection executive name Ganesh- [protected] saying & even he sending me text that we have your verification document he has mentioned in that text msg he is having invoice copy of delivery, how is possible if I’m at my residential area nobody has visited for verification I Haven’t signed any verification document not even received any confirmation call even I haven’t singed any invoice copy How is it possible that You collection executive sending me notice about the payment, if you want to check you can visit to my residential area and you can check there is no product available even you can enquire people living around my place as I haven’t received any kind of product.

                          My Emi Card no. Is- [protected] Deepti Borasi. I bought a samsung mobile & missed to pay last EMI of mobile. But after few days i got a call from bajaj finserv & one of there executive came to me & than i paid the amount along with extra charges. Rather than it they block my card & got a mail dat ur card will be block for 90 Days. But still its blocked. I maild them 2-3 times and they replied with that ur card will block permanent coz ur cibil score is low, no address proof, no id proof. But actually i submit all of my documents 2 times. How is it possible to do? Still i hv 2 consumer durable loans. And i m paying on time. And when i paid extra charges along with the missed Emi, then how my card still block. I m unsatisfied with this.

                                In May/2015, I bought LG airconditioner and refridgerator from Kings Electronics (Airoli) and i have financed by Bajaj Finance. As per plan, they have given me the details that one EMI is 2249 rs and second EMI is 1550. But on 02/Jun/2015, they have deducted 3541 rs. from my bank account and on 06/Jun/2015, they called me and said your amount has been bounced and you have to pay again and I paid 2249 again on same day. I have raised complaint approx. 10 times with my bank account statement and also visited Bajaj Finance office (Thane) 3 times but still I dont get my money back till date. On every visit, they told me you will get your amount withing 10 days. From last 6 months I am taking follow ups but not getting my money back. Please help me for getting my money back. My Bajaj Finance loan accounts are: 4050CD09888697 and 4050CD09635270. One more account is showing which is not active: 4050CD09635256.

                                  I have cleared all oustanding loan amount through foreclosure, paid through transfer of funds to loan account using company portal. However, Bajaj Fin serv failed to update last two months EMIs paid, and kept on sending higher ECS, and charged late fees and bounce fee, whcih is not valid. Now Bajaj had already taken one full EMI of 9744 in excess of the due amount and sending ECS again the balance of 3110 in Nov month, which is already paid. I have produced necessary docs showing proof of transfer. The company's loan statement and repayment statement is already updated with the payment details and showing correct details. But BajajFinServ continues to send ECS for emis and taken more amount the the required. And charging penalty which is not fair. Kindly request to remit the excess EMIs taken along with overcharges for last one month. Despite so many complaints, they are unable to recitify and replying with vague answers. Nor clarifying the actions points.
